Very bad customer service at store #1306 14084 Nacogdoches Rd San Antonio Tx 210-654-4822. It all started because the woman making the sandwiches did not not why i was standing there. I was not standing where the ordering line is. Sorry my first time here, Never ordered before. My daughter likes your sandwiches. And so when someone walks in and stands in the right place they were asked what type of sandwich they wanted. When I protested that I was next. The woman said was she thought i was just there reading the menu on the wall behind her. She didnt know why I was there. I always tell my daughter there is no such thing as common sense and this woman proved it. I would not even give them a star. Its hard to find someone to complain to because their all franchises and dont want to hear any complaints. Their 1800 # sorry thank you good bye have a nice day.........

The Subway in Gardedale, Alabama on Odum Road. I had 15 min to get me something to eat for lunch. I hadn't had Subway in months and decided to get a sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with cucumbers on it. I returned to work and bit into my sandwich the cucumbers were bitter and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Immediately called the restaurant and began to explain my situation to an employee, she then gets the manager (Eva Brown). After explaining to her the same story she in return tells me.....Well I don't know what to tell you mame because our cucumbers are fresh so what do you want us to do. My reply was gonna be refund or replace the sandwich, but she cut me off and said no no we not gonna do that, no one else has complained call the 1-800 number it's on your napkin and then she hung up in my face. So I called back to ask for the manager's name and then called the number. The sad part for this Subway is the manager didn't say bring it back so they could check the sandwich for themselves. If this is the kind of person the owner leaves to manage his business they may not survive in Gardendale. Now I'm waiting to see if the owner calls me back to resolve my issues.

After contacting the Subway on Telegraph Road in Pontiac, Michigan I will never go there again! I called to place a large breakfast order to take into work and was told by the store worker that I am the only one in the store I can not take your order you need to call back!!!! The worst customer service ever!!!! Subway you need to hire more people to do better jobs!!!!

Today is May 12 2011 went to the subway on rand road lake zurich I'll address 201 with my Fiance he got a 12in italian bmt I got a 6in Bmt. I also got lays sour cream and onions and a chocolate chip cookie all was well until I took a bite out of my chocolate chip cookie and saw a black mosquito almost as big as chocolate chip in it. Most distguisting thing ever seen i even took a video and took pictures of it. Not the only bad experience I had there. A month b4 I ordered a 12inch cold cut along my fiance and the rude owner who works there grabs the italian bread 12inch cuts it in half puts half of it back and grabs a smashed old italian bread nd makes it part of my full 12inch instead of keeping the full fresh sandwich I ordered I was very offended. What the purpose of that was still has me confused I thought the logal was eat fresh not eat trash.

Griffin georgia. Wanted subway sandwich of the sub of the month Double bacon egg and cheese and got two pieces of bacon and was told that corporate said not to put double bacon on sandwich. Yet the commercial ran all month saying come on in for double bacon. Poor poor service. Corporate then should not false advertise!

I was a employee of the Lehi store and I had asked for a month off to complete a big school project and one day while running to the school. I find out that I was fired from my job without a reason. I asked the manager(Natiri Saples) about it later and she said it was because she had heard a rumor that I had said that it was my last day ( not true). I plan on taking legal action for this improper firing.

I went to subway of hebron ct they greet me.And made me a nice fresh tuna.I love it nice team they have.The owner was very nice.try there tuna

the store on Duber ave is the worst place you can go to eat the employees are the worst they could have not very kid frendly i will never go back to it other wise the next employee that gets shitty with me and my kids for no reason will get hurt while beeing pulled over the counter you should close that store until restaffed with better employees because the ones there are very poor in what they do along with how they treat the customers

My name is Nathan Joseph and wow Subway it looks like you suck! I must agree that your food is no longer healthy however and over processed. I just called the corporate office and left a message asking about sponsorship for my little league team, however after reading these reviews it sounds like subway really needs to work on who they hire, their rate of pay, and cleanliness. Also if you are a subway employee and are rude to customers quit! Obviously subway is not paying people enough to care so don't take it out on the customers, take it out on the ones paying you! I don't get it, are you guys trying to be like McDonalds? I personally have seen many Subways, dirty and with very unfriendly and drab employees. PAY YOUR PEOPLE AND THEY WILL CARE! STOP SELLING US GARBAGE AND CALLING IT HEALTHY ALSO!

