Subway Corporate Office & Headquarters

I need to know if it is legal to have a Subway store have their employees pay for a drawer that comes IP short at the end of a shift ...like 2.00 or 5.00 .... please let me know because they take it out of the checks automatically ....

I visited subway tottenham hale retail park. I noticed they used to sell non fresh food.I saw that bread fell down on the floor and the guy he didnot throw it in the bin he went to back area and put it in a tray.I stay there for short time then I saw that he put the same bread in the other breads.i was surprised to see this. From that day i decided not to eat subway.

Going west on I10 the second exit after crossing the river, the Subway and the Gas station is not clean! I actually love Subway, but u bless the company monitors there franchises for cleanliness I will not pat r onize them in the future! At this rate Subways will go out of business...

Subway lost my business today. They will not accept anything over a 20.00 bill for payment. If they only thing I have is a 100.00 bill and they won't accept my money then I will take my business else where. SUBWAY SUCKS!!!!! Placing this on my facebook and everywhere else to let people in my little town of Batesburg - Leesville know to go somewhere other than Subway since there money is no good there!!! When alot of people start ordering from there with only 100.00 bills in there hand and they have to throw out hundreds of sandwiches made because they won't accept 100.00 bills maybe SUBWAY will get the picture. You loose business!!!

I went in to a Subway Sandwich Shop and order 4 Sandwich of which were all the same thing. I showed the cashier my Veterans ID card and she said what's that, I told her what it was. She said that that didn't care and didn't honor them. I said OK and gave her $23.00 and she gave me change. Now I have been there many times be for that. I was drafted in to the US Army and served a tour in Vietnam and got out.

My sandwich was good, and service was pretty ok... but after eating my sandwich, I can't get rid of this awful, disgusting stale cigarette taste in my mouth. I don't smoke, but this is the third or fourth time this has happened from this restaurant (Samish Way in Bellingham, WA) I always forget about it until it hits me. Brushing my teeth, gargling, nothing works to get rid of this revolting flavor. I don't know if there's something bad in the sandwich or what, but it only happens when I eat subway and I don't get sides or drinks. Ugh. Seriously, makes me want to puke the sandwich up if that will get rid of the flavor.

The food at Subway is not fresh more like germ ridden...They need to have someone who handles only the money, and then a different worker that handles only the food. It is disgusting to think that we are eating the bacteria, and viruses that comes off money/credit cards. I have even caught Subway workers not changing their gloves, after they take the money from customers, and they proceed to handle the food. Also, even if they do change the gloves, they don't wash their hands after taking the money, and they then go handle the new gloves, with their dirty hands. Either they need to separate who takes the money, and who makes the food, or they need to require hand washing after taking the money before making food. I'm going to call the cosumer complaints and let them know that I will no longer be eating their "fresh" food. It is just GROSS!

I just found a piece of plastic in my sub from Subway in Bowmanville, and the manager of the store could not seem to comprehend why I was upset. Disgusting and I will be taking this up with Head Office Diretly- I also will be visiting my dentist this week as it chipped my tooth. Horrible!!!

Honestly, there wouldn't be any stars! I've have been drooling over the pastrami sandwich featured for over a month. Hublet decided to bring me home a treat. He brought me home that sandwich that was the WORST $5.00 sandwich I have ever had! To my surprise when I opened up the paper wrapper, it was a half a roll with the smallest amount of meat possible was inside. With a sprinkle of cheese and the smallest smear of mustard. I weighed the meat, about an ounce! So, they basically charged $5.00 for a half of a roll. Despicable!

I have a problem with your add on tv that shows fresh egg whites being whiped up when we know that you eggs come frozen. If you going to say its fresh then make it so.... Don't lie to your customers.

I've been ordering subways for many years from the subway in new haven on Whitney next to the superior court and been noticing that their employees have rud commants on ppl who don't understand spanish and they always giving certain customers hook ups so why not fix this be cuase at the ed of the day I feel that's why ppl come back its the hook ups and extra food so when I ask all I get a the employeestrying to flirt! Leaving the flirting at home and run this subways the right way

I am concerned about the hygiene in the subway stores in Alvin. TX and Sugarland. The staff handle money and take off the gloves and put on new ones without washing their hands. I have contacted individually subways in the past and they had not made any changes. I no longer eat there and have told others not to eat there.

