Subway Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been going to the subway on 2506-25th Ave N Texas City, TX 77590. One of my best friends works there and lately she has been the target of her manger. Every little thing that goes wrong on her shift is her fault, even if she hasn't done anything wrong. She was forced one time to drive all the way back to work to pay back the money that disappeared out of her drawer. The Manager was rude and told her she would be fired the next time it happened. He didn't take account that she had other people getting on her drawer. She had told her manager that the new employee wasn't giving the correct change and he didn't do anything about it. She had to pay back over 10 dollars worth of missing money and was in tears because of it. She has been threatened by her manager multiple times that she will be fired and he has yet to do anything else about the other people working with her when they mess up. She has been falsely accused of not doing any of the work she is assigned to at the end of every night shift. Her manager has stated that he wants them out of the store no later than 10:30pm. how can you do that when you have no one that is willing to get there work done on time. you have people sitting around and not doing anything. She isn't allowed any breaks and now has to pay for the little 6" sub that she gets while on her shift. No breaks and no free food.... i believe that is straight bull crap and i believe your employees should be getting free food if they aren't getting any breaks. this crap needs to stop before the store itself gets shut down!!!!!!!

I stopped at our local subways in Niagara Falls, NY off Niagara Falls Blvd and was very surprise to hear today that they no longer be supplying blue cheese dressing. I was so disappointed. I always order the buffalo chicken sub with extra hot sauce and lots of blue cheese dressing, it is the only sub I like in the store.... We live near Buffalo and what is buffalo chicken with out blue cheese???? Mayo and ranch dressing just does not cut it.... So this means that I will no longer be going the subways.. That is sad because I use to love that sub... COME ON CEO'S BRING BACK THE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING, YOU DID THIS ONCE BEFORE AND THE SALE OF THAT SUB DROPPED, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING.....

i was an employee of subway. My manager is always late giving us paychecks. People who work for minimum wage obviously need money as it is so it should be the managers priority to make sure that they give the paychecks out as soon as they get them. I have bills and 2 children that i get no help with.Store number 4533 in midlothian, va. this is not the first time its happend either. we used to get them on tuesdays. now today when i spoke with her she claims that there are problems with the computer that prints them and that we wont get them till friday night? wat about banks that will be closed after we get checks? unnacceptable.

Half way through my 12" sub i nearly chocked on a nearly 2" piece of plastic! WTF? Indianapolis, Indiana

LOGANSPORT on 3rd ST is HORRIBLE! The manager RANDY is soo rude. I heard him making discriminating comments about people of other ethnicity. I am appalled.

you get one star because this company has zero respect for there hard working employees. paying 7.25 an hour is bullsh$$!! there is ALOT of hard work keeping this company going, you should be ashamed!!!

SO i was recently fired from a subway on scofield barracks, Hawaii because i asked my "boss" that ive never met about my schedule because i was scheduled to work only 2 days out of the week and wondering how the schedule works. Others have told me ive been fired because they hired any old employee back. can they do that? fore me like that? DON'T THINK SO, not what the policy says that i signed and my boss. this is so ridiculous, and my "boss" wont call me back. how unprofessional.

It has recently been brought to my attention that the Subway store in Austin, TX located on 3736 Bee Caves Rd, has been forcing their employees to clock out at 10:00, only to have them stay and clean until 12:00 at night. I contacted the Department of Labor, and they will be conducting an investigation. Who does this kind of crap?

Me and my family visited walmart on pines that has subway inside. We decided to do lunch in subway store # 54168. the worst service I ever got in the history of my life in USA. We spend $47 and the cashier name anessa gave me an attitude. I asked for a cup for water because my parents don't drink soda so she said that they don't have glass for water. Only sodas they ran out water cups yesterday . So I told her to give me a refund so she said I have to come tomorrow when manager is around.

I bought a subway card filled it up with $25 and did NOT get the 6" you guys promised in the ads... so WTH !!

Watching a subway television commercial and the theme is a birthday party. Commercial shows a group of people wearing party hats and one of the party goers is wearing a hat that resembles a German WWII military helmet... Seriously Subway.... Are you kidding!

