I went into the Subway inside of the Walmart in Denham Springs Louisiana, Saturday evening at 7:45 pm on 11/13/2011. I was famished and the first clerk that started to wait on me was , to say the least, not very helpful. But the other little lady that was also on duty, Adel, stepped up to assist. She was spectacular. She didn't interrupt the first clerk, she just made it a very smooth transition to help me. So professional, clear and concise. I made a special trip back in to ask her her name. I can't describe it exactly, except to say, I received 5 star restaurant service from a Subway employee. She should, if interested, be a manager for Subway. She made my experience just wonderful. And Subway would be privileged for her to represent them at a management level. Thanks so much, whom ever hired her.

My name is Joseph Mannato and I am a veteran of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom! I went to two different Subway locations on Veteran's Day only to be turned away because they weren't honoring the free six inch subs, I finally went to a 3rd location where they were happy to give me a sub and thanked me for my service! I think it is complete BS that I had to go to 3 Subways in order to get a sandwich which I had rightfully earned! The two Subways I went to that turned me away are Subway Store # 902 5765 Burke Ctr Pky Ste D Burke, VA 22015 703-250-3355 and Subway Store # 14701 6415 Shiplett Blvd Rolling Valley Mall Burke, VA 22015 703-440-0877!

I went to a Subway on November 13, 2011 in Adam's Morgan in Washington, DC.  I ordered a sandwich and my total was $4.73.  I used two gift cards (that were incorrectly rung up) leaving me a total of $3.63.  I used my credit card to pay the remaining balance.  I was not asked to sign for the charge and was not given a receipt for the transaction.  While eating, I was called up to the counter and told I was charged an incorrect amount.  I was not told what the charged amount was.  I looked over the counter and saw two figures on a receipt both over $1,000 one of which was over $2,000.  I became furious when I saw the amounts that had been charged to my credit card.  I received no apology from the worker.  I was instead repeatedly laughed at and mocked by him for his own mistake.  I asked for the manager who then gave me the nonchalant answer of, "We all make mistakes."  The manager would not give me numbers of his superiors.  My credit card had been charged $3,634.73.  My card was maxed out, so only $1,162.64 went through.  After getting extremely upset, I was given a refund.  However, it was not until I left the store did I realize that my refund was for only $1,157.91.  I was still charged $4.73 for the sandwich, which was an over charge because I owed only $3.63.  There is now a hold on my account, so I am unable to use it at all.  I am a person who prides myself on having good credit.  Subway has maxed out my credit card, which will reflect negatively on my credit score.  I contacted Subway's Franchise Information & Comments department.  I was given no solution to rectify the situation other than them contacting the manager to, "Resolve the issue."

Hello I am a valued customer at subway I invest a lot of money in your corporation. I believe my contribution to this forum will imporve your service and revenue greatly. I believe that the Subway Corporation should start a delivery service for all of america. If this was carried out throughout america your expenses may increase but revenue will also greatly increase. If you carry out thee meausures I expect a moderate reward for my contribution. <3 :) (>")>

I visited the Subway sandwich shop located in Washington, DC on 7th and M Streets, NW, across from the new convention center. My brother ordered a footlong, and asked for extra meat, and they charged him $3.00 per slice of meat. This has to be wrong, as I have asked for extra meat, and they charged me $0.50 per slice. This neighborhood subway is ripping off the patrons in the area. I know that this is not right. Someone needs to complain about the service. These are foreigners and they act as if they don't understand english. Very bad service.

THE SUBWAY IN HANOVER, MD, WAS ONLY GIVING FREE 6" SUBS TO ARMY VETERANS. WE ARE A MARINE FAMILY OF VETERANS AND FOUND THIS VERY UPSETTING! MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, WHO IS A MARINE AND MARRIED TO MY SON WHO IS PRESENTLY SERVING IN AFGHANISTAN, WAS TOLD THIS WHEN SHE WENT TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE FREE 6" SUB FOR VETERANS. WHEN SHE SAID VETERANS ARE FROM ALL MILITARY BRANCHES, THE ATTENDANT JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS. SHE LEFT VERY UPSET, DISRESPECTED AND INSULTED.

Indian ownes treat their emplyees as if they were machines, and some times as animals. All they care about its making money. They are the rudest employers it seems they hate american behaviour. They just want americans' money.

Today is Veterans Day, and on two local morning news programs, and in the San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper, it was advertised that veterans would receive a free 6-inch sandwich at any San Diego County Subway restaurant. I went to 3 different Subways, and was told at two of them that California was not participating in the promotion, and the other told me they had not received any word about it. Why on Earth would Subway announce they were honoring veterans with free sandwiches, and not do it in an area that is a huge military town, with the most people to "honor," unless they are intentionally trying to avoid having to give away a lot of food? It's very disrespectful of myself, and all others who put their lives on the line for this country. Shame of Subway!

I was at the subway in shelby, Ohio two weeks ago and had a very bad experience with the awful service... I called the coporate number that same day and they assured me that the owner of the shelby , Ohio Subway would be calling me and I have yet to hear from them.... What good courtesy NOT! The subs from the store mentioned above are WAY under standards I have visited other subways in nearby towns and they have great subs and awesome service... I am very dissapointed about this and will be telling friends and family the treatment that we have gotten .... Furthermore will discourage ANYONE from going to this subway... and as for rating them with one star I wouldn't even have given them that if there was a 0 star rating...

