Terrible experience, my most recent and final patronage occurred today at Subway, Sept.13,2011, 4pm, 133 NorthOaks Plaza, St.Louis,Mo. An employee displayed rudeness and disrespect for a frequent customer. The employee attack was unfounded and his attitude disgraceful. He suggested, I should proceed to a White Castle, I took his advice, excellent suggestion, poor service.
While visiting Utah I stopped by a Wal-Mart in South Jordan, made a purchase at both Walmart and Subway#37121 when I asked the cashier for a cup of water his response was pay 27 cents, what freaking restaurant charges its patrons for a courtesy cup of water? I'm done with Subway
Signed up for a subway promotion on line and have been bombarded with unwanted emails from all kinds of substandard companies. I will never go to subway again because of this practice of selling personal identification.
I worked at subway. I would work 8 hour shifts by myself even at night time and still didn't get my raises. And they had me work off the clock for them. And when i had to have help running the store so that i could take a break i was denied and got wrote up for having someone come in to help me close the store. Not to mention that the subway that i worked for has a high turn over rate. They can never keep employees due to the way the manager runs the store. And when i went to the general manager with my problems she told me to speak to my manager instead of her. So, needless to say i was wronged by subway.
My 16 yr old daughter is a responsible, hard worker, covers on an on call basis and gets tips for her hard work there are specific customers that would wait till she worked to come in to Subway at New Haven, OH. The management of this place is a joke and the owner has no backbone to make sure the establishment is ran correctly, she started off with a manager who didn't do things right, would threaten her job if she would not come in a hour call in basis,on her day off, he ended up fire for his own reasons. Recently she was fired by the replacement Manager who was maybe 20, and wants to hire all of her boyfriends relatives, and her reasoning for firing her was for one write up which should have been on others to for doing parfaits the wrong way, one call off for being sick and it JUST WAS WORKING OUT!!!! Really! It was really because the responsible worker she was pointed out things that were not working or correctly done per inspections, and the manager would either ignore her or tell her she couldnt do anything, so she would try to contact the OWNER, the managers boss, and he would never answer her calls even if she called from the store just avoid doing his job! So what is the purpose of Ladder of Responsiblity when neither care? So this 16 yr olds first working experience has burned her, and now she stress cause this is her reference for working for her next job....How fair is that??? As a concerned parent I had her try to figure and work it out her self, but she felt helpless so I tried to intervene and call the owner, but no response after several calls and messages.....So I ask, do we really want to support an establishment that doesnt care about whats going on the store??????? What else is he/she overlooking cause the manager doest really answer to anyone and can do anything she wants!!?????
I wish I could give the rating negative marks but 1 star will have to do. Every time I go into Subway they are out of something. Husband went there last night and they were out of bread. I've gone before and they were out of veggies and/or meat. I hate Subway and will never go there again. The customer service sucks, they're always out of something, and not very clean!!
I would like to commend the morning work crew at the Subway Sandwiches located at 2315 S Congress in Austin, TX for their wonderful work! Also, the afternoon crew at the Subway Sandwiches located at 5608 Manchaca Road in Austin, TX also does a wonderful job! These 2 restaurants are my favorite restaurants in Austin!

THE HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ASAP ON THE SUBWAY IN GAUTIER,MS!!!!!!!! I USE TO LOVE SUBWAY OVEN ROASTED SALADS UNTIL I FOUND HAIR IN MY SALAD TWICE!!!! THE FIRST TIME I LET IT SLIDE AND JUST DIDN'T EAT IT. BUT THE SECOND TIME JUST DONE IT FOR ME!!! THE SUBWAY IN PASCAGOULA,MS, WEARS HAIR NETS. WHY DOESN'T THIS SUBWAY WEAR THEM? THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT MAKE THEM WEAR ANY. I AM ABOUT TO CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOW.IT'S DIGUSTING!!!!! THEY ARE GIVING SUBWAY A TERRRIBLE NAME!!!!
