I like the food but am concerned one of your stores that skimps on the meat. I buy the turkey sandwich foot long and get 6 slices. I was told by another location that it should be 8 slices. 8 is correct because I visit more then one location each week and thats what I get. This location stated to me because of the $5 foot long special they are only giving out 6 slices. Just a heads up from a long time customer. Store # 43751

I just went to two subways in Pakistan. the exact location was in the city jhelum and islamabad blue area. They are charging extra for particular sauces(1000 island, chipotle southwest, etc.) and they are also charging extra for vegetables like black olives, pickles and jalapenos. I am a very loyal customer and have been going to subway for a long time. Pls have them fix this problem as soon as possible! thank you, Kiran Taimur

I think subway should look at the store you have in truck stops and see how they are treati.g employees that represent subway the pay and long hour and the way they treat them is not good for subway they leave for not being treated like humans you really need to try and help the workers that are loyal to your name that loves truck stop is making you look

I would suggest to anyone working in or coming to the French Quarter that they NOT visit the Subway at 112 Royal Street. The service sucked. There is no other words for it. I was in line to order my workmate and I some lunch and a person from across the street (a Hindu store owner) came in, barged in line speaking Hindi to the two gentlemen behind the counter and they immediately forgot about my order and started making him 6 different sandwiches. The whole situation was completely rude, unethical and, in the end, I had to leave without my food.

As long as that stupid five dollar foot long commercial is aired I will never eat subway nor will anyone that is around me that recommends it.. Hopefully for subway there's not a lot of other people like me..

Your corporation advertizes $5.00 Foot Long in February, well at the Park Hill store in Gainesville Ga. owned by MIKE HILTON that is not the case. At 10:05 AM I stoped in for a breakfast sandwich, well the man on duty that was training a young women how had NO HAIR net nor cap on stated that they were out of supplies! The truck had not come, I requested a steak and cheese, he stated that they were not on the $5.00 list. Why advertize ? I had a roast beef. I used my Subway card to pay for it, Well the more I thought about it the more I thought, Subway has lost touch with their customers! I am going to tell every one of the thousands of people I meet not to shop with at Subway. Store telephone number is 770-287-0393. I called to speak with the Manager and was told they do not work weekends and nor does the owner.

i would like to know what kind of company polocies subway has in hasting,ne? i know a lady by the name of chris warner who takes her personal laptop to work on mondays and fridays with her wireless internet and is online during her shift and also is on her personal cell phone and she does this in the back of the store where the security cameras can't see her i know this because she makes harrassing phone calls and harrasses me through texting when she is supposed to be working subway needs to have better screening on their empoyees especially when they are stalkers and habitual liars like this chris warner next i will take legal action if this does not stop

I went to store number 6362 in Clinton IL. I met the rudest male manager on Valentines Day. His name is Gary. I know Subway is fast food but didn't know it was assembly line quality according to Gary's mentallity. The other three employees, especially clerk number nine Chrystal were all friendly and smiling to all customers on this Valentines Day. Gary was even quoting price incorrectly as per multiple previous visits. The only reason I choose to go out of my way to go to this Subway is because they are the only Subway serving seafood delight. I wish all Subways were serving this sellection.

I enjoy subway ,about my only fault is i find the adds on t.t wrong when they say all footlongs are $5.00 (even) steak subs aswell., How come when i go to subway in Ellsworth ME. they dont charge me $5.00 they charge me the full price! come on now! i find this to be false advertising!! and its not just the steak sub its others aswell . very disappointed in subway !! Any way this could be fixed?

I have never been mistreated by aaaany manager like I have been from Mark (the store manager) in the Fox Run Mall in Newington NH. He thinks he's better then everyone, he intimidates the customers, makes subs wrong, and talks down to the customers as well as being verbally abusive to some of his employees. NO ONE likes his, someone please fire him!!! I have worked for subway on and off for 7 almost 8 years and have never EVER been mistreated like I have been by mark! I'm disgusted and once I talk to my friends who are lawyers I WILL be taking legal action!

