ass kissers
i have worked for subway for almost 2 years now and have never been written up for nothing until last month... In the last month i have been written up 3 times and just last week been written up agian for something that was never brought to my attention ever as a Subway employee.... i think that people that dont know what they are doing shouldnt be in managment or disrict managers if they handle the situation poorly and unfair.... One write was another employee mistake not mine and i got written up for it..... i just think bigger poeple needs to step up and exsamine this clearly

I have been a Subway fan for years never having a problem in the Seattle area. Here in Wahpeton, ND is a little different story. We need to hear "Thank you". from the people that work there. We need to get a sandwich that the cheese is melty hot, not melted, and sat so long in the microwave it was cold. I have had several good sandwiches and some not so good, but the food and service could definetly improve. Sometimes the gals seem "surley". I don't appreciate that.
On a recent trip from Japan to Norfolk, Va I had lunch at a Subway in Norfolk, Va. According to my reciept this is store number 2790. I want to take a few minutes to compliment the cleaness and the professional customer service that I received. I enjoyed my meal while in a clean and professional enviroment.
a threatening boss
I woked at subway in new lexington ohio and the boss always seemed to be in a bad mood. I always did my job and never gave any trouble, well i was working one night and got a call from the owner screaming at me telling me to turn in my hat and shirts, i had done nothing wrong at all and she made it a point after firing me for no reason to tell me she hoped i like being unemployed because she would garentee that i would never work in our small town again.
No sub offered as advertised
Looking for .football shaped sub as advertised by jarred on national TV. Not one store in a 20 mile radius had one or knew what I was talking about. Poor communication from headquarters to stores. Won't go back
RUDE EMPLOYEE
I went in to the subway in Meadowdale Blvd Richmond Vawith a smile and came out with a frown. The woman who took my order, Courtney, was so rude. If u don't want to make sandwiches for a living GET A NEW JOB.

Not only have i not got my check on time because "subway" didnt have enough money in tbere acounts they are cutting everybodys hours back to make bigger bonus checks.. Subways is the biggest joke ever i would never recommend subway for a job to anyone. Sincerely , a very mad employee

PASTRAMI
After watching severl commericals on TV for the new Subway Pastrami Sandwich my wife and I decided to try one. Worse Pastrami sandwichs we ever had. Pastrami cold, Under cooked and more fat than meat. Sorry Subway missed on this one.
Rudeness
Rude manager and owner The owner and manager in the subway in caldwell tx are so rude I don't see how they keep open. The manager has no people skills and the owner is just mean. They both need people skills. I am in public relations and if I treated my customers and employees like that I would not have a job

The manager is always pissed and agitated off its like she is pissed off when you come into the store the associates have better managerial skills than her. She needs to be fired asap and take up a couple business classes on business management. If you hate your job that much leave duh.
wrong bread
My girlfriend went to subway ordered 3 sub she tald them the bread she wanted and the girl made them on the wrong bread she told the girl it was the wrong bread the girl replyed sorry but she was not making them over.The store no 7365
we received coupons in the mail for subway and drove 40 miles to use them to be told they don't honor the coupons. so why bother se3nding coupons out. i wasted time and gas to be told sorry, we don't take the coupns we sent to you. i won't be going to subway again, i will go to quiznos, they honor the coupns they send out!!!
subway food and service
the subway sandwiches have been declining in quality and quantity for past 6 months. The subs on special have less and less meat, and more and more vegetables and condiments. The service has gotten worse to the point of some sandwich specialists being outright rude. I will not patronize subway store anymore, especailly the one located inside the kangaroo express on highway 40 in silver springs florida.

I visited this store for the first time, trying to redeem a coupon that I got at a football game the day before. I had 2 coupons for a free 6-inch non-premium sub if I bought a medium drink for each. First the store owner refused to let me use both coupons, since they state one per customer. I mentioned that I was with my daughter, but he would still not honor both coupons. Apparently the owner did not count my daughter as a person, even though she would be eating one of the sandwiches. Frustrated, I still tried to use one coupon for a BMT sub. Again, the owner refused to take it, saying that I could only redeem the coupon on the $5 footlong subs, even though the coupon clearly states non-premium, and there is a clearly-marked premium section on the menu (i.e. the BMT is non-premium). I left without getting served. When I mentioned that I would never return to this restaurant, the owner responsed that he didn't recognize me, so that was fine with him. I've never met a person so unwilling to help, and so quick to alienate a potential customer.
very bad service
I go to your sub way at Phillip 66 in Caseyville Il. My son and I go there probably 3-5 times a week. We have heard the manager more than once be very rude and unhelpful to customers. Then just about three days ago, we were in there ask for double bacon ( price showing 1.20) and they charged us $3.00. My son had a gift card and should have been able to use it a couple of times, now because of her he is only going to get to use it one time. I tried to tell her she charged me too much and she told me to listen to her. Very rude and I feel this makes Sub way look bad when customers get this type of service. We decided that day that we would NEVER go back to the store again.
I will not be going to the subway on ramsey st in fayetteville.Their customer service is horrible.I am a manager where i work and am unable to leave for lunch. My fellow employee went there with two coupons and they would not let him use both.I called up and complained and the owner did not seem to care.This is not the first time i was unhappy with them.My advice for anyone in that area , go to another subway .
Wrongfully Served
I went to the Subway At Fairview Park OH and from the minute i walked in i was ignored. First i was not greeded, the lady was rude and when she placed my sub in the toaster her assistant cameout from the back and ask the rude woman what sandwich it was. when the sandwich finished toasting the rude woman takes it out and slams it into the counter were here assistand place the vegetables with her bare hands and wraps it with her bare hands. I was mistreated and wrongfully and disgustingly served.
Commercial
I also came to the same unnerving conclusion as Ms. Stevens regarding the commercial with the 2 women taking the sandwich from the man......this is bullying disguised as the archaic notion of feminine wiles! A movement to stop bullying is being practiced in grade/high schools - why is a national advertising campaign promoting bullying on prime time TV. I would like this commercial removed from TV and the theme NOT repeated.
i worked for subway what a joke u dont get paid all your hours and i learned mangement does the hours and change your time when ever. they say its alll fresh prepackage meat and frozen bread is not fresh, meatballs r also frozen and rockhill south caralina charges for extra veg. but corp says no so tell me who runs subway...........