I went to Subway in the Staunton Walmart and ordered the breakfast sandwich for $2.50. I I did not want to add or change the sandwich. ALL I wanted was what was advertised for $2.50. After the associate rang it up, she told me it was Three fifty something. I told her no way and she argued with me. I asked her to explain to me why it was being advertised one price and she wanted more than the advertisment price. I told her forget it and give my money to me. She was very reluctant and said she will make the difference from her own pocket but will get in trouble. I literally had to take my money out of her hand. She was getting very loud which was very embarrassing. I then went to Subway in Waynesboro and got the sandwich I wanted for $2.50 plus tax which was about $2.70 or so. I absolutely never set foot in the one in Staunton again..
i am currently an employee at a subway in texas and my boss has takin me completely off the schedule and then realized, after i told him i would take legal action, then put me back on the schedule. Also this owner is so unprofessional that he has called me names in text to my phone at this point i dont know how to take this legally any suggestions are very appreciated
On september 4th at 7:30 pm, i was present at the subway location 817 Lake Bradford Rd. Tallahassee Florida. I placed my order,the counter girl did not even acknowledge my presence, when i entered the store. the male there barely acknowledged me,just long enough to seem to tell her not to speak to me, because it seemed they were involved by their actions. The counter girl im speaking of had dark hair and a lip ring of some sort, she was the only female there. She attempted to make my sandwich, her actions were as she didnt have time, seeing as how i was the only customer in the store. She basically threw my sandwich together and seemed to be on cloud nine because i had to repeat myself. once done with my sandwich, she hastily dropped my sandwich on the counter, after placing it in a bag like it was something that was too heavy for her to hold onto. not even five seconds after being done with my order, she notices a female walk into the store, apparently ahe new this person, because she takes off running and jumps on this female, which then they ended up rolling around on the floor, smiling and laughing. the male there, who seemed to be the shift manager was doing a poor job of controlling his employee. after that experience i wasnt sure if i wanted to even eat my sandwich that i spent my hard earned money and gas on driving there. i wasnt sure if they had done something to it or the contents of it before i arrived. what i did eat of it, i didnt enjoy because the whole time i was attempting to eat it, i was thinking about the bad service i received and if something hadbeen done to my sandwich. needless to say, this is very poor customer service. i will not visit that location until this issue is resolved. those two employees need to be fired. my contact number is 850-274-2379.best time to call is before 4pm.
Today I was at subway in cartersville GA on 968 cassville white road 9-3-11 at 1:45 pm I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I ORDERED A HOT BLACK ANGUS SANDWITCH AND WHEN I BIT INTO IT, THE SANDWITCH WAS COLD U KNOW IT REALLY SUCKS BECAUSE I WAS SO HUNGRY BUT COULD NOT EAT THE SANDWITCH SO TO THE TRASH IT WENT ... I HAVE NOT EATEN AT A SUBWAY SINCE APRIL FOR THE SAME REASON AND NOW I AM GOING TO EAT MCDONALDS AGAIN BYE SUBWAY IMPROVE YOUR ATTITUDE LADIES OR GET ANOTHER JOB AND GET RID OF THE FLIES IN YOUR GLASS CASE SIGNED ANOTHER UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE AT SUBWAY
Today I went to our new Subway in Mariposa,Ca. (gateway to one of the several wonders of the world, Yosemite.) and was shocked to see that it was filthy and they couldn't care less. There were two making the sandwiches and two behind the cash register just talking away. The girl that was taking the money had snapped at the one making the sandwich because she had asked her a question. I guess it made her feel pretty big for biting the head off of this young girl. I have been in this store 3 times since its opening and I will not be back. Corporation better get a handle on this because most of the business owners here tried to stop them from coming into Mariposa and they would love to see them fail.