Just called to speak to someone about their hiring practices and was immediately placed on hold for what seems like eternity......all I wanted was a copy of their hiring practices. Apparently, corporate has no guidelines or protocols about how each sore should be managed except that they HAVE to sell Subway food and Subway Food ONLY!!! A new employee (a student of mine) filled out an application on Friday, was asked to come in on Saturday to Train, and then asked for 4 consecutive days after that to work the 6 PM to 10 Pm shift and help to close up the store to only be told the following day that all the time he has been giving to the owner was still considered "TRAINING". He was finally given time-sheet to clock in with, worked for 4 hours and then was told that they would call him when they need him or when someone didn't show up for work......why tell someone that you have 2 positions available and then when you hire them, treat them like a floor mat?? When I finally spoke to a Customer Service at corporate I was told that each store owner can do whatever they please as far as as hiring, firing, training, etc.....next STOP, Georgia Department of Labor 'cause something sounds a bit fishy here!!!

Ate at the Subway on Main Street, in Alpharetta, GA. Ordered just turkey with lettuce, and the employee screwed that up by adding mayo and putting it on the wrong bread. It was was the most disgusting and worst sandwich that I had ever had. How hard is it to just put 1 thing on a piece of bread? I was told if I did not like it to just get out. When I got home, I realized that we had been charged $2,00 more than it cost! My wife and I wound up with food poisoning for 3 days. Will never go back to this Subway. We always ate at this Subway 3 times a week, but no more!

Just bought a meatball sandwich from the Bryant, AR Wal-Mart location. It was the worst thing I've ever had from a subway. The meatballs were burned somehow, and tasted like charcoal. I can't take the sandwich back for a refund because it's too much of a drive to make just for that. I'd love a voucher or something?

i know of a employee who works at a subway. Really thinks their are problems in the traing of employees when other people like upper management wont step up to help out all the employees are left to figure out stuff. For example like the material to go up or new product which they may need training for i notice that some can't even build the sandwiches correctly .Or some just stand around like they have nothing to do really.And what is this people taking a 30 minute break and the store looks like a tornado went threw. All i got say wow really. I would not every eat their again. I'm not looking for anything just to let you know that these thing should be looked at i mean really subway was on undercover boss.

subway arlington tx by six flags..gave me and my family permission to park in their parking lot and when we came back from six flags our vehicles had been towed!!! 238.38 to get my family back homeand to get our vehicle out of impound. spoke to the owner and he refused to give me any money back after his employee clearly gave me permission to park!! will never eat at a subway again

This is a comment for the subway store in Williamsburg Iowa. The store is in a busy mall. They ran out of wheat bread and so i got the honey oat which seemed day old. The person cutting the bread had to have felt that it was hard so why serve it?

I LIVE IN BRUNSWICK GA AN THE SUBWAY YALL HAVE ON HIGHWAY 17 IS A JOKE WHEN IT COMES TO THERE MANAGMENT AN THE HOURS THAT YALL HAVE THERE EMPLYEES WORKING THEY ARE NOT ALOUD TO HAVE BREAKS OR EAT AN DRINK ANYTHING WHILE WORKING A 11.5 HOUR SHIFT. I FEEL THIS IS WRONG AN IT NEEDS TO BE TAKING CARE OF.... I WILL BE MAKING A PHONE CALL ABOUT THESE ISSUES

I currently work at a sudway and I am the only white employee at my store everyone else is mexican. Im so upset about how ive been targeted by almost all of them except three employees.The rest of them have developed some sort of group and continually make fun of me in spanish all day assuming I dont understand what there saying. The make white girl comments about me,and the worst part is that my manager is the instigator and he actually finds it funny when they say things about me and continually joins in. Ive even tried talking to my general manager about how uncomfortable I am and he didnt seem to even care,he made it seem like I was making a big deal of nothing.Im assuming he did talk to my manager because my manager was making fun about it the next day. I guess my manager isnt to worried since the general manager is one of his friends outside of work. Everyone at my work seems to know eachother one way or another. This has been the worst job ive ever had its so un professional, weve had people working for us who dont even have food handlers licences im not sure if some are even able to work in the us I know some havent provided ssn#. Ive cried because im a college student I need this job to pay for school yet I want to leave so badly.

Shawsville, Va I am writing this for a friend! Well anyway she started at that subway Last week as everyone should she was Fired via text message which number One was completely unacceptable an rude! The manager didn't even have the Decency to call her. Let me remind you she started LAST week. Well then when He texted her he said her performance was dissapointing an that she would Need to turn in her uniform an pick up Her final pay on Monday. She then Texted him back an never got a response back. Later on an Employee called an asked if she had Quit she said no she got fired an that Employee said the manager was telling all the other employees she had Quit. The friend of mine is going to get her pay on Monday She had never filled Out any tax papers at all so the manager will be responsible for that as Well. An she got fired for her performance but the manager never told her what she was doing wrong so she could correct her mistakes! Needless to say do not go here for employment because you will get screwed!
