You might want to check on the bartenders at the providence airport. They just asked me if I would be here for 15 minutes so they could go for a smoke break. Last time I checked that's not exactly the best customer service. Just unprofessional in my opinion. I hope you think so too.

we went to tgi fridays on manhattan blvd in louisiana... horrible service we had a party of 9 we were told about an hour to an hour and 15 minute wait we got there for 7:17 and wer seated about 8:30... we looked at the menus waiting for someone to wait on us. i finally started starring waitresses down trying to hint to them that we were still not even greated by anyone as of yet. finally a gentlemen asked if we were waited on as of yet we told him no he said, well i will take care of yall. he took our drink order and our appetizer order. took about 30 minutes to get that. we placed an order for mash potates for the 1 year old we had with us along with our order but we ask if he can bring the mash potates out asap because the child was very hungry. 30 minutes later, i no it does not take that long to scoop mash potates in a bowl we finally got the mash potates so now it is 9:30 at night an hour later the kids finally got their food they were finish and we were still waiting for ours it is now 9:50 we already had 3 rounds of ice tea and no food. the kitchen ran out every 5 minutes to sing happy birthday so who in the hell is cooking the food . 6 ladies had just sat down behind us, place their order and were eating , i finally went to get a manager and he said he was sorry about that and will get us our food asap. well that was a lie no food still. finally we just left without eating. the 1 year old was crying and tired and by the time we done drank 3 rounds of tea we were pretty much full and tired ourselves... my husband said never again.. the worst service we have ever experience.... poor management.... and when i began to look around i wasnt the only one complaining .... someone at corporate office needs to get down to new orleans and get things straight there if tgi fridays plans to stay open....

dear t.g.i.f I ATE AT YOUR RESTAURANT THE OTHER DAY IT WAS MY FIRST TIME,I DONT EAT OUT MUCH.I HAD THE CHEDAR AND BACON POTATOE SKINS AND LOVED THEM AND A FREIND TOLD ME THEY ARE SOLD IN THE GROCERY STORE,I WAS EXCITED AND PURCHESED4 BOXES AT $6.99 EACH.EVERY BOX HAD OPTOES THAT HAD BLACK ON THEM AND TASTE BAD AND SOME WERE HARD,THIS WAS A DISAPOITMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE SO GOOD AT THE RESTAURANT.I DONT KNOW IF I GOT A BAD BATCH OR WHAT BUT IM NOT SURE IF I WILL BUY THEM AGAIN,AND I CAINT RETURN UNEATEN FOOD TO THE STORE. I think it is hilarious that most of these comments have nothing to do with T.G.I. Fridays. They have to do with your own stupidity. For Example: @elizabeth smith "I ordered the sizzlin chicken three meal course for 12.99" You dumb bitch. First, the sizzlin chicken does not come with the 12.99 three course meal. It only comes with the 16.99 three course. And second, the sizzlin chicken is 12.99 on its own. Learn to read the menu's, so glad I left the restaurant business. Some of the customers that would come through there...Hahah oh god hahaha. You guys crack me up. The most indecisive, impatient pieces of shit. I have wanted to follow some of my customers home and fuck there world up, but by the time I got off, I was so tired from busting my ass for the shitty ass tips you get, when you work at a black infested, poverty ridden TGI Fridays. Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant and super expensive. The waitress rolled her eyes, I paid for a steak I didn't eat and It just was an awful visit in general. T.G.I.F in Tallahassee, FL is awful.

I visited your Riverhead NY location a few weeks ago with my husband and two children. Our "hostess" , who has a problem with my daughter, was quite nasty when seating us. We chose to ignore her childish behavior and sat down for dinner. The food wasnt very good but, to be quite honest, I wasn't expecting much. However, I am surprised to realize that Friday's employs people who wear ankle monitors for armed home invasions! And then to now have that "hostess" bragging that she spit in our food is beyond reprehensible !!!!! I would think that Friday's could find a better caliber of employees. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE how disgusting the behavior of the staff and how little corporate cares about it's patrons!!

I would like to tell every person in the united states,who is thinking about going to TGI FRIDAYS,please do your self a favor dont waist your time and money.I went to the one in waldorf md and the service sucked and the food sucked.my wife and i were there for all most 2 hours and we had to go and get the manager to get our check.the staff were walking around like they did not want to be there.I mean what happend to fast service and good food.The way we were treated is like going to a soup kitchen for the homeless people.I want to tell TGI FRIDAYS YOU ALL SUCK AND YOU CAN KISS ME WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE AND THAT IS MY BIG WHITE BEHIND.I hope someone from the higher up listens to me and every one else to make it a better place to go to have a good meal.I mean why not you owe it to us the customers, we are the ones who are giving you a pay check each week while the people who are sitting around in there office not giveing a hoot about us the customers?

