REALLY !!!!! Michael Vick, what idiot that works for Subway had this bright idea, maybe you can show him torturing a dog in your next commercial. You just lost a customer, I will never eat Subway again. Assholes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just curious if it is illegal for minors to have to close by themselves in Illinois. I work at a Subway in Illinois and am only 16, and when we have to close, we are always by ourselves for the last 2-3 hours of that night, and a lot of people say it's not legal.. Does anyone know? and to "Julie" who complains the mayo isn't cold enough, I disagree. At least for the one I work with, it isn't just a cold bucket, there's ice and frost that forms, then as we close we put it in the cooler, but I guess I can't speak for all the Subways out there. And for the "I. B. Annoyed" person, we ask you more than once because sometimes people don't understand what we're asking (as stupid as that seems, it's true) or they change their minds, or whatever, some people are stupid and will say just the subs and a cookie, so we ring it in and they pay with credit, then ask us if we got the drink and another cookie in for that. Which means we'd have to to an adjustment to the order and take that off their credit card, then re scan the card, so it's easier to take a couple seconds to ask, as to take 5 or more trying to fix the dang order. Workers at subway are just like everyone else, give em a break!

I went to the subway on hwy44 in Franklin Indiana to get breakfast & couldn't get what I wanted. They have a sign up that says "Buy 1 flatbread breakfast melt get 1 free of equal or lesser value" it does not say anything about size. I wanted a footlong & get a footlong free but they said I couldn't that was only for the 3in. they said & I told them the sign don't have a size & if that was the case the size should be on your signs! This is the only subway I have ever had any problems with on this situation. I'm not happy at all & if that is how your stores are ran I won't be goin back & a bunch of people are with me on this problem. You need to fix the problem!

I suggest that you use a vegan veggie patty instead of the current vegetarian patty. There are many fast food and other restaurants that have GREAT veggie wraps. I now prefer those over Subway since I found out that your patty is not vegan. If I have to eat an all veggie wrap, it has to do better than the very simple and tasteless fare you offer. It might also be worth considering offering a grilled veggie wrap at least.

Ndamukong Suh, is the first story that comes up when you type in NFL BAD PRESS on Google. After his head banging and foot stomp of another player on Thanksgiving Subway still has him in commercials. If this is who you chose to give my money to I am no longer going to give it to you. It shameful that athlete's can act out and still have corporate support. Is he really the way you want Subway represented. This kind of behavior is not something I can support.

Seeing Ndamukong Suh on your commercials makes me wonder if you realize how this makes you as a corporation appear to the general public (your customers!) This man(?) has proven to be a lousy example of a human being, let alone a spokes person for a company that (I think) prides itself on corporate responsibility. Nothing would make me happier than seeing on ESPN that the "boy named Suh" lost all his endorsements and is being treated for his obvious mental illness and his lack of speaking the truth. Sad to say I will not support anyone supporting him

Over all I actually do enjoy this restaurant. Problem is I can't eat there any more because I get very ill almost every time I eat there, regardless of the location! I get veggie subs with mayo and mustard so I'm pretty sure it's the mayo causing my minor to major food poisoning. Something must be done about the way the condiments are kept. Mayonnaise and other condiments like these need to be kept very cold. Just 15-20 in room temperature is enough time to harber enough bacteria to cause serious food poisoning. Obviously sitting in a cool bucket ALL DAY long is not enough!!! There are many reports of serious diarrhea after eating at Subway. Reports say from Mayonaise!!!

I sent an employee to the Subway in Springfield, MO on south Glenstone beside Legends car wash. He was ordering the $3.00 breakfast combo like we do every morning and they refused to give it to him. They had all the signs posted advertising the special as always. The manager said "We don't have to honor it! What don't you understand about that?" I say false advertisement! What is the problem with Subway? Can't corp pay attention to these complaints and fix these problems? Do they even care about the name SUBWAY?????

As a regular customer, you need instructions so customers may order subs easier: 1. Bread Choice... "OAT" should suffice when "Honey & Oat" is the only "Oat-Option!" 2. Heat Up............ After "Meat & Cheese employee" asks, it's annoying to elect "NO" again as "Expediter" asks! 3. Vegee Fillers.... "Expediter" NEEDS LISTEN to choices vs assume or incite REPEATING of choices! 4. Pepper............. YES I kno there's "pepper" in "salt & pepper!" just want more ugg! 5. I'M NOT StUPID... If no Chips or Drink present while paying... I DON'T WANT ANY! 6. Just Sub means... Hey, I agree with anonymous that posted on 11/3/11. I have the same problem at the one I work at. Yesterday my Supervisor yelled at me in front of a customer and told me not to wrap a sub in deli paper. then she went on to tell me I'm doing everything wrong. I think I'm going to get fired. all my supervisor does is sit around and does nothing but texts. is subway corp. really paying that dumb crap for doing nothing? Its sad. I just want you to know that I feel your pain. Oh, and we have ONE male worker that she throws herself at.

