subway needs 2 come up with some new recipes and sandwiches and needs some new bread choices aswell

I went to the ronnies plaza store in st louis. Ordered my bmt sandwich told what toppings that I wanted on my sandwich the artist haha took 2 tomato slices cut them in half and put them on my order. She said there is a shortage on veggies that's bullshit. The toms were at least 2 days old. I feel if your paying for somthing you should get it your way.

The amount of complaints that have been posted online about the belligerence, verbal abuse, and hostility from the manager/owner the Subway located on the corner of 13th and Broadway Street in Portland, Oregon is well documented. Complaints about this establishments are not limited to just her attitude, but also include complaints about her sanitation and extreme lack of respect demonstrated towards customers. How this behavior is tolerated by any corporate office bewilders me. One thing is for certain, you have one less customer and counting.

The subway in providence ri 720 Westminster has been scene throwing trash over their fence onto their neighbors parking lot. They must be very stupid because all their trash is labeled with their logo. They do this once a week. If they are this careless with trash imagine what nonsense they do with the food!!

This is regards to all Subway franchises in the East Bay area of CA. These select franchises truly need some major training in the customer service area as well as food preparation/food freshness. Staff is rude overall and treats customers as an inconvenience. Breads are served stale too often. I thought Subway took pride in offering fresh bread. It is a shame that the Easy Bay CA Subways are such a letdown.

I am livid today of the stupid little game being played either by your corporation or in it's name. Win a free subway sandwich the email said. Oh and by the way we're also giving you premium text service for $10 a month. Oh but we're not going to tell you that. It is the most callous, reckless, irresponsible gimmick that I have ever heard of. Just because I wanted a free sandwich. Not a weeks worth, not a months worth, just a sandwich. I calledd the Court Street location in Pekin, Illinois at 11:00 am and requested a party platter to pick up at 5:30. Gabe, the store manager said that he neededd 24 hour notice and that my request could not be done. He was very rude. I then called the 8th Street location in Pekin, Illinois and talked with Stephanie. She told me that my order was "no problem" and that she would indeed have my platter ready at 5:30. She was very pleasant. I suggest that Gabe get some customer service training and I suggest Stephanie get some well deserved credit!

I would like to complain about the fact that every time I visit Subway in King George, Virginia located off of Kings Hwy there is never ever any type of adult supervision it appears to be operated by teenagers from the local high school. I visited this location on March 7, 2011 and tried to order the special of the month which was the Meatball Pepperoni Foot long and was told by the child working behind the counter that they were out of meatballs, this is your monthly special and they run out of product that's a joke. Now today March 12, 2011 I took my little 8 year old niece in for some sandwiches and was greeted at the door by one of the subway teenagers and told that they ran out of bread and that I was welcome to wait or come back in 2 1/2 hours when they bake more now this occurred at approximately 5pm on a Saturday. My question is what kind of business is this when you run out the the main item that keeps your business operational? What is the use of a sub shop that has no bread? am I suppose to ask the kids working there to just place the food items into my hand and I will eat it off the floor like a rat or a dog? Subway in King George, Virginia PLEASE GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! Whom ever owns this horribly ran establishment should have their franchise taken away and those incompetent children that pretend to work there FIRED!!!

I was at the Subway, located within Walmart in Milwaukee Wisconsin located on 27th and Oklahoma streets... I went int here adn after shopping figured i would take some subway home. So i ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong. and He put it in the oven. I asked if there was supposed to be bacon on it and didnt get a reply. He wrapped up the sandwich and i paid. I opened up the sandwich and found that it was teriyaki chicken. I do not like teriyaki and would never order it. Twice in the process i questioned them about it and decided not to cause any trouble. Figuring it was right. For the most part. I dont like to cause trouble. But this was too much and I went back up to the counter and told them specifically this is not what i ordered. I had not taken a bite out of the sandwich or anything. But he refused to listen to me and kept telling me that is what i ordered. When I questioned him I asked him why i would order a sandwich that i didn't want nor like. He just kept repeating himself. Telling the woman i was with that i that was what i had ordered. He then raised his voice to me and walked into the back of the store I'm guessing to cool off. He wouldn't come back up front to deal with me and then the woman joined in on me and started to yell. Finally i could not handle the situation anymore and i started to yell back questioning them. I said i had not taken a bite out of it, that it was not the sandwich that i ordered and that i questioned them twice about it, how am i in the wrong? After a few minutes of this, they finally agreed to make the correct sandwich. But, i wanted a refund which they refused. That is understandable if it is not their policy. But they belittled me and yelled at me trying to make me look stupid not only in front of other subway patrons, but also customers of Walmart. This behavior is egregious and should not be stood for! What is wrong with the customer being right? How hard was it to correct a simple mistake?