I just want to suggest a better way to satisfy your customers. This method was used by the employee at the Shreveport, LA Store on Youree Drive (on about the 6400 block): Once the service worker prepares a sandwich for a customer, and it is bagged and ready to go, she then puts it by the cash register, and goes back to make more sandwiches for other (non-related) customers. That makes the one whose sandwich is ready to go, stand there and wait for several minutes knowing all the time that he/she is ready to be ringed up at the register and to go. This makes no sense as the first customer will have to be rung up before the others anyway. so why not get the first customer done and out of the way? By making them wait, EVERY customer leaves the store wondering why they were intentionally ignored when it does not save a significant amount of time. The only thing I could see that it saves is the time to put on a plastic glove, which takes about 3 seconds. What is 3 seconds verses the sense that you were ignored? Hope this helps you keep more customers!

I stop at the Subway Store in Terrell, TX. There is a lady there whose name is Brenda. She is sometimes the only employee in the store. She is hard working and takes her job very seriously. She builds a great sandwich, keeps the rest room clean and is a credit to the hard working folks of East Texas. Brenda exemplifies the best of America's workers

I went to a Subway near my business. I spoke to a manager and asked permission to put my Rack Cards up next to the Anytime Fitness literture in its own stand. He said that would be fine. I continued for the next 7 months replenish the cards. The last time I saw they were missing. I asked someone there and he said he threw them out. I said why, I got permission from the Manager; and he said you didn't get permission from me! He didn't even call me so I could pick them up. Employees like this gave Subway a bad name for me. All it took was a phone call...just a 30 second call! I will continue to go to Subway but another location. NOT the one at the corner of US 19 North and East Bay in Clearwater. This man was rude and arrogant!!!!

I Used to work for subway in manitou springs colorado for a month in jan 2010, moved to VA in oct 2011 they promised me a w-2 whichi still have not recieved, i called customer service and all they can tell me isthey need to pass on this info to the owner of that store, when i told the customer rep i talked to mylawyer she hung up on me, HOW RUDE. this is not a proffessional business, they need to shut subway down. and reopen it as "little kings" which is a franchise in omaha, nebraska that i worked at which has better customer service.

My name is Debra Myers, I'm from Dallas,Tx. I was a customer at the Subway at 2207 E. Ledbetter, 75216..and I've been coming to this store on ocassions but on this particular visit on 11/02/11 at 19:41:31, I ordered a Turkey Breast sandwich meal(6 inch) and noticed that there was not a price showing how much this cost and was charged $7.25 for the meal. There were 2 prices on the advertising billboard, one for $3.75, the other was the $5.00 footlong..I assumed that the price that I would be charged would be $3.75 but they charged me $$4.50 I asked the cashier why wasn't I charged the price that was visible, they told me that didn't matter, we went back and forth with both employees on this issue and finally I was told to talk to the, well I went home and called the manager her name was Mary she said "May I help you sweetie I realized that she was the one that was fussing with me,well by this time I have had enough.I will not be returnig to this subway there's plenty more

I work at a subway in vacaville ca next to luckys. the manager is clearly deluded!! shes unfair and just plain rude! the thing is, we have regular customers that love our sandwhiches, we make our sandwhiches exactly like the picture and nothing less, we are number one(literally) for goodness sake. but shes all show to the customers and really behind the blinds shes incredibly mean to her workers. first of all she only hires girls no guys, she throws all male applications away. then she befriends a new employee and backstabbs you and attacks you allllll the time!! it will never stop. basically, HER WORD IS LAW AND EVERYONE ELSES IS WRONG WRONG WRONG.

We stopped at the Subway Oct 28,2011 about 1:30pm at the Clinton OK location across from the Route 66 meuseum and encountered the rudest girl that I have ever ordered from in my life. This girl clearly hated to be working at Subway. She asked me "What do you want" and. Then slammed the lids on the meats and veggies - the mayo ran out and she threw the container back into a sink - she was clearly not happy at all. After that I just paid for mysandwiches - got no thank you or anything from her and I left. I will never visit this. Location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Sorry Subway but this was not a pleasant visit to one of your locations.

Idea for a Halloween slogan.. Subway eat fresh. Zombies eat flesh. Haha childish but my sister thought of it.

After going to Subway in Cameron, NC on Highway 87 I am very upset with the manager. She is racist and rude. I guess she doesnt like us Hispanics even though I was very polite to her she was disrespectful and polite to the black people.

I was wondering if there was any kind of policy against a Husband and Wife working together at the same location and at the same time? My wife works for a subway that is allowing a husband and wife to work together (even close together) My issue is that they do alot of PDA and arguing about personal issues that my wife and others are getting stuck picking up the slack. I wouldn't have a problem with them working at different times but at the same time taking alot of the other employees hours. Most of the hours they are taking are hours from our local high school students which are evening hours. We live in a very small town with not many other options for them to get spending money. If this is against "Subway's" policies please address this somehow. Our subway is in Monroe IA, 50170 BTW we love being part of the subway family for this long and hope it continues.

we went to subway rest. in placentia california corner store yorba linda blvd and rose, we were to redeeme a free dink given by the public school for a drug free progf]ram. the store said we can only redeem if we buy a sandwich on sale for 5 dollars. i said fine, we had two coupons for two drinks. when they realized that we wan ted two drinks , they split my one 5 dollar drink into two dharging me for two sandwiches they said in order to apply onother free drink they have to sell me onother sandwich whichcame from splitting my one 5 dollar sandwich. i was astounded by this philosophy or sales pitch. they could have said that its better just tompay for one drink whicch will save a costumer abuck or two rather than splitting my 5 dollar sandwich and paying for two sandwich just to get afree drink as a promotion.shame shame bad costumer relations
