OMG I went to the Supercuts in on Coors and Seqouia in Albuquerque, NM. Talk about unprofessional. The aka stylist Sabrina all tattooed up was so FRw48e^# slow. She complained about her job and the atmosphere.. She tried to convince me to go to her home to highlight my hair (cheaper). I thought that was unprofessional. The store was not "clean" and there were all sorts of odd people going in it appeared there was another "business" going on there. My haircut was horrible and uneven. It is different when your hair is longer than you wanted than SHORTER than you wanted. I would not go back to that store of allow Sabrina to touch my hair!
It is Monday. I called an hour ago to confirm today's closing time. I was told 5:00pm. I arrive at 3:40 and the doors are locked. One of the ladies comes to the door and tells me the manager, Madeline gave the order to close. When I called, I asked if they were busy and the lady I spoke with said they were busy. This is no way to run a business. The lady I spoke with on the phone acknowledged my having called. Check your phone records. I won't be coming back. Fooey on you. Bad people.
I made an appointment at the Supercuts in West Hollywood on LaBrea. When I was paying my bill they added 3 dollars to it for surcharges. When I asked what this is about, they told me that supercuts charges 3 dollars extra for making an appointment.\ Seriously, you people charge clients extra if they make an appointment. Biggest scam I've ever heard of
Brought in a $3.00 coupon for Supercuts and was told it is only worth $2.00 because it was a misprint. Supercuts doesn't honor their regional goof ups. Then, the stylist at the Killeen Supercuts named Alea was so curt and unfriendly with me, and I had to ask her to retrim my hair. I asked for a two-inch trim and you'd think I was stealing the pennies off her dead mother's eyelids. When she rang me up, she stared at me as I signed the receipt, so I felt obligated to give her a $2 tip. Now I wish I hadn't tipped her. Not going back again, and I hope Alea is not an example of how you train your employees. The other stylists are polite and friendly, but not her. Alea hates her job, believe me.
Super Cuts Nashua NH(Amherst st) is a joke! Witness an employee yell at another employee. So unprofessional and the manager did absolutely nothing!
Can anyone help me??? No one at super cuts will return my call or email. There has to be someone else to talk too I was hired at Super Cuts, in HB. I was applying for the Long Beach store, that was opening across the street from me. I was contacted by Buffy, and shortly after I was contacted by Elizabeth Wright. She explained that she received my application first, so I was not eligible to work in the Long Beach Store, the store belonged to another regional manager. I was a little disappointed, but accepted the position. Part time, with No restrictions on my eligibility. Took the week class, loved it. (middle of April). Began in the HB store, loved it. Busy, great clients, this was the beginning of May. A few days into working, my daughter had an emergency C section. I was scheduled a lot of hours. And almost every shift was a closing shift. The manager of the store is named Flor, her and I hardly saw one another. She typically was gone, by the time my shift would start. So I left her notes on her station. Several Notes, stating that I understood the schedules were made out 3 weeks in advance and could she please either cut my days down to 3, or may I please have earlier shifts. So I could spend the time with my daughter and her newborn preemie, while she recuperates from her C section. I would never get a response, and the new schedules would come up, I was working all nights and all closing, 5 days a week. Finally I began leaving her voice messages on her cell phone. No response. I carried on, miserable, but my performance at work was steller! As the days passed by and the new schedules would come up, I was saddened to see that the next 16 days ahead of me, were all closing shifts. Typically 1-8 and 2-8. Then out of no where, without any notice, my shifts were to end at 9p.m. They made the store hours longer, and no body ever said anything about it. Now by this time I had only worked there about a month, my husband kept saying why don't you just quit! The problem was I Loved it! I loved the entire Super Cuts plan. If I could just get these people to give me a little break with my schedule. Well after being ignored from the manager I called Elizabeth, who bluntly stated that I needed to speak with Flor. :O( The next Friday, I was scheduled to work... That morning, the Doctors were sending our new baby home. My daughter was a wreck, and really needed me. I knew I couldn't juggle this day. So I called the store, to call in sick. They said, call Flor on her Cell Phone. Which I did, and left a message. And just to be thorough I sent her a text message also. I wasn't due in too work again, till the following Tuesday. But before that I received an email from Elizabeth that I had been terminated for TEXTING in a sick call. I was irritated, but too busy to deal with it. Besides, what was I going to do? About a week later I went by the salon to gather my personal belongings along with my License. The girls said, Flor was out, but I needed to get my things from Elizabeth. I Left and called Elizabeth, but she was not in. ***sigh** Then soon after received another email from her stating that she had my License, my last pay check, and my personal belongings at her store. And they would not be returned until I turned in my clippers and blades. The clippers were not allowed out of the store. We kept them in a bin, in the back cabinet. And as far as the blades go .. We didn't have any!!!! I was told, Elizabeth needed to order them! Which made my trimmer useless. And I was bringing my own in every day I worked!! Ive emailed Elizabeth, ive left messages with Elizabeth... I have gotten no response. At first, I was asking for my job back. That obviously isnt going to happen. But what about my LICENSE! Please help me, and tell me where to go from here. Thank You, Angel Canevari
