after trying to eat at the subway in indian land in south carolina, bugs on the floor, found a hair in my food, they are very rude, asked to speak to the manager, she was in the back and would not come out, was told she was on facebook. will never eat there again. very nasty place

i ate at the subway in walmart in fernley, nv. the sandwiches i ordered were definately not worth the money i spent on them. i ordered a 6 in roast beef sub,and all it had was 3 small slices of roast beef. You would think with the prices subway charges for their sandwiches they could afford to put some meat on them. after all im not a vegetatian.
The customer service that i recieved at the subways on 7th ave in miami across the street from my college was the worst service i ever recieved at any fast food restaurant! I think people who are so rude and not compassionate about the people who makes the buisness stay alive(by giving our hard earned money) are the worst. They are savages, disrespectful, and need not to be in the customer service field because ultimately they do not service the customers, they just turn the customers away. I am truely upset with the way these workers at subways were and to be honest i dont think i will ever eat a subways again.
How can Subway advertise fresh when the bread starts out frozen and all the meat, cheese, and veggies are pre sliced and come in a bag. Its a shame to call it fresh!
Subway/Mobile Ed McMahan Sr. N56w14108 Silver Spring Drive Ste 106 Menomonee Falls WI, 53051 Dear Sir, It has been brought to my attention that you have an employee at your Subway/ Mobile in Menomonee Falls has been willfully participating in something that I believe at the end of the day does not make your organization look good and brings about a very bad reputation. The employee in question is Mike Schmidt and what he has been doing is what I consider unethical and very unprofessional. Prior to Rebecca Hoefler leaving your establishment as an employee they became romantically involved with him. Now that would not be so bad but for one thing… She is married. The purpose on why she left was because of him and no other reason. My concern is just not this one issue but the question I now have is how many times has this happened and with your same employee who is suppose to be a “manager” in your establishment. Because of his actions he has wrecked a marriage on so many levels as well as given your business a very bad name and reputation. I will share this with you because of his on-going relationship with this ex-employee the liability could be very high for Subway. Now I know that legally you cannot stop a person from getting involved with another employee, but don’t you have laws or rules in regards to employee/management relations? I am very upset about this and hate to hear about things like this from my friends who, as they have told me, will never darken the door of your establishment ever again. My hopes are that you don’t run your other establishments like this. Todd Smith CC. Corporate Office of Subway
I went into the Subway in Clinton,OK with my three kids and as we were checking out this worker there named Gloria said "next time leave your crybaby at home"! I'm here letting people know that you should not go to that subway unless you want your children to be made fun of by a grown woman who hates kids!!!!!
while returning from a ski trip to vermont i ate dinner at subway at 697 hoosick rd in troy ny. The food looked good, but sure did not taste so good, as a matter of fact it made me stomach cramps within a half hour of eating it. the cookies were hard and burned and seemed like they were very old and unfresh. I must say the workers where friendly and courteous. This was at night and I will never return to eat there again I will just keep going by and find another place to eat. I don't enjoy getting sick from eating food.
Hi I went to 4 different subways in the last week 2 in South Bend,Indiana and 2 located in Illinois. These stores are located @ Store # 1705 3301 N Portage Ave Mobil C-Store South Bend, IN 46628, USA Store # 1707 1110 E. Ireland Rd. SSA #6636 Speedway South Bend, IN 46614, USA Store # 30932 6647 W. 111th St. Worth, IL 60482, USA Store # 23430 10270 S Harlem Ave Bridgeview, IL 60455, USA When I went to the stores in South Bend,IN they wouldn't except my coupons I had and didn't know about the $2 customer Appreciation Month special you had going on until April 30 on a regular 6" MeatBall Marinara and 6" Cold Cut Combo. I found out about this special because it was on the back of coupons that came out of the suntimes or tribune newspapers. I also had the same issue with both stores in Illinois not knowing the Customer Appreciation Month Special either. I had another issue with the Bridgeview,IL store the lady behind the counter didn't clean here hands before putting on the gloves and prior to making my sandwich she sneezed into her hand and didn't bother to change the gloves at all. I decided to walk out of the store in Bridgeview because I was grossed out and didn't want to get sick for unsafe food preparation.
