Wayne, NJ Willowbrook Fridays= HORRIBLE customer service, Obviously they do NOT read this blog or care at all.Worst customer service, ribs were cold and TOUGH as nails. My daughter ordered the kids chicken kebabs and they were MISSING from her meal! Side salad missing, all on top of being made to wait to 15 minutes for pickup. When we tried to call to alert the manager, we were on hold for a Full 15 minutes, then got hung up on. If you enjoy being taken for granted and being mistreated, THIS is the place for you.

I visited a TGI Fridays in Atlanta Ga. on Camp Creek Dr. where i enjoy dining when i get a oppurtunity. Today i brought a coupon i recieved from a family member that was in the sunday paper to redeem, and was told it was a corporate deal and could not use it at there location. In theses times you would think they would be receptive to specials or coupons they put in the sunday paper. Thanks For Not Using your own coupons.

One of the worst Resturant I went to this location in Woodbridge Va First of all I think the Hostess She hardly can speak any English She seems to me to be illegal working at TGIFS I think that's what they do hiring illegal so they can work for less $$ with high attitude I believe Her name was( Sophia Lopez ) 2nd thing the food was smelling so bad We decide to leave and never ever go back to TGIFS Sucks

Terrible service in grrensburg ,pa. And food was steak was hard and not cooked as we asknand it was cold along with the mashed potato was of money and time and not a nice birthday dinner !!!!!!

I was so disappointed with my dinner last night at your TGI Friday's in Washington PA. I was in the mood for Good Wings and FRench Fries. What I got was 9 pieces of chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken. It certainly was not WINGS they were boneless chicken nuggetts something you wopuld get at McDonalds. I chose the Parmaeson/garlic and they were just regular fried chicken. The waiter did not say we have chicken nuggets and don't have Wings. I was charged 10.59 cents for the chicken and charged me 2.50 and something for fries so my meal was over 12.00 for this meal which seemed like a children's meal from mcdonalds. It was totally unacceptable My husband chose a hamburger which was delicious looking and for less oney. I was so surprised that you would serve such a meal and say it was wings. I was very disappointed.

I watch video cameras all over the world, and every day key into one on Earthcam, said to be located at 46th and Broadway, which shows sampled videos of your signage. But I have been watching this cam daily for months, and the cam no longer shows the front of the restaurant, but part of the interior of a business just down the street, I believe. The camera is just on the other side of a store that always has postcards which they bring into the doorway, when they are open. The front door is just the other side of the phonebooth, with a small newspaper machine directly in front of the doorway. The camera for the last couple of months has shot across the intersection to the square, but last week some scaffolding was erected,, and the camera was turned into their store. People all over the world are looking at trash, scaffolding, and an occasional taxi live, in HD, thinking they are going to see The Friday's in Downtown New York, which should be the flagship of the chain. TGIF San Jose Costa Rica is a rip off. The corporate office should fly down here and see for themselves. $16 for a a cheeseburger and fries. The last time I went in there I was seated and even though they were not busy I left after 5 minutes because I didn't even get acknowledged. Additionally, there were 3 employees standing at the door doing absolutely nothing. Why didn't the guy who seated me get me my drink or make sure the wait staff knew that I was there. Labor is supposed to be cheaper down here. How can prices be higher here than in the U.S.A. TGIF headquarters needs to come down here and fire the manager and give the better employees some customer service training. Additionally, the excess employees need to be laid off and then they could lower their prices. The pricing really upsets me because not only will Costa Ricans not go to TGIF in the U.S.A. when they visit, but they are also getting the idea that Americans are rip off artists.