I worked for subway in Colleyville Texas off highway 26, and they are very nasty. They would change all the dates over and over on the food to make it look like it was made fresh but a lot of it was over a week old. We would serve old food till it started molding. Our tomatos and cucumbers were covered in fuzzy mold and we would just wash the ones touching them off and keep using them. The employs would serve the nastiest things to people. If something happened to the food, they would keep serving it anyways. They dunk their food containers in a chemical form of sanitizer and then throw food in them without rinsing it with water so you eat a lot of sanitizer at subway. Subway is the worst place i've ever worked in my life. They serve you bread from yesterday even if its hard. If you are toasting it anyway, they will give you the hardest bread they have. The ham and turkey smells like its rotting when we open the packages. They never let me have days off unless I didn't answer my phone. They made me work 12 hour shifts WITHOUT ANY break what so ever. Do not ever let your kids work for this bottom barrel business. An old man named billy has been working there for NO money at all for 6+ hours a day and 5 days a week. When money comes up missing, he has to pay for it and its wrong. He does all the work and gets nothing from it. Hes to old to be working himself to death their. Hes in his mid 70s.. VERY HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!
The San Francisco 2005 Van NessAve Subway ALWAYS has overflowing garbage cans Gross - why are the employees SO lazy they can't empty them? Unbelievable!
BOYCOTT SUBWAY!!! Recently terminated from subway for asking to be paid for services rendered, my girlfriend and I moved to Red Lodge, MT with our two year old. Subway hired her in November of 2010, by December she had yet to receive a single pennies pay! After she asked them to pay her because she had been working for 2 months without a pay check they told her they would pay her when they felt like it!? She told them the law gives them 10 days after each ending pay period to provide her with a paycheck, and they have now past three pay periods and surpassed the 10 days on each and she wanted to get payed for her work. Well as any honest employer would do, they fired her for asking to be payed!! (I hope you can sense the sarcasm) we did as anybody with a child would do, we seeked professional assistance and filed a wage claim with the Montana department of labor. Here we are nearly a year later and have only received a small portion of her wages. Now the department of labor can do nothing because subway revoked their franchise and filed a law suit. Katherine, the franchise owner in Red Lodge MT, closed her bank account so we are out more than a thousand dollars not to mention the credit they ruined for us because we were evicted for not being able to pay rent. To top it off after contacting subway corporate office for legal information, and the regional office contact information they simply refused to help us contact anyone that could help us persue our goal of retribution. Apparently the subway offices have never heard of the freedom of information act which entitles us to the right of information in this law suit. Subway apparently doesn't care if their franchise leaves families homeless, penniless, and creditless, so long as they don't engage in inflcting the corporate world!!! Well I say subway has done many people wrong in Red Lodge and subway should be held responsible for not following up on their franchises to ensure their name is being honored... I will seek legal advise but without the help of subway wanting to right a wrong...if you are in Montana and have similar disgruntalties or want to join forces, jump on our band wagon (214)399-7760
Well I always go to the Flammang Rd, Waterloo Iowa Subway located in the Wal-Mart store. However I am being given the run around concerning a debit card. I ordered my subs and then the clerk swiped my card. Apparently the system was slow in processing it so the clerk took it upon herself to swipe it again without my permission. She then said if the charges are posted twice to come back for a refund. Sure enough it did so i printed out the bank statement and went to the store for my refund. Well the very same clerk said she could not handle refunds so she took my name and phone number and said the Manager would refund me. Well guess what no phone call, nada. I am so ticked off. I will keep bugging these people with phone calls until I get my refund. It is only $10.70 but it is stealing after all. And to top it off no apology or even a smile from the clerk. She is a very efficient clerk, however she needs to learn Customer Service 101. How would she feel if she was charged $21.40 for two subs?
After spending 45 minutes of my lunch hour at Subway on Riverside Avenue in Chino, California the workers only called to call the manager when I suggested they do so because they could not close the drawer to the register, therefore they could not ring up any orders. Needless to say I wasted my lunch hour and I and about 5 other customers left without lunch. When they finally tried to call their manager the phone was busy....what....who runs these places????
im from trinidad and i would like if the resturants here can start serving halaal sandwhich at lest in some location.there are a lot of muslims who cannot buy the products.u all are loseing alot of sales here so can u please do something about it thank you.trinidad