I had went into the Subway store on Racine St in Menasha Wi, during the morning, and I had overheard one of the managers calling the employees rude and vulgar names like b*tch, dumb a**, and treated them with the greatest disrespect possible, when it seemed the employees were doing nothing wrong, and it was strictly unprofessional, and she should not be a manager if she is going to act that way!! Every time I have came into that store it seems that that manager always has an attitude torwards the crew members, and treats them with highly disrespect, and me having a family, I do not want to bring my children around that sort of situation and/or enviroment. I hope some action will be taken in regards to this matter, because I know other families and their children go into that store as well.
I tried to contact Subway corporate offices several times only to find that they don't feel the need to respond to customer complaints. My child worked were Subway in Mankato Illinois 16 months my child was entrusted with a key to open and close this facility. My child told me the register was short and the three people working were told they needed to pay the amount that the register was short or written up I do believe is against the law but is a common practice at the subway. The owner and manager then decided that only my child would run the register while working there was no problem with money in doing this which my child was the only person handeling the money. The manager of the store was pregnant and went on maternity leave, we had an extremely bad snow storm and sub zero weather most all businesses were closed but the woman who took over as manager I believe she's a district manager her name Penny, she interviewed and hired a young lady from out of the area the first day this young lady worked Penny stated that $80, missing out her purse. She conveniently noticed this after the first lady went home now it was just my child and this new girl -- the owner of the store spoke with the new girl and my child and until both of them because she could not decide who may have taken the money that she was firing them both. Now I would like to point out a few things. One there was really young people working that morning with Penny and that all three of them were not fired. Two, and Manteno is a very small town word gets around pretty quick this district manager worked for a local fuel station and was fired for theft of money, she was then hired by Subway and again she was fired for theft of money and again she was rehired by subway. My child has applied for several jobs in the area only to be turned down. A woman I know is a manager at one of these businesses politely took e to the side and told me that when she called Subwy some very derogatory remarks were made about my child again I believe it is against the law. Not only did my child lose a job which was done quite well and for over 16 months with no problems but is also losing the value of reputation which will follow my child throughout life. Needless to say I will be contacting an attorney and sue Manteno subway and its owners as well as Subway corporate. Slander defamation of character and I believe there was three others that the attorney stated. Funny how the police were never called and they would've requested that a purse be opened an and pockets be turned out but of course this didn't happen because I don't believe there was any money let alone $80 in this woman's purse to begin with she constantly belittled insulted and humiliated all of the young workers in front of customers including myself if this is a representation of what subway has to offer I certainly will have no problem lawsuit and I will certainly tell everyone I know she never had any type of dealings with subway.
Your ads on TV......with the guy in a cubicle being asked if he wants to be the female's girlfriend.......is absolutely awesome. I love the funny voices. Unfortunately, the tag line has been changed recently and not nearly as effective as it was. "I'm your girlfriend now." is sooooo much better than "get your own sub."
My niece is being harassed at at at a store in belen nm ok please call me at 505 4356199
To whom it may concern. Location Gulfport, MS Clark Gas Station. Manager name is Billie. My husband works at Subway. He goes to school so he can only work at nights during the week. He has worked at Subway for 5 years off and on. When he started at this certain Subway the manager loved him & told all her crew that they needed to be more like him. Now she is working all the new people at night and will not allow anyone else to work on the register only my husband is allowed to. So when it comes time for the employees to eat every night (my husband and the other employee working with him) my husband has to ring them up. She has been telling all the employees she works with during the day that he is ringing up 2 employee meals on his name when he is only supposed to have 1 technically saying he is stealing. She always works during the day with all the more experienced fast people and will not allow them to work at night anymore with my husband. My husband works his butt off and she is now setting cleaning traps for them to see if they are actually cleaning which they are. The day shift - the only shift she works- don't do anything to help out night shift. They have no cleaning list prep or anything. But day shift will leave a huge list for night shift to do and blame any and every thing on them. She has even had her husband show up with a baseball bat to threaten another employee because he was late. All in all she is not a good manager at all. I need to know who he would have to contact about her management. Please and thank you. My husband & I have a daughter & he is going to school for nursing but this job is all he has & now it seems like she is trying to frame him for crap to fire him. 228-234-3172. Please contact me if I don't contact you first.
