The Yorba Linda, CA location needs WI-FI capabilities. I'm not the only customer that has asked about it and with so many smart phones on the market, I think it would be an inexpensive addition to this location. Thanks in advance! -Matt

CONSUMERS BEWARE.....IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME TOO MANY TIMES. IF THE BILL REQUIRES THAT YOU GET COINS IN YOUR CHANGE, IT DOESN'T COME. THEY ROUND TO THE NEAREST DOLLAAR. IN OTHER WORDS....MULTIPLY THE 40 OR 50 CENTS I DON'T GET BACK BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE VISITING FRIDAYS....HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MILLIONS FOR CORPORATE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY BALANCE THE BOOKS.POOR PERSON WHO DOESN'T NOTICE. BEWARE!!!! WATCH YOUR CHECK SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!

I have recently been to your restaurant in Memphis, Tn on Winchester road. The first time I went was with my family I was told by a hostess that it would be twenty five to thirty minutes to be seated, which I expected since it was a Sunday. However, 45 minutes of waiting I ask the hostess how much longer and she quoted me another 45 minutes to an hour. I did not appreciate the attitude that she gave me when I inquired about the wait time. After leaving that day I decided to give your restaurant another chance so, I order a to-go order from the same store in hopes that it would be different since it was to-go and a Monday night but, it was not the food was cold and I could not get anyone to acknowledge my presence at all for all of 45 minutes I notice that the FOH manager did pass me several times. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years and I have never been in a restaurant so poorly ran from management on down to the busboy. I will never visit your restaurant chain again because I have notice that I am not the only one that have received horrible service.

On Feb. 19, 2011, we went to Fridays in Nashville, TN to have appetizers and wine. We have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant chain and when we travel we frequently will patronize the Fridays in that area. But on Feb. 19th in Nashville, we experienced the worst service we have encountered with this chain. The waitress became upset because we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu to select appetizers and a wine. When she returned to our table, we placed our order that consisted of cheese sticks( which are no longer slender sticks but something that looks like fish sticks), crispy green beans (which were not crispy but soggy), and a new dish, chicken on a skewer prepared Japanese hibachi style. The new dish was wonderful!!!! And that is just too bad as we do not plan to EVER patronize this restaurant in Nashville again. Anyway, as we waited for our order to arrive, we expected to be served water or at least offered and small plates for our appetizers. But no one came to follow up. Finally the wine arrived, but served in a martini glass. The waitress explained that they had no wine glasses clean. We explained that we could wait until some wine glasses were available as our appetizers had not arrived. She took the wine back and returned shortly saying….her manager asked her to apologize to us, but they had no wine glasses available or would not become available. She also said, “Some people are fanatics about drinking wine out of anything other than a wine glass”. We explained we were not fanatics but we definitely did not want to drink our wine (red wine) out of martini glasses. Shame on the bartender as we know he/she was not trained to present the product in that manner. She said she would show us all the glassware they had in stock and we could select the glassware we wanted to use. By this time, we were so insulted we just said forget the wine and would she bring us some water, which she did. The appetizers arrive, carried by another server and the manager, who by the way never mentioned a word about his “delivered” apology via our waitress. I asked the manager for some small plates and he said your waitress is bringing them and finally she did. When we received our check, the waitress say, “Don’t not come back to see me because of the wine glass issue. She promised there would be wine glasses available the next time we come in as her boss is going to order more”. We go to restaurants to enjoy the food not to visit with the waitress. I really thing this waitress would benefit from a refresher course in customer service that is if she ever had one in the beginning. We would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was really a strange experience.

my husband and i ate at tgi fridays in saratoga new york on valentines day and we were very delighted with our experiance the food was amazing and the service was great we are looking forward to the next trip we get to make to your establishment

I have been worked in Friday's in Malaysia. very bad managment, each month they cut your salary Because most workers, they are from others countries. Also they don’t pay them public holidays( double overtime). And there is one senior GM. Mr. V D, what I would say about him. I just wanna say, he in not a well educated persons. He is having Very very very bad behavior. He don’t know how to talk to work. Each day he fired so may works. He thinks he is one and only the right person for Friday’s restaurant. Also the higher management and are just looking for benefits. During my service I found them very bad. When they need works for work then they are ready to give you more work but after work they will cut your salary. I wanna convey my message to the higher management plz fire Mr. V D, because of V D, the Fridays they are losing the image in Malaysia. If some one know the right person then plz let me confirm, where do I can lodge my complain against D V, now I am not working with them but I want to save the new comer those who will join them. My husband & I went to TGI Fridays, in Seekonk, Mass. We have always liked Friday's. However, whe were greeted & served, that part was fine. The problem was the ladies room. It was horrible. The floor was dirty, papers all over the floor, the toilets had urine left. That was not just one toilet. The counter had not been wiped down. It was very gross. I was afraid to think about there kitchen.

