Hi Subway! Why is the bell peppers sliced so thin? It's horrible. I'm sure its to save money but I just ask for more on my sandwich. Also, when I went to get a sandwich today the guy was obviously new but please tell your employees not to rub their nose while making my sandwich. When I told him it was gross he turned around and said something to the (manager?) Indian lady. They looked at me and started talking in their language. It was very rude. Then to top it all off while I was paying with my debt card the same guy rubbed his nose and handed me my card with the same hand! Yuck!!! I am wondering if this guy is related to the manager?? It's a NEW Subway on 1045 Alamo Drive in Vacaville, Ca 95687 at the Golden Hills Plaza
I've been a customer for years , however today I stopped at a Pilot truck stop (subway)in Flagstaff,AZ exit 185 I-40, (oct 5 2012) I asked the Mgr, An older White gentleman. , if I could just purchase handful of oninon's , but he refused. Telling me how it's impossible to do that ???? I didn't ask him to solve a Quantum Physics equation nor was I asking for charity or a hand out . My question to you is , why did he make such a big Deal , over something so small ??? I'm really Pissed and probably will never go to Subway again, after being a customer for years and spent a lot of Money at this establishment !!!!!
Judging by the number of employee complaints, I assume employee satisfaction and/or respectful treatment of employees is not one of Subway's core values. My daughter is a store manager in Camden S.C., and has so far tolerated her district manager (Vint Partridge) directing the "F" word at her and other employees and also calling them "stupid", and referring to them as "ya'll people". I felt it was courteous of me to communicate to someone in the Corporate before I finance my daughter's lawsuit. I can't seem to get anyone so I will proceed.

Phone: (972) 483-7294 I am an ex-employee at this location, though this subway is connected to a Pizza Inn And a Drive-thru beer barn there is a problem with one of the workers. The manager of all three stores has her daughter as the assitant manager. The managers daughter, has her daughter working there as well (Managers grand-daughter) And she gets away with EVERYTHING. I have no problem with the girl personally but as a worker i know it needs to be said. She doesn't wear the right uniform, no hat, apron. She sometimes appears at work with very short blue jean shorts on and boots. She also has admitted to me personally that she can do whatever she wants and not get in trouble. Shes late almost every day sometimes up to an hour late, and will leave another worker if busy to talk to her boyfriend, who works at the pizza inn. I feel as if this girl gets special treatment and its not right. The owner loves her too, because like i said shes a sweet girl but she isnt working properly and nobody will say anything to her due to the fact if anyone makes her mad, we other workers are fired. All she has to do is tell some lies and they'll believe her over us. A video is being sent in to corporate by a customer who works at a different subway location in texas. She noticed all the wrong things, and later let me know she did so. Did i mention the manager was the chief of police at Italy, but got fired for embezzling money from the city? Also the manager, owner, assitant manager and the grandaughter of the manager all eat whatever they want whenever they want and dont pay while all other workers are required to pay half off.
I am writing to you on my son's behalf and we live in Ottawa canada. Cody my son who is 19, has recently been threatened by the store owner with legal action for not giving proper notice of termination.is this common practice for such a huge company like Subway to try and sue 19 year old kids!!!!??? I had ordered a few sandwiches n a veg pizza, a young man was assisting me a lady by the name Kim came to help n stuck my pizza in the oven n when the boy pulled it out he noticed that my veggies wasn't on it, so he tells Kim she wanted a veggie pizza so she rudely says well just put them on top,cold remind u. He said I'll just remake her one,when I was checking out I had also got 2 kids meals so I ask the boy if I could have a bag for the kids meal n Kim says VERY Rudely "did she pay for 2 kids meals" n the young girl that rang me up says yes she did. Not to mention she wouldn't even see if they had some juice boxes in the back for my kids meals so I didn't even get drinks with them as they come with them. There were a store full of customers when she was being SO RUDE.. As the young man gives me my pizza after remaking it he says I'm so sorry about all that so as I left the store very disappointed n embarrassed I call the district manager "john keeling"? He was not very helpful n instead of following up professionally he says I will call you right back n instead he "texts" my phone n says I'll have to call you tomorrow! I have never had such bad service with a subway but I will defiantly never return to that store again. The lady Kim who was obviously a mang thought it was funny by laughing n smiling about the whole situation.

