I will never eat at the 3102 West Carefree Highway, Phoenix Arizona 85086 Subways. Their customer service is the worst. The children who work there are spoiled, rude brats. They don't give a crap about their work. They wouldn't even heat my sandwich after telling them it was cold. Their response to me was it was fine. What happened to the customer is always right? The owner better get a grip because now I will never eat there again.

I am waiting past time for this subway in rock hill, SC to open the worker could see us waiting. I love subway and I was very disappointed.

My son worked at the subway store in wal-mart in Nicholasville, Ky..He was Fired in June after not seeing his name on the schedule..They never told him what was going on, finally he got a hold of the manager, and the manager had to find out from his Dad, who apparently a manager there also..They didnt have the honor to call my son, and give him a reason..Finally the dad called and said everything to my son, called him a thief, said he was rude to the customers..Now if u know my son, you know none of this is true, he barely raises his voice, and according to ALL of the employees in that store, they were outraged that the namager did this, knowing bryan, they said he has never raised his voice, also polite, and has NEVER STOLEN anything..come to find out there was an former employee who wanted to come back to the store and wanted full time hours, so this coward lied too two part time employees and fired them so this girl could have the hours..This was my son's first job, and too have a PRICK and COWARD LIE AND HOLLER TO A 17 YEAR OLD KID, He is no manager and if subway has this kind of emplyees representing their store, they should be ashamed..

Ridiculous! I went into a Subway down south and it was so dirty...plus when I asked for the swiss cheese I got major attitude from the worker saying "WE HAVE NONE" the chick literally screamed it at me, like I was supposed to know that? Anyway my wheat bread was very crusty and hard and she only put ONE piece of American cheese not two like usual! I asked for the manager but she said SHE was the manager...honestly, you guys need to get better people working for you, people with less attitude!

Pittsburgh Mills Mall location. I found a hair in my sub, and the woman at the register said she couldn't give me my money back, because I purchased a meal, and she didn't know how to do that. She wrote on a piece of paper that I could get a free sub, and she said it was only good for that location. Why would I buy another sub from that location? I never got my money back. Don't eat there.

How can subway get away with not paying for on the job training. These teenage kids are getting screwed. My son worked for 16 hours free and then they told him he did not get the job. The mamager also asked if he knew any girls that want to work because he is not hiring anymore guys. I do not believe this is legal at all.... anybody know?

I understand that Subways are a franchise and each owner has their own rules.. I have learned that each subway will give different amounts of meat and condiments. In the same day I purchase two of the same sandwiches at two different locations. The first location they let me substitute my cheese for extra bacon and gave me a nice amount of olives. The second store doesnt do substitutes and anything over two olives cost extra. They also put half the meat the other subway puts on. Now these practices are normal in a franchise such at this. However When a Subway advertises with their location on a coupon to buy one get one free. Then when you go to pay they say they dont except any coupons. It was their coupon! WTF

Hello Corporate: I am a regular subway customer from Harlingen, Texas. We have several subway locations. The one I will be referring to in my comments is the one located at: 621 N 13th St, Harlingen, Texas. My favorite sandwich happens to be a toasted tuna sandwich. Everytime I go to this location they refuse to toast it. They say it is against company policy to toast tuna because it contains mayonnaise. That kind of baffled me so I went to my other regular subway stores and asked them if there was such a policy. They said NO and they toast my tuna sandwich. Every subway I have been to toasts my tuna but not the one at 621 N. 13th Street. Corporate, can you let me know if they are allowed to toast my tuna or not? Thank you. Andrea

I'm a lawyer in Collier county in Naples FL how ever this morning I was at the subway on oil Wells road immokalee road trying to get some lunch and this employee name doug I took the name from one of the the people from the gas station he was rude to me all the rest of the customers this Guy is unclean spitting in the sink and he did not fix my sub in a good way because by the time I sat down in the car trying to eat the sandwich the whole thing falls on me and when I went back trying to explain the situation to him he was so angry that he slammed the door so hard that I was about to call the police for him so I love. Subway just wanted u guys to know how bad this guy treated me earlier today's date is 08/07/2011

I've visited Subway on Northlake and PGA the girls there at night are amazing very polite, the store is always clean and pleasent to dine in..these girls are always working hard,honestly if these two girls ever stopped working there i think they would lose a lot of business, i have been there a few times during the day and the service is nothing compared to the service at night,the crew in the morning is rude and obnoxious, i think these girls should be rewarded for their hard work without them that store wouldn't make much business

I will NOT eat at subways in my neighborhood because they are ran by foreigners. Get some Americans making my sub and I will eat it. Alexandria KY

My daughter works for subway....bad news.....She was just told that she could not be off for her grandmothers funeral because it was on a weekend and her manager could not work 7 days a week.....didnt know they only had 2 employees.....this would be Subway on Amnicola Highway in Chattanooga. My daughter is afraid for me to call corporate because she will lose her job.....

