During this time, your personel have treated me with the utmost respect. I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL THE MANAGER IS REPLACED. FOR THE 1ST TIME, MY WIFE MET ME AND WE HAD DRINKS AND AN APPITIZER. AFTER 2, THAT'S TWO THE MANAGER CUT MY WIFE OFF. HOW EMBARASSING. THERE WAS NO ISSUE, NO CONFRONTATION, UNTIL I WAS TOLD. now I will have to give my daily cash to your compeditors accross the street. Please send me your resolution to this situation at slooper@bellsouth.net and this address. I EXPECT AN OUT RIGHT APPOLOGY AND SOME COMPENSATION. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO POST THIS ON ALL INTERNET SITES I CAN FIND. PLEASE RESOLVE. I LIKE YOUR EMPLOYEES, TGHE NEW MANAGER IA HORSE'S A$% !!! I EXPECT AN ANSWER TODAY.

My co-worker and I stopped at Friday's at Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY on our lunch break. We waited over an hour for a side ceasar salad and boneless buffalo wing appetizers to come out. I am very dissapointed in the service as well as this establishment. Considering our lunch break is only an hour long, we were very late running to the office which almost cost us our job. I will be sure to let my coworkers know if they are looking for a reason to get fired, visit the Friday's in West Nyack.

We went to the Madison,Tn location. First off the food and our waitress was fine. When we walked in the floor was very sticky and the place just seemed unkept. The ladies bathroom had no soap. That seems very nasty. The people next to us had to wait forever for change and their waitress was very rude to them. Their waitress told the man to "cowboy up partner." We will not be going back to that location but will visit the one in Pigeon Forge where we own cabins. Thanks and have a great day:-)

Dear sir i am interested to open friday's rastaurant, can you please send me the email address of the centre office or the telephone number to call them or send email to them. maechi.ozoma@yahoo.com thanks

Tonight July 8, 2011 around 4pm I took my grandson and went to TGI Fridays in Murfreesboro at Stones River Mall. We ordered one combo meal with ribs/steak, fries and loaded mashed potatoes.....A 6oz petit sirloin with double order of sweet potatoes. We ordered both steaks well done, when they came out they were not. So we sent them back. The young man showed back up at our table with our sides and the ribs. Then when the check came all our sides were cold. My meal was $33 and it was not worth $33.................I was really disappointed. When I ask to see the manager he said he would take care of us next time. Well there will be no next time. The manager should have first approached our table after the steaks were not cooked properly. And we should have been given the option if we wanted to have our sides early or with our steaks by our server. The manager should have made sure he satisfied us..............................

All I can say is you've lost a really good customer. The only good t.g.I. fridays I know of is in kenwood, ohio. The oakley location and north gate mnall location are terrible.

This is directed to Coporate because you need to be aware of the embrassment one of your server's has done to you on National TV. During a Court case in Orlando, Fl. Matthew Barlett decided to "shoot a bird" (this is sticking your middle finger out as to say F....You) to a of the State while Court was in session & the Jury watching all of this. The Judge had to stop Court to deal with this young man and send the Jury out so they would not hear Judge Perry bring him to the front to speak to him. All you need to do is google his name/Casey Anthony Case guy shoot's a bird in Court to see it for your self. He has recived 6 days in JAIL & FINED. He had to say where he worked, location & how much he makes a yearin Orlando. He has offended many people, shown on every Channel in the Nation. He'll probably make it in the paper. May make it on TV when he gets out of jail. I would hope you protect yourself & image to your Company by FIRING HIM. All I can say is shame on him. How embrassing for your Company also. I will not be eating there anymore. I am so sick of these young people thinking they can get away with whatever they want. Thanks for your time & hope you read this....................

The service that I received at the Friday's in Downtown San Diego was unacceptable. The server named dont remember however he was incompetent. The waiter took both our orders and our drink order as well. Do you believe he brought our meal and forgot about our drinks. I waited and waited and after 20 mins I ask for the Manager. I notice Downtown TGIF waiter and waitress spen too much time talkng to one another and less time helping the Customer and I been two that location twice and have expreince the same terrible service!! Maybe Management should be changed.