HORRIFIC HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE!!!!! DALLAS WEST END by night MANAGER and off duty DALLAS POLICE officer!!! My husband and I frequent west end restaurants TGI Fridays WAS my favorite place to go!We arrived last night and sat @a table in the bar area he ordered 2 margarita's w 2 shots the margarita's were brought out about 10 minutes after the drink melted the waiter/bartender said he forgot and brought them out. I ordered a trio dinner the appetizer was brought to the table it WAS NOT done it was sent back then left to get cold to be brought back burned we kept them I went to the RR came back and there was my steak cooked MW was DRY my husband ordered a WELL done steak it was juicy?? I asked for jack Daniels sauce I sne tmy steak back they offered to re-make it I was tired after a 12 hr work day and preferred with ALL this all ready to just let it go they took 8.00 off my ticket which was fine but the service all together was poor we asked for a manger Kacey the waitress debated with us about the bill like we didn't understand that she took off 8.00 finally she walked off to get the manager who obviously already before arriving to the table mad up his mind that we didn't have any money the reason we were "dissatisfied" NO!!!!!so let me ask you when a black man says I am not paying that it is considered a threat he walked off immediately to the police officer and said "he threatened me" WHAT NO I am not paying THAT bill is not a threat but to add insult to injury the police officer comes over and accused my husband of lying about being mad DIS-SATISFIED is not the same as ANGRY or MAD so a black man and woman cant be dissatisfied we have to be MAD so with that the officer went on to say maybe his body language or tone could have offended him OFFENDED is not THREATENED!! that was a LIE so now we have a scene in the restaurant people are now staring at us and all we wanted was FOOD to be done properly so when is OK for a manager to LIE on a customer I thought the CUSTOMER was always RIGHT and my money pays for them to have a job so .. any one of COLOR DO NOT GO TO THE WEST END LOCATION THEY'RE MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO BE LACKING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our bartender is talking to the high tops waitress about smoking pot and yelling across the bar to employees who r eating at a high top, this is so rude. We came here to watch football, not have to listen about your drug uses and some girls outfit you did not like. I placed an order to go as I thought i would give our local restaurant one more chance after horrific service for the past few months. I paid $2.89 for the smallest frickin take out soda ever which was a RIP off, I ordered the spinach dip, buffalo wings, and the sesame jack strips and it ALL sucked. They had Poor service, The restaurant was damn near empty and yet i had to wait FOREVER to get my pick up order that I chad called in over 20 minutes before. and then she forgot my drink so I had to wait for that. I was pissed off and it was so bad I can't see how anyone eats there.

Went to Mechanicsville, Va Fridays on a Sunday a few weeks ago. I asked if this location was ever busy compared to another location. So the manager got really rude and said " go to another Fridays and not my store if you don't like it" she said this front of a crown of people and it shocks me that there are managers that treat customers like this. I later found out her name was SHANNON . I hope for the sake of this restaurant she will not be around customers anymore. I will never return because of this rude lady.

I just went to the tgi Fridays in canton michigan and came home sick as **** poor service I will never go back to tgi Fridays I've never. Been this sick off food before tgi Fridays y'all need to do something better because your losing valuable customers and this is not a threat it's a promise I'm very dissapointed.

NO STARS. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. My husband and I visited the Lafayette, Indiana TGIFridays and we charged $560 for our $60 supper. When we comfronted the manager about it the next day he didn't even try and help. He was rude and told us that they didn't do it. Even though I printed out my bank statement and showed him they did. Now I am going to the corporate office and I will not stop until I receive my $500 back. That is way to much money for them to be keeping exspecially when that is my house payment.

Everyone up here love's TGI Friday's and we would love to have one here in Pahrump. We the People here in Pahrump Nevada have to drive over 65 Miles South to Las Vegas Nevada to go to a TGI Friday's. 4 Years ago it was on the front page of the Pahrump Valley Times that TGI Friday's was coming to Pahrump. Everyone was very happy because we were getting a TGI Friday's Family Restaurant that was great. Please think about building up here in Pahrump Nevada. We Need a TGI Friday here. I have a relative who works at Fridays. Right now there is a hurricane about to hit the area. The Gov. has declared a state of emergency. There have been over 150 crashes. People are told to stay home. BUT FRIDAY'S WANTS TO STAY OPEN UNTIL 1:30 AM THUS PUTTING THEIR EMPLOYEES IN GRAVE DANGER TRYING TO GET HOME. OH, AND ONCE THEY LEAVE WORKER'S COMP IS OUT OF THE PICTURE. NOT THAT IT MATTERS SINCE BROADSPIRE/CRAWFORD DOESN'T PAY ANYWAY (THEIR 3RD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR) SINCE THE DON'T HAVE WC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THEIR WORKERS ANYWAY. FRIDAY'S SHAME ON YOU!