I had very bad experience in essendon Victoria. Behave of subway staff was disgusting.

been going to Subways for at least 22 years. Went to the one in the Penn Hills shopping center in Penn Hills Pa (Pittsburgh.)I don't go to that one because I live on the other side of town. This was the first time ever at any restaurant let alone a Subway where the person did NOT ask me if I would like anything else (I mean as far as a second sandwich goes) I ordered the first one and after the girl put it in the oven she immediately asked the woman behind me what she wanted. Ok, I guess they do things differently here. Another girl rung me up and I said "Actually, I wanted another sandwich, they usually ask me if I want anything else." The girl was very nice and said, "Oh I am sorry sir, we don't ask you if you want anything else here, you have to tell us." She was very nice as I wrote, but three things, Number 1 That's just a stupid policy. Number two, the girl didn't even look at me after she put my sandwich in the oven, she immediately went to the next customer, so I didn't even have the chance to say anything unless I was going to create an awkward situation by cutting off the woman behind me. Very uncomfortable for me. Third, The sandwich maker asked the girl, "What's wrong?" Not in a nice manner at all I might add. Not downright mean but not nice at all. The girl responded, "He wanted another sandwich(nice again I should add.)" The other girl responed, "Well he HAS to tell me!" Once again she wasn't nice at all. The other girl very nicely asked me what other sandwich I wanted and nicely told her I will just take this one and go. She said "Sir, It really is no big deal I will make you whatever you want." I said, "Yeah, but I don't like that girls attitude, it is probably better if I just go." I thanked her and she thanked me and I left. At that point really was better that I left. I didn't wantt o get any madder in public at the one girl. Now seriously, how ridiculous would it be if I went into McDonalds and said "Let me have a Big Mac" and the person stops completely, goes and gets me one and puts in a bag and then says that will be 4.50 and tries to ring it up. Ok, maybe I can buy the whole, "we don't ask, you need to tell me" routine but if you don't even give me a chance to order anything else that is on you and just terrible customer service. Btw, I was looking at the menu the whole time she was making my sandwich, trying to decide which sandwich to order. It was so obvious that I wanted something else. You don't need to be a mind reader to know that I was not done, just good at customer service. On the plus side it was a good sub. But nowadays good cheap food is everywhere, it's customer service that sets one biz apart from another. Also I went to Wendy's after that in the same shopping center, and while they asked me if I wanted anything else as I was ordering (and yes I did) they didn't even say thank you when they gave me my food. Just handed it to me and closed the window. So apparently good custmer service is a thing of the past everywhere, not just at Subway.

I didn't like what I saw and went through at Subway so I called OSHA, they are going to check it out. Maybe this will get Subway's attention.

The store manager messed up on my sandwich, i called to inform her that at that time im already 30 mins away, she tells me to come back i told her i cnt i have somewhere to be i can come back at a later time was very snappy and i asked for her name and she hung, she is very rude!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I just stopped at your warrensburg store store 29920. Our subs were horrible and not made correctly. The girl slapped cold Bacon on my husbands Turkey Bacon. He had to tell her to please warm it when he got a sigh and eyeroll. See her friend shaniqua walked in and that was much more important than customer service apparently. I suggest they go back to subway school or get nre jobs. We always stop at that subway on the way up and need to reconsider that..

Worked honestly at a subway store me and my colleagues have not received any pay for nearly month and half..

My wife & I stopped by a subway restaurant in Surprise Az. I stood & watched an older woman preparing sandwiches for 3 customers in front of me. Each one had veggies with either mayo or vinegarette on their sandwiches. Then when it came my turn the woman didnt change her gloves for my sandwich. I simply asked her to change her gloves because I didnt want the flavor of Mayo or vinegar on my sandwich. I have an extremely touchy gag reflex to the taste of vinegar or mayo. The woman started to take the gloves off & the young girl next to her pushed her out of the way & held her hands up & angerly asked if I wanted her to take her gloves off too. I shrugged it off & rolled my eyes. Is that customer service now days? I thought I was the customer. This has been a big problem for me at subway. I see workers making sandwiches & never changing their gloves. Then when I ask them to change their gloves they get on the defensive with me. I love subway but am very very very disappointed with their service. I shouldnt have to ask these employees to do their job right.

i am truly disappointed in this corporation for backing "michael vick" his ties with animal abuse make me& other people who care for animals Not to eat at any locations there are alot of us who feel this way
