I am shocked at the treatment I just received from a Subway in the Walmart shopping center in Winnemuecca, NV. My husband and I stopped for lunch on our way through town. The girl who waited on us was very unhappy and rude. I ordered an ice tea with my sandwich. We paid for our food and my husband actually tipped the staff even though the service was horrible. Upon getting my drink; I discovered thatj the iced tea container was empty. I advised the staff that there was no tea. She rolled her eyes without a reply. I ate my meal without the tea and then asked for a refund. I was told that corporate protocal was that tea could not be servided after a certain time. I told her I understood but they should not sell tea if they can not serve it. She got irate with me and told me that she hoped that we did not live there because she never wanted to see us again! They proceeded to sell ice tea to two more customers even though they knew that they had none! Really Subway?

I had a craving for the delicious Subway tuna sandwich at 7am.... I went to the one in Tower Plaza in Weehawken, NJ & as I was walking up to it I noticed the "open" sign was lit. I was so happy because I've never been to one so early so I didn't know of it would be open. Well, as I got to it, the lights were off inside & it was closed! I looked at the business hours posted on the door & it says they open at 7am!! I got there at 7:45! Why the hell weren't they open??? DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SUBWAY OR I WILL GO TO YOUR COMPETITION LIKE BLIMPIES & QUIZNOS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE IN MY CHURCH & FAMILY TO TELL EVERYONE THEY KNOW TO SPREAD THE WORD & DO THE SAME!

Received a Subway gift card. Went to the Smithtown, NY store on 6/15 to use it for breakfast. Lettering on the door indicated they open at 7:30. The time was 8:20 and none of the staff had even arrived yet. This morning, 7/13, went to a different Subway. Looked for the breakfast menu but none were available. Nothing on the wall and nothing in print. The store operator was polite but we had a serious language issue. English clearly not being his primary language yet running a store in a very prominent English speaking area. Quiznos died in this town. With shoddy attention to detail such as this I doubt that Subway will not be far behind in dying here as well.

I have worked for 3 different subways for a total of 5 years. The last one (Theodore, Alabama hwy 90 Suite BB) was HORRIBLE!!! They have Indians working for FREE, so anyone who is not Indian gets less than 20 hours. They are allowed to get pizzas, salads, chips and cookies without paying but the rest of the workers are NOT! I was told by the owner that "White people steal and lie". They wont give anyone a raise because "minimum wage is too much". They dig stuff out the trash and reuse it. The manager has a spit cup for chewing tabaccoo shitting on the prep table.When bread is dropped on the floor it is STILL USED TO MAKE A CUSTOMERS SANDWICH!! I found their back hairs all over food and when people bring back sandwiches complaining about hair in their food they accuse them of lying and refuse refund or to remake the sandwiches. They also got onto me for apologizing to customers!!! The list just goes on and gets WORSE!!!! I have witnessed and/or received racist remarks, verbal and physical abuse. Turkey bacon avocado sandwich on the Internet says $7.00 for a foot long the store in Clovis, NM on 21st street charged $10.00 so totally not worth 10 for a sandwich!!! I will never eat there again I will also be telling my friends and family about the rip off!!!!

I smelt marijuawana on Kara in Walla Walla EastGate Subway, She also gets an attitude with her employees and isnt very nice to her customers as well. I think she should get a Urine sample to see if she is postive and get written up and fired, You guys as in Subway lost a costumer Until she is no longer working their.Most horrible place I've been in so far, Wouldnt suggest for anyone to go their bread is always burnt anyway, thank you

The food is good and usually fresh. Being a Subway store manager I can tell u first hand we work 55-80 hrs a week because wete constantly short on help. The demands put on mgrs is so strict its no wonder were so stressed. Not an excuse forvpior customer service but its realky, really stressful.

I really wanted a subway and when we got there the store was closed when it should have been open. They had a sign on the door saying will be back in 10 min, we waited 20 min then left. We did not see anyone in the store and no cars infront of the building. This store in located in Marietta, Ga off of Cobb PKWY.

Subway located at 5065 Main St. Trumbull Shopping Mall has a kids meal with a supposed "toy" in it, but it is not a toy, that is false and misleading. You need to remove the word "toy" form the kids meal or include a real toy in your kids meal like McDonalds does; othewise you are committing fraud against children an that is pitiful.

THE District manager at Subway in Conyers Ga OMG he is a prevert I didnt know they hire people like him. Everytime afternoon I visit the West ave store he's always looking at me very creepy he has sex with me without even touching me he can undress me Im never going back in that location again.