"Hello! My name is Carol, and I have come to T.G.I Friday’s restaurants to let you know about a HUGE world-wide event we are building at www.onesinalifetime.com. And we want you to be part of it! On November 11 of this year, at 11:11:11 the time and the date are all "1" (11:11:11 on 11/11/11). We have begun a party to celebrate that moment, and to recognize in that moment that, like the time and the date, we are all "1" in our humanity. We are contacting you, and as many other restaurants and businesses as we possibly can, to offer you participation in the global event that we are organizing coincident with this years Veterans Day on 11/11/11. As this particular date is unique in our history since the signing of the Armistice (not just the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, but also this time, the 11th year) we have formulated and are now introducing to the world the concept of recognizing on that uniquely numbered date, and at 11:11:11, that like that time and date, we are all 1 in our humanity. This is not a numerology-driven event, but simply something that began as a fun idea to recognize the time and date as a ONES in a lifetime event. When connected to the annual celebration of our Veterans the event has taken on a much deeper meaning. We would ask that you let us know what plans your restaurant has for that date, and If you would plan anything even MORE unique than usual to recognize this particular Veterans Day as a ONES in a lifetime event. We will be featuring promotion of Veterans Day events around this world of ours, and would be honored if you would engage with us to help magnify this date. We do have sponsors who are registering with us and want you to join in. I would love to hear back from ANYONE who would like more information, and am excited to make new friends all over this world. I am looking forward to meeting YOU. And we are looking forward to you and your friends joining us in this world-wide party. A member of our team of enthused participants will work with you to formulate and promote your event, and we look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience… The 1 party you do NOT want to miss." You can see more about our event as it develops at www.onesinalifetime.com See you there! THANKS !!!

All I have to say is racist.

TGIF in Chesapeake VA gave us eight (8) $10 cards for our blood drive. It may not sound like much but in this bad economy they stepped up near the top of any donating company. I stopped in by chance. The manager helped out - without hesitation. I did not even have the Red Cross form with me. Two thumbs way up. Every restaurant servers food. Not every place cares so much without expecting anything in return. Yes, a short version of this is on Twiter under #giveblood.

I JUST CAME BACK FROM TGIF IN WEST ORANGE NJ. I ORDER A RACK OF RIBS,SHRIMP,BACKED BEAN AND VEGGIES TO GO. AFTER I PAY FOR MY FOOD AND GO HOME TO EAT I REALIZED THEY GAVE ME HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED. SO I PROCEED TO RETURN TO TGIF TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. THE MANAGER AT TGIF BEGAN BY TELLING ME COMPANY POLICY WHICH I WAS OFFENDED BY. I RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT IT WAS HIS STAFF WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND AS MANAGER HE SHOULD RECITFY THE SITUATION. AFTER A SHORT AND HEATED ARGUMENT HE DECIDED TO TELL ME I WOULDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER OR A REFUND,TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND WENT TO HIS OFFICE. I FOLLOWED THIS TOTAL FAILURE OF A MANAGER TO HIS OFFICE AND DEMANDED MY REFUND. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO FINALLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I KNOW ITS HARD TIMES AND JOBS ARE HARD TO FIND BUT HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL HE IS. ANY THOUGHTS OF HOW TO PURSUE THIS MATTER IS APPECIATED!!!!

My 7 year old daughter requested to have dinner at Fridays for the birthday song and because she did not order cake, our pathetic waitress did not coordinate the song. We spent just under $100 on dinner and I was so disgusted, given the number of times we have celebrated all of our birthdays at the same location over the years. -And we did tip her well, for she did service us accordingly.

Very serious issues at TGIF Westbury, NY. Third time we have been billed for meals that we did not receive. Spoke with managers and they gave us gifts cards to apologize for the mistake. Begged us not to call Corporate said that it was an error on the waiters part. Three times with three months .... hmmm. something is very wrong. Corporate better do some serious investigating.

