Hope this reaches the corporate office of Super Cuts. Last week I had a business trip to Colorado Springs, (I live in Denver)I needed a haircut & possibly a color treatment. I spotted Super Cuts (store #90169) Was greeted by Megan Ament very professional yet interested in my needs. She gave me a great haircut, and when I asked for color - - - Hooray the best color I have had in a long time. I walked out of the salon with a smile & the best "look" I have had in years - - - why? because she treated me as an individual. Although I live in Denver I am going back to store 90169 hope you give accolades & let her know that Megan Ament is truly an ambassador to your company. Regards Linda from Denver. Please let me know you received this by email twowheelers39@msn.com.
827 S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89145 / 702-878-5787...Took my daughter in for a hair cut that turned out to be the WORST!!! I was Very Clear to them that we needed someone that knew how to cut CURLY hair they assured me that they had someone. My daughter even show her a picture of what she wanted. Needless to say my daughter is Very Unhappy with her cut!!! My daughter told me she couldn't understand her broken english, maybe if we had someone who understood me in the 1st place we wouldn't have had this happen to her!!! This was her 2nd cut ever & it was ( NOT A GOOD EXPIERENCE ) for my child. If your smart stay AWAY from this supercuts BEWARE!!!!
Today, about 20 minutes ago, I took my teenage daughter to Supercuts in Rancho Santa Margarita for a haircut. I called them about 2 hours ago to find out what time they close today and was told at 4pm. So we get there at 3:45 and the guy at the counter tells me, "oh, we're not taking anymore people. We have 3 people in front of you and that's it. You will have to come back another time. I said that I called a little while ago and was not told that I had to be there before a certain time. He said, "well, we still wont take you". People, dont go to that Supercuts. They do not know the meaning of "customer service". I work retail, and we need to let people in up to the last minute and do "customer service" as needed, even if they stay in there for half an hour. So this will not be the last time that they hear from me.
As a Supercuts loyal customer for many years, I would like to express through this letter my disappointment and complaint about your employees operating at 3650 S. Decatur Blvd, Ste 10, Las Vegas NV 89103. Five weeks ago, I came to the salon and get my hair colored and cut. The Manager Assistant named Dallas gave me those services. I was not happy with the color results. Dallas offered me to come back the next day to re-do the color with no charges. But when I went to the salon the next day, she was busy and asked me to come back again in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I went to see Dallas at the salon, she was absent and constantly absent. There was no way to see her. I then came back today and had my hair fixed. A hairstylist named Trudy took care of me. Right before she started her job, she asked me to lend her $20 and offered me to have my hair done, meaning re-do the unsatisfied haircoloring done by Dallas with no charges. She will only charge me for the haircut of $14.95. We agreed on that before starting the work. When the time to go the cash register to pay my bill, I was totally shocked that she has charged me the whole operation for $89.95, including $35 for Minimum Tips, $40 for Glazing and $14.95 for the haircut. I went home and felt my scalp burnt, bleeded and hurted. All of these troubles and injured lead me to the decision to write to you, hoping that higher authorities can help me to resolve this matter : I would like to get refund for the services due to me without charges and medical expenses, as I need to go to see a doctor to treat my bleedy spots on the scalp. I highly appreciate your serious consideration of this deceiving issue. I also mailed to you my original letter.
I went to a Super Cuts store in Thornton Colorado near 120th and Washington , I was waiting with my husband and it was his turn to get his hair cut he sat down and the lady asked so what am I going to do to you today? He asked who the manager was and she said I am he asked her name and she said with an attitude Trina why? Well that is not a professional way to talk to someone. What are you putting out there besides a hair cut? Not only that his hair cut was messed up. Is there a manager above her aware of how this lady acts? I never will recommend super cuts .