I believe the location's address is: 1122 Randolph Street, Thomasville, NC 27360 (336) 475-6060 It is right by a Waffle House (where we almost went to eat instead) and in the same strip mall as a Radioshack. A grocery store is also next door to this Subway. I am writing because I feel it absolutely necessary to let you know about the horrific way an employee was being treated by another employee. It was so bad, my husband and I had to speak up and tell this man to stop. We told him we'd never come back to this location because of him. He came to work at the same time we arrived at the restaurant. His demeanor was very condescending and arrogant right from the beginning. He worked very slow and kept smirking at us and the other employee. As we were halfway through placing our order, he started verbally and emotionally abusing his female coworker. We could tell the woman was scared of him. He kept swearing at her and calling her a piece of shit among other things. I do not know his name because he was not wearing a name tag. When I asked to talk to the manager, he at first said he was. My husband and I proceeded to tell him that was not okay to talk to someone like that and that he needs to stop and that we would not be returning to this location because of him. He than said she was the manager and that he owned the store. I highly doubt it because of his extreme unprofessionalism and the fact that he didn't know that the store took American Express when we went to pay and said it would be very expensive for us if it worked. During most of our confrontation with him, the woman employee was in the back, out of sight. I was extremely concerned for her safety and even considered involving the police. I would have stayed for awhile to make sure she was going to be okay and talk with her, but we were running behind and needed to get going. I fear for that woman once we left because no one else was in the store after us, just the two of them. We have never had this kind of ordeal happen to us at any restaurant. I do not have anything against Subway, my problem is with the employee. He did not say anything else to the woman employee after we confronted him. She seemed to be tearing up when she left the counter to go in the back. This man is a bully and a complete jerk. It was evident in his demeanor right from the beginning. He drove an older red car that has European style license plate on the front bumper and a metal license plate sized picture of a country with their country's colors. It seems to start with an 'E' and the colors were red, green and one other color, possibly white? attached to the bumper as well. My husband thought his accent seemed to be Spanish, I thought it seemed more 'Slovic'. I only mention these things because I have no other way to identify him. He was average male build with medium dark completion and brown/black hair. I will be sending this report to as many corporate places as I can so that something is done. That man is dangerous without a doubt and the employees need to be protected from him. I sincerely hope and expect something to be done about him. June 12th 2011, 15:35pm, i stopped at a sub way in the upper part of Michigan, located at 13378 highway M28, Newberry Michigan the sub was in side a gas convenience store the name of the store was Total One Stop (Pickleman's) I do believe. The service was very poor i went with my son's who is 7, 5, and 2 years old and my husband who was home on leave from Iraq. My family and i placed an order for 6 subs, "first" the server never washed her hands, nor attempted to put gloves on (until i said something) i continued with my order when the comment was made if i was feeding an army? and would i like to buy the worker a sub to why i was at it. after the rude remarks i asked to speak to the manager, but she wasn't in another employee told me the Owner was in the parking lot in the red truck. i told my husband to stay there while i go get the owner as i was directed to. My 7 year old son and I walked out to the parking lot to talk to the owner and I wanted to complain, But instead i was shocked beyond belief to see the Store owner getting Sexual favors from a young GIRL who looked not a day over 14. It was broad daylight in the parking lot of the business,The owner looked drunk and didn`t even try to zip up,this was uncalled for and disgusting and am still having problems with my son.

I will boycott your store and advise all of my friends to do the same due to your affiliation with the infamous Mr Vick. In the future maybe you will pick a better name to promote your company. What he did to the animals is unacceptable and inhumane. The suffering the dogs had to endure was animal cruelty totally unexcuseable no matter how much jail time he served, it was not enough. It greatly saddens me that you are associated with this animal abuser. Do you sponsor torture? So does this mean you also sponsor cruel slaughter?

I cannot believe that Subway hasnt pulled their sponsor for Michael Vick being voted"Best Sportsman of the Year". You have to be kidding me!!!!! Have they not forgotten what this man did to those beautiful dogs!!! I know I havent. I Hope the rest of the world hasnt....I know I will not not purchase from Subway ever again.

Just heard that subway has associated themselves with Michael Vick. As long as that association continues I will no longer be a customer and will telling everyone I know. I don't care if the HSUS gave him the green light or that he can fake remorse.....evil like that does not go away...it gets shoved aside until he no longer needs to pretend who he is.

Seriously? An award for Michael Vick. Really? I mean I appreciate that he is speaking out against dog fighting and that is a good thing. But to acknowledge someone for currently not being a criminal is disgusting. Bad PR move-shame on you -shame on BET-The guy does not deserve an award. If I electrocuted dogs for fun and then spent time in jail, came back to society after doing my time, and spoke out against dog fighting-would I really deserve a come back award? No-

Michael Vick as a spokesperson for Subway ?????? I will not eat at Subway if it were the last restaurant in town ! There are alot of atheletes out there that are more deserving of this role than a man who watched dogs kill each other. Please reconsider and put a face with the ad that we can look at and say "Yes, I like him and will try Subway today".

To Whom it may Concern - This letter is to let you know that you have lost my business and the business of any, and everyone I can influence to never patronize your establishment(s) again. Your sponsorship of the BET awards and their subsequent (even if unknown to Subway) awarding of “Sportsman of the Year” to Michael Vick is appalling to anyone who has ever known the unconditional love of a dog. Michael Vick is an inhumane monster. I would urge those responsible for the decision to support this sponsorship to read the court documents and educate themselves even a little as to what this so-called man is guilty of perpetrating. A quick recap, drowning dogs, electrocuting dogs, hanging dogs, beating them to death with a shovel, slamming them to the ground until they were dead, ordering the shooting of dogs and of course using two if his own family “pets” as bait dogs – that is what the man now associated with your brand is admittedly guilty of. Want more? Probably not after reading this, I am sure. I hope that you will recognize what a disgrace it is for your business to be affiliated with this man and ultimately take the appropriate steps to denounce Michael Vick and the BET awards for their misguided ability to look beyond the monster and only at the celebrity or notoriety of a man when judging him and his true impact on our society.
