have a complant on a subway where my 17 yr old doughter works... need some one to get a hold of me plzzzzzzzzzzzzz ...so sick of bullying... took her down to 8 hr......a week

I just visited a subway in Clintonville wi.And for the third time they had no bread only two loafs of wheat.can't believe this.On another visit it was 8 pm and asked for spinach they said were out and they did not want to open a new one until tomorrow.This is a small town,we don't have another place for a sub.I believe the owner should have a serious chat with that manager.

I was very unhappy this morning when I went to the Kalkaska Subway. There was two women talking about other employees while I was there. I could hear their comments and found it to be unprofessional. They were talking about an employee who was not opening correctly.

Hase Been A Customer For Over A Year In The SubWay On Rt 22 And Will Never Return There Again, The Workers Were Dirty And Rude. The Manager Has No Time For You To Talk To Her She Was Very Rude

My husband and I went to the Subway in Petal, MS. We were waited on my a woman in curlers and a dirty t-shirt. The young man who was also working at the time appeared stressed. The woman waited on us and then sat in the dining area and began talking on her cell phone. When the young man asked her a question, she yelled the answer, got up and went behind the counter while still talking on the telephone. This is not the way to conduct a business.

I visited the Subway in Abbeville South Carolina on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at about 9:30pm. When I arrived I noticed the open sign light was off and I was puzzled; because I know the normal closing time was 10pm. So I parked and walked in. Upon entering, one of the workers told me they were closed because they didn't have any more bread. THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD COMPLETELY. NONE WHAT SO EVER. I later found out by talking to someone; they too went there on the same date, but at an earlier time, and she was also turned away because they didn't have any bread. What is the deal here. That tells me they were out of bread for most of that day. How do you run out of bread in a Subway!!!!!! And there was another occasion that they had run out bread all except the flat bread. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! Someone is not handling their business. This Subway has really gone down in the last months to a year. Somebody need to do something.

Hello my name is michelle I went to the subway on perriville rd in danville ky grab a sub for lunch and there was a big white lady working I asked her the price difference in a few subs and she was just rude about it she rolled her eyes and told me the difference in them then asked me very rudely what I wanted and when I went old her she rolled her eyes I feel that was no way to be treated I was nothin but nice o her

We have 3 Subways by our house all operated by Indians. What is it with them having to skimp on the toppings and don't even ask about the runny tuna. I pay the same price for the sandwich, but don't get the same sandwich. VERY ANOYED

very very upset with survice....order was made wronge twice... when i called to explain what was wrong he guy hung up on me i called back and was told his name was geoarge..... so i will not be returning to yhe 47790 grandriver novi mi ever again. I have never been treated that way and as a matter of fact this is the first complaint i have ever made......

The subway on Sierra way in San Bernardino Ca is the worst it has a rating b by public health services it dirty and disgusting .and the employees are untrained in food preparation and sanitation I will never go there again.

I had the unfortunate experience that many other shared this Veteran's Day. The Falmouth Kentucky Subway owner refused to honor any Veteran's day Subway advertisements. There are too many direct competitors to Subway to list here. I will be expressing my opinion by never returning to any Subway and spreading this message.

i had been going to the same subway for a couple years. then there was an employee turnover and all the people who made the subs were gone. now when i purchase subs from there, my bread is stale and the vegetables were chewy and old. i keep hoping that they'll change, but they don't. i won't be going back.

Me and my boyfriend always go to the subway shop in labelle fl. Well we went there tonight (11-29-13) the sign says they close at 11p.m we got there at 7:46p.m a guy just walked out of the shop when we were walking up to the door and one of the workers ran and locked the door goes to the back and comes back out a few minutes later and my boyfriend pulls on the door and the guy shakes his head and then my boyfriend pointes to the sign amd the guy gets mad and comes open the door and says we are closed we havent had any business in 3 hrs. Well they lost a very loyal customer. I will never go back there again

All subways are not the same. When it comes to military discounts. I believe even if that subway doesn't honor military at least have good customer service but to the girl who had such poor customer service in wood river Il C U Next Tuesday

Dear Executive Team, There have been many requestes over the last 4 Years more slight less and i am not getting a lead way with an of my requestes like example; all of my corporation should use there advertisning names that a company is up and register under , There are alot of pet names like very mosy for me , And no franchising opportunity be ready to up and physicaly fight also alwway remeber the lead person previously on how everything have gotten started and for the near further like within a everlasting life.

Went to the AVI subway in Laughlin, Nevada. Ordered my sub then found out that the price was $2.00 more than other sub stores, went to pay for it and they would not take a sub gift card. Clerk said they were a privately owned subway and did not honor subway pricing or gift cards. BEWARE and be FOREWARNED all subways are not the same.

I go to a subway branch in Canton,oh and there's a young lady name Shannan she said shes been there for 2 yrs. everytime i go there she is doing something even if there are no customers..wiping keeping things clean..Greeting customers well..letting customers know about deals going on some times getting them to buy more then they intended to..trust me she got me..she defends everything about your commercials to your food..

I recently visited the Subway on South Roan Street in Johnson City, Tn. When I approached the counter to place my order the employee didn't even look up or say Hello. When I told her what I wanted (because she did not ask) she took out the wrong bread and gave me a chicken breast (I ordered turkey). To say her head was elsewhere is an understatement. I will not return to this Subway. You may want to consider some employee training.
