Subway Corporate Office & Headquarters

I come to this subway at least 4 times a week because I only have 1/2hour lunch and I place my order on the app. I get a e-mail of the time my sandwich will be ready and more then once they said it was never received!!! WHY???? What's going on Subway?

If the cashier is on the register they need to know that they MUST change their gloves before handling ANY FOOD. Better yet if they are on the register they shouldn't switch to the food line.

I printed out a coupon from the Internet. It was from my credit card company; I used reward points to print out the coupon for buy one get one free. The manager, Pedro, at store # 3017 was extremely rude to my husband. He told him he needed the "original coupon" because otherwise he could just make copies. Pedro gave my husband and attitude and said he would accept it "this time" and then walked away. We won't be dining at Subway anymore.

It's not often we right reviews when we are happy with a service but I was very impressed with the service and attitude of the young man in charge of the Kissimmee Subway on Sunday, August 11th, around 11:45am. I had called in an order and when I told him I was there to pick up a phone order he mentioned my name and said it was all ready for me. I believe he was training another young man that was there. From the time I walked in he presented himself as if he were working at Lord & Taylor. Extremely professional! And... good with the other employee that he was training. Not degrading. If you give any type of award or pat on the back to your employees for a job well done, this individual should receive one. The service and attitude of the store has not been this good for some time. We where at the subway in little rock off of maplevale drive, we ordered got our food and left. About halfway back home we had to turn around because the sandwiches tasted like they had some sort of chemical in them. We went back and told them what happened they where really nice about it offered to remake us the sandwich and we said ok but we got a different sandwich just to be safe. Not ling after leaving the subway for the second time we tasted the exact same thing: chemicals in our sandwich. On account of the customer service we might possibly be back but what was weird to us was when we went back for the second time they didn't bother to get rid of the items on our sandwich that could have been contaminated they just made us another sandwich and that was it. So I'm not sure what your rules are when it comes to contaminated food but they should have at least gotten rid of the food that we said tasted weird.

I worked at the subway in Montgomery Alabama and I am a very good worker. I respect all customers and give great customer service. I was pregnant every since I was working there and the owner knew that I was pregnant but he wouldn't give me light hours and talk really arrogant and rude to all new staff members but the employees that have been there and do disrespectful and dumb things that isn't the subway way but the new members get criticized for what the old members do. I feel like it's favoritism to his older people that always get rehired even if a compliant is filed or he sees it himself. Now to end this he also has roaches

My daughter reported to a district manager than her store manager was having employees clock her in and out when she wasnt at the store working, so theft of company time. She did this on a Thursday and was scheduled for 38 hours the next week, when she went to work on Friday her hours were cut to 10 hours a week and nothing done to the manager that was actually stealing company time. The labor commision will also be contacted on this situation. This is the Payson Utah Main St store that see's it necessary to do this to a pregnant girl for telling the truth. Lesson here, let all of your employees steal and see how long your business lasts.

I am currently an employee for a Subway restaurant. I could not be more unhappy about my job. The work itself is extremely easy. I have no complaints on the work. It's the management. I have the worst manager I could ever imagine. She is rude, she complains about other employee's to me, we are extremely under-staffed, and she refuses to hire anybody. This is suppose to be my part time job, yet I find myself working full-time hours. I recently have been off on medical leave due to a surgery. She calls me very frequently, not to check up on me, but to yell that I am not back and they don't have anyone to work. She also said that once I am back I am not allowed to request days off or call of any shifts or I will be fired due to my leave, which is medically excused. I've tried contacting Corporate plenty of times and got no response. Very close to hiring a lawyer.

Your store is probably the sorry restaurant I'v ever been too. plus your company does not care about anything except money. I went in and ordered a $2.00 breakfast egg on roll paid by card got home and you charged me $3.80 you stole $1.80 I HOPE YOU NEEDED IT

We went into the Janaf Shopping Center Subway in Norfolk, Va . The Tides baseball tickets we recieved were from 2012 for a game on July 23, 2013. We ended up having to buy three tickets for the game. I went back to the store, I called the store, an I called corporate office in chesapeake. I could not get any help from any of the places I tried to get help from.

I currently work at a subway in dawson springs ky, and it is literally the BEST job ever!! our subway is always clean and our food is always fresh! we always wash our cambros and wipe down everything constantly. Everyone i work with is amazing! and i think my manager sheila should be bumped up to like the main manager of every subway. Although id hate it if she left! i eat there everytime im on break at work and the food is always amazingly delicous! I dont know what subways yall have eaten at or worked at, but the subway i work at is like perfect!(:

My daughter started working for subway in March of 2013. She was employee of the month July 2013. She receives a complaint via phone call to corporate & the email you send to complain, all because a foriener didn't understand !!!! This is bull.... !!!! Portland Oregon

I am disgusted by this company now. I worked for a subway in wexford PA and I couldn't believe some of things I saw happening. Not only does the pay suck but buy come to find out people who have been there more than 6 years still making less than 10 dollars an hour?!?!? To become a manager of one of "sunny's" locations you have to start off at minimum wage( hmmm 10 years of management experience and now I have to start as minimum wage) don't even think about taking a break because he looks down on it supposedly. How can you expect your employees to work 10-12 hour shifts and only give them 15 min break at the most?!?! BUT the manager can take a smoke break every hour.

I worked at the subway off north Monroe until I quit because of my horrible manager, I only worked in this store for two weeks but worked almost two hours every other day in this time. I finally get my pay check after it being "lost in the mail" "I don't have it" "my CEO has it" " you were supposed to come pick it up" (even though she told me she would mail it to me). I go not two hours ago to her accusing me of already coming in and getting it. She gave me a pay check of twenty eight dollars, according to her I only worked three hours and fifty eight minutes. Something isn't right. I need this to be dealt with. Thank you.

I live in Jacksonville fl and they have these little white girls closing all alone in dangerous areas. You people should have at least 2. There's no reason to have a little girl like that close alone. She was serving this ghetto black chick and she was just talking straight down to her. And she had two ghetto guys outside. In my opinion they looked up to no good. It was a good thing that little girl called someone to come watch her. Honestly subway why can't 2 people close?

The subway in Shelbyville, Tn. on main street is the worst subway that I have ever been in. The Manager is so rube to his customer, don't honoe coupons and gives half the meat. It is the worst experience I have ever had in a subway. I guess the manager forgot who is paying his paycheck!!
