The SuperCuts in Winter Park, FL on University and Goldenrod is great. I've been going there for three years at least monthly for a cut and wax. I've only had one semi bad experience and with a stylist I had never tried and seen before. She seemed nervous about cutting a females already short hair short and didn't blend it in the back. Other than that I've had good experiences! Bonnie, Brandye and Jen the manager have given me great cuts! Bonnie has given me fun color. I'd recommend them, even though I am stylist who works for a competitor (shhh). Try them out if you're in the area and looking for inexpensive but gfreat cuts!
I was in and out 3 times waiting for cut but they were always busy with long wait times. When I did finaly get in while cutting my hair I was asked if it was short enough and I told her to cut a little shorter she told me if she had to go around it again she would have to charge me for a second cut cause they get paid by number of cuts not by time. Nobody can believe such a rediculous thing. Looking for new place.
I CAME IN TO THE SUPERCUTS I ALWAYS GO TO. THE LADY IN THE ESCONDIDO WITH PURPLE HAIR WAS DOING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A CLIENTS HAIR COME TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEES HAIR! SHE MADE ME WAIT FOR 15-20 MIN ..UNTIL THE LADY WITH RED HAIR WHO DID A GREAT JOB AND WILL BE THE ONLY ONE I GO TO FROM NOW ON TO CUT MY HAIR. BUT I THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONLY THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WITCH I THOUGHT WAS RUDE AND UN- PROFESSIONAL TOO DO ... JUST A PERSON WHO LIKE SUPERCUTS
I worked for supercuts for 2 years...loved my job had alot of clientele never had any problems the entire time i was there and i was always there , on time, covered shifts and had no problems doing it....well I got fired yep fired cause one of my regulars i been cutting over a year had a free cut card so i gave him his cut then i went to check him out and he has left the card at home...i said will as soon as you can bring it in...i totally trust him he was gona bring it in as soon as he could...well i got no warning no nothing your fired by the area supervisor that had her nephew brought in for free haircuts?????? NOT FAIR! and my client ended up bringing in the card i wasnt there but he did bring it in....
TERRIBLE, worse hair cut ever! The manager Shelly did my hair, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! I asked for partial hightlights, and an angled cut. What I got was a bunch of NON layered hair, foiled in BLEACH ( I could smell it), and Foil lines in my hair. i was crying all last night and this morning at the horrible amount of money I paid your MANAGER of this store to do to my hair. 1) She was not courteous at all 2) she rushed the job to help another customer 3) Did not throughly wash my hair or condition it properly ( no massaging, just a real quick slap of soap on the hair, and minimal conditioner, just slapped it on,and rinsed it off. 4) No layers were done, according to the girl who fixed my hair. 5) The back of my hair was butchered, and had a visible non- textured look on both sides of the hair near my face. 6) No texturizing in heavy spots on the hair 7) no styling was done at all 8) After I paid, she said "$8.05 for tip? Thats all I get?" What kind of manager is running this store? This is the third time she has been nasty to me. Stella usually does my hair but she was not there. I trusted that a manager would be able to follow my simple request. The entire time I was in the chair, she was in the backroom eating lunch, while the man after me waited for her. She could have been waiting on him instead of rushing to get my hair done, in a horrible manner. Kudos to Melanie to fixing Shelleys huge mistake. This woman needs to retake a class on coloring, especially foil. According to your complaint book in that store, 90% of the problems are with her clients. I will not be returning. You also need to talk to this lady about how she treats her employees, and how she speaks to them in front of customers. 70 dollars for cut and color is ridiculous for a walk in salon. I would appreciate some of my money back for my money wasted, and time spent correcting it! Melanie should be commended big time for all the mistakes she has fixed.

I spoke with her twice about this evidently she don't think she did anything wrong. She field that because of my age I should use hair spray 24-7 that mean all day? I ask to speak to the manager her answer was I'm the manager. I request to speak with a district manager she give me his phone number I have call twice left a message I have not heard fromm him jet? I wonder if supercut teach their girl how to cut hair with any customer that walk there. That how they get so call experience ready to do hair cut!!!! Ok GIRL LET ALL GET TOGETHER TO COMPLAIN TO WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION OR BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU, PERHAP SOMEONE MADE TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE IF THEY HAD ANY LICENCE TO DO HAIR CUT. OR MAYBE WE NEED TO GET INTOUCH WUTH TABATHA THE TV SHOW HOST IF SEE IF THEY WILL PAS TABATHA TEST WHAT ALL OF YOU SAY!!!!!

