I had to work outside in northern Illinois on Dec.26th the day after Christmas.I went into the store in Lake Villa Il. at 11am to get a sandwich for the day.They didn't have the seafood,and no spinich,and when she built my sandwich it was like she was saving money for her own retirement.When I walked into the store,it didn't smell like fresh baked bread.Now I know why. My bread was stale and cold as ice. With a drink,and a small bag of chips this disapointment cost me $8.55, no wonder I usually brown bag it !

after my son had an eye dr appt,he and my daughter said they were hungry so we opted for Sybway out of all the options in the Gulfview Malls (Port Richey FL) food court. my son chose the "footlong" Philly Cheese steak which was 2 trays of meat and 2 slices of provalone cheese. thats it! i asked about the minimal amount and she said, "thats all it gets"!. MY daughter ordered a 6 inch with ham,salami and bacon, which they said is considered "double meat" which they did NOT put on her sandwich, (1 piece of ham,salami and bacon) but charged me for double. I ordered the Subway Club-6 inch. i got 1 slice of meat per, and one slice of cheese. then we ordered 2 large sodas, the total came to &26.00 i could have not only gone to the local supermarket and gotten all the cold cuts and soda for the same amount but they could have been top quality and we would have left overs. i will NEVER eat there again. what a waste of money. i have been to other Subways with less than proper amounts of meats/cheeses but never again will i go there. the attitude, they cost for the lack of food. i cant afford to just give money. and you probably feel the same 2 foot long and 1 6 inch sandwich for $26.00 is outrageous. can you send some corporate people to just order from the places and see for yourselves how negatively some of your places are being run. they really are hurting your Subway name. i dont have money to waste and want to when i can, feed my family a healthy meal and yet. get ripped off and not enough food to suffice. shame on this Subway and a few in Spring Hill Fl as well. please contact me if you would like more information about this letter. nyatheart2002@yahoo.com thank you for your time. vicki F.

I have been going to the subway in pojoaque, new mexico. They recently hired a new manager, I really don't know why, the one that was there was extremely polite and helpful. Since the new one has been there I have witnessed how bad a supervisor can be. She yells at her employees in front of customers,her hair is always on her face, she makes very sloppy sandwiches, she doesn't wash her hands,if customers ask her a question about the sandwiches she responds in a very rude manner. Personally I won't be going there any more, that pueblo should really look into what they hire, because they are going to lose alot of business.

After waiting for the Indio CA subway shop to open ( posted 7am )...the 2 staff members were setting up. At 7:10 I was still standing there in full view of the staff. At 7:15 I was informed by an employee that " she see me standing outside, but the person responcible for opening the store was late ...and it would be another 15-20 minutes before they open"...she then turned closed the door and walked away. Great service ... now I know how that fat SOB Jerred lost all his weight and was able to keep it off..... From what I have read ( the other complaints ) this is standard operating procedure for Subway..... I will wait for someone in the corporating to respond......however I will not be holding my breath.

I visited your subway in Cedar Hill Texas on Veterans Day and was told that management there did not observe the granting of a free sandwich for veterans. Well, I don't blame the Corporate Office but it is pretty sad that our veterans can't at least get a show of Patrotism support from this organization.

subway is always good in oklahoma , bread is always fresh and oh so good,, well I would like to add they need a sandwitch salad thats a footlong bread covered with your favorite vegtables for only for 3.00 , what do you say subway. lets get r done

I have been eating subway for years now-it just happen to be my best sandwich, however I was very dissapointed and frustrated at the customer service I have been recieving lately. Since I and my family are vegetarians our favorite sandwich is the veggie patty, so naturally when I am ordering for my 5 year old and 2 year old we do not need 6 inch sandwiches for them, just the kiddie meal. I think the policy of no veggie patty for the kiddie meal is an unfair policy. You cater to the children eating meat, but you do not cater to the children not eating meat. This evening I had the worst experience ever in any subway store. I work in customer service and when I tried to explain to the two young people on duty in the apopka store on welch road that customer service is going the extra mile their response was we do not want to be written up for serving you the customer. I am extremely dissappointed. I hope and pray you will revisit this policy because you put your customers and your employees in a very uncomfortable situation. I ended buying a footlong sub to share with my two daughters and they had to forgo their pretty little subway bag and I had to pay extra for the apples and juice. sincerely, very unhappy

My husband and I travel by car quite a bit and always try to have lunch at a Subway. We recently returned from a trip of 24 days on the road of which we ate at Subway 20 of those days. I only complaint is that I wish they would serve decafe coffee. I have asked about this before but have never gotten any response in this matter. I must compliment the Subway off Route I95 in Roanoke Rapids NC as their salads are always fresh and bountiful. Never had a rude worker.

i am writing to let everyone know i had the best sevice ever from a subway in american canyon californya she was very polite the store was very clean and she said hello to me when i walked in the door. i asked her name and she said it was crystal so if you are ever in the area i wold stop by there you would no be dissatified with the customer service

I would like to know how your company can continue to get away with your advertisements. I cannot believe you continue to show sandwiches that are so thick on T.V. Commercials, Billboards and Store Posters, yet if you go & purchase a subway sandwich all you get is 3 HALF pieces of Turkey & 3 HALF pieces of Cheese. Technically the CUSTOMERS are getting a LETTUCE SANDWICH and those CUSTOMERS who do not want LETTUCE are getting practically a plain roll. What you are doing is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Now I understand why Jared lost weight, It was because he was not Eating any Food.

