What good is it to fill out their survey at Tellsubway.com?? You can keep your free cookie. I am so frustrated with the Subway at 1666 K St. NW Washington DC. For starters, the past 2 years, the entrance door has been broken and it's filthy! My real issue though is if you claim to have vegetables, then they should always be available. I am not unreasonable and understand that on occassion you may run out of something but this location is consistently out of the same items. Initally the answer given to me was, "we recieve our order on Wednesday's"....so I stopped going on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you are always running out of something to increase your order!! So after the 6th time...yes the 6th time within 2 months I ask for the manager contact info and surprise surprise the employee doesn't know it!?!?!? Give me a break- everyone today has a phone number and/or email address. Can someone please tell the manager Frank that I will no longer be eating at his restaurant because they can't seem to figure out how to stay stocked? Instead I will be giving my money to the location around the corner.
I love subway but i found a two inch piece of hard plastic half way through his oven roasted chicken sub! The manager just say sorry but offer no replacement meal or coupon or anything! I wish i could submit the picture i have of this big piece of hard plastic coming out of my sub! I nearly choked on this thing. They look at me funny too when i came in to give the owner the plastic. What should the manager have done? Because he did nothing and stated that he sent out the object for testing and investigation! Yea, right. The Subway on Armenia And Busch Blvd will no longer recieve my money or business .A Lady With A small child That purchased a sub for lunch asked the lady for a small complimentary cup for water and the lady was so rude that i actually bought her a bottle water for her daughter because the lady even told her that she does not care if she does not come back because other people will come in and pay for their lunch that may be true but i will not.
Ordered a tuna sandwich on pita bread that fell apart at Subway in Walmart, Kinston NC. I called to inquire about the freshness of the pita bread and the employee asked if I had it toasted. I told her I did not have it toasted and she says it should be toasted. I asked her if the staff knew how to make sandwiches properly and she did not answer. She quickly informed me that they do not give refunds but could replace the sandwich. I asked if I could have a coupon code for a new sandwich and she said no. I will tell everyone about the poor quality of the food that is supposed to be fresh.
Me and my wife went to Subway to eat and as i was sitting there eating i looked at my sub and it was a half of a dead fly in my food so i got the manager and told him that i had eaten part of my sandwich and apparantly half of the fly so the manger start getting mad didnt say do u want a refund or nothing just get out my store i am very upset.
I just wanted to write about the Subway I frequent on a regular basis (#5485) I really enjoy going into this Subway which I always find always clean and very comfortable. It's always bright and cheery and also a great place to bring my children. Naresh is a great guy and always a pleasure talking with. My order is ALWAYS adequate and delicious.
I always make a point to stop in at the Subway on W. Central Street in Franklin when I'm driving through. There are other Subways around, but I really like this Subway the best. The 2 guys that work there are awesome. They are personable and make my sandwich just to the liking. I enjoy sitting there having my sandwich in the clean atmosphere.
This is the usual Subway (Store #21789 5033 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA) that my family and I go to whenever we want subs. It may not always be good especially not getting great customer service but the food itself matters the most. I was extremely disappointed with this morning's trip, just wanted a breakfast sandwich and one for lunch too. When I walked in a few minutes after 7 a.m., the guy behind the counter was moving stuff around and did not come to assist me right away (those minutes count a whole lot when you have to get to work on time). When he did come I told him what I wanted and he says they were totally out of white bread, so I had chosen wheat bread. He than asked me what toppings I wanted and than I noticed he had steak on my sandwich. I did not order an steak, egg and cheese sandwich but a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich only because I am on a diet and stick to it. And I didn't have time to wait on the one I wanted. I also had my lunch sandwich to get and while I went for a cold drink, I told the guy that I wanted the same toppings on my 2nd one and he barely put anything on it and failed to ask me if I wanted any dressing in which I did because it was very dry when I went to go eat it. While I was eating it I had looked down at the wrapper and there was a big bloody spot and so after a few bites I couldn't eat anymore. I will not go back to this subway anymore, this really did it for me. I haven't always been happy with some subways but this did it for me, extremely poor customer service, not getting fresh food, and just not getting what you pay for! I allowed myself 10 minutes to get my subs and it had taken close to 20 minutes, the workers don't even care!
Just happened . I went with my wife. To Subways store # 32956 located outside Mall at millenia , Orlando,Florida . One of the employee his name Steve (African American ) in a very dusrecpctful and racist way. Asked not to lean in the glass . And he was making fun of his comment. Until I confront him. Then he walked away. This area Millenia is for white rich people only. And Monkeys should stay away from us.
This post is regarding Subway, 66 South St, Morristown, NJ 07960. After purchasing 3 Foot Long sandwiches for my family I was extremely disappointed. I didn't have time to prepare my own dinner so I chose to purchase Subway. When we got home to eat dinner we found that the bread was falling apart and extremely stale my children were already eating and we were rushing. When I phoned the store the person was extremely rude and asked me to return the sandwiches. My kids had already peeled the bread off and had eaten the fixings. I didn't want to dig that out of the garbage so I told him that I wanted coupons or some compensation;at that point he hung up on me. When I called back he didn't answer the phone. Customer Service is horrible. I will not patronize Subway if this is your practice.
