I love the sandwhiches but HATE the Subway business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that if the storm is very bad they should not be working like today. If there is a storm coming they should not be working at all time the roads are good. And a lot of people agree with me so plz do something about it.

I'm very tired of feeling poorly after eating at subway ! They never get the sandwich to proper temps to kill what germs are naturally in the product. What ever happened to education by the board of health? Someone needs to teach all of subway what 161 degrees is !!!

You have a contest and I buy two drinks with your code on them for win free footlong subs for life and spend an hour looking and calling local outlet and they couldnt tell me how to register my code and of course be sat i couldn't get ahold of corp. BAD BAD BAD. You need to go on tv series of going behind scene of subway corp.

I don't know if this is the correct location to give one of your employees "5 stars" but here it is anyway. I live in Show Low, AZ and we have two Subway stores here. The store at 161 E. Deuce of Clubs has an employee by the name of "Nick". I would like to say that Nick goes above and beyond to serve the public. He's ALWAYS smiling, courteous, fast, and is an asset to your company. He told me that he's been employed by Subway for five years and enjoys it very much. I'm hoping that this young man is recognized as a very valuable employee. Regards, Eileen Easton

I appreciate everyone hate towards SUBWAY and as an employee I feel that in no way does my location care if you all are satisfied. I am the exception not because I am better than the other employees but because I love customer interaction. I got the job as the night manager and with no training program I was forced to learn about the bread and the recipes as I wanted. They say well if you need any extra training take a look at SUBWAY UNIVERSITY but the reality is that some things and some people learn better with a more hands on approach but that doesn't mean make me learn by throwing me in there it means teach me how to do the things I am not catching. Again this is now my third month to work for subway and honestly I hate it. I wish I could find a more customer service based job because this effects my personal life too. I am a gay man who works with 9 other women. The reality is that I am as good of a worker as all of them and I am loosing hours all the time do to what they want to say is because it's the winter time. I believe that I should get the hours because I work hard. Why is it that the people calling in or not showing up with their uniform are getting the hours. Maybe it's because they have children. half of the staff is single mothers. Go figure! I'm sick of this Subway shit. Hopefully I find another job soon. anyone recommend a place?

Thank you so much for pulling your ads from the offensive program "Skins" on MTV. I only hope that this is the beginning of many companies pulling ads from other really dangerous television programs. We have enough violence being acted out in real lives due to bad television influence as it is. Our children are precious and should be raised with positive influences and protected as much as possible. By the way, my husband and I frequent the Subway, usually bringing friends to dine with us. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Why is a Veggie sub the same price as a cold cut?

Here's a light in what seems like a very dark room; a good review. I live in Flat Rock, North Carolina, and I go to the Subway on Spartanburg Highway jusually about twice a week. I get a footlong meatball sub that I split into two lunches at work. Perfect portions, I love it. During the week, it was always the same two guys until recently, when they added a third. The guys are the nicest people in foodservice I've ever come across. There have been times when I went to Subway just to see how they were doing, or because I had a hell of a day and needed a smile. They also don't skimp out on the portions either. My sister used to work at subway a couple of years back, so I know relatively how much you're supposed to put on a sandwich, and in her case, how much the manager told her to put on one. The only time I wasn't happy was when I went on the weekend with my roommate, and the boys weren't there. These guys need a pat on the back or something. Please. Where I work, exceptional work is rewarded with raises and acknowledgement. Positive feedback promotes even more positive results.

I am writing to complain about the recent endorsement of Subway for a show airing on MTV called "Skins". This company sells products and markets itself as a healthy solution for a haelthy diet. And I agree they do that well. However, I also believe that they cannot stop there. It is equally important what we allow to be put into our minds and the minds of our children. This show is a terrible example of how our society is allowing more and more inappropriate content to be shown to young people. I am saddened by the decision of Subway to support such endeavors. It actually is in contrast to what I think they stand for--a healthy lifestyle. One can only assume that the dollar sign is really what is most important.

today i ate some bad sandwhich, now have food poision! spring lake hwy 87 across from big lots!

Oh and to top it off the video as sence disappeared and can not be found.. Yes my daughter can move on but she sticking it out and as filed a complaint with the state... Subway alaska you have put a bad taste in my familys month sence this as happen... hope you get whats coming.....

the webster city subway is VERY unsanitary. one of the employees had headlice and scratches her head with the gloves on and making sandwiches then flicks it into the food and continues making sandwiches. you cn see the lice running all over her head..... the employee was the assistant manager Robin....NONE of the employees wear their hats and have their hair down. many people have boycotted this subway due to poor health not only from employees but the store as well. i also have gotten sick from there and so have many others. i would like to be able to eat there again i really love subway but every time i think about it i feel sick. people have complained and nothing has been done about it....