My Husband own a Place in Karachi Address Ground floor, 15c, Lane4, Zamzama Boulleward,Phase V, Karachi. Pakistan and rented to Essan Frenchise Karachi, for running a Subway Retaurant. It was rented in Jan. 2001 for 10 years. The ten years term long completed and when we ask them to vacate as per terms, they are ( Mr.Mohammad Yousa, Mr. Tariq Salim, Mr. Abdul Qader) are refusing to do so. In Pakistan, it is hard to and very long process in court to get the eviction notice. Since it is Subway Franchise and I am sure the are your defaulter too. Because cheater not only one person they cheat every where. As I heard from them that they are not paying your royalty fees since long and also showing sale less then what is actual.Can you help us in this regards.
Subway on main and 21st in Jacksonville FL is the NASTIEST! they never change gloves and there's usually one person working so they switch back and forth between meat and vegetables! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF CROSS CONTAMINATION? and then they get all shitty if you ask them to change their gloves between making other customers subs! Do you guys even have food handling licenses? I will never eat at ANY subway EVER AGAIN!
On Monday, September 19, 2011 I walked into Subway on 3950 Minnesota Avenue N.E. Washington, D.C. 20019. I ordered two salads, half of a sandwich and a Nestea Ice Tea and payed for the merchandise. Once I pulled off I realized I did not have the Nestea Ice Tea so I called the store. I told the gentlemen I couldn't come back today so he said he will be in after 10:00am tomorrow I remember you purchasing the drink come tomorrow so I said, ok. I went in the store the next day and explained to the cashier he talk to me yesterday I am here to pick get my drink up. He ignored me and walked away so I said,"Are you going to give me my drink I payed for or not?" he ignored me again. I was upset because I patronize this business frequently and I go in there so much he jokes with me. I asked for the shift manager he said, he's not here then I asked for the general manager information and all the employees said, I don't know who the is my manager. I have heard him be rude to other people. The workers need some customer service training. The workers don't have any name tags and they refuse to give me there.

Evening all, Im writing to complain about Subway Gibraltar (Not USA) I used to work there, i got a unfair dismissal a few days ago. Today i recieved a major telling off because of some things that were written on facebook. I was telling the TRUTH!!!! and the owner didnt like it, The place is full of rats, rat droppings, roaches, rat poison, rat traps that employees get their fingers trapped on. The pay is ridiculous, 4 pound 50 an hour :S HA! its meant to be 5 40 an hour i mean come on. Now my ex boss wont pay me my annual leave, wont pay me my holiday pay, wont pay me the weeks notice. I have been told that if he wants me to work those ten hours weeks notice he has to first give me a weeks notice which he didnt. So that means that he has to pay me the 10 hours weeks notice without me havin to work it. He is a harrasin bastard, he likes to have people fight amongst eachother, he says one thing then another completely different just to make us argue even more. Staff meeting were a laugh, it wasnt a meetin at all it was like a flippin debate and arguement.... I think its disgusting, i also think the subway inspectors should take a closer look at what he is doin and how he runs the place and get him closed down seriously. What happens when someone gets seriously ill and sues him huh, whats he gonna do then... Please someone sort him out, its a mess in there honestly, listen to me i used to work there...... I worked at the subway in Hazel Dell Washington which is a part of Vancouver Washington and i quit yesterday. The Phone Number to that subway is (360)-576-5672. My Manager was JESSICA ROGERS, she is 25 years old and she is a horrible manager. She would not train her workers all the way, right them up for no reason especially if she didn't like them. Also, I was written up on my evaluation in which half of the things on it she had not trained me on and in fact I had asked her what certain things were when I was trained and she didnt explain fully so I didnt know what to do. Whenever I asked her how to do those things she got irritated. Also, she indirectly called me a bitch by saying that customer probably thought I was one when I was nice and curtious the whole time. Further more, she would always talk to me and fellow employees how she hates dealing with customers and calls them some very rude names after she has helped them. On top of that she rolls her eyes at the customers and seems very immature about dealing with them. Jessica would also schedule people to close with her so that she could do other things while they close and not help us. She may be above me but im pretty sure that everyone should be treated fair and equally face to face. I personally know that Jessica has been on the verge of losing her job multiple times and somehow gets out of it. She hired a close friend to work at this subway and she automatically gave her more hours than people who have been there for 2 or more months. Even a person that has been working there for a year now has less hours than her and is being treated unfairly along with a few other employees. I have been working there for 4 months and I got mostly trained by other people on staff and not my manager and when i go to do things, she tries to tell me what to do when i already know how to do it and she would give me dirty looks because she knew she hadn't trained me on it but i already knew how to do it because someone else had trained me on it. I knew Jessica disliked me because whenever i was around her it would seem like she was trying to find ways to fire me either by watching the videos or having her friend that she hired spy on me while i was at work which made me feel very uncomfortable. I worked the best that i could even on the days that i didn't feel good or didn't get enough sleep i worked my hardest, trying to get Jessica to like me. I really thought that hard work pays off, but i guess not. I am not a person who likes conflict, i grew up in a small town knowing every person who lived there. I felt like Jessica was taking advantage of me because i had never lived in a city before.