I went to subway in lakewood ohio and purchased a sub and cookies and and satt down in the lobby to eat my dinner. It was approx 7:36pm and I ask the cashier what time does the store close , and she replied by saying " the store closes at 10:00pm but the lobby closes at 8:00pm! " I was highly upset because I don't like to eat and rush , but I was put out like a dog on the street! I honestly believe that they lied about the hours of operation because they wanted me out of the store because I'm in a white neighborhood and I'm a black women.

I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SHENANDOAH IOWA SUBWAY FOR 7 MONTHS IN THAT TIME I WORKED HARD AND I ENJOYED THE WORK MY MANAGER DONNA WAS OUT FOR SURGERY WHILE SHE WAS GONE THINGS WENT SMOOTHLY SHE CAME BACK AND IT ALL WENT TO HELL. SHE CUT EVERYONES HOURS JUST SO SHE COULD GET HER BONUS CHECKS DIDNT MATTER THAT THE CUSTOMERS WERE SUFFERING. IT WAS OK TO HER FOR SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES TO BE BITTER AND VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS . Just wanted to know why some California Subway have inside eating and no bath room for customers to wash your hands and go to the bathroom. My wife and I eat at many different stores twice a week. One place told us to go across the street to use Carls restroom. I ask one store if I could wash my hands and was told there wasn't a restroom available for customers. I was under the impression that if you have a sit down eating area you must have a rest room. Please let me Know. Gene

I love Subway. I have had a few bad experiences with them in the past. They will remove their name if the store's are not kept to their standards. We have an excellant area Superviser here in Camden, SC. She checks the stores regularly and the new owner for the past couple of years has really maintained an excellant Subway. I would never go on a website and post a bad experience, gets you nowhere! I would go directly to the Owner and beyond if not satisfied. It's too easy for folks to go on a website and bad mouth when you get upset.... get a life! The kids and young people that work there do the best they can and I treat them as I would my own kid. The world is not perfect, so get over it. Subway Rocks!!!

I just want you to know that any company that pays someone like Ndamukong Suh to represent them in commercials will not get my business any longer. He is in desperate need of anger management classes, and I don't think he should be representing your company. There are plenty of other great football players out there you could pick from.

Hi I am a subway employee in lothian Maryland , I never work in fast food before I know something isn't right. When I first start working i was never asked for identification ssn or nothing two of my co workers say they are illegal aliens one say he's running for the Mexican army and are being paid under the table my training didn't go well I've been there almost three months and still are not aware of things and when i ask to do things or make a mistake the management is completely rude I'm rarerly given hours and was told i don't get paid for training and if i didn't research that and told them that was illegal I would have never got paid for it the manager and owner clearly have unbusiness-like relationship since being there I have yet seen health control there is no break you sit down when you can and eat your 6inch sub with courtesy cup I feel hours are given equally buh aren't I have bills to pay I can't afford to quit but I know I'm not being treated right

I drive a truck, so I eat at subway between 8 and 10 times per week. I ordered a sandwich at the subway at the pilot truck stop on I-40, exit 280 in Memphis, ar. I ordered shredded cheese and when they put slices I told them I ordered lshredded, i wass told u could not have it so itold them I dont want a sandwich and was told they didnt care what my old white ass wanted. This was rude and racial and they should not be allowed to treat customers like that.

On the above date I visited this Subway location for dinner. While waiting in line I viewed the menu to decided which sandwich I wanted to order. I selected the 6in Steak and Cheese which indicated the price at $3.75. I ordered my sandwich and proceeded to the check out where Nancy processed my transaction. The total was a little more than I expected so I look at the receipt and noticed the price for the sub was $4.50. I brought this to Nancy's attention and told her that the sign said $3.75. Nancy then pointed at a different sign at the opposite end of the menu which indicated the price at $4.50. After going back and forth about the 2 difference prices I said to Nancy "Well that's confusing you guys should take the $3.75 sign down if its no longer the price." Nancy's reply? And I quote "That's not my problem!" Needless to say I was shocked and said that it wasn't my problem either. I can not believe the lack of accountability, customer service and flat out rudeness this sandwich artist displayed. So much so that the theme of this notice is not for me to gripe about the fact that this location had 2 different signs with 2 different prices for the same sandwich but more so to notify you of the blunt and crude attitude displayed by Nancy to a paying customer.

I went to the Downtown Jefferson City, Mo store on High Street with a coupon and ordered and was overcharged due to instead of a 12" price I was charged for 2 6" sanwiches and no coupon was taken off of my bill 11/14/11 17:29:31 store Number 4514 and cashiers name Cary Transactin 225 Clerk 15. I did not notice it till I left the store and will not go back. I am sending my reciept to corporate and requesting cash not coupons
