I went to super cuts in Columbia sc for the first time today. I will never go back!! I got a color which I did like but she killed my hair. I hate the cut she did. And then she charged me to blow dry it even though she colored it. I am very unhappy with it. I can't wait for my hair to grow back so I can get it redone by someone else. It looks so bad. I really want to cry

Went into the store and there was only 1 girl at the chair. Asked her is another sylist was there and she said yes. Waited 5 minutes before that sytlist came out. She took my name and said go sit in the chair down there. I asked which chair, she stated the 3rd one. I sat at that chair for about 10 minutes while she was playing with the computer. I got up and left. I figure playing with the computer was more important than my business. I will never go back there.

Regis and Supercuts apparently condones discrimination in their franchise agreements as the Oroville, CA store has no designated accessible path of travel and even though I have called Regis/Supercuts three times to complain, they have yet to contact me back or require that franchise owner to contact me. When I tried to educate the manager of this Supercuts franchise she was beyond offensive and even walked out of the door yelling at me. She then called the police to have me no trespassed from the property. Supercuts/Regis/Mastercuts corporate apparently is okay with their name being associated with discrimination against the disabled. Shame on you!

What you charge for, and don't notify your customers about is absurd!!! From my last visit to the Fort myers, FL store, I knew you were "A La Carte". so I went with my hair wet and wanted a cut. Ana (shift Manager) asked if i wanted it dried. I said sure, and knew it would be a bit more b/c of my last visit, which I was charged for and they didn't tell me. That is when I ofund out it was A La Carte. So, at the end, she is ringing me up and I see another $12.95 misc. charge. I asked what it was for, and she said because she used a brush to dry it and not just her hand. I said you'r crazy, and you didn't tell me there was a charge for it. she said, well there is because I used a brush. I paid it, didn't tip her, and will never return again and am spreading this crazy news to all people I work with and meet. I am also notifying the Better Business Burea since this has happened to me twice with your company. You are scam artisits.

called corporate to get refund for the worst hair cut ever...told they could give me a credit to use towards products because too much time had passed. Had to take time to clam down as manager shined me on two times when I came back. 'SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH ME". Just want my money back... Word of warning don't go to super cuts causes much grief....

I went into Supercuts for my scheduled appointment and the manager heard me say to the stylist, I'm a little early for my shampoo and style and and the stylist said that's fine. While in the shampoo bowl, the manager came over to the shampoo bowl and spoke over me to the stylist and said you can't shampoo her, she has extensions in her hair. I had to leave with no blow dry and no style! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My now ex boyfriend with whom we have 2 small children together went for a haricut with a gift card he had received at the bedford, NH location. To make a long story short the girl cutting his hair gave him her personal number and convinced him to further their relationship outside the salon resulting in a month long spree of cheating when i found out. While at the salon they talked about how things were rough bw us and she pushed how he should leave me, deserved better and actually sent him nude photos of herself. Apparently there are no moral standards for working at this salon chain!!!

While in Supercuts in Belton, TX. There was a small child waiting for a haircut. When it was his turn, he ran to the fire engine seat that is for kids to sit in while getting their hair cut. Obviously, he knew the routine. When the stylist asked how old he was, his dad told her, "3, today is his birthday." The stylist then told them that the little boy could not sit in the fire engine as it was for 2 years old and under. The kid was so sad, he cried the entire time. We will never return. I can't believe what a horrible experience that little boy had on his special day!

I worked at supercuts white marsh on the Avenue for over a month and never got paid. After several phone calls, I gave up. Then i get a w-2 to pay taxes!! I will be contacting the IRS

I went to the Supercuts by my house as I always do. Today I had a girl that I do not normally go to. I have been growing my hair and getting it cut by the same girl for almost 8 months. Today she was not there and I am sorry to say that it is the worst haircut I have ever had--unless your hair is not suppose to be even on both sides and mullets are inf or women??

I live in Bluefield Virginia. The lady who does my hair does an excellent job as far as the color is concern. My complaint is the color at Supercuts fades so fast. It begins really dulling as soon as a week. I've had two friends and my sister to leave her and go elsewhere. Their color stays in for more than two months and looks great. I got my hair done about a week and a half ago and no one can believe how faded it is! I love the job the stylist does but I feel I'm being forced to change salons! Ya truly need to up grade on your color products!!!

I have been going to supercuts for 15 years once every week. I am in law enforcement and need to be kept high and tight. I find when I finally get a hair stylist whom can cut a simple hairstyle to my liking she is never there and the worse part is she's the store manager. Her store has went downhill with employees with facial piercing and cleavage. Very unprofessional. Supercuts on 80 Niagara street in tonawanda New York. Going to find another place to cut my hair!! Sorry for your loss supercuts!! You should be very ashamed for losing a $1000 in sales with me and kids!! Never again!!!

Today I went to your salon for a wash and cut. At first I was very pleased with Allison's work but when I went home I looked at the back of my hair and it was very uneven. I am extremely disappointed because I don't want to pay for another hair cut when my first hair cut should not have been like that. I'm hoping that the reason for my uneven hair is just because it is difficult to cut and not that she is unexperienced because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the disappointment I have to go through.

I got my haircut at SuperCuts in hales corners, I am very satisfy, stylist was very professional and pretty good looking..I think she was the manager. I think her name was Joanna.. SuperCuts should hire more good looking ladies like her! Wow!

I took a week out with Pneumonia and got a written warning!!!! Thats redic!!!!! And Had a Doctors note that they will not except......

I went to get a cut and color my hair and the gal who helped me acted as if she knew exactly what I wanted, so she worked on me and it was the worst thing ever. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that she was the manager. I will admit she was a new face but never in a million years would I have thought that management did not know their business. I should have gone with my gut feeling and asked for the other ladies to do my hair. Never again will I go back to the SuperCuts in Woodburn, Oregon..THE NEW MANAGER SUCKS at her JOB!!! I am embarrased for her, SuperCuts should have screened her better before giving her the title :-(

Hello Supercuts I wanted to know if your Supercuts on Rainbow/Charleston & Alta has changed Management and or if it is still Supercuts. Reason being I visited the store on October 24th and the Look of your Employees were not professional in the least bit, their were people hanging out in the store maybe friends of the the employee(s) with pants hanging off their behinds and house slippers on. The attire of the two ladies(never seen them in store before) were scary with ungroomed braided hair. I will not visit That Store Anymore or any other store unless it has changed back to the original staff you had in the past. Concerned

I just got back from a Supercuts on Hwy 100 and Lincoln in Milwaukee WI. It is by far the WORST cut I have gotten in years. I am very UPSET!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR EVER!!!!!!!! NO ONE and i mean NO ONE seems to care about the stylists , all the company cares about is their stupid % numbers and thats it!

I have been going to the same supercuts for many years and the lady who cut my hair cut my hair many times. She tells me she is only parttime now and found another job, she trashed talked the supercuts company and the others who work their. I am a hotel manager and was very UNCOMFORTABLE and wonder how many other people she will say things she told me. I have to wonder if I had some one like this in my company I sure would like to know about it. Many many years going to Supercuts and recomending it. I will NEVER go back and will look for other place for my cut.Clearwater Florida