Today (9/24/2010) I was going to get a hair cut/trim from Supercuts, so I thought yesterday. I looked up Supercuts locations on-line and noticed one at 3622 Rosemead Blvd. Well when I went there, I guess at some point they went out of business, just F'n great! Hey Supercuts, fix your sh#t! So, after that I headed to a Supercuts that I knew was still there in Arcadia on Huntington Blvd. I explained what happened to someone at the desk and they really didn't seem all that concerned to fix or take care of the problem. There is when I decided that Supercuts will never get my money ever again. I left there location and went down the street to a salon. I should have had my hair getting cut by 11:30am, but because of the B.S. my hair didn't start getting cut over an hour later. My hair only needed a small trim. At the salon where I finally was taken care of, it took them only 5-7 minutes and they charged me $5, I gave the $10 with a $5 tip... F Supercuts and all the incompetent people they have working for them!
Recently I visited Supercuts located in Waterfords Lakes in Orlando, Fl. Cara Herndon was my stylist. I have been getting foiled highlights with a cut from various salons for 30 plus years. Cara's technique and job was the absolute best foil highlights and cut I have ever had. She told me that she also works at another Supercuts South of 528. I plan is to go to whichever store she is at moving forward.
This is for Jessica on Hillside Ave in New Hyde Park, NY Way to go Jessica, I hope corporate office is reading in,,,, I found a new hair dresser, Jessica helped to fix a bad hair cut I previously got from another salon, she was very curtious and showed she really cared. I walked out of super cuts with a confident feeling that I found exactly the person to now cut my hair. I will be back for the color and highlights too. THANKS JESSICA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I frequent the New Jersey Supercuts on StateHwy 23 in Wayne NJ. After waiting for 35minutes to get my son's haircut, and being the last persaiting to go in, I had a technician tell me that because someone had put their name in before me I was after them,(3children) First off, if your customer is not there how do you do that? also, If I walk in at 6:30 and at 7:10 you then tell me it's another 20 minutes to wait, why wasn't I told this while I was sitting there for more than 35minutes? Your technican as well,(her name is Stacy) took a long time on 1 haircut, while the other two finished 2 people to her one, this technician who was not only slow, and oviously stalling took over 40 minutes for a buzz on a little boy? uh hello? someone should be watching this shop, no management on ? ridiculous....
Super cuts in delray beach fl doesn't deserve even 1 star. My 9 year old daughter could have cut my hair better that kayla. I'm positive this was her first hair cut ever. When corporate numbers are down and you start closings stores, you'll know why
bad experience today 8/13/10 at 1000 Bald Hill Rd., Warwick, RI. Gina - more interested in talking to other hairdressers. Never stopped whole time cutting my hair. I explained to her I did not want my neck shaved - she proceeded to cut the back of my hair too short and therefore wanted to shave my neck. I stopped her from doing that. Why can't hairdressers listen to what you want done. Of course when you're carrying on a conversation with someone else how can you even care what the customer requests. Five weeks ago I was at the same shop and Alyssa did my hair - she did exactly what I wanted and concentrated on her work - not thinking her day at work was a party.
I would Like to lodge a formal Complaint against the Woman Working at the Super Cuts Store at 3019 Countryside Drive, Turlock, Ca. On the Night of Friday 7/9/2010. My Husband and I rang the Store at 8:45pm.He explained that he was just off work from his regular job late, but had to announce Nascar the next morning and really needed a Haircut badly. He said would be there Right on 9pm (closing time)The Lady told him that would be Fine, She would Wait.!! At 8:50pm we arrived. BEFORE 9pm!! Closing Time. He was told by the Woman they were Closed. We said but we Called You?? You Didn't Call Me.!! Then it was Okay Maybe you Did Call, But "I Have a LIFE Too, Ya Know..!!" (the other girl there, was sweeping and just shaking her head). My Husband was very upset, and said "I can't believe your pulling this Garbage when I rushed over here after calling first" so The Woman called Security on Him..!! I Just wanted you to know that not only are you loosing the business of Our Family & Our MANY Friends, But keep in Mind that he is an Announcer and He LOVES to Talk..!!

well were should I start we come in to a supercuts location here in Albuquerque and the assistant manager was rude. the whole time I felt unwelcome she should not treat people like that at all
And another thing! I had pretty purple streaks In my hair and after my visit to re-color them They are the same color of my hair!! I have Black hair! I'm all around NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER >:( Don't go to the Downey CA supercuts on Firestone Horrible!
