I think it is disgusting to cut my ham and cheese sandwich with the same knife used to cut a tuna sandwich!! I asked the clerk to remake it and they gave me a hard time. If I wanted my sandwich to taste like tuna I would have ordered tuna!! Also seems like there is a ration on toppings I ask for spinach and onions and get a few pieces.... I WANT A SANDWICH THAT LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE!!!!!
Do you really want to sponsor an homophobic event (Holoween Parade, etc.,) in Anoka, MN? I think you need to rethink your corporate sponsorship!
We are not going back to Subway again. We are told there is a 5 cent charge on the thin little narrow bag the sub is put in ! The County here has made a yet another law to get more revenue and if you want bags for say groceries or clothes you must pay for each bag or bring your own bags. (Which we do, because there is no refund if you take them back to a store. Now, when my husband bought our sub they asked if he was going to buy a bag!!!!!! Is there no end to this trying to take every penny out of the customers pockets? A thin 12" narrow bag should not cost 5 cents. unless we are refunded if it is brought back. Also, the amount of meats and cheeses etc, that is placed on a sub surely does not look like the ones on TV. I think we will go to a shop that cares more about the customer and treats us like they are not stealing every penny they can. Just another example of the bottom line is more important.
I just found a dime in my sandwich! In Macomb IL at the walmart
The Manager at Subway in Vidor Texas is very rude. I called up there and she said that damn girl is on the phone again. But yet again she is very young. People that become managers need to take a training class on how to teach people. Very unprofessional.
I went by Subway in Vonore, Tn today on my way to work. I placed my order for my sandwich and while the lady was making it she had to sneeze so she turned and faced her head down to floor and sneezed without covering it or anything. She then turned and continued to make my sandwich. I was so stunned that she spread her germs all over every thing and did not offer to toss my sandwich and start another or even wash her hands, and then continued to make it like she did nothing wrong. I purchased the sandwich just to see if she would sell me a sandwich that was sprayed with all of her germs. She did and then without cleaning any utensils or washing her hands made the gentlemans sandwich behind me. This is very unsanitary and she will be reported. I am taking the sanwich back after work and thanks to their unsanitary conditions I will not have any lunch today at work. The more I thought about it the more outrageous I have became. I give the Subway in Vonore A "NASTY" rating for unsanitary worker.
I just returned from the Subway at Southpark Mall in Strongsville, OH. Just want you to know that my sandwich, as always, was great - but it was a real mistake ordering the chicken noodle soup. This is the worst soup I have ever tasted. Way too salty, noodles not uniform in color. ( I suspect from sitting in the brown broth too long.) Carrots and noodles undercooked. Seriously, how do you mess up chicken noodle soup? You should go there and try it yourself. It was so bad I actually had to throw the whole mess away. What a waste of money.

Visted a subway in Indio on Ramon Road in Cathedral City, store #27546. I asked for spinach on my sandwhich. The lady was super perscimonious said she had to charge me extra for spinach! Seriously? I was going to buy some salads too but after that I just got the sandwhich and left. Maybe they were running out of salad material. Lost my business....
hi, how are you all? subway is best one. but most of subways hire employees without legal proof of it like SSN. and some people use SSN of other person that should be pointed out at all subway particularly in chicago..

I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SUBWAY IN SPARTA,HANCOCK COUNTY,GEORGIA. THE AFTERNOON CREW ARE NASTY AND DIRTY IN THIER APPEARANCE. PLEASE CHECK INTO THE AFTERNOON CREW.
I have noticed this trend very often. I have eaten at subway restaurants for years in West Haven/New Haven Connecticut, Chicago and now in Lilburn, Georgia. One thing that always bothers me is when I go to Subway restaurant operated by Indians. 8-9 times out 10, their tuna would be soaked in mayo. I have been to more than 5 Subway restaurants, all located within 6 miles from where I live. They way they make their tuna is TERRIBLE. They cheat the customer by putting so much Mayo so that they did not have to put as much tuna in the mix. I recently found a Subway restaurant - believe it or not - owned and operated by an Indian man, but his tuna is much better. I drive 10 miles each way to get his tuna sandwich. This is a disturbing trend that the making of tuna seems to have almost no standard or consistency. One owner makes the tuna like a soup soaking with liquid, and the other puts so much mayo. Why does not the corporate do something about this and standardize how tuna is made like other meats are.
