Reading these I realize that I'm not the only one who dreaded going into work with the managers at the Subway I worked at for about 9 months. Way too much drama, and serious issues were not dealt with properly. There was a ton of backstabbing and hostility towards customers and other employees as well. Glad I'm out there. I still need my W2 though and I have no idea who to call about this. I'm getting frustrated.
Don't buy subway gift cards as I never will again. I been to 3 different subways an they won't except them. Probably cuz there francises. This makes cards useless to a decree if u can't use them in your area.
Your store #10066 is one of the worst subways we have ever been to. Every time I go I get two kids meals and every time I am charged a different amount. They change what comes in the meal every time. I asked the very rude "young" manager and he was so put off because he had to put down his Iphone and was rude to his worker for getting him for me he's I went off on him. That is the last time we go there. Lamirada store #10066 sucks.
subway sucks ;[ there food taste like shit an they are unfair with employes
the manager at watervalley subway is one of the worst by far.to start off he has a fiance and has been sleeping with one of the crew member for a while and gives her special favors over others.he is never on time for work and puts on a smile and a good show only when corporate is around.he doesnt like to be available if we have any issues unless it involves him and he is above helping out with issues we have.he tells us to handle it ourselves.things such as his girl on the side sitting in the back texting most of the night and his friend not calling or showing up for work.he acts as tho he does something are points the finger at someone els.most of us at subway get along very well with eachother so we all hear and see the lack of management he provides us.most recent is our labor being to high.he gets mad at us but he will stay clocked in for three or four days at a time and has been heard bragging about working over 80 hrs in a pay period when he is scheduled less than and has been in the store working for less then that amout of time.we need a new manager.you can take all this for what you will but when the crew and customers have consistant issues with this kind of person it must be that we have the issue.im sure nothing will come of this and if it does he will smooth talk his way out but thanks for having a spot to post what issues people have with subway and or its staff.
I went in store #12041 in Dallas, TX. Those were the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I asked to have my toppings put on the side to go on my sandwich for later and they acted as if I was asking them to give me 99 free sandwiches. The store needs to be updated and it's small and dank. The employees need to go through some training on how to greet customers and be more respectful. I usually go to this subway 2 or 3 times per week, but I won't be going back any more. Good bye to this subway.
Went in for 6 subs and left with the worst experience I have ever had at a fastfood restraunt the kid doing vegetables and register wouldn't hardly look up the lady trisha or patrisha was the most miserable person i'v been around in a long time store #4588 trans# 124 I hope the right person sees this
One of subways west coast corporate employees Kim Larson got ahold of my number thinking it was my mans number from an application he had turned in and started leaving all kinds of vulgar voicemail and even masturbating into the phone and just being thoroughly DISGUSTING....Not only is this disgusting behavior its an invasion of peoples personal information. I will never work for a company that is so disrespectful of peoples personal information and privacy.
I'm not happy AT ALL with your companies. I went into the subway across the street from my work, got a 6 inch buffalo chicken, ate half way through it and then looked at my sandwich to see a piece of chicken with a bloody nasty chunk inside of it. I didn't pay for it, my boss did, so I went back there and what did the manager Wyatt say? "Oh, this happens from time to time, let me re make your sandwich." Ya, okay, cause I really wanna eat MORE subway after finding that nasty piece of chicken.
I worked there early 2011 and they didn't spell my name right on the paychecks and they put the wrong address. Now I'm trying to file my taxes and can't because it has the wrong name and address so I wouldn't get it through the mail and I don't have a clue on what website to go to so i can look it up.
OK so I took a job as a subway manager. After 4 days I developed at a good speed to all of those I was working with. This is in spite of THE ABSOLUTE WORST TRAINING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED in 20 plus years in the restaurant business. The managers within the other stores at the other locations owned by this franchisee REALLY are somethng to see. I trained at 2 stores over 3 weeks. NOT ONCE did I ever hear 1 single positive re-enforcement from anyone. HOWEVER over 3 weeks if I as much as poured a cup of water from the fountain I was reminded how much the cup cost. If I put a sub roll on the deli paper to cut for a guest I was told to place the bread on the deli paper only on the top half of the paper...HONEST !! If I showed up to work at 5am on Wednesday ( paperwork day ) I was told I was changing gloves and washing my hands to often...honest..... I watched EVERY employee just make up informaion on the temp log....every day !!!! I listened to conversatons that you wouldnt imagine..... I have bee in the business 20 plus years...I am horified at the way these stores operate.