Dear Corporate, I am writing to you to inform you that I went into one of your Super Cuts locations. Located at Syracuse New York State 4729 Onondaga Blvd. (315) 475-7950. I went in Friday 10/23/2010 in the evening. The person that cut my hair Used a shaver for buzz cut. when I asked her to taper the hair on the back of my neck. She asked ME what size trimmers to use. Shouldn't she know without ME telling her? I should be able go in to have my hair cut without needing to tell them what tools to use on my head. Shouldn't THEY be trained to know what tools to use to take a little hair off the sides, taper the hair on the neck and shorten the hair on the top. That doesn't mean to shave it all off on the sides and neck. I needed it tapered on the neck to cover up a birth mark that is on my lower neck to prevent possible cancer formation. It was all shaved off of my neck. When she shaved up the side of my head the trimmer cut into my scab. YES I HAVE DRY SCALP OR EXIMA. she knew this when she inspected my head before she started to cut. Her reply was OPPS your head is bleeding I con not continue to cut your hair. Well yeah it will bleed taking a shaver to a dry scalp area. An education should tell her that. She said We need to still charge you because we still did the work. I will call around to see how much to charge you. After a few phone calls she decided on a child's cut of $11.00 or $14.00 with a $5.00 certificate on next hair cut. What makes them think that I will ever go there again! I might be 41 years old but I am not a retard. The cut was not worth paying for but I paid for it anyways and without a tip!! Now I have to wear a ball cap ALL the time instead of some of the time. I cannot have the hair fixed until the head fully heals. So I wear the ball cap all the waking time for what 2 to 8 weeks. I can't even get it fixed somewhere else. My email is enacks@yahoo.com if you want picks of my hair. O by the way I considered to put this complaint on youtube!! I don't think I should pay for a botched job. I will let people that I know personally to GO somewhere else.
Friday morning I went to the supercuts on Firestone blvd & patton rd in downey. I Needed my color touched up and a trim, Blanca did My hair. During our conversation she told Me she was the manager. I told her I had to Be somewhere after I got my hair done and I Had people waiting for me. While my color Was setting, she helped others and was being Too chatty and taking her time. When it came Time to pay, the services were $43 and I included A $5 tip on my visa to equal $48. She swiped my Card and charged me $38, she told me it was a Mistake and made a seperate trans for the difference. I told her that was fine and I signed both Trans print outs. She was taking forever with Getting me a reciept and I was in a hurry and told Her I didn't need one, thanked her and left. When I checked my balance saturday, there was The $38 & $10 I approved AND A THIRD TRANSACTION for $48 I DID NOT APPROVE!!!
I have been a loyal Supercuts customer for many years. I was traveling this week and needed a haircut. I looked up on line to find the closest facility. I called the store and Shawna answered (955 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA). She was so polite and extremely welcoming. Over and above the normal courtesy of someone who answers the phone. I set up an immediate appointment. I asked her if she would be providing me my cut, she said absolutely. As soon as I walked in she greated me with a smile and by name. I know you get negative feedback about experiences. I just wanted to provide you with some positive feedback. Shawna was awesome! I have visited so many different supercut facilities and never have I had a person like Shawna. She ia cut about the rest and represents herself and Supercuts well. She was so energetic and engaging. She was upselling from the start about some tea treatment. I never get my hair washed, just a cut, but with her, I felt like I couldn't say no. it was an amazing experience. She gave me one of my best cuts ever. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Anytime I am in town on business and need a haircut, I will ask for Shawna. She deservices a special THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS!!! Please forward onto to Steve Price, CEO. It is important for him to hear about stylists that go above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for listening!
Hi, I just contacted this store, and they said that this is incorrect. They are a franchise and they are not the corporate office for Supercuts. The actual office is apparently is Minneapolis, and can be reached at 888-888-7778.
I'm speading the word not to do business with Supercuts! I've tried to reach them by email and phone, to air my complaints seems they are just too busy taking other people complaints! I'll never step foot in their stores again!
