subway dont care called 3 to 4x about a complaint i had they just tell you anything to get you off phone very un profesional

Always enjoyed your product and services. Today, your franchise at 3782 Blackstone Fresno, CA refused my refill even at full price and became arguementative. I always reuse drink cups with no problem at Arco, 7-11, and other services without issues. This is my last visit at this subway.

I went to the winterville,nc Subway location and the manager rushed out the store with another employee and left andone employee in there with c. Couple customers . They got into the same car and i saw themshare a kiss, i think it was very unprofessional to leave one person with a few customers and very unprofessional for an employer to date an employee

When you have a ad or commercial and it says ALL footlongs, they should honor their word or say ONLY at participating locations. It's not good for anyone reputation to say something but not honor it 100%. $5.00 Any footlongs aren't any just some... SMH...

I work inside a Walmart where there is a Subway. Every time I go down to buy something, they charge me differently. Over half of the time, they are out of EVERYTHING! The manager is rude and cusses people out. I will never return to any subway again.

My husband & I were just at a local subway store. The staff there was very rude. The manager agreed to allow us to share a foot long (two different sides) but the assistant manager(?? ) wouldn't allow it and refused to speak with the manager who went into the back room. We will not frequent this store again.

You addvertise on T V that all footlong subs are just $5.00, yet when I went and bought two today on 1/6/14 at 15:08:27 they informed me AFTER the subs were made that "oh, we are not doing that in this store" and charged me $7.85 per sub. I thought that all subway stores were a franchised store. I will never go to a subway store again as they are not honest.

I went to the subway at the marketplace in weston wv and they had a worker who was very sick. And she wasnt rude or anything she rang up our sandwhichs and kept saying she was sorry for coughing the poor girl shouldnt have been at work. They need to learn to take care of their workers an not make them work when their that sick!

I have been to plenty of subways with good customer service. Untill i went to the kellogg ( 83837) subway in idaho. The other night i met a very rude and prissy girl name sarah. She acted as if she didn't even want her job how she threw everything together and the expression on her face.I asked for my footlong to be wrapped seperate she rolled her eyes. Managers need to pay more attention to how they're employees act when they aren't around

I called the corporate office they just gave me the run around and told me that every store has different standards of running promos and not all of them go by the promos

been going to subway for years. $2 subs still advertised,on tv n billboards.went to subway havendale blvd winter haven fl to get 2 half subs.tried charge me almost $8.said thats last months special.i said still being advertised.they were rude,n i walked out with no subs.i will NEVER go back.

My family will not be spending any more of the hard earned money with Subway because when we needed to hang a flyer in the large window for a family looking for their daughter! No more Subway! I know my family is not the only one! Hurts you more than us guaranteed! Respectfully Timothy O'Shields

All day I've been watching football and Subway advertisements. The new ad says "Any footlong subway is $5.00 all January." It does not say Any regular but when you go to the store they tell you pretty quick it's any regular. Watch your advertising Subway, people don't like to be misled.

Saw the ad, and the sign in the window of my local Subway for Any Foot long Sub $5. The choice doesn't include ALL Subs. What a rip off. Looks like truth in advertising got bruised again.

The subway on old norcross rd and Herrington rd in Lawrenceville GA has the most crappiest employees ever. Its seems like we are begging for something whenever we tell them what we want on the sandwiches.. This one young girl in there started slamming down the sauces with fraustration. In result of this the sandwiches came out to be so sloppy.

it would really be great if subway delivered like jimmy johns. I feel sales would really improve.