Went to a subway store(cederbrook mall in chelteham,Pa)this morning, and find my being comfronted by the store employees about a valid coupon(expries 1/31/12).They tried to tell me the coupon was only good for a breakfast sandwich when the coupon clearly states $1.00 off any 6"sub,footlong sub, breakfast sandwich or egg muffin melt.It appears that the employees can't read!
I have been working for subway for nearly 10 yrs with the last 4 as a manager. I recently moved to another town and got a position at this location. I have never been instructed to keep expired product to sell until now. Its downgrading to hear from your manager...even more when this is voiced at a meeting with the owner present and nothing is done about it. Everyone is told not to throw away anything, because it cost money. That show undercover boss should be called in on this one. Having people sent home WHILE your busy! Who the hell sends people home while your busy, just to save a few dollars and make things harder on your other employees, and then complain that you've been there too long cleaning up for the night, but if things arent clean enough you will get screamed at because someone else had to finish up what you left behind? I've never seen a place that had people literally scared to stay even 10 seconds longer that what they were suppose to fearing that they will get into trouble. Then in the end to be told that your work ethics suck??? Well to want to monitor your crew from a computer and call and send someone home eventhough that person hasnt got a dam clue that breaks need to be given and jobs need to be completed...that my friend is having ethics that suck. I myself have seen things in the store that needed attention and i was told to disregard it and do my dam job and not worry about it. I enjoy my job and will continue to point out descrepancies as long as i am employed, no matter who it pisses off. Any one with similar issues please email me jklcksmth1991@yahoo.com
Hello I am am employee at store number #22305 in Washington, I have never had such a bad experience working with this employer. She has ruined my view of Subway as a company. I first started working there last summer 2011, and I first got about 15 hours a week, I was promised 25 hours a week. I have been asking for more hours, and this Subway has been hiring more and more people. I got less and less hours, then soon turned to 2 hours per week. My employer actually made someone work 2 hours for free because the employer messed up on the schedule! Now, I am still employed at this Subway and I have not been on the schedule for over 2 months. I got 2 TEXT messages from my employer asking if I could work 2 hours this week out of the whole month. I could not believe it, 2 hours in one month is not worth the drive. I am very upset about this employer and something needs to be done! Also I saw that nobody takes the temperature in the meats, they just makeup temps for the temp sheet. On top of that, this Subway has horrible customer service! Please do something!!!

I'm writing this complaint against one of your stores, #25678 located in Newnan, Georgia. This has happened more than once but this 3rd time is enough. I'm legally blind as well as my 2 children and depend on my seeing eye dog (legally) to protect us while we walk to show us the right way. First 2 times, we had to deal with the manager, showed him the legal card of proof and reluctantly he allowed us to stay but tonight with no manager the "inexperienced" employees would not accept the legal card I carry around with me and would not allow them to make us leave. We ordered our sandwiches and they showed us by the way they prepared the sandwiches that they did not want us there. Writing this to let you know that Subway gives me no choice but to take it to the media locally and national air. I plan to write up in our Newnan paper how the store refused my seeing eye dog with our disabilities being legally blind. If you want to discuss this experience, you may call me at 678 340 8200, Brandy Brown and children - Austin & Angel Brown.
We are or was considered valued customers of the subway location in pearl river, la. Since we have a Hugh corporation next door we were given coupons that never had an expiry date and were 3 for 13.99. After using them to lure in the business needed they all of a sudden said we can no longer use the coupons. We are very upset customers that will have to drive the extra few miles to a different owner whose willing to accept those coupons. All customers from pearl river, la please do not go to the subway at the shell at 63525 hwy 1090 pearl river, la A once valued customer