I went to the Subway in North East Maryland and get one 5 Dollar sub and 2 cup of tea and payed with a 20 dollar bill and get back 1.10 in change. When i said that to the workers they told me that i payed with a 10 dollar bill and i was lying and that was that. So i will not be going back to subway any more. ( I was buying up to 4 subs 4 time a week.)

i began working for subway a few months ago. My car broke down shortly after i got hired. my boss told me randomly that he would have me open. I informed him that that was not going to be a possibility because the city buses do not run that early. "I dont care. do what you have to do," is what he told me. so i would be on my bike at 430 every morning to bike 4 miles to get to the nearest bus that would run. after all of that, i was fired this morning because my roof collapsed and my house was condemned and i could not make it into work at 7 am to put away our shipment. really???

I live in Evansville Indiana (USA). I have purchased meals through Subway for the last few years - mostly white meat or salads. Recently I have purchasing the egg white or regular egg flat bread sandwiches. Originally they sold for $2.00 which was just great; however, this morning (04-26-2011 on North Main St. Subway) I was told the charge was $2.75. Last week the charge was $2.50. I will no longer be patronizing Subway....this is outrageous for an egg/cheese flatbread sandwich. McDonald's dollar menu will work just fine for a biscuit egg and cheese. Inflation was not the reason for this hike in price. Greed is the factor once people like an item on the menu. Not so happy about this-----Sheri

"BAIT & SWITCH" Regarding the customer appreciation meatball sandwich advertised for April, 2011. My sandwich looked nothing like the ad. The meatballs were tiny and only 2 pieces of cheese (extra charge for more). The sandwich contained more bread than meat. (Palos Hills, IL store located in Wal-Mart ).

i often visit the subway in batesville ms store #7101 and the manager there- jeannie spencer is rude everytime i visit there, i never see service with a smile at any time.... she does carry on conversations but only with ppl she knows personally. i have seen her be mean to the employees as well as the customers. she has acutally hollered at me before because SHE could not hear what kind of bread i told her i wanted. this is not just a one time occurance this happens everytime i am in that store. i know lots of ppl that have complained to the owner and nothing ever gets done because she has been there for so long.

I'm tired of walking into subways to order a 6 inch sub, just to see it's a 4 inch sub for 5.00 dollars or more. I would like to see a ruler on the cutting board to know I'm paying for a 6 inch sub. I think all of subway customers should start paying attention to the size of sub they're paying for. Because the employes don't know. They just cut a piece of bread in half. Trust me I will make a big scene in every Store I come to that try to sell me a 4 inch sub as a 6 inch. And I will start bringing a 6 inch Ruler to prove my point to other customers. Subway I'm to challenge u on the size of ur subs.

My plane was delayed in the Allentown, PA airport. I bought a sandwich and drink. The ice machine was broken. The two workers hardly spoke English. While eating my sandwich, I bit down of an extremely hard object. I took it back to the store, and they ignored me, rolled their eyes, said it didn't come from there. I was totally humiliated and disrespected. I'll never go to another Subway Restaurant.

so it happened i lost the love for subway. i started to work there not too long ago i had a very good experience as a customer when i went in there that i didn't know they were going to treat me like crap as an employees i worked four to three hour shifts and had not even a break they made me look like an idiot working in front of customers and rudely saying things to me i felt like i wasn't even valued. i wanted to talk to the owner rudy and i couldn't even do that?!!!! the manager was putting me to make subs without formally even training me and when i mean training i don't mean practicing how to slice bread i mean actually showing me how to make the subs. there products where not fresh and my other co-workers were being unfair in the workplace and how they treated me. i finally did talk to my employer rudy only to find out that he said that i was making a big deal out of nothing!!!!! he told me i wasn't cut out to work there and that if he were me he would give my day of notice and leave to look for another job!!!! i was astounded i will never set foot in a subway restaurant again not only because they treated me badly but because their products are much the same as mcdonalds ; not fresh at all, additives added in bread, not fresh products , sucky managers.