I would give less than one star if I could. Subway on Rice Mine Rd. Tuscaloosa, Al. has the poorest and laziest employees I've ever seen!!!! They don't care AT ALL about customer service or the quality of food that they service. They try to bully customers that speak up about it and trash talk them for it. Not only will I never eat at Subway again, but I will make it a point to tell at least 3 people every day about how sorry the restaurant is and the experience I had there. Subway, If you care anything about your reputation and continuing business, you will investigate these complaints and take swift action to correct them. There are many people out there who would love to have employment and would care a lot more than the losers you allow to work at this location: Store # 30960. I'm willing to bet they have cost you a great deal of money.

I love subway!!!!! But my question is... Is it legal for a 17yr old to close the store by them selves? I dont think it is safe.. Please can someone answer my question.. This is a store in Ga. Thanks

Advertising that you're a healthy choice for food is the biggest load of shit since McDonalds advertised a "healthy" menu. I was at a very new subway in Mineral Springs North Carolina today. It was very busy and the line was moving VERY SLOW, but that is not the reason for my complaint. The girl making my sandwich had been scratching her face with her gloves, checked out the customer in front of me, using the credit card machine and then proceeded to stick her hands in the lettuce to complete my sandwich. I asked her very nicely to please change her gloves before continuing to finish my sandwich, she snapped back at me like I was in the wrong. I think this is very unsanitary. If they want to keep their sanatation grade of 100%, they better change their habits. Jared would be very unhappy!!!

I live in Rockford MI. and my boyfriend works there. I went into the store to my suprise I found Keith making out with another guy behind the counter in open hrs, I was totally digusted that he would cheat on me but not only that they were messing around the food they serve to people!!!!! I will never eat there again and I will tell all my friends about the situation and u know by me being Gay I have many many friends that will pass this along. So all u people don't ever eat at subway ecspecially in Rockford, MI.I just hope they where gloves.

I am going to the Chamber of Commerce about the store in Staunton Virginia, Walmart. I called the corporate office to have the owner call me about the issue that I had with the "manager". The owner of the store eventually called me back and I told him the problem that I had at the store. I demanded that I get his bosses phone number and he would not give it to me. I had an issue with the store because I bought a shopping cart in the store and the server "manager" would not let us in the store. I tried to tell her that I had to bring it in to the store because my son does not walk and could not leave him in the cart out side the store. He is 3 years old. I go a call from the owner and told him about what had happened and he laughed at me. This is despicable behavior. I will be going to the BBB and chamber of commerce about this issue. And the customer care that was not taken.

I have three gripes with the Subway restaurants which are in Hamilton, Mercer County, New Jersey. 1) The woman who manages or owns the outlet in the Briarwood Mall is down right nasty and condescending, always uptight and given to talking down to customers who may have a question or comment. 2) At some of the units here, the help have severe language problems; they do not speak English very well and invariably confuse orders. 3) Why is it that no one behind the counter knows how to cut a foot-long sandwhich in thirds? Are they ignorant or don't they receive any training? Maybe corporate could post charts in which the customer can point to. By the way, I have quit going to your resturants. Coupled with slow-moving lines, the frustration level is much too high. You folks are much too focused on rapid growth instead of customer service.

Dear Fred De Luca ,Peter Buck and the corporate office My name is manik kaushal,I work in a Subway store in Illinois ,Oakbrook Terrace.I was looking at the episode today on December 21 evening ,the undercover episode ..Whatever you showed was really inspiring to learn ,but what i personally feel is " there are somethings showed which were definately not suppose to be shown like .. A new team member joins a store and you tell him to take an order learn every sandwich formula the same day ..and manager doing nothing ,just having timer in the hand to see how much time does the new employee takes to make a sandwich ,knowing the fact there is long line of people waiting behind,she is not even taking care of the customers ...Customers waited a lot of time because of that female young manager which was not at all good...She could take the customers ,all she was doing was standing at looking at the speed of a new employee....I would never show videos like this to the other subway franchise holders .. thanks and regards manik kaushal team member subway oak brook terrace,Illinois 630-605-3805
