Email and/or call and say that you will not be a customer so long as Michael Vick is associated with them. Will Vick be doing Subway commercials now? Boycott. Thank you. Personally, I like dogs a heck of a lot more than Subway!!!!

We have 10 people in our household and we absolutely LOVE subway and frequently eat there. The problem I have with the subways is the fact in many of the stores the staff do not wash their hands before they put their gloves on. They handle dirty money or mop the floor etc. and then want to put their gloves on without washing their hands. If they touch the gloves with dirty hands they may as well not wear the gloves at all, YUK. I live in Edmond, Ok. and I especially want to complain of the store in the Circle K at I35 and 15th street. I have had many problems with staff in there not washing their hands and had spoken with the manager a few months ago. She told me they are supposed to wash their hands after doing other things before they don their gloves. I was then in there a few days after that and she had taken money from the people in front of me and then went to put her gloves on without washing her hands. I had to ask her to please wash her hands. I thought if the manager doesn't do it without being asked why would the other staff. This was very frustrating. What a way to pass bacteria on in your meats etc. and someone get sick!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM or we may STOP going to subway. Thank you

I ahve a subway close to my home in EUGENE, MO. I haven't had to much problem with the food or service until recently. There was a rather big sign post on the front counter that said, "If you are on your cell phone. Please hang up or get out of line." REALLY WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME WHAT I CAN AND CAN NOT DO. I AM NOT YOUR CHILD OR EMPLOYEE. Then after building realtionship with several employees I came to find out that the manager (Cynthia) changes the schedule EVERYDAY. I am dating a guy who works there and he has to call everyday @ 11 to see what time he has to come in. He works 11 hour shifts if asked. I don't think thats right. Not sure how to get her fired for unfair treatment but something has to be done. i've watched her try to trip her employees up on hte line nad is very unprofessional. Now because she didn't make sure my boyfriend had his paperwork filled out, he put in 50 hpurs and will NOT be receiving a paycheck this Friday like he should. This is bullshit and we will be calling labor boards tommorrow. Please if you are in the EUGENE, MISSOURI area DO NOT GOT TO THAT SUBWAY! Thank you

I think Subway should stop running the $5.00 foot long commercials since the subs are now selling for almost $6.00, at least they are in my home town in IL.

The corporate regard to complaints and follow up is the worst of any company that intends to satisfy and keep its' customers.The last cotact several days ago for a request to speak to a supervisor has gone unanswered. We feel that you don't want to hear any negative comments or how to treat your customers.Hopefully we will get a response from this comment.You have all the information in your computer files to respond.

I love going to Subway, but with all the experiences that I've have with the different locations; I don't think I would be coming back. So often I would see employees taking out gloves for use but before but it on, would put their hands all over it. What is the purpose of wearing gloves at this point. When employees put the measured portions of meat IE: tuna, teriyaki chicken, or buffalo chicken. All the measurements are not the same. They have a scoop but put the minimal meats. When questioned, it’s not to measure, Just as long as it gets meat on the bread. I feel cheated on my orders. They need to have a measuring system.. maybe weight or measuring scoop.

I went in to store 45847 to have lunch with my husband. In the middle of eating, my husband discovered a fat ROACH in our drink. When showed to the employee she just throw the drink away and offered us bottle drinks. The fact remains, there was a ROACH in our drink. I called the store after leaving and the lady who answered was very rude when i asked her for the corporate number. She said "Im sorry, you can find that online, is this the lady that just had a problem here..". I am pissed to the max right now!!!!!

I believe the best sandwich you guys have ever made is the Jalapeno Beef sandwich on flat bread. I went to my local Subway on Gaston Street in Dallas Texas where they were trying this sandwich out. It is a slam dunk especially for those of us who like Tex-Mex food. Hot and spicy. Today they said they were out of the Jalapeno sauce and didn't know if they would be getting it back in. They said I am the only one requestiong it....well if you would market the sandwich more openly on the TV and maybe make samples for people to taste when they enter a Subway then you would have a BIG winner. It's all in the presentation, the food taste and quality will speak for itself. Put it back on the menu, Thanks! Kent![:o)

I just took the survey and I am very displeased with the service I received at 528 East Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21212. I live not even 5 minutes driving from this particular store and I work not even 5 minutes from this location, so out of convenience I do frequent this particular location. Today, 6/6/11 at 12:49:08 p.m. I placed a $25.79 order & as usual the service was not satisfactory. The employees there always seem to have a problem when I request extra fixings on my sandwich such as mayo, cheese, onions and the like. Not only did they show dissatisfaction with my extra requests today, but one particular employee (Sotmasu, Singh) snatched my receipt out of my hand when I asked him for his name to be written on it. When he gave me the receipt back, to my surprise he did not write his name down the first time, so I requested that he write his name down again, and again, he snatched my receipt. Good afternoon, I purchased some buy 1 foot long, chips, & drink - get one foot long free coupons from my child's best friend. To support & raise $ for their school. I have used these coupons several times at the coastland center mall, & several times at the 106th aven & tamiami tr n in naples, fl. I just left the n naples subway & the owner/mgr stated he does not honor my coupons. I explained that I have used them 4 times w/out any proplems. He didn't care to hear that. He would not accept them. One location accepts them one day, & then not the next ? If subway ... agrees to put ANY coupons out there, anywhere, & they are not expired, they should HONOR them. I am very disappointed. It's the principal of the thing.