Have been a long time customer of Subway. I have been in the food Industry for over 47 years and have worked with the major food chains in the U.S.A.. A new Subway fIanchise opened near my home. Is located on Queens Blvd. and 67tt AvenueI In Forest Hills NY zipcode 11375.This Subway misrepresent the what Subway chain really stands for. It has a terrible staff that has know idea what a tomato is to a pepper. They make the worse sandwiches and only put 50 per cent of corporate policy of meat and cheese, as well as veggies. They always say it is extra for this and that. I know it important to make money with the costs of a franchise but make and sell a sandwiches that is representative of the qualities of Subways. If the Subway awning is above the store front then it should be proud and continue the Subways commitment to the best product in the market place. Yours truly, Michael Aaron
Subway at Waverly in Woodstock, MD has the worst customer service. Two guys making your sandwich speaking in their native language while literally throwing your meat and vegetables on your bread. They always look upset and we get no greeting what so ever. This is every time we go there. No more for me.
Sunday, Sept. 16th, we stopped at the Subway in Moose Lake Mn on the way home from Duluth. Ken left his wallet on the counter next to the cash register. When we got home and noticed it missing we called and the clerk had his wallet in the safe. There was lots of $$$$ in the wallet and 7 to 8 credit cards. Everything was in the wallet when we got it back. Thank you Subway for hiring such an honest and loyal employee!
I went to subway in the mall . I had an interview at 5 to meet the manager an when i got there i asked for her one of the employee's ignore me. When i got back in line again I asked another employee to call the manager an she said she was, I told her i had a interview and she looked at me from head to toes an said she couldnt give me one. Ok so my family and I walk in at 20 minutes till 9. They made noticeable sounds of displeasure. This guy named Bobby walks up and my husband said are you guys about to close? Bobby said yes. My husband said oh man I'm sorry. Bobby response was "your sorry but it doesn't stop you from standing there!!!!" that is unacceptable! I don't care if we walked in at 9 on the dot that is no way to run a buisness!

I was hired at subway on ridge road in greece ny. The management there stinks. All they do to communicate is texting and most of the time they never answered back. So i called and they still didnt answer or call me back after i left a message. They said this store is one of the busyest in the area and i had to be fast. Well i worked there for 5 shifts in the spand of two weeks and they fired me because i wasn't up to speed. The fact was i was working as hard as i could... With what little training i had. I felt like they just showed me around the store and where everything was and just say ok go for it...i found it to be very rude. No one would really talk to me unless they were yelling at me. They didn't really treat me with respect at all. I never gave them one reason to treat me this way. I have ADHD and sometimes it take me longer to learn things. I mean i came from working at a retail store where it wasnt always busy to a really fast store ... Give me a break. An half the time i was keeping busy doing something while everyone else was just talking and sitting around... I mean i have OCD so i made sure that things were clean. I felt like a complete outcast and i felt like no one really liked me. Plus i went in to check my hours for the next week and i wasnt even on the schedual at all and i asked why and it took them a week to tell me that they were firing me. I could of been looking for another job!!! I didnt know what was going on because no one would tell me or answer my texts for phone calls. Also the manager said that she would call two other stores that are slower to see if i could work there. The manager said give me until that night. I texted her the next day and no responce. I called several times both the store and her personal cell...and no responce. I mean at least give me the courtasy of letting me know you called and they either wouldn't or they might think about it or something i mean i am getting married in a month and i have bills to pay and your going to waste me time with these lies and then not hold up on ur word. Sereously!!! I'm glad i dont eat there very often anyways. I only went when it was convent and because I add up my subway points and send them to my uncle and cousin in CA, because my uncle isnt working, so they can have some free subs. But now im not sure if im going to keep supporting subway. They lost my trust and repect. I'll find a different option to send to my uncle if i have too.
It is disconcerting to go into the Rio Rancho, NM Subway located at 2345 Southern Boulevard Southeast and see such inappropriate behavior (touching, hugging and kissing) between male employees and the female manager. However today I just had to research the Subway policies after seeing (and hearing) the manager yelling and using foul, abusive and obscene language reprimanding and employee. I'm sure that I do not need to identify the Subway policy of treating employees with dignity and respect. After reading some of the posts it is clear that area managers and owners do not concern themselves with Subway's policies much less state or federal laws regarding inappropriate or unprofessional behavior in the workplace anymore than they concern themselves with managers creating a hostile work environment or mistreatment of workers.
I ate at the Subway located in WalMart in Hobbs, NM. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The store was filthy. Dirty floors, tables, The sneeze shield was nasty and salad bar were unclean. I was unable to get certain vegetables because they were out. It was unclean behind the counter in plain sight of customers. I like Subway sandwiches but this store was unacceptable. I won't go in again and I won't recommend it to anyone. I don't know how it passes inspection.