my name is greg and i work at a subway in grand junction colorado- at the orchard mesa location in fact- and ive worked there for about a year and half, probably gaining on two years. i take alot of pride in my job and both my store and my work quality reflects that. i expect every sandwich i make to be the best my customer ever had and i expect every oven i clean to be hospital quality clean. not to mention the 20-40+ regular customers that i know on a first name basis and have memorized their regular orders. i have a newborn son, a mountain of debt, no place to live and a broken uninsured car. therefor my only concerns with subway are my room for expansion of income, or my rights of sabbatical leave or health leave. i plan to find out on my own accord, but if anybody reads this and knows about things of the sort my e-mail is gnwhetstone13@hotmail.com. and if by some random act of serrindipity you happen to pass my subway- come by- ill make the best darn sub you ever had from subway. especially from the sounds of your previous sandwich affairs. I visited the subway on 9th avenue in Pensacola,Florida and was very happy about the service they are very sanitary and have everything they claim to. The workers are very nice and friendly. The food is delicious i have never had a problem there. THANK-YOU!
Iwent to 28645, Northwesternhighway,southfield,Mi-48034 on every sunday, but unfortunatly they closed before 9.00pm so, I now go to 9miles and telegraph southfield subway,, ohh they open until 9.00pm... what is diffrent northwestern subway own by you or not,, this is the way provide cutomer servie..I have to go 3 miles from my home to 9miles and telegraph subway,, This is unbelievble!!
I went to the Subway on 40555 Grimmer Boulevard, Fremont, CA everyday after work last week. All of the Employees are very rude. The Bread is always stale. They keep old breads. The veggies are never fresh. Lettuce is red. The dining area is so dirty. The whole store in general is nasty. Cookies are hard. I've had food poisoning just eating here. Worst Subway Franchise ever!
Why the store phone # is not on the store receipt??????????????? I stopped at store # 5263 bought a meal. I lost my glasses, I am not sure where I forgot it. I tried to find the store phone number to ask about it. I don't live close bye to drive back to that store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you what I am talking about.........
40555 Grimmer Boulevard Subway in Fremont, CA. is worst Subway Franchise ever. The customers can't speak english. Customer Servise is bad. The Bread is stale and old. Lettuce is red. Veggies are old. The beat tastes like it had been expired. The store is dirty everywhere. The cookies are also very stale. I got sick from everytime I ate this past week. This store needs new employees and ownership.
To whom it may concern, I am a veteran sushi chef and saucier of 22 years and would like to express to Subway's head office an idea, or concept; an additional "building station" in each Subway, the current sandwich station as well as a sushi station, welcoming another entire, solid customer base. What would set this sushi concept apart from all other sushi "bars" is the Subway way of the customer getting the choice of; getting to build his or her own specialized roll, and having available to them amazing new-age rolls they can just order. The west coast style rolls I mention are tried, tested and proven, pioneered by myself over the last 10 years. I have started many sushi bars and have been on television and in newspapers across the country, featuring my outrageous rolls and cant-live-without sauces. I have revolutionized the product to new heights in regards to creativity and excellence and would embrace an opportunity to give a more in depth example of this.