Subway has just honored Michael Vick as the Sportsman of the Year. Did they forget, or just ignore the FACT that he is a convicted ANIMAL ABUSER? Why would anyone honor such a sick individual? You can BET I won't be visiting Subway again!

There is this store on 14344 immokalee road napled fl this manager is so nasty he spits and the sink in front of customers and he washes spoon in the same sink,he kills flies with his hands and come making subs without cleaning them the worst part his hair is so long that I found it in my food on the 07/20/11 I went back to the store in the afternoon to tell him about his hair I found out that he was sleeping while a young lady had a line full of people waiting to get a sub what is this mean? So please contact this store to reasolve this issue before I call the health department. Thank you.

I thought all stores were sanctioned to carry the same items. I buy the Tuna Salads at least 2X per week, and while I was at a new location, Store # 1044, Margate Florida, I asked for "crackers" to go with the salad. I always received them before. I was told that the Franchise Owner "Doc" never orders them. Is he violating his franchise rules and regulations???

To whom it may concern, I visited the subway store at 1251 Morse Rd. in Columbus, Ohio at 9:55 pm. When I walked in ther were two patrons ahead of me, the young lady working behind the counter immediately said, "we are out of tomatoes, etc. etc. etc. " she then said "if you want any of these items you can go to the subway down Morse Rd." I asked, how far? A young man behind the counter stated, after she gave me the cross street, that it was, a mole down by Westerville Rd." he then looked at me and finally asked, " do you want anything from here?" I said, yes! He made a foot long and then I paid and left. As I got to my car I realized that I forgot my keys. I went back to the door, which was locked, knocked and the young "lady" opened and asked me "what I wanted!" I told her why and as I was going to walk in and get them she put her arm against my chest and pushed me back and said, " you need to wait behind the door be ause of security reasons no one is allowed in after the doors are locked." I told he to just get my keys. She came back with my keys, threw them at me and said, verbatim, "don't come back bitch!!!!!". She locked the door and waved. I stood dumbfounded. I looked at the young bald gentleman and asked why she called me a bitch and he smiled and waved. This was on Friday 7/22/2011. If the issue is not addressed, I will be pressing charges for physical and mental abuse on Monday 7/25/2011. I immediately called the corporate office and left a message. Mind you I bought breakfast from the same location around 11:00 am and had wonderful service. Mind you, NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TODAY. I Will go to the location on Saturday morning in hopes that I can get the owners number! I will try the manger, but I will not let the issue GO AWAY!! Today July 21 2011 I went to your Subway store in Del Rio Texas, and needless to say I walked out,got there at noon time stood at the counter for 15 hinutes while at least 4 employees stood there talking and not paying the least bit of attention to my wife an myself,then finally the clerk asked what we wanted an I told him a 6in meatball sub, but guess what the container holding the meatballs an sauce was empty,he looked at me an smiled and said we dont have any right now, now please You advertise it as a special here it is lunch time an you dont have any what do you call that,what a way to run a business well anyway I just walked out an went to whataburger,maybe wasnt the best but at least I was waited on,an didnt get told we dont have any, so next time you decide to run a special and then decide not to sell it an try to sell something more expensive have fun because I will never step foot into a subway ever again everytime Iv gone there it was a very bad scene an today was the last straw, you can keep your so called great subs but heck you have to have them first before you call the great deals

The subway here in North Stonington, CT Keeps expired and rotting food. The managers tell their employee's to not throw anything away. That they are wasting their money and will just cut/pick out the bad parts.

This is in response to a story on Facebook about your store at: Subway (636) 225-2222 1362 Big Bend Square Shop Ctr Ballwin, MO 63021. There was a 16 year old young man who was working there, his first job, and when he came in to work and asked for Sunday off, he was told he would have to find his own replacement. His reason for asking off? His father passed away and he wanted to go to his funeral! If this story is true, this manager should be fired. Next, we hear that a phone call was made to the family and the young man was told he was terminated, that the schedule had already been made. I'm sorry Subway, his father wasn't dead when the schedule was made. This is unconscionable!! First you sponsor the BET awards where Michael Vick, of all people was honored, now this! No more Subway for our family. I hope you people can sleep at night.

When I faxed my order to Subway Fullerton, CA. at 2514 E. Chapman Ave. I was told they never receive my fax and then I saw a employee with my fax. I requested their fax number and was told they would give me the fax number. Well I had to ask 3 times and I also had to stand in line and order everyone sandwich from work again. They had three employees working and only one with a name tag. Her name was Diana. They also had 2 employees in the back room talking to some man not in uniform. Well I'm not going back to that Subway# 34502 again and nither are me co workers. I'VE BEEN A RESTURANT MANAGAGER IN THE PAST AND THATS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
