I found out my old boss did drugs i threatened to tell and she said she was going to call cps on me. I have done nothing wrong she fired me awhile back because i asked to transfer she always changed schedules and never ordered the stuff we nedded on time what should i do?
This last week was chicken chapola week and you could get a foot long sub for 5 bucks.I went everyday and bought one,and sunday I took my son and his friend, telling them how great they are so we all were going to get one.So we all order one and the girls told us they didnt have any chicken so I asked to talk to management and they told me there was no management there. So I left my number and asked to have her call me.So three days have pasted and know one has called me.The store is in Russells Point,Ohio and they could stand to have some higher ups drop in on them and get them in order. So to finish this story,I drove 15 miles to Bellfontaine,Ohio and spent 20 dollars on food and gas money to get there and back. And I would not be writting this letter if they would of just called me like I asked.I guess alot of these shops just dont care about customer care anymore because this is not my first time I have had this problem at this store.
I used to work at a Subway store in Georgia and my so called "manager" is nothing but a control freak, bipolar nut who so called "fired" me after telling me that he was tired of my shit. He then proceeded to tell me that I could not return to work until I got a doctors excuse. I came back on Sunday morning @8am, two days after that spat with him and he said that I "quit" when I know I did not. In fact, on camera, he clocked me out two days prior. Another thing, he steals from Subway by skimming off the books and customers on a daily basis. Has 2 other stores, does the same there. I think he needs to have those stores yanked from him. I'm not the only one he treats like that and he should be called in for an Audit.
Well my daughter works at subway store at 944 west shawnee in muskogee oklahoma and tofay 1/7/12 she called her manager jennifer and left a message cause she wouldnt answer her phone and tild that she was sick and needed to have someone come in anf releive her. And that was a 2pm. Het it is 15 till 5 and she still wont answer her phone so i am goin to get a lawyer and contact corperate and well we will see where ot goes from there. my daughter is 16 and still a minor and i will not have het tteated like this.
My "manager" is a total jerk, she is the rudest person i have ever met in my life she is always quarreling with us. At first i thought i was just me taking it wrong but no, it seems everyone also has been thru the same place. She has caused great drama, and she likes to bully people around and plays with peoples buttons. My employer has stopped many arguments between us (by us i mean myself and coworkers) but he fails to do anything. All he does is tell her to be nicer...then 2-3 weeks later we are in the same situation. Now I'm thinking she's blackmailing him or something since she has a problem with everyone and he always takes her side. I guess he likes to play dirty as well since he doesn't pay us all of our hours that HE SCHEDULED US, the payroll is "always late" we always run out of things and he seems not to care about it.
I use to work at subway and then they fired me cause I couldn't come in to work a day. I had worked there for two months and I have only received a pay stub for the first week I had worked there!!! Also the subways I worked didn't follow the right food safety requirements and would leave food in bins for weeks at a time and a lot of the time employees were handling food without gloves on! I will never ever work at subway again or eat at one! There is so much drama involved at these subways I wish that the owners actually cared about what went on in there stores but they aren't.
Hello my name Jake Flynn and I eat out 4times a week at Subway all around the Worcester, Mass area and have always been satisfied with the food as well as the sevice. But the other day Jan. 3rd I was picking up lunch for my wife and daughter at ur West Boylston, Mass site. When I arrived home I noticed that one of the sandwhiches was totally made wrong with the toppings and bread also. I know this seems like a small error but this is not the first time this has occured at this same site. I'm an avis customer and feel I've been more then tolerant with these mix-ups. Hope for a respone. My address is 31 Helen Dr. West Boylston, Mass 01583. Thanks Loyal Customer
Does Subway pay for training?I have worked in Subway(Harrow) for more than 20 hours, but dint get pay. Moreover, the store manager wants to pay me off by giving 5 pounds an hour. Is it even justified?I did not know Subway exploits people
I encountered a very caustic rash from sanitizer or degreaser or both You can e-mail me with the degreaser chemicals at willzeigler@mail.com I already have the sanitizer ingredients. Thanks if you can help
I work at Subway. The owners of the store do nothing but argue and make the employees uncomfortable. They do nothing but sit at the computer all day or talk on their cellphones. They make the employees that work later in the afternoon come in during the lunch hours so they dont have to do anything. One owner even goes out of his way to make sure we cant eat! its unfair. Something needs to be done.
We were at Subway on Monroe Turnpike in Monroe, CT for lunch the end of November. My grand daughter ordered roast beef grinder. It was the most go awful sandwich that I have ever seen (all fat). May I suggest that if you increase prices you provide your customers with better quality meats. We will never order that type of sandwich again and perhaps never eat subway again. We were better off at McDonalds that is no bargin either. Perhaps there should be a link to the corporate office so that they are aware of these complaints.