Went to a Subway to get a breakfast muffin. I walked in at 10:57am. By the time I ordered at 11:02am I was told it was too late to get a breakfast muffin. I've been trying to get a hold of their customer care dept. and have been transferred 3 times. It would appear Subway isn't too concerned with hearing from customers.

I frequent several Subways in the MD-DC area. I have been told that there is a senior discount. Lately I have been going to the Subway at 2461 Chillum Road, Chillum Rd Shopping Center, Hyattsville, MD 20782, 301-779-7171. I have been getting s senior discount in the past until today. A Hispanic male was at the cash registar today, Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 2:07pm. When I told him I was a senior and wanted my senior discount he refused to give it to me. He told me the sandwich was already discounted. Is this a general practice of Subway to give selective discounts to seniors. I do part time marketing for a company and belong to several community organizations and I will share my bad treatment with all.

I worked for Subway I had to work 15 hours a day no lunch break they changed my hours everyday without asking also my checks were always wrong they took money for no reason. and so when I quit the job i went to get my check i was only paid for 16 hours when i worked over 93 hours in 2 weeks where is my other 74 hours??? the owner told me he would call the law and have me and 2 other women removed from the store cause we was waiting on our checks and he just wanted to be rude and cussed at us in front of customers and other employees. wow no wounder people quit all the time. I just want my money and I think other people should know what they are getting there selfs into if they ever work for a Brunswick, Ga location!!!! And for the owner that said F**k me and the other ladies in the subway store, F**k you too. you lost a really good employee that was with company over 6 months!!! these owners is giving SUBWAY a VERY BAD NAME

Will no longer go to Subway as I recently went into a store in my area (nj) and one worker could not speak English. How do I know he was illegal? Legal immigration requires their applicants to speak English. Too bad Subway. Shame on you.

Can you please provide FEMALE SMALL uniform shirts for your employees!!! This is rediculous, I'm having to wear a Mens Medium. It hangs down to my knees and looks so sloppy, it's embarassing!

To Whom It May Concern: I would like the Subway Corporate Office to recognize an outstanding employee, Retna, at the Subway located in the Love's Truck Stop, I believe Store #205, on the service road of I-35 North, exit 137 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is courteous and offered excellent service the two days I was stranded at Love's Truck Stop during the ice and snow storm we had last week. I was at the subway in temecula, Ca off of ynez and Rancho california yesterday. I ordered two kids meals and the lady asked me if I wanted milk or juice. I told her I did not want either, I wanted fountain drinks for them, she refused to comply with my order. I could not even pay to substitute with a soda. Apparently the new kids meals no longer come with soda. Well, I am a customer and I expect to be able to get what I want when I am paying for it. Who is subway to dictate what I can and cannot give to my kids?They are my kids. This is not a school cafeteria. There is not a thing on the subway website indicating that no substitutions were allowed as far as drinks with the kids meals. The lady even went as far as to give me water cups so I could pour some of my diet soda for my daughters. If subway is going to tell me how to raise my kids, I want child support. Well, ok, I am kidding, but you get the point. I called customer service yesterday and the store manager has yet to call me back more than 24 hours later. Quiznos all the way!!

My big complaint is non speaking english employees screwing up my dam sandwich. I only go to the english speaking american stores. Americans need jobs too. I am referring to CT stores.

I am writing this to let who ever it concerns. That I will never eat at a subway again as long as I live and will do every thing i can to tell every one i know to do the same. My son and daughter worked at your Virden Illinois store. many mean and vicious lies were spared about my son until he was forced to quite. and after he quite my daughter was taken off the schedule and given no explanation as to why.

Went to subway this am on 10846 SW 104th st in Miami. After all I paid for coffee but there was no more coffee and still kept my money. Ridiculous. Do not go there as there will be no coffee anyway. Very dirty here, no paper towels in bathroom.