I worked the supercuts in St. Charles, IL. I worked there for a little over a month and it was the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. When I was hired I was told two stylist close together every night, but ended up closing by myself on the week nights because the shop was short staffed. I did not feel safe closing by myself and when I brought it up to her all she said was "make sure you lock the door when you count the money," I could care less about the money! It was very creepy being there alone at night. I totally understand why there were only 3 of us working there. The manager was the worst manager I have ever worked for. She is very selfish, money hungry, & wants all the clients for herself. She makes comments to her clients about the other stylist not being that good because she doesn't want them to go to anyone else for a haircut or color, shes always putting down her stylist. A Few weeks ago I opened by myself and a man came in at 11:30 asking for her so I told him she was coming in at 12. He hesitated and then said ok Ill just come back. He came back at 12 & told her that he was going to have me cut his hair but wasnt sure if I would do a good job. He then asked her if I was good and could cut his hair next time if she wasnt working. She made a face & said ummm I dont know I guess you can try her. I have had a few clients tell me that at first they were kind of nervous about me cutting there hair because the manager told them that if shes not working she doesnt know that who ever is will give them a good cut. Today I came in at 2 & took a client right way. A lady came in right after for the manager & said she wanted a cut & color . The manager told her she had 5 customers waiting for her (when there were only 2 sitting in the waiting area) & told her to come back in an hour. The lady asked if I could do her hair n the manager said come back for me in an hour. The lady asked about me again and the manager made a face to the lady, like, no you don't want her to do your hair, so the lady said she would come back. When i saw the face she made I was done. I was so fed up with being put down & having her make me & the other stylist look like an idiot in front of the clients so I did 2 more hair cuts and walked out. I could write a book on how horrible of a manager she is. From what Iv heard, the stylist before me didn't say to long because they were sick of dealing with me. I hope the owner will soon realize that she is the problem.
Management is always yelling at someone, they group together to make a person quit, let people go through your purse when your phone is vibrating ( which is illegal ) and when you say something they cont care, they tell you what to wear after working at super cuts for years now they say you cant wear skirts - this company is awful.
I walked into you McKnight Road location in Pittsburgh, PA only to be ignored for over 20 minutes. Only one person seemed to be working, and I was told finally by that person there were call aheads coming in about 30 minutes from the time of my arrival. So why couldn't I be waited on during the time I was there for a haircut? Instead the woman who told me about the call aheads sat down and ate her lunch from McDonald's in the back room. After reading the reviews from so many others..it seems like this is a very familiar and consistent story of the way all of us were treated.
I got my hair cut at Supercuts in Winston-Salem,Silas Creek Crossing. The haircut was not the best but my main complaint is the rudeness of the stylist that work there. Very unprofessional, will never go there again!
It is so true that Supercuts ad is a lie. I called and tried to make an appointment, the stylist told me that I could not make an appointment, but that she would be there at 3:00 the next day. I got there the next day at 3:00 and was told that she was "booked". It made me angry that she told me she could not book an appointment for me. I will never go there again, nor would I recommend them to anyone unless they just want to be treated badly and get a mediocre haircut.
This place blows!!! This lady doesn't even know how to do a fade at the Huntersville location and was rude after she screwed my sons hair up!! Crap is what you get there.
your seekonk salon told me i had to wait even thou the shop was empty because the cutter had promised 4 people that she would take them first when they came back. i asked when she would know if they were coming back. she said in 45 minutes the man behind also left your empty shop. good luck with her
Thay do not know the difference tween a flat top and homie from the hood! haircut. she she shaved my head I ask for a marine core flat top not a f?ck up home boy haircut. And still had me pay $15.99 Wtf now I look like a 48 yr old gangster.