While on vacation in Toms River New Jersey last week, Had it not been for our waitress Holly Smith, my wife and I would have complained to corporate about the slow,slow service of the kitchen and the direct dialog between our waitress and the kitchen staff we heard.We dine frequently and realize the waitress and establishment is only as good as the kitchen. Fire everyone in the kitchen and mgr. on duty and get a beat on your restaurant. When our waitress asks when our dinner will finally be out and the Mexican cook says Manana, you have a know problem. Thanks Holly for your great service and smile when we needed it most. Our dog Harley was a blessed pet who will be missed and you really eased our loss, Had it not been for you and the passion you show for your job we probably would have left Friday's and went to the Office Lounge.Hire someone who cares and wants to grow with your company in the kitchen and at the management level.. I went in with my husband it took forever for the door person to seat us they were to busy having fun in a corner we were seated i asked for a manager so i could let them know what was going on and he came to the table his name was Guillermo he could barliey speak english i had such a hard time understanding him i told him the problem he was so far up the female's serviers butts to care less about what was the problem he did nothing i will never visit TGI Friday's again and it is a new store in West Vallet City, Utah DON'T EVER GO THERE THE SERVICE IS BAD AND THE MANAGER CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENOUGH ENGLISH TO HELP YOU.

Today feb 2nd is my B-day - my friend Michelle and I went for lunch at TGIF 301 Rocky Run Pkwy - Concord Pike (202) Wilmington DE - It is quite frankly the worst experience I have ever had. Michelle and I ordered the 3 for $16.99 meal - mine was OK (nothing special) hers was disgusting. She had the chicken & shrimp pasta - chicken like rubber shrimp and noodles under cooked - but the food was nothing compared with how we were treated by the staff. She explained to the waitress that she could not eat the food and asked for something else - the waitress said she would talk to the manager - The manager Lindsey Levenda was sitting at the bar reading the want ads (clearly she does not want her current job - so give it to those out of work that do want a job I say)- she didn't even acknowledge us, nevermind do her job and come see what the issue was (I guess at TGIF they are so used to customers having problems - its just part of the daily grind)- after my friend got her new order I asked to speak to the manager - the waitress returned asking what the problem was I said I would please like to speak to the manager. Linsey arrived at our table about 5 mins later with an attitude, a poker face and a heavy sigh. Not to mention the attire she had on that barley covered her very large breasts (yuk how classless 0 she looked like a street walker not a manager) - She was not sypathetic or pleasent in anyway in fact during the conversation she told me while I was still speaking to her "excuse me I am talking to your friend" "The customer is not always right at TGIF" and that she was in fact upset with us???? For what?? I would love to know?? She did nothing to fix the situation and then left the table. Michelle was still eating (I was done by this time) I went outside to smoke. When I returned Michelle told me how the manager, bar tender and two other servers where defaming me and talking about me loud enough that she and other customers could hear - one comment was "she reminds me of that charactor in that movie Jawana Man" whatever the heck that means - I am white, Michelle is black so we are not sure if it was directed at me or her but Michelle clearly heard the bar tender tell the manager "she's outside smokeing" as I was only patron outside clearly they were speaking about me. The bar tender also stated "dont worry girl I am a witness - I got your back" - What is this the Saprano's????? As I returned to the booth Michelle was done eating we decided to take dessert home we just wanted to get out ASAP - I was going to go to the bathroom as I slide out the booth my skirt (of my wool suit) was snagged on the table and completley destroyed. The table had a split in the wood which caught my skirt and synched up on one side unravelling the wool thread.I asked for manager again while speaking to her Michelle noticed the bar tender taking my photo with her phone - I turned and said "you do not have my permission to take my photo" she said "I am not I am texting and on face book" the manager said nothing I replied - "you are on facebook while at work? You are texting on the clock - how nice" The manager did pick up the check for the food and said they would pay for my suit - we left. OMG TGIF - you suck! All these people out of work and you employ getto trash that doesn't give a hoot about customers shame on you - get your act together you are not the only game in town. You should also be checking that the environment is a safe one - what if that was a childs hand and not my skirt??? I would love to know what you are going to do about this and I will be checking back with headquarters to find out. When I returned

To all of the people who are complaining about how they were loyal customers for all of those years and fridays screwed you out of your thousands of gold points... Fridays discontinued the Gold Points program in april of 2008. They also gave people over a year to redeem all of their gold points for food and more high stakes prizes. I was an employee during the transition to a new rewards program and we made sure whenever someone tried to give us their gold points card to let them know that they could call H.R. and they would be happy to send them their prizes via mail or email. So if anyone feels like Fridays dismissed your loyalty, you must have not been that loyal if you are just now finding out that they do not have the gold points program in 2010.