In Webster City, IA they are very unsanitary. They don't wash their hands, and while a sandwich was being made the asst. manager Robin scratched her head with her gloves on, looked at it, and flicked it into the food, THANKFULLY IT WASN'T MINE!. On further notice, while looking on her head I saw an open, bleeding sore with bugs crawling around it in her hair. There are many people that live in the surrounding area who will not go back to this Subway because of this, and uncleanliness of the employes and many complaints have been made to the manger about Robin and her hygene, but no action has taken place. This matter needs to be looked into immeditaly.i will not eat there until these matters are taken care of as many other people wont either.

My husband went to the subway on karney st in Springfield Missouri and the guy working on Sunday January 16,2011 was vary RUDE. He made complaints about having to make subs and because he was trying to clean up. It was still 2hr before closeing time he made several RUDE comments to us and started slamming stuff around while makeing or food. Slamming cash register and throwing money at us. I think it would be good to teach some common curtisey to ur employees would be benif. WE WILL NOT BE EATTING SUBWAY ANY MORE.

I want to congratulate the Subway located in Augusta, Ga. on Agerton Lane for hiring such a fine young man as Irving. I've been in this Subway numerous times and this young man is always extremely pleasant as well as very professional. He personally speaks to every customer as they enter the door and has been upbeat every time I've been in there. Too bad you can't clone him and place him in every restaurant.

To the subway on 28th and 29th street is Manhattan you people need to learn manners and be more courteous to the public. They are very rude in that subway.I was in there on 1/11/11 around 1Pm and the cashier was very rude. She kept everyone on line waiting for at least 10 mins because i had a coupon book which advertised get a sandwich, a soup, and a drink for $6.00. I gave her the advertisement and told her its an ad not a coupon she got upset at me and threw the ad on the counter after looking at it for ten mins. Subway need to let their employees know that without the public they have no job and they need to be courteous, regardless of the public. I wk with the public and i have to put up with a lot of stuff but i cannot be rude under no circumstance. In all i find that most of the people that work in Subway are very rude especially when coupons are involve. Please who or whom ever the district managers are pleaseeeeeeeeeeee talk to your employees or you will be out of buisness like Quisnos very soon. A lot of the people on the line were complaining so please look into this. The food was very good.

Boy I thought I had bad spelling. Some of you guys are morans

I have been eating at Subway in Phoenix AZ for a very long time, at 2 different locations. I went to the one on Greenway Py just west of SR51 today at 2pm. Ive always had speedy professional service. Today, there were 2 kids working, and Im talking maybe 16-17yo. They were so busy talking to each other "dude this, dude that", 1 was coughing all over everything. They were so slow and pokey, one kept spreading the tuna on one sandwich back and forth for a good 30seconds. Carrying on about other things than the job. There were a few people ahead of me waiting on sandwiches, however mine got finished first. I went to the register and the guy walked off!The guy that works the register was making sandwiches. I asked him if the other guy could come ring me up, as I had to go. He told me he was the only one that could work the register. So I asked that the other guy continue the sandwich and he go to the register to ring me up. He said that I wasnt next in line, I had to wait behind the people who were waiting on their sandwiches!!!!! Again, I told him I had to go and he told me I needed to wait my turn! I grabbed my stuff and walked out! Everytime I have been in a Subway (this one with other workers) or the other location I go to- I have NEVER had this problem with customer service and unprofessionalism! They were basically a train wreck. They had no system of sandwich-making down ,no sense of customer service, every order was jumbled all over the place. It was a joke. I will be talking directly to someone in Corporate. I give good Customer Service and expect it back when I am spending money and supporting a business.

I was used at the subway i worked at, so i can imagine why the employees were rude, because they were so stressed out and worn out. My manager would make me work off the clock so she could make sure she got her bonus. I loved the food, but the manager gave me all of her responsibilities and she would never train her employees and so i had to train them and do my job, and if they didn't do their duties, i would have to do them. I was even doing the managers inventory. I had asked for my online courses password so i could get a raise, it took her five months to finally give it to me. I always had to stay longer than i was supposed to and i was working 12 to fifteen hour shifts. I also had to work on a friday night, alone. from two until close. It was extremely busy and i ended up running out of change! Every morning i would be out of bread. and the manager would only give us a half hour to get the store open. Which is not an easy task consideringg all that needs to be done. I love subway, but i feel bad for the employees. I wish there was something i could do about this situation, because i am getting a bad reference regardless of all my hard work. I even put in my two weeks. This job was fun, but the manager made it unbearable.