I work at a company in Ridgefield Washington and we were having a company lunch. We had ran out of salt so I sent one of my employees to purchase more. She could not find any at the convenient stores so she walked in to Subway and ask if they had salt. They sold her an 1/8th of a cup of salt for 5.00 dollars. You can buy a pound for 0.89 at safeway. Way to treat your community Subway I have the ticket and the clerk’s number is 60 Transaction # 237 store #24463.
This is regarding Subway on 447 N. State Street Chicago, IL i got a call one day from a woman asking me to come into this subway for an interview. i was excited just to be offered a job. I went in dressed for my interview. When I got there, the General Manager told trainer "E" to interview me. For five-ten minutes, the GM told "E" how to interview me..right in front of me! When the GM left, "E" took my information and resume and said come in on Monday for training. I thought it was the weirdest "interview" ever. I came in Monday ready to learn all about being a sandwich artist. The first two hours were spent memorizing the sandwich formula chart. i was left to sit in a corner and "study" (the average person would have it down in 20 minutes) After a "quiz" on my knowledge of sandwiches, i made a couple sandwiches. I thought every thing was fine for someone who just started their first day. the second day i came in is when i decided to quit. I came in with 5 other employees during lunch hour. co-workers would "steal" sandwiches while i was trying to make them for customers. Eventually, "E" told me to stand in the corner and observe. It began to get really busy so I jumped in and started to help. After about an hour of traffic it began to slow down so i started to observe again. In front of a customer "E" said "don't just sit around, you are supposed to help people out" this was contradictory to what he said earlier. Later, I was having issues wrapping a sandwich. "E" was sitting in the eating area of the restaurant and yelled "Your doing it wrong" in front of the entire restaurant. I felt humiliated. Later, I was making a crab sandwich for a customer and "E" watched over the customer who was watching me. It made the customer AND me weirded out. At the end of the day, i told "E" i was quitting and explained that i did not like his timing in criticizing me. He then told me he didn't like that i stood around (which is what he told me to do.."observe") and then said that "S", another employee, jumped in when she first started and did not understand my hesitation. After a "no hard feelings" talk, the GM walked in. "E" told him that i wasn't going to work. the GM did not even acknowledge me. SO i left subway and never looked back. i really dodged a bullet. IT WAS THE WORST WORK EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. there are simple manger 101 skills these people lack. (i.e. how to give good criticism and not verbally comparing employees) oh yeah.i wasn't paid for ANY OF THIS. This Trainer sat on his butt talking to a woman while i made sandwiches. they got free labor out of me. I'm contacting my lawyer now.
I LOVE SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!! I love eating the food is so tasty i wish i could eat it every day of the week.
this is an evaluation of your corporate position on not accepting food stamps at your various stores. the federal government is constantly looking for noutrishious food sources for the food stamp receiprients . this would increase sales by a large amount and increase your corporate image with the less fortunate sector of society. please follow-up on this, it may be advantageous. if you have any further questions please contact my e-mail address, mercedes_smith1969@att.net. i am very interested in receiving a reply,thank-you.
I love going to Subway for subs, ect. but I HATE THE ADS! THEY ARE REDICULAS AND I HATE THE MESSAGE THEY PORTRAY! I will go back when those ads are gone. Kathy Wigen