I have had an issue with the store on Elm st. in McLean,VA. All other stores give crackers or crutans with the salads, except this location. In last ten visits there, only twice I've received the crackers, and that was after asking them to please look carefully for it. Even then they said that I was lucky because that was 'THE LAST PACKAGE". Every time I ask, their response is "sorry we're out of crackers". I asked for slice of bread instead and I was told they don't do that. They also told me that the crackers/crutans are only complimentary, but I know for fact that that's not true.I have checked with the managers of at least four other locations and they all said "we are suppose to give out crackers, crutans or slice of bread with each order of salad". It's not the lousy package of crackers, but the principal & lack of customer service, and the fact that all the employees have been told/trained to refuse giving it to customers. The manager of store along with the owner have are aware of it and yet it keeps happening. I ca't help thinking that this attitude/decission must come from the top, the owner. The only reason that I go back is because it is the closest location to my house.
We went to St.Petersburg,FL Subway store #4685; I presented by subway card for points to be added and the clerk said is you're card registered-I asked him what does this mean the employee kinda told me what it meant when i questioned him confused and another female employee better informed explained and gave me the mysubwaycard.com news flyer; the elder customer behind me was shocked also and because the female employee explained if we do not go online and register we could get points forever and spend hard earned money and never receive the benefit of a free sandwich, etc. My parents do not have a computer neither did the elder lady behind me in line-this is America and we are being fleeced by a food chain that we trust anywhere in the U.S. because of its reputation off the highway is always the same no surprises except my surprise at my neighborhood Subway #4685 on Saturday, September 22, 2012. I did registered on line and then found out i needed to print off a form and mail at my expense to register my points!!!! Get with if you are savvy enough to fleece the patrons you should have enough of our money for a better webmaster to add the points on line. Like another vendor to you Coca Cola. I have other neighborhood sandwich sub shops that we can support after all the smaller business man who made it on his own needs me more.
Went to 7910 old lake Wilson and Ronald ragen, davenport, fl 33896 worst customer service received by sonia very short n rude if u don't like ur job than quit than when we asked for corporate number did not receive actually, then top it off they ruin our order so came back n thy purposely made wait in line to return order for refund really not caring or helpful
The first day of work. I asked if I could go have a smoke brake. She said I didn't have to ask. And I cleaned the restrooms that day.She let me close the store,I would show up on time everyday and work hard. I was the only one that would scrub walls. After awhile, I noticed her mentioning how I could slide past the (thing on rollers that keep the bread fresh) I was started to get offended. But didn't think much of it. I didn't get paid when every one did because I started working on the 31st. I didn't get tips at all. Next she tells my coworker, tell that skinny girl to stop smoking. She was rude to me on the make line in front of a lot of people. And my coworker asked me if she was because, she was treated a bit rude too. I was standing there, with nothing to do. Wile she took on four foot longs with the veggies by her self.I asked her if she just wants me to do cheese, and she said,. Yes. I found something else to do. Nothing needed cheese or to be toasted. I come in to work on my day off, because I wrote my schedule down but she made a new one. My coworkers are telling me that she was talking about firing me. That's unprofessional. And you know that else is. Her family blows the sub way phone up all day. And her cell. Complains that she cant smoke and see her kids because she has to work. So my new schedule had three says off that week and she cut my part time hours in half. Calls me the next day when I have to come in AND TOLD ME, I didn't have to come in to work all week.(talking really fast and her tone was rude) I asked what did I do wrong. She said that her boss, saw me go out the back to take a hit off a cigarette twice in the same hr. By Texas law, she has six days to pay me my check after firing me. So I should have gotten it before the 19th. I call her and ask when am I getting my check. She says she doesn't get anything till payday. I go up there on the 21st. She says she don't have my check. That my i.d. and s.s. didn't match. So she gave me a number to call to get the address to go to another town to pick up my check. She never gave me any tips so I couldn't use my one dollar sub at work. The first three days, she like ur not even working yet. Because she hadn't done my paper work. But we put the date that I started. I thought that was very rude.-Condoe@rocketmail.com
Subway Store 31645 7510 W Thomas RdPhoenix, Az 85033 Suite 104 623-846-0437 I purchased 2 subway sandwiches in September and took them home. I bit into my sandwichy just and low and behold I felt something hard. I opened the sandwich and was stunned to find the knife inside. The next day I went back to the Subway shop to ask to speak with the manager. The employees asked if they could help me and I told them what happened. All they did was laugh and blew the whole thing off. After that experience I was pissed off so I sent an email off to Subway and it was forwarded to I guess the local office. They finally contacted me about a week later about the matter. They apologized and want me to bring the knife to them. I am sure if that is a good move or not. so I made sure to keep the receipt and took a picture of the knife. So far this has not been resolved and I am not sure exactly what to do, but consider this-- what if my grandchild or some other small child got this sandwich what then--something to think about. I would actually like to hear from the corporate office in Conn. about this matter.
I just posted the review about the Subway Shop in Phoenix, AZ The review about the knife in the sandwich. If the Subway Shop in Conn needs to contact me about this matter. 623-476-7072
