I am bothered by your commercials with the pretty "popular" type girls bullying the sandwich away from the "simple" fellow. I understand your humor but I feel you are promoting BULLYING. Think about it will you please. This is the the picture of playground bullying at school. This is how children start the bullying and I guess you find it humorous???? Surely not. It is wrong. It is not nice. It is not cute. I know, sure I could turn away and not watch your commericial, which I thought was cute until thinking deeper about it. This is not what we want our children or our grown ups to feel is an okay practice. The "pretty and popular" girls should not flirt their way into stealing anything away from a simpler person. PLEASE watch the commercials again and remove them. PLEASE don't continue to promote BULLYING. YES, Bullying exists with adults too.

i bought a foot long steak and bacon sandwich and had to open it two times to find any meat. I thought they can me a veggie sandwich by mistake. This sandwich cost over $8.00 and I feel it should have been a better sandwich. The picture on the TV should looks good but I guess that is for TV only.

I don't know about everyone else, but the service at the Subways in Southern Maine are great. I love the chicken bacon ranch footlongs and everything about Subway!

FYI - All Subways are franchised. They all charge their own prices, you can go to 2 different Subways and they will charge different prices for the same sandwich. Also the prices on the website ARE NOT the prices you are charged when you go into the store, they charge more. YAY SUBWAY !! I'm pretty much done with you.

Horrible commercials. The mere fact that Subway would use such a controversial, and intentionally mean and aggressively dangerous NFL player in their ads is very disheartening. It is a discredit to all of the other wonderful athletes that appear in your commercials. Athletes such as Michael Strayhan and Apollo Ono, deserve to stand alongside better in your commercials. Now more than ever people are using social media to have their voices heard. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way or the last that you hear from on this matter. Given the most recent issues on and off the field facing Mr. Suh,I feel there is no more excusing him and his issues away. Personally there will be no more Subway purchases for me until Suh goes.

The Subway located off of highway 78 stone mountain, ga has the worse customer service. My sandwich wasn't cut in half and the employee had a very nasty attitude.

Running late, I went into the store at 200 4th St. SE Rochester, MN and ordered a pizza for my 6 y/o, and paid before receiving it. It came out badly burned. I refused to accept it and asked for a new one, which they gladly agreed to replace. While it was cooking, I asked the server to remove it before it burned again. I was told not to worry about it. It too came out badly burned. I asked for a refund but they refused as there was no manager on site. I walked out without a pizza or a refund.

Ok so first you gotta know I love subway. But I'm wondering why I couldn't use my subway gift card at the subway on the base I'm stationed at. Got it as a gift from my family who happen to live in the states. And Me and my husband are stationed in vilseck, Germany. It was my understanding that a gift card is universial. But when I presented it they refused to even try to use it. Saying it wouldn't work. It's not there fault, but I'm wondering why a gift card wouldn't work if it's from the corporation? It's something I think you should fix. Thank you.

I went to Subway in Floyd, VA today for lunch. The employees were extremely unprofessional. The first girl did not know how to place the meat on the sub roll or cut the bread. The second girl threw the items onto the sub and took the mayo and squeezed it and slung it all over the sub. When I finally did get the sub to my seat, I found out the bread was hard and burned. I did eat most of it because I was starving. My stomache hurts awful and I have diarreah now. I will never, ever go there again. Oh, and I did take pictures of my sub to send to corporate headquaters. My rating is a zero!

PLEASE COOK YOUR BREAD THROUGHLY NOBODY LIKES DOUGHY BREAD!

Hi I was at the subway in north Versailles pa and went in and ordered my sandwich and sat down when I noticed this very odd ordor coming from the store then heard another customer say it smells like pot. That's when I asked for napkins and no one came for about 5 minutes then a guy came and his eyes were red and his name tag said 100 he was Jamaican it seemed. This needs to be looked in.

Went to several Subway resteraunts to get my free 6 inch sub and conviently none of the 7 i went to are doing it..... all next to Fort Bragg what kinda promotion is this subway?!??

I think subway should do a commercial instead of athletes, like the phelps family use military personnel. Being in the military and having a huge push to eat healthier is top of the military's list for the troops. No matter what branch your in. Subways are on installations and recently getting one on LRAFB it's a huge hit.

Went to Arden mall in Sacramento CA to subway ordered a sandwhich meat tasted spoiled confronted manager I only took one bite all I wanted was a different sandwgich they said they couldn't do anything about it I threw sandwhich away what a wasite of money

The Kern county subway in Lake Isabella is charging their customes sales tax on food when you eat there and also when you take it to go, when it is to go it is illegal to charge you sales tax when we talked to the manager he said it is in our register to charge it ,we have never paid tax on it to go only when we ate it there. He needs to be stopped from doing this to customers he is probably putting that money in his pocket end not reporting it to the tax people.He does it every time to customers next time we go if we do we are going to leave the 5.95 on the counter not 6.32 for just a sandwich then see what the manager is going to do.

Tonight I went to subway in Market street embarcadero location near Frey building SF, Ca. I told the woman employee want I wanted and no toast. But she was going to put it in the toaster anyway. Than she used soggy lettuce from the bottom of pan and bad tomato when I told her I want fresh lattice she gave me dirty looks. And throw the pieces on the bread. A guy came and took over and starts yelling he was rude and nasty. Mean while, the two of the man and woman employee were taking in Indian language and laughing. I felt they were laughing on my expense. Anyway, the guy was uproar and he was very disrespectful to me. I told him I would complain and he said he doesn’t give it damn.

Went to the Subway in Birlington off RT 128/95. Used the coupon for 3 subs for $14 and the person mentioned that he really did not want to accept the coupon since it was close to the end of the month. It expires on10-31-2012. Why then is there an expiration date and/ or any restrictions? It did not sit well with me just be cause i was ordering 3 subs of $7 each he was not happy. I can only guess is because it was cutting into his profits. If this a commen practice of all Subway Franchises when using a coupon like this that they have the right to not honor it or turn people off? Thank you i would like some feed back on this.

I am really tired of the lack luster service that the Subway on Frederick Road in Rockville, MD. Every time I go in the restaurant to be serviced, I encounter workers who cannot speak or understand English so customer service is horrible.

Subway Restaurant should be clean. Containers should be close. I went to one at Fox Valley mall on Aurora & Oswego Illinois on Route 34 in Walmart. NATS flying all over the food. Just nasty & gross. Presentation should look nice and fresh & clean. I would only go on Eola road where its clean all the tine and the employees are clean!