On Saturday, May 28, 2011 at approximately 11:00pm my partner, our daughter, our very good friend of ours, and myself arrived at TGI Friday. After a hard day of work, my partner and I decided to take our friend out for a nice good-bye dinner and we decided to go to Clifton TGI Friday since we always go there for celebration or just a night out with friends or family. Our friend is moving to Florida and leaving New Jersey to start her career there. It was supposed to be a night out for celebration and good-byes, but instead, it turned out to be a night of unforgettable embarrassment. When we arrived we were seated right away and we were taken care of by our waitress. She was very nice and cheerful especially with our daughter. She asked for our drinks, I ordered a Mango Berry Margarita, our waitress asked for ID and I showed it to her, my license states my name and birthday 9/14/1988 making me 22 yrs. Old, our little girl ordered a sprite, and when it came to our friend she ordered a beer. Our waitress asked her for her ID and unfortunately my friend had forgotten her ID at home since she didn’t think she would need it today and didn’t know she was going to go out for some drinks and food, so she ordered a Coke. My partner then ordered a beer, she was also asked for ID and her ID states her name and her birthday 5/8/1985 making her 26yrs. old. We were then served our appetizers and our drinks. Our friend is of age to have an alcoholic beverage but FORGOT her ID. My partner told our friend she can take some sips from her drink. And so my friend took 2 sips. On the second sip, a gentlemen later known to me as Chris the bartender manager of the restaurant approached our table, looked at our friend with the beverage in her hand and asked her very rudely if she had ID, she stated she did not have an ID with her at the time and he snatched the beverage away from her hands and said “yea, ok” and then walked away in front of our daughter, my partner and the crowded restaurant. We tried ignoring the fact that he snatched the beverage away and tried to continue our night. Our waitress then asked if we needed anything else and I told her that I would like another drink and silverware. She left and then came back about 2minutes later. She stated that the bartender manager Chris said that we cannot order any more drinks for the rest of the night. I then asked the waitress if I can speak to the manager who took the beverage away, that I paid for. When he returned, I asked him that I’m of age and I would like the same beverage again, that what happen will not happen again. He said “NO!” very loud and rudely again. I was frustrated, so I got up and told him there was no need for his attitude and again I said that we were wrong but I would like to have my drink that it will not happen again. We all had our plates of food untouched. He then again said “NO!” loud and with a lot of attitude this time. I looked at our friend and she told me “honestly, I’m not even hungry anymore” it hurt me because this was going to be our last night spent together. I then told him that we didn’t want to eat our food and just wanted to leave. He then pulled out his phone and said we have to pay or he will call the cops, again in front the busy restaurant which many, many diners were eating. He made a scene in front of customers which made matters worse because our 5 year old daughter was with us and she was witnessing all of this. All eyes were on us, people were staring and talking about what was going on. I admit, out of my frustration I did get loud as well, after he stated he was going to call the cops. He then told me that I was not to speak to him like that. I replied by saying I have my rights to get mad and upset and since he was disrespecting us in front of people. He then stated “NOT IN MY RESTAURANT YOU CAN LEAVE NOW!” We all felt disrespected, embarrassed, uncomfortable, and upset at the whole situation. We then did pay for just our beverage. I’m very aware of the policy for asking for IDs when costumers ask for alcoholic beverages. I’ve worked for restaurants such as a catering restaurant called the Venetian for 3years and Applebee’s in Clifton for a couple of months. I’ve also worked in retail, and now I am a loss prevention manager in a department store. So I know how important customer service is. And I also know that because our friend was drinking without her ID we could not have any more alcoholic beverages but was there a need for the Manager to speak to us that way, let alone snatch a drink from someones hand the way he did? Or threaten us to call the cops? We all understand that waitress, bartenders, managers, cashiers, etc. Have personal lives and can be going through difficult times. But when it comes to others at work, either with co-workers or customers you have to show some type of professionalism. All of us understand what we did was wrong on our part. We talked to another manager named Camerin. He was very nice and understanding. And he also understood how wrong it was for Mr. Chris to talk to us the way he did. Camerin offered us to take the food to go for free as gestures. We did not except it for the simple fact that it had nothing to do with us getting anything for free. It was the embarrassment that the other manager put us threw. To make matters worse even though this is irrelevant to this case it did affect us throughout the night because we could not find a restaurant near our area that was open. Sadly we ended up not doing anything that night but think how rude and upsetting the whole situation was and how things could have been handled differently. Camerin was nice enough to give us three 10 dollar coupons. But we will not be using the coupons anytime soon. I’m bringing this to your attention so you know that this situation was completely unprofessional. I’m not asking anything from anyone but just an awareness of this situation. We will not visit this restaurant again. What happened there was the Bartender manager committed a crime in which in New Jersey is called, Definition of character, which can be pursued by a lawyer to become a lawsuit.