I WAS A DEARBORN TGIF FRIDAYS WITH MY SISTER I SHE HAD PLANNED A WELCOME HOME CELEBRATION FOR ME I JUST GO HOME FROM THE ARMY IN IRAQ I LERVE OVE FRIDAYS AS MY SISTER ENTERED THE RESTAURANT SHE WAS WAITING FOR A TABLE 30 MINS WENT BY STILL SHE HAD NOT GOTTEN A TABLE A COUPLE WALKS IN AND THE SERVER STARTS GIVING THEM SEATS STILL HASNT SEATED US MY SISTER WAS THERE BEFORE THAT COUPLE HAD ENTERED TIME WENT BY SHE WAITED IT WAS 9:00PM SHE WAS LEAVING BECAUSE SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE OUT TOO LATE A NIGHT AS SHE LEFT A SERVER SAID A NASTY REMARKS AND MIMICKED MY SISTER AND ME THE WAY WALKED I LOST MY LEG IN IRAQ AND I HAVE A PROSTECTIC LEG I HAVE A TO WALK WITH A CRUTCH EACH TIME THE SERVER WOULD WALK AROUND THE RESTAURANT SHE WOULD DRAG HER LEG AND LAUGH AND SAID FREAK MY SISTER ASKS FOR A MANGER SHE SAID THERE WAS NO MANAGER THEN SHE SAID WE CANNOT SERVE YOUR KIND I WAS STANDING THERE THEN SHE SAID WE CANT SERVE PEOPLE WITH HANDICAPS I REPLIED AND SAID THAT I WANT A MANAGER TO SEE ME SO I CAN EXPLAIN SHE KEPT PRETENDING TO GET A MANAGER AND LYING SAYING THERES NO MANAGER I CALLED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE MANAGER THIS RUDE GIRL SAID WE CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER CALL BACK AT OPENING TIME I CALLED BACK SHE LIES AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NO MANAGER ''RENNATA B" THE WORST SERVER EVER SHE DOES NOT LIKE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE SHE HAS AN NASTY ATTITUDE SHE WAS MOCKING THE WAY I WALKED I CANT HELP THAT I LOST MY LEG IRAQ I WAS INJURED I HAVE TO WEAR THIS PROSTECTIC LIMB FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND I USE A CRUTCH TO ASSIST WITH MY WALKING SHE REFUSES SERVICE TO ME BECAUSE OF MY HANDICAP

On January 24, 2011 while at your Dallas, Texas Market Street location witnessed something that was extremely alarming and disappointing. 3 Dallas Police officers arrived and hand cupped a young minority male who had been sitting by me. When I questioned why he was arrested / being detained, I was told that it had to do something with the use of a credit card, and I was quite surprised. While he was sitting in my presence no mention of a credit card or use of a credit card transacted. Several waiters committed that over the past three years he had never used a credit card. It is my best opinion that this was a racial profile and discriminative incident. If this type of discriminative incident occurs again TGI Friday’s will be on every national news stations or under EEOC investigation. TGI Friday’s character should be in question!

TGI Fridays in Warwick has the worst management I have ever had to deal with in my life. I wouldn't be caught dead in that establishment ever again. I will also make sure to spread the word so that no one else suffers by going there.

Tonight was the last straw. My husband and I decided to visit Fridays for drinks after work, unfortunately Fridays is one of the few resturants that is close to our home. We have had problems in the past with sending food back and over charged but we have given it chances after chances. My husband has been accommodating in joining me in returning to Fridays. Tonight my husband got original wings and potatoe skins, during his meal he realized that there was noticable blood oozing out of two pieces of the chicken. We alerted the bartenders and they alerted the manager on duty. Instead of her apoloizing she argued with my husband about that couldn't be blood because Fridays recieve all wings pre-cooked. I was raised in the south and I have fried enough chicken to last me a lifetime, I know raw and bloody chicken when I see it. Please contact your restaurant and educate them on customer service. We are small buisness owners and we realize how hard it is to swallow the fact that you may be at fault but please advise these people as to who keep them in business.

Your company is the WORST to work for!!!! unfortunately MOST of the managers are all lousy and what i have witnessed for a few years is no matter what at the end of the day working your tail off is neglected and it doesnt matter. I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever even think about eating NOR WORKING for this company.

Wonderful experience at the mechanicsville location on 1.7.11 quick food and an amazing server. Its so nice to go somewhere and be treated this great. I will be returning often.

the tgi friadys in burleson, texas the personal is great its the management that looks like they have something stuck up there ass and treat there hostesse bad i think they should firer the management and get new you dont feel likes its fridays in this location i like the hulen in fort worth, texas when it was open they had great service the personal that works at burleson from hulen are always been put down from the management concern customer
