I love Subways subs so much. Its easy, fast, cheap, and delicious. But when we went there on Veterans day for our free subs in Missouri, they told us the boss did not want to participate in handing out free subs. I was so shocked because it was advertised everywhere that Subway wassupporting the troops. While walking out on every table it had "Happy Veterans Day." I snicered because that support was ironic. I was very unpleased with Subway.

The Subway shops in Mankato, MN did not honor their advertised offer of a free 6" sub to vets on Veterans day. I hope people will boycott all Subway subs in areas where this occurred.

I would just like to let your know that your tv and internet advertising for a free meal for veterans is not truthful. I visited several Subways on Lake Street in Pasadena, Ca. and they said they were not honoring Veterans with a free 6 ounce sub. as was advertised.

My husband and I, seen it posted on line that subway was giving vets a 6' subway, so my husband and I go to our local subway to get our 6' sub. and were told Subway no longer will honor veterans this year. we both left feeling sick and tired of business in this great country of ours, having privileges to make money/profit off the freedoms of the veterans and their sacrifices. My husband is a 100% disabled Marine Corp Vet.

Wehave been going to the South end Subway in Lincoln City, Oregon for ten years. Last year the store change hands and the new owner is great. The owner has cleaned the place up and made the employees keep it clean. The problem with most is that they leave the scoop in the tuna. That is discusting to say the least. All the dry old tuna goes on your sandwich. Keep up the good work. thanks

Do each individually franchised subway have a option of honoring the Veterans Day ? I was under the impression that subway offered a free foot long sub to veterans and active duty military. I went to subway and asked about that here I. Texas and the employee told me that the owner did not want to do the free foot long deal because he was a vet and had to work. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Bring back the SEAFOOD sub.

I honestly have been working for subway for about 1 year. When my manager start stealing, who do i call? The owner...I thought that it was very important because she was stealing loads of money from him everyday. I guess he didnt want to believe me, so he fired me and now he dont want to give me MY unemployment! Sad but true, everyday since that happen...my bills and kids aré stuck in a whole big money problem.

The subway on Ankeny blvd in Ankeny Ia needs to stop serving bread and cookies that are not fresh. Got cookies that were old and gross.

Subway sandwiches were always very good, now one layer of meat, one of cheese and day old bread with very hard crust! Used to be almost to much meat, moist bread.. Had to throw away most of the bread, which was most of the sandwich! No longer a customer in the Yuba City stores, can make a better sandwich at home!! Cheap cheap!

Go into sw to get a blt. They put 2paper thin 1/2 slices of bacon. On your subs suck!a meatball sub you get 3or 4 meatballs. 1 slice of bacon.

I been going to Subway restaurant in Shawnee Mission Kansas for about 8 years now they recently moved the store located on Johnson Drive to Metcalf Avenue . having been a customer for so long as subway I have seen many numbers of new managers and new employees come and go but there's one employee there that has been there through thick and thin , he's dedicated he so dedicated that he got his bike sickle to work every city has to work rain sleet or snow make him and wet and cold but he's at work. He has also told me that he comes into work an hour to two hours early on his schedule shifts to make sure that he is on time and he works well hes clocked out because he doesn't believe you should clock in until his shift schedule. I'm sure the corporation like that. But what I would like a customer if you take knowledge your employees that do great as employees boys name is Anthony Akersreslike what

The Little York location is horrible. The workers here were very rude!!!! They were rushing my friend and I when we had a big order that would have given them more money. Two of their workers were talking rudely towards us. They will no longer get business from me!

Don't stop at the U.S. 395 at Pearsonville Subway. I made that mistake, and ordered a 6" sandwich with double meat. I was told that the extra meat would be $5 more than the price of the sandwich. No other subway I have ever been in has charged that much for extra meat onn a sandwich. Usually it's $2. This is just plain stick it to the consumer because he is out there in the middle of no where. Just keep moving until you hit Lonepine CA. it's just about 50 miles farther up the road. I called Subway Corp. to complain and was told the individual owners can charge anything they want.

You have failed to come up with frequent eater program. 20 yrs ago I filled up 28 cards. Your take out menu fails to show bread options; vegetable options or condiments/dressings options

I went to Marmora Ontario Subway shop today Friday Oct 5 2013, where I had the unfortunate experience of having to listen to the server complain about having to work by herself since 5:00pm, it was now 8:10pm and it was too busy and she wanted a break. She said she hated this shift and hated that the customers were all mad because they had to wait. She went on at great length, to the point that I finally left and went to Madoc Ontario instead, where I was greated by someone that actually wanted to serve me with pleasure. This person in Marmora should go and look for another job.

Friday night 10/4/13 @ 5:30pm. Ordered a meat ball sandwich. Novato, CA, San Marin Blvd. shop. Banner advertising item but no meatballs. Went next door to Mary's Pizza Shack and paid twice as much for meatball sandwich, chips, and soft drink. Subway shop was as empty as a mausoleum.

Port Angeles, WA. Walmart Subway. My friends & I frequent this subway on a regular basis. I have wondered in the past why such a high turnover of employees. I may have gotten the answer last Thursday 10-3-2013. As we were dining in and enjoying our delicious sandwich, the owner/manager yells out over the counter as he is front & center at lunch time, to his staff for being late he wouldn't let it go either, he was loud & rude. Between the loud ice machine and & now rude manager/owner, we will choose to dine elsewhere.

Why doesn't the five dollar footlong ever include pastrimi ever why is that ? They have the same sandwich but never a pastrimi ! You guys need to work on that !
