The Subway store located on 9301 4TH STREET NORTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33702 {#468} has gone downhill big time. Employees just throw the sandwich together and don't even pay attention or listen to what you are requesting to be put on it, it's like they're afraid of it. I ordered a footlong Tuna sub on Whole Wheat {10/27/11 @ 21:33:41} and was very disappointed with the product I received. The bread was very dry, tuna was flavourless and dry and the portion amount didn't even reach the ends of the bread. Regardless of whether it was $5 or regular price shouldn't matter, it was the sandwich I wanted and I was the one paying for it and the one who was going to be eating it. I order from Subway at least once or twice a week; and I have to say, "that was the worst sub I have received of all times." They need to hire a new crew that at least has some care about their customers or do some serious retraining on how to properly make a sub and make the customer happy. Next time, that same person WILL "NOT" make my sandwich.

The subway in Hulbert,OK is rude to their employees! It was takin over by new owners(they own numerous others,Tahlequah, OK etc.). Cutting the hours of the employees so it forces them to find another job & just fired a manager (because she wouldn't take a pay cut) who's husband had open heart surgery and are the owners are refusing to allow her to get unemployment! Why couldn't they just be honest and tell the employees to find other jobs because they were gonna faze them out? People have no integrity and are so cruel and mean! It's ok. God will take care of those that are his children and will take care of those that do HIs children wrong! what goes around comes around! When you conduct your business like that you eventually get caught not by mortals but God has a way of putting a curse on you! I can only pray for them all!

Why does one bad apple spoil it for the rest. After reading this review it is spreading like wildfire. We have several subway stores in Lansing, MI, and they cater to the customer wants except the one in pennslyvia and mt hope street. Manager is rough and wants the extra buck and will do anything to embarrest the customer. I am going to drop them and do business with the oter three who want my business. Why doesn't the corporate office screen the managers who work the front lines.

The subway in mint spring virginia (383 whitehill rd off exit 217 on I-81} went yesterday he treats empliyees with the most dissrespect mold in the coke machine comes out in the ice at 3pm all he had was three pieces if white bread which tasted doughy. The bathroom was digusting it looks like it has not been cleaned in a while trash was everywhere in it. The tables were filthy the cran I got was yellowidh in color and smelled funny I couldnt even eat it it had a very bad taste. There were nats all over the food on the bar. I will never go there again and I was a regular customer.

I will never eat at subway again, I do not care how good their sandwiches are! I had the worst service ever!! First of all the attitude of the server, general manager, corporate customer service is ridiculous! The server ran my card twice and when i said something about it she said "no i did not", so i let it go (dumb idea) i checked my bank account and it showed two transactions for the same price both within three minutes, so i called and spoke to a supervisor and after she said "there is nothing she can do about it". I asked for the General Managers phone number (cell phone for that matter, how unprofessional) I spoke with the general manager and she told me that they had only one transaction on their end and if they did take out two transactions, their bank would credit me back the money. She was very rude about it, so i called corporate customer service and explained the situation and they said they would e-mail the owner of subway and get this matter resolved and i would be contacted (in which case i was not), so when i called customer service back, the lady said "the owner already took care of it and it's the same thing the general manager told you" haha what happened to customer service? so now i have to wait and keep checking my bank account as well as being out the extra money they took out of my bank account for however long. This may not be a big issue to some people, but i think the attitude is just ridiculous and for the "owner" to be so smarmy, it makes me sick to my stomach. TAKE OWNERSHIP SUBWAY, GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS!!!!!! Thank You:)

I have a serious problem with the manager at the Subway on Mt Zion Blvd in Morrow Georgia. His name is Daniel Dennis and he its always on his phone, letting the other workers wait on the customers while he stands there just looking as if nothing is wrong. He is so messy when he works and then blames it on his Co workers. He leaves at random times and takes his time returning. He usually leaves about ten minutes before the only other person at this Subway is supposed to click out and makes her stay with a long line of at least 6 people. His hair is entirely way to long to be serving food to anyone. I think this issue needs to be resolved for the fairness of the work to be distributed evenly.

Subway in Knoxville,tn rivergate plaza is horrible! The worker was very rude to the customer in front of me and myself,then she cursed,"I'm not trying to be a bitch!"in front of customers and children!I asked for corporate #, then after sloppily making and handling the sandwich I ordered when I spoke up about it she tossed the sandwich aside and refused to serve me I my local subway complaint department and she seemed rude as well! All I can say is subway must hire people as low on the tossing pole that they can find now I'm sure some of their workers have great customer service and take their job seriously, but this lady was ignorant as they come especially in this economy when people want to do their best just to keep their job.I know plenty people out of work for no good reason! How in the he'll does this lady stay employed treating customers that way?