My wife and I went to TGIF in Reading UK last night. The service from your staff was absolutely excellent. There were two issues however. First, the volume of piped music was so loud that we could not make ourselves heard properly and we asked to be moved to a quiter part of the restaurant. The volume was so loud that I suffered temporary deafness after leaving - and my wife suffered severe tinnitus - this is a real health and safety issue for you. Second, one of the dishes ordered - chicken penne - was so salty as to be inedible - I have seen Jamaican salt fish with less salt than that! The penne was also soaking in pools of melted butter which ran around the plate.Naturally, neither my wife nor I could eat this dish. The ribs we ordered were also dry and somewhat over salted too, though at least were edible....not nice......Our experience is so bad that it is pretty doubtful that we will return and will certainly not be recommending TGIF as a good place to visit. I will reiterate that your staff were great, the rest was awful.

All I can say is this: AGE DISCRIMINATION. Have you ever seen a server there over 30? Me either, that's because they don't hire them - hence the lousy customer service. They have "kids" working there who are inadequate to say the least. I'm upset with this place myself (TGI Friday's in Woodland Hills, Ca.) ...I have 7 years fine dining AND casual establishment AND bartending experience. I AM FAST, RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY. I applied for a waitress position twice in the past 3 months. Went in the place 3 times to follow up and speak to the manager, I even left an application on his desk! This Mark kid - the manager, keeps telling me they're not hiring but I know this not true. THEY JUST HIRED AT LEAST 3 SERVERS, a WAITER TOLD ME THIS. I'm an excellent server - everybody loves me @ work always, I'm fit and very attractive but the problem is: I'm 40!! THAT IS WHY HE WON'T HIRE ME. TOTAL AGE DISCRIMINATION - I'm more qualified than a lot of servers in there! This is WRONG. Take note next time your at a TGI Fridays - the ages of the employees. It's B/S

To be fair, I haven't been in years. Mainly because the whole atmosphere has changed. TGIF use to be a FUN place to go and have a meal. It was fairly kid friendly, abut also appealed to middle aged customers. The decorations was a constant source of conversation, and the food was good. In recent years TGIF, as well as all the other restaurants out there, have gone to cheaper/lower quality food. The wonderful decorations are all gone, and TGIF looks just like every other restaurant. I would suggest that a bit more time be spent on the attitude adjustments of the wait staff and managers. The cleanliness is also a bit on the "needs improvement" side. The sense of entitlement is running rampant with both the staff and the customers, but I feel if the staff actually believes in the quality and takes pride in their work, you would have less problems overall

I was very disapointed with your customer service today and will explain how cheap your promotional department is! I called today to see if Carleson's could issue me a newpromotional gift card as the one I had was expired. I had no idea it was expired and thought you could help to replace this for me. I recieved this card as a drink was dropped in my lap and the manager issued this to me as a good jesture. Never crossed my mind that this would be an issue...wrong. Corporate told me I would have to go the the issuing restaurant and the manager could give me another card...well the restaurant is no longer in Rockwall, Texas...too funny! Then I forgot I had a 10.00 card that expired yesterday and no help there. I have been a faithful patron at TGI Fridays since the Stripes program was started and have had many of my friends sign up. Now I don't care who goes there and will not recommend anyone else to go to your restaurants...Sincerely, Alex Patton