i went into one of your stores and it says that there r free subs for a month on your guys receipt i think that it isn't right because the employee in didn't know what i was talking about it is unprofessional im a regular customer at subway i go in there evry Friday please fix your issues around dearborn heights district
I am writing to complain about Subways surprisingly unfriendly policy towards gift card buyers. I purchased 2 gift cards (25.00 and 15.00) at Michael's in Commack, NY.- along with 6 other cards from other establishments. Unlucky for me, especially at Christmas, I lost that bag. Michaels was very helpful and able to fax me all the card numbers I bought since I had the receipt. I spent the day on the phone and every other place deactivated the cards with the numbers I provided, and replaced the cards. When I called Subway Customer Care they put in a "trouble ticket" and I received a call back stating that I had to speak to 1-877-297-4438. That number told me they don't handle Subway and I needed to speak to 877 -246-6255 (Black Hawk). That number told me they don't handle Subway and I should call Subway directly!! I started all over and spoke to Clarice who was not at all helpful. I asked for the supervisors name and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When Clarice came back on the phone she told me he could not come to the phone but the supervisors name was Guillame Robert. I then got a call back from the trouble ticket staff indicating again they don't handle this card.In the end no one could help me. My son lives in Subway and I buy many gift cards. This system is so disorganized and the customer care so not helpful that I will truly never set foot in a Subway again and will make sure everyone I know (perhaps a blog?) knows this story. It is unbelievable that a store that prides itself on health would be so dysfunctional. You have lost quite a lot of money from my household for your lousy $40.00 (which I have receipts for). Happy New Year! Kathy
Food is fine, but trying to get cash on a gift card 'unfrozen' is next to impossible. I have tried to talk to a real live person, or even to get your auto system to assist me in this. No luck. At this moment I am sitting on the phone, listening to aimless guitar music on your customer line, while my military son is waiting to have the $25 that I transferred onto his card UNFROZEN. I registered his card, but cannot get anybody to help. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
Just want to let everyone know that the owner of the Subway stores in Rochester, Puyallup and Ocean Shores refuses to pay employees for hours worked. She refuses to pay an employee for being on call for 9 months. The employee was on call 7 day a week from 6:30 am to most night 10:30pm. When the employee was hired, she was told that she get a week’s paid vacation after a year. After 2 1/2 years the employee wanted to take a few days off and get paid for them, but the owner announced that she wasn't doing that no more. Now that other employees want to quit because she makes them work off the clock, she is now offering them a week’s paid vacation. I'm sure when they want to take the time; she will refuse to pay them. This pay checks that employee was entitled to was due to her 3 weeks ago. She just got a partial tonight. She refused to give the employee their last pay stub and paid her in cash. The owner took money out of her check to pay a power bill that she said she owed. I am asking all my friends and acquaintances to boycott these stores. We need to send a message to the employers that think they can treat their employees this way, that this is not a way to run a business that expects to stay in business.
You are a poor excuse for a HR office. You say you're for the owners, but who do the employees go to when an issue arises? You only seem to care about the bottom line, but not the ones who give you that line.
I'm washing my hands of Subway!! In my 40 years I have only written 2 complaints on any restaurant. They both are for Subway so that tells you something about the people working for your company. I have been going to Subway for YEARS. Me and my partner at one time were there 2-3 times a week. Those days are now over. Last night we went to the Subway in Salem, VA across from Kroger on West Main Street. There was a girl there that I had never seen before. She was african american but I didn't get her name. I always ask for my cheese to be given to my partner on his sub and never has it been a problem. The girl made both of our subs and passed them on to the girl in question. The first girl put my cheese on his sub as ususal but the second girl said we would be charged extra cheese of .60 cents. I told her it was my cheese that comes with my sub and I wanted to give it to him. She refused and said we would be charged. I told her to then put it in my bag with my sub but not on it. She said she could not do that. I told her nevermind that we were not paying for something that I was supposed to get anyway. She actually instead of allowing .10cents worth of cheese to be put on his sub threw it in the trash. I used to be an assistant manager at McDonalds so I know that you charge .60 but it acutlly costs Subway probably around .10cents for the cheese. I sure hope .10 was worth loosing a long time customer!! I've had enough. There are a lot more sub places out there and with friendlier folks behind the counter representing the company in a proper manor. You should tell your employees that they should make the customer come first and not be this rude. I mean come on.....you throw away perfectly good food just because you don't want to budge on a dime. Good riddance Subway! I'm also going to copy my complaing to your home office as well until the top man/woman knows about this travesty.
Went to Subway in Smithfiled, NC and while eating my lunch observed an eldery gentleman come in and sit on the table, not in a chair. Neither of the two employees there said anything to the man so I summoned the manager and asked her when it became acceptable to allow a patron to sit on a table. I not only asked her to have the man remove himself from the table but I also asked her to have someone disinfect the table so it would be clean for others to use. They are lukcy that I'm not a health inspector.
I work at a subway in decatur, il. My manager calls off all the time, she never answers her phone, and went as far as telling a coworker to skip her final and come in to work for her. She sends me one text that if I open she will come in at eleven, she tells the other two that she has a doctors appointment at eleven thirty and needs one of them to work her shift. The owners know and won't do anything about it, what am I supposed to do because this needs to be stopped.
Today I was fired from subway for no good reason. This subway was owned by an elderly couple and since i started work there they have been mean and unfair when I was just doing my job. They told me they had a problem with me and when I asked what the problem was he answered "I dont know" I then was confused and asked 'how do you not know the problem if you have a problem with me?' he then raised his voice again saying "I dont know!!" I was hurt and started to tear up and asked him to not speak to me that way I am a human being. He then got more irratable and told me it was best that i quite. Subway is actually a horrible place to work, when you have a problem its never fixed and when you bring it up your in trouble for it.