The Supercuts in Larchmont Village, CA is the most horrific in customer service of any that I have ever been to. Today, for the third time in a row, I called ahead to put my name on the list. When I got there, an older Persian woman with a bad blonde dye job asked if I called in and I said, "Yes, Mike" she said okay... After 30 minutes an older gentleman came in and she lit up "Hi John, you're next!" I was infuritated...She waved him over to her chair and I said, "Excuse me, I called 45 minutes ago and have been waiting for 30 minutes!" She responded "Well, he called too" I said "I don't care! He hasn't been waiting here for 30 minutes...if you call and you don't show up soon after, you take the people who have been waiting who ALSO called." She was arrogant and rude towards me so I got up and said "I'm outta here. This is ridiculous! You've wasted an hour of my life!" (which is true) I went to another store at Beverly and Crescent Heights...they were awesome and took phenominal care of me. I have never been disppointed in any Supercuts I've been too excpet for Larchmont...The women there are arrogant, rude and play favorites with customers that they 'know' or have 'crushes' on appartently. I will never visit that one again I am letting everyone I know about this as well. Three strikes at you're "YELPED!" :) Horrible horrible store. The Franchise people need to take care of this immediately...Same woman ALWAYS rude and arrogant...driving away customers with her attitude...So sad, because I used to make a day of it and have lunch in the village and do other shopping there as well....such a shame that a Supercuts representative has to ruin the experience. Today I went to the Supercuts in woodland Hills Ca . Located on Victory blvd. I asked for someone who was good with color. And I was receded to the manager" Anita"! I needed base color and a few Carmel higights touched up. Usually a very easy job that takes about an hour fifteen minutes! Whe she was working on me I was reading and not paying attention. I soon realized she cut corners and a two step process was done in one step to save time! The result was predictable I had orange bleach stripes as highlights beCous my color needed to stay on longer so the bleach kept on lightening!!! How could someone so inexperienced be the manager????I got there at 10:30am and after several atemots to repair and correct the orange I soon was a Bleach Blonde almost all over!!! I'm an olive skin dark haired dark eyed woman it was awful! Not to forget several bleach attempts and my hair was breaking off!! I still had flame cored roots after her last attempt at 4:30pm! I stood up with wet hair when I pointed out my bright orange roots and her response was"if you part your hair the other you won't see them" ! I left with wet hair and drove up and down Ventura blvd to find a salon late Monday afternoon!! I did and when I walked in with fried white steaks in dark brown hair an flame orange roots I made quite an entrance! I was so embarrassed!! The owner offered to stay late and help me saying he couldn't let me wLk around lime that. As I waited for him to squeez me in I realized my hair was falling out by the handfulls! It's now 8:30 pm and I'm getting blown dry ! Yay! I have damaged hair shorter than I started, less hair than I came with, and a huge chunck of change to correct a mess from the manager of what is supposed to be a chain of well know salons!! Thank god I found a knowlegable competent hairdresser!! Now with shorter hair (I've spent months trying to grow) I can go home and catch up on the my missed day of work! This woman needs to be fired! Last month I Went to Supercuts in Elmwood Park, NJ. I asked for highlights. The so called hairdresser named Gina, told me no it could not be done. She dyed my hair and instead of trimming it she butchered it. The bottom of my hair was grey and the top was brown. I had to go to another place which fixed the color but said my hair was so chopped that it should grow out and be restyled. I did not realize how bad it was because I left with it dry. She should never be allowed to work on anyone. She does not give the customer what they want and then screws up the color and cut.People beware.