My coworker went on her lunch break today around 1:18 pm to a local subway near our office in Mayfield OH. When she ordered her food she noticed that the lady preparing her food stopped in the middle of her order to ring someone out without taking her gloves off. The lady came back without changing her gloves and continued to finish preparing my coworkers food... YUCK!!!! My coworker later called subway to report what happened to the manager and the manager had the nerve to say she saw what happened and that it only happens ever BLUE MOON!!!! REALLY????? That is so nasty, she didn’t even offer to make another sandwich or refund her money... SMH... P.S my coworker wouldn’t have taken another sandwich do to cross contamination anyway but it’s the principle of good service... the manager didn’t even care!!!!

Don't waste your time with subway...They will sell anyone a franchise, even if they don't speak English well. The training's a joke, seems like corporate will let whomever buys the name run it as they seem fit. I have had nothing but problems, one after the next.... All over Memphis, Tn. And heaven forbid you ask for what you are paying for.

I went to the Subway in costa mesa located on bristol in a little shopping center next a the cvs.The food was fresh everything except there cookies there cookies tasted old and stale..The girl who helped had a really bad attitude problem her name was Rosio..I will never go back to this subway.Its one thing to be having a bad day..but she should not have been so rude.I would suggest they fix her attitude and cookies too..tnk

I met a franchise owner (I think) in the Subway store in Woodville, FL today. She was working all alone, I was sixth in line. Man ahead of me asked where was her help to serve our line of six customers. She said the line had been out the front door all day and she'd had no help and didn't mind at alll, she enjoyed her job. I was very impressed with her, she reminded me of a few of my motivated graduate students. I think you should either pay-raise her, visit and chat with her, or cut her a break on a franchise fee; then bring her to HQ to talk to your next class of franchisees. She is in a busy small-town community with few motivated young people to employ, but she's cheerful and happy and motivated before her customers. She makes SUBWAY look good. T. i worked at a subway in Madison,GA the walmart location.... the manager thinks that she knows everything and in reality she doesnt know anything.... she swears at costumers, never orders enough food, and offers to pay you cash to stay and help but not be clocked in (which i didnt take). She trys to change the schedual two days after she has already made it and be mad when you dont have the means to get there when she texts you 20 min before she wants you to come in. even if its 2 days after the schedual has gone up. She was looking at applications to hire someone new and says she wants someone working thats nice eye candy. WHAT!?!?! THATS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! she has no clue what she is doing when it comes to managing others, and after talking with the owner he is not very smart either. Please inform me why they think if the drawer is short and watch the cameras and cant find anyone or any reason as to why this is happening do they think they can take it out of everyones pay check, i work hard for my money and am not happy with giving it back for OTHERS mistakes. i love subway, but HATE that it seems everyone i ever go to has SLOW ass people working and managers that are at the level my 10 year old is. you really should do something about the manager, as when i was working there for only 5 months i had at least 50 people ask for the managers name so they could call corporate to complain. she is firing people after people week after week when she is getting rid of VERY good help, and the problem is HER!

i just want to make you aware that your subway in orange texas really disappointed me tothe point of being pissed off. i scheduled 3 party trays for a fire department function honoring to deceased fire fighters. i ordered them 5 days in advance and paid for them. on october 11, the time i was to pick them up, they were not even fixed and had no record of the order. i presented my receipt, then was told they couldn't make them they did not have enough bread. after calling the manager who took my order and an argument they were made. after all that i should of gotten my money back. PISS POOR BUSINESS ON SUBWAYS part. i will never order much less go there again.!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked at the subway in Lewistown Montana for 22 months, during that time I went from being a person who had to begg for 16 hours a week to the ONLY person who knew how to close the store, at some times, like the summer of 2010 I worked every night, for three months, without one night off, and this was minimum wage, after that summer the manager made me an acting assistant manager, I reciver a fifty cent raise, and I still didn't complain, two months ago the manager left, and the new manager, who has no experience, told me she would make me a real manager, but q week later started telling my night crew they dodnt have to listen to me,o for two. more weeks i had to argue with these childreen everynight just for them to even make sandwhiches.......i was sick for three days strait, came back to work for one nght to TRAIN THE. MANAGER' S brother to close the store, then she called me the next day saying i supposedly sexually harassed someone, I was fired on the phone, I was told no details, and was not even told anything, there was no type of investigation either. That night, one of the decent teenagers told me who and what was said, and everyone who works there knows that the teenagers on my night shift just wanted me gone so thay could " hang out" and get paid for it. By the way the new manager said a lot of sexual things to the workers, including me, and I thought it was gross. Also I am a black male who lives in a small town where there are no other black males at all.

Last time I had a problem you had a 800 number and I spoke to a person and got a phone number to the site location and spoke to the owners and resolved the problem quickly. which by the way involved one of their employes stealing from them. Now you can't even contact you without making a long distance call at my expense.SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! You lost me and many others to follow I'm sure. And I could care less about your free cookie coupon!!!