I discovered one Iranian owner of 363 Roncesvalles Avenue, Toronto location hired an Iranian who is committing fraud and has diseases that pose hygenic problems putting customers at risk. The fraudster collects welfare while he is paid cash and has sores all over his body from sexual diseases.

My son and I were eating our subs inside the subway in Winter Garden, Floirda when another customer walks in and tells the workers behind the counter that their is blood all over the floor. One of the workers comes out, inspects the floor then proceeds to the back to get the mop and bucket. She proceeds to clean up the area when the same customer tells her that their is blood on the door handle. My son over-hears the conversation and looks at his hands. He realized that he had blood on his hands from opening the door and had been eating his sub. He ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki and was nearly done the sub, maybe 3 bites left. I told him to go to the restroom and wash his hands throughly with hot water and soap. He opened the mens bathroom door and their was even more blood on the bathroom floor and even still more blood in the bathroom sink. The employee told him to use the women's restroom to clean his hands, which he did. I am bringing this to your attention as we were sickened by the event and left the establishment before saying anything to the manager or supervisor on duty. Our obvious concerns are blood bourne illnesses. At this point, I have contacted my son's pediatrician and they instructed us to wait for 2 weeks and then have a blood test done. If he has contracted any blood illnesses, they will not present itself until after a 2 week period. I will contact you after the 2 week period and let you know the results of the test.

I don't understand the reluctancy of Subway Inc in regards to the sole purchase of bread items, understand is the baseline of your product and would make great market sense to offer additional bread purchase to consumers. I recent frequented several Subway chains and was told this is a corporate decision, so obviously I turn to the HQ with a hearty recommendation. I have a MA degree in business and recently used this "poor" business model in one of my findings, it just shows that sometimes corporate gets it wrong from time to time, and as a corporation you may need to listen more intently to your target market. My last parting hope is that this inspires change for both the corporation (increased profits/revenues) and added consumers from your target market. Also passed this knowledge onto your competitors as I am sure if you are not willing to adapt to changing times they may take the hint and fight for rest of those consumers siting on the fence.

my daughter is in high school in mcdonough georgia.As a single mother my daughter wanted to help me financially. she wanted to work in a subway in mcdonough but she came to know that the owner hires people without work permit and pays them cash. So i would like to know as a citizen of USA we run your business then why is not the subway corporate hiring persons with a valid work permit. If anyone from the corporate office is going for a check. I think the owner will help his employee who works all the days of the week from 11am to 10pm. I used to work at one of the stores located in Travelers Rest, SC. I admit the way I quit was not the most professional way, but I am not going to stand there and be called names. I now work for another company and often used to take my breaks in the same Subway. I started getting recorded on a personal camera by the manager. The security cameras I am aware of and do not mind. But a personal camera? There is no reason for it. I was kicked out yesterday(May 29, 2011)after just walking in to grab something from a co-worker. The manager then walked over to the table she was sitting at and told us that we had to go somewhere else to take our breaks from now on. Said that we never buy anything from there. That was the first time in weeks that we had been in there. There was 5 people at the tables next to us w/o any Subway product. There is a wonderul rumor mill that runs through the employees I see daily. All originated from that Subway. I do not appreciate my name being drug through the dirt. I worked hard for that store for almost 2 years. I am lucky to have the job I have now b/c those rumors have stopped me from getting quite a few jobs. Is this what I get to look forward to for the rest of my life? Some former boss to stuck on former employees to just let them live their lives? I would really like to see something done.

I knew it was too good to be true. I was wondering how long it would take before SUBWAY too, would start handling its business like professional drug dealers. LOL They get you hooked on those delicious inexpensive $5 foot longsss. Then when they see you have become a LOYAL customer, they raise the prices,they switch out the menu board, they lessen the contents and then, they act like you're nothing more than a stranger who doesn't matter. Way to go SUBWAY. Poor Jared must have lost all his weight from walking around trying to find a SUBWAY that hires people who actually enjoy their job and know how to do it correctly.

subway has good sandwiches, but after today ill eat elsewher, i do not like to be rooked , cheated lied to etc, i filled out your thing for a subway gift card did all i was asked then i got to the part where i put in the secret number lol all went in nicely except for the last one lol you got all my info email , name address etc and i got nada, i hat games so gues what im not losing, i might like your sandwiches but i can and will go elsewhere , so keep your card its not worth it. have a nice day