I'm never eating at subway again, your customer service SUCKS! I arrive at subway at 9:45pm on General Stewart way in Hinesville, GA. They say they are closed. (15 minutes early?!?!) Ok no prob, I arrive at another subway in Hinesville GA on Frank Cochran at 9:50pm. They tell me they are closed....So I drive fast to one more location. I arrive at 9:55pm, and this hindu guy from india tells me they are closed. I told him this is total BS, Its NOT 10pm yet, I want my sandwich. He says "It doesnt matter, get out of here, we're closed" I was dumbstruck, I wanted to knock his teeth out and call INS on him. I asked him for a manager or corporate office #. He said "Go look it up, get out of here, we're closed" Then he locks the door and continues what he's doing..... Subway, I dont care if you try to sue me for slander, BUT I WILL MAKE IT KNOWN how lazy, rude and disrespectful your employees are to as many people as I can. Obviously this reflects the management and corperation itself...suffice it to say....is piss poor.

Store #19755 Bristol, TN. Ordered 1 foot long meatball sub and 1 foot long turkey sub. Clerk told me that any extra vegetables(green pepper, black olives, tomatoes that I requested) for either sandwiches would cost about one dollar extra for each veggie I wanted. I requested mozzarella cheese for the meatball sub, clerk told me that was extra, too, despite the add on the wall advertising this particular sandwich comes with mozzarella. Clerk put 4 small, thin tomato slices on the foot long turkey and a sparse sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and green pepper pieces on the foot long meatball sub. Up to tonight after 15+ years of eating at Subway did only the meat and some of the cheeses a customer wanted extra on would be an extra charge. I have never been charged for extra veggies! Also the foot longs have been advertising on TV ( Any foot long sub is five dollars! ). My husbands turkey foot long was six dollars. ALSO the clerk took it upon himself to put my change in the charity/donation box without my consent. He refused to give it back to me when I asked him why he did that and to give me my change back!

Subway in Laurel, MS has a stupid mgr. First she is rude and very unfriendly. While eating she is sweeping the floor. Then she gets to my section and proceeds to sweep under my table. She never spoke to me at all. You would think she would know better. As a mgr there is no one else to complain to.

i recently went to subway in the town that i just recently moved to good old atchison kansas you have probably seen it on haunted tv shows anyhow i step in and get in line for my sandwhich not so much of a smile or anything just a rude what do you want so i tell her i want a footlong steak egg and cheese on wheat so she starts to put the meat on the sandwhich she puts less than 1 tray of steak on the entire thing i then ask her why she didnt put the whole tray or why not two like with every other footlong sandwhich she then replied this is how i have always done it. i then ask to speak to a manager and this other rude lady steps up and i asked her what the recomended steak amount was on a foot long at this point i feel like an ass because im throwing a fit about a sandwhich but im paying 7 dollars for it so i would like a full meal. the manager then says 1.25-1.75 of a tray how the hell do you do that its eather 1 or 2 why complicate it and then she steps away and the attendant even after hearing that added no more steak and was rude the rest of the time. i will never eat there again subways are getting too stingy about there food so they wont get my buisness

To whom it may concern, I have had excellant service at the alpha subway in morristown,Tn.I have told the young lady that she was an excellant worker.I got there in a middle of a major rush and she was the one who started people,and may I say she was quick.She made me a mouth-watering footlong flatbread turkey sub.May I say she was excellant.To the subway corperation, you did a fine job on hiring this young lady,As well as the other boy who place my veggies on my sub.I must say that you will have my service anytime. I dont get corp. office, wont take complaints against owners or there sales people/managers, (Artist) from the store staff. You have people that are trying to tell you what is going on in the stores which does affect corp. You have a owner that is getting high with his staff in the cooler, also he has instructed the manager to deduct time from staff.(Which is illegal). The manager demanding staff to work 14-16 hr days, because she has suspended staff, her way of getting rid of them with out firing them. She constantly threatens them with there job, calling them retarded, yelling at them and bulling them in front of customers. The Stores Im talking about is in Woodland Park CO. From what we understand is that She is following orders from the owner. Somebody needs to grab themselves by the balls and start doing something about this stuff that is going on. Its really disappointing that you dont take a interest in your stores even though they are owned by others. Because you are corp. you are setting yourselves up for law suits, because you should be involved with the people and the staff in the stores.

Subway in Mathis TX. I've been a regular customer for years, no problems, ex manager Angie was delightful. Today I was waiting to order and one employee was talking to another lady. I was next in line to the lady and couldn't hear what she said, she was quiet and not intimidating at all. The other lady was leaving and when she reached the door, this employee began calling her names and cursing. She kept cursing after the lady left, and told everyone who came in what a so-and-so etc etc. What kind of business allows employees to speak this way to customers? Does she talk like this about all her customers? I will never ever return to Subway as long as that employee is there. And I am telling everyone about this horrible verbal abuse. I've since learned the employee's name is Christina and is well known for being mouthy. So it appears that management is well aware of her attitude towards customers. SHAME on you, Subway.

i was working on this subway its on dempster and st louis the manager patricio he dosent was hands i saw him cleaning the mop and he didnt wash hand and start making chicken teryaki.