Usually I do not take the time to write poor reviews but this needs attention. I am a mother of four, and my husband is in the army gone on orders right now so I don't have time to get hair cuts or do anything for myself. Today I decided I needed a haircut before going to visit my husband, kind of excited to actually feel like I looked good for once, I asked for only a little to be taken off no more than an inch at most and to do light layers at the bottom as well as the cheapest possible style, curled if possible. End result,more than two inches was taken off, and a style that didn't look like I had layers. Before we got started I was told that I would be getting the haircut for ten dollars because my husband is in the military, as she proceeded to ring me up I was shocked to find that I wasnt going to spend my planned $25, instead I spent $35 when I asked and told her how disappointed I was she let me know the haircut was 10 and the rest was for the style. Since when is it ever ok to charge someone twice as much as a haircut for a style? I will never go back again, I could have spent that much needed money on diapers for my two little ones. I left in tears knowing that I would never take a chance to look good again I feel like I look horrible. Thanks to the manager Lisa who cut my hair and styled it at the Eagle Idaho supercuts, I will no longer be selfish and try to do something nice for myself ever again. My husband even called telling her that I never do anything for myself and I was heartbroken that they took such advantage of me, she still did nothing. RIchelle vannoy of eagle idaho
I used to work for supercuts in kalamazoo, mi. Worst place ever. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The girls smoke right outside the front door and don't even care to wash their hands afterwards. The manager will rush you out of her chair and bad mouth previous employees to clients. I would never go there if I were a customer.
I thought I finally found someone to cut my hair just the way I wanted and also I was very happy to know that Supercuts now does color as well. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair touched up on my color at supercuts in denver colorado, the past couple of times that I have been in that store, the girls have been very courteous with me and talkative,, and this time, I felt as though I wasn't appreciated as a customer and felt like I wanted to ask for the tip back. Their conversation amongst each-other was very unprofessional and sad to say that even the manager was the main one who started the conversation. When my color was done, I paid for my services and left a $5 tip, no thank you for coming or see you again, it was only obvious that the manager was in a rotten mood and didnt smile much or talk much to me, instead she talked more to her employees! and did not like at all how she was saying she was gangster and so forth.
My daughter just graduated from Cosmotology School. She was told by the East Greenbush Supercuts that she had a full time position. She went to the training for 2 days and they fired her. She never finished the training and she had quit her part time job to take this position. She is very, very good at what she does and did not even have the chance to finish with her training. The manager of Supercuts in East Greenbush or Rensselaer apparently does not know what she is doing. Now she is unemployed and very upset. Shouldn't she be allowed to finish her training before (after 2 days) being let go? This is not the first time I have heard of this woman letting people go for no good reason. I think they definately need a new manager.
I have been receiving Texts from Supercuts regarding sales and discounts. I am no longer interested in receiving these texts and have asked them multiple times to stop and they won't.
I just want to say to all of the negative people here, why does one bad experience at a certain salon make the entire supercuts chain terrible? It's one stylist. Not the entire chain of stylist that messee your hair up. And for people who say you've had multiple bad experiences.. whyd you go back after the first one? Obviously you enjoyed something about your experience. Maybe you as the customer should make it clear with the stylist what you want. I just don't see any reason for people to be on here dogging on how bad supercuts is when it wasnt supercuts that shrewd your hair up. It was one stylist!
I was wrongfully terminated 2day. Supercuts in franklin tn.. I am a hard worker and I take my career seriously. I have a 3yr old daughter so I can work everyday of the week and every other weekend. Other employes and managment was ok with that untill 2day... Other employes started complaning.... So they let me go.. Dsnt seem fair at all.... Prob the worst company I have ever worked for.... There was constant drama that the manager and area supervisor were involved in.... I will never recomend that anybody work @ the supercuts in franklin tn......
I have never been treated so bad at your cwmbran salon i will never go there again and i will tell all my friends not to go there . They were very rude and kayley was very rude . You need to sort out your staff ,well change them would be good start.
i went to your supercuts salon in freehold nj. they cut my hair about one week again. my hair is very fine and thin. i thought is was great when i left, but the next day it did not look that great. i could not go back to the salon to talk to them about it right away. today which is 12=17=11 i went back to the salon and sarah fixed my hair. she put more layers in it. the first transaction was put on a creditcard which the creditcard company wont erase. i think the whold staff in this salon are great.