I applied at the Ormond Beach Fl. store and got hired by the general manager clinton wilson,after already having 2 interviews by 2 differant managers,everone one of them said i had a nice perosality and was a peaple person. at the time clinton said i was hired i didnt have my social security card,so he told me to go apply for one and come back the next week with it and start orintation that same day.well I got my social security card like he asked and then he tells me he doesnt have any room for me that he had to hire people through out that whole week.I was supposed to already be hired before he went and had hired more people.he also told me to buy black pants, shoes and black turtle neck.I cant believe he lied to me so much. I will never return to that resturaunt or recommend anyone to go there.I am getting ahold of the corperate office to let them know the foul things that are going on there.

I am went to T.G.I Fridays today in Copley Ohio.Me, and my family was discriminated against. Because we had 10 dollar coupons for the meal we ate. This was given to us previously for our orders being processed wrong. However we were told we could use these coupons next time we came to eat. Which was today we had very piss poor service from the waitress. Then after we got done eating we gave the coupons to the waitress who got the manager. Also they took our receipt they were suppose to bring it back. However they didn't the manager came to our table. He was very rude implying that we were trying to get a free meal. He told us these cards wasn't given to us because the orders being wrong. Implied that we were lying,and the waitress came to the table busted out laughing real loud. We have been eaten there for years never I had a problem with paying for our meals. Also had the money to pay for the meals then manger dismisses us, and take the 10 dollar coupons. Says he will pay for the balance of the meals. Never was our receipt given back to us! I am so angry!!! I have never been so insulted this way before. Along with my family being made to feel like we couldn't pay for our meals. Because we were black! This what the manager implied,and said that we were trying to get free meals. The waitress service was very poor, and rude!

TGI Friday's in Duluth, Georgia... I visit TGI Fridays at least 3 times a week almost every week due to an undercover company that rates restaurants overall performances, including customer service, checking I.D. for alcoholic beverages and managers solutions when handling complaints. 2 out of 5 visits are always failing scores and its sad to have to report why this particular location failed. I deal with upper class business associates who believe in 100% Customer Service Satisfaction, so part of my job is to make sure the citizens are getting just that! I personally LOVE TGI Fridays, but the overall customer service at the Duluth, Georgia location really need persistence in training! Attitude means everything...FYI: if there's every a customer complaint, please handle as if the customer was a corporate member! (You may just be getting tested) Peace!

I have spent the better part of 2 hours looking for nutritional information, after calling my local Friday's I was told that information is not available. The manager apologized and told me to look at a weight watchers site. I then call the corporate office, the gentleman apologized as well but assured me that my local Friday's had this information and told me to have a nice day. I feel that I wasted my afternoon, and have decided not to dine at Friday's.

ON MARCH 2, 2011, MY FRIEND AND I WENT TO MAJIC JOHNSON'S TGIF IN LOS ANGELES, ESPECIALLY FOR THE ALL YOU CAN EAT SHRIMP. WHEN WE ORDERED OUR FOOD, WE WERE TOLD THAT, THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION. WE WERE SHOCKED! WE HAD DRIVEN 15 MILES. THE ADVERTISMENT DOES NOT MENTION ANYTHING OF ANY OF THE RESTAURANTS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. WE TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND WAS NOT SATISFIED WTH THE ANSWER HE GAVE..PLEASE WE NEED TO KNOW SOMETHING BETTER. I DON'T THINK IT IS RIGHT AND FAIR...MAJIC J. IS A FAMOUS BASKETBALL PLAYER AND BUSINESS MAN, YES, BUT PULLING A FAST ONE LIKE THIS MAKES NO SENSE TO MY FRIEND AND I, AND OTHERS YOU HAVE AND WILL EXPERIENCE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH..

I have only been to a TGIF once, because I live in Asia. But I saw all the crappy reviews and thought I would give you a few more stars. This must be where people come to complain. Anyway, I had fun there, but maybe I was just happy because I was just released from the mental hospital.

I just came from your TGI Fridays in Concord NC and had a very bad experience. I ordered a chichen, shrimp, and mashed potatoe dinner served on one of those metal hot plates. However, due to the temperature of the plate when I took a bit of the mashed potatoes it burnt my mouth terribly. It has now been an hour since I was there and already I have blisters on the roof of my mouth and apparently it must have burnt my throat as well. I am having diffculty swollening. I paid for my dinner and my granddaughters dinner and then asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant because when I spoke to the waitress she looked at me as if I was being just another idiot customer. The manager told me the plate is at 500 degrees and that he knew the potatoes were hot. He said he is going to a confernece in a month and will bring it up there. That is not acceptable,what if it had been given to a baby or a small child. I WAS AT TGI FRIDAYS,THE END OF JAN 2011.WHAT GOES WITH THIS CORPORATE ?

I visited the TGI FRIDAYS at the Atlanta Hartsfield Restaurant and I witnessed a Manager, cuss and spit at an employee. it was the most disrespectful treatment I had ever seen. Iwould be embarressed to have a manager that was so low on my staff. I will never frequent that facility as long as she works there.