It was this past Monday I had took the day off to get somethings done one of the things is to get my hair cut. This Supercuts location (33 W. Huron St. Chicago, IL) was racommended to me by some people in the office. I walked in and "NO ONE" even said hello or TOOK my name, there where 3 different stylist working. So I sat down and waited all were cutting hair, then another person walked in then one of the stylist walked over and took his name so I interrupted saying I WAS HERE FIRST! (not yelling) just stating a point. She said okay and the man took a seat....... long story short they SKIPPED ME and took the man that came in AFTER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I finally got name called the women cutting my hair said those two are the MANAGERS of the store! !!!!! I will never go to another Supercuts AGAIN hello to "Greatclips" which is just around the corner!
I am sitting in a supercuts in johnston RI My wife is getting a haircut... She has been in the chair over 1/2 hour while the one of five available employees multitasks the cash register, greeting clients, and the other four are taking smoke breaks and playing with little kids. This is the last time I come to this white trash excuse for a barber shop!!
I am writing this in response to Mr.Dal Heagly, Sir I want to thank you first for taking the time to read my comment, you not only read it but also responded to it in a letter. That lets me know that you care about the customers of Supercuts.Second I thank you for giving me a full refund on all of the services I recieved and you gave me cards for complimentary haircuts for me or my children to use...that was very nice of you and I thank you very much.
Worst hair cut ever at the super cuts in harrah oklahoma i wouldnt recomend them to anyone
If I could do more of a neg rating it would be -10...I went to Supercuts in Rancho Cucamonga Ca back in Feb of this year, first of all I live about 2-1/2 hours away, I went there while I was visiting my brother..well I asked for the lady to trim my hair at that time my hair was a lil past the middle of my back, she chopped off alot more then a trim so much so that my hair was at my shoulders..another lady who was going to be doing the coloring bleached my hair..she was very nice but did not know what she was doing..half of the section to be bleached was orange and the top was white/yellow...my scalp at the top of my bangs was also pretty much balded..I emailed a day after asking for Supercuts to fix this issue (basically a refund) a woman named Pam called me back and recommended that I go see a woman named Letty(manager) over at Rancho Supercuts #2. I said I do not feel comfortable getting anymore chemicals put in my hair seeings how I already can see my scalp and had scabs from the bleaching..she insisted, so I talked to Letty over the phone and we tried about 2 or 3 times to get in there for a deep conditioning treatment I opted for rather then chemical services...however I did tell Letty and Pam that it is very difficult for me to get back down there as my husband works in the Army and I have 5 children...so that tells me what I want to do basically comes last..as in its very difficult to get 2 1/2 hours away just to get my hair done...so I sent an email last week asking for a refund I have not recieved a response..I called today 7-2-12 and talked to Pam, she stated that they have a 7 day policy, I replied that I did email them the day right after the incident..she stated that they gave me 3 chances to get in, I reminded her that I told them it would be very hard for me to get down there..she said they never got a chance to look at my hair to even see if it was damaged or not...wow really?? I thought she was good to go when I was talking to her the first time around (but now were going to try that excuse :)..but now that Its 6 months later she doesnt think I deserve to have this resolved? I have pictures dated 2-19-12 the day after receiving services from Rancho Supercuts I have the reciept dated 2-18-12, ticket #53,Stylist- Sammie, Jessica... I will be fixing this issue by other means if it does not get resolved in a timely fashion, I believe it is rude and unprofessional first of all to know that I have a damaged scalp and hair is ruined and you want me to STILL go in and get chemical services?? That alone should tell anyone steer clear!! I am not a pro and I know that...I cannot make it in anytime soon to get a deep conditioning treatment 2 1/2 hours away which is a whole LOT less then what I payed for when I got my hair and scalp ruined..$140.85 is the amount I payed to a stylist/company. It was not close to being satisfactory but you want me to give you another chance to damage my hair and scalp even further?? Be professional and refund what I am owed...I am not asking for anything else then what I payed.
Supercuts location in Wichita,ks on Kellogg and Greenwich. I have tried a various times to obtain a haircut at this location the following is sum of the efferts. I had to wait 30 minutes than about when it was my time three people walked in that had called ahead, I did not get told that I 8 people ahead of me. There was only one person cutting and the stylists apoligized due to being the only one scheduled 9/4/12). I ended up leaving and prior to my departing three other people declined to wait due to scheduling. The other time I was there for five minutes and no one did anything to recognize I was there or when I left, only one person waiting. The other time the lady said she would attempt to low light my hair and I declined but made the mistake of getting an uneven hair cut. I believe that I have given every oppurturnity to utilize this location but will not again or will I recommend it.
