totally uncacceptable
After dealing with a franchise store and being told it's first come first serve and they deal with the counter before the drive through, no matter if you are first, I called the franchise owner and left a voice mail. No response. Happened again Finally got the owner on the phone and was hung up on. Phoned Subway Corporate and they said the owner refused to call me back on the issue. Wanted escalation and was told that it ends with the owner. Nice that they let the franchise owners ruin their name. They lost my business.

Discrimination
The local Springvale Maine subway fired a pregnant girl for not going out of her way to find a way in through the blizzard of 2013. With 30 inches of snow on the ground and all other stores closed she was fired without any other warnings or problems over her year and a half working there. How could any body expect her to make it to work when most roads were completely impassable. Their comment is that she should have walked!!!!!!
bad service
i called for information and a complaint and i got hung up on worst service ever and i have not got my w2 from subway the owner refuses information and told me not to contact him again. this is by far the WORST company i have ever dealt with.
Theifs
I was eating lunch with my daughter and someone stole my wallet from my purse. The police came and asked to see their video...and guess what, they weren't recording! And the owner was very rude to me during the whole process.

That was a great name for a promotion...when it actually meant something. Surely the idea that you are no longer offering ANY sub for $5 during February must have brought pause for using a slogan that only applies if you do. In a time where our literacy and social intelligence rates are plummeting, perhaps corporations such as yours should be more mindful in their use of language. Thanks, Michael

I,ve been a Subway customer for nearly 10 years.... Just recernt;ly I stopped at a Subway on 441 in Boca and it is the first time I was asked to tip...when I expressed my feelings the counter person became hostile...
Terrible service
I have tried on several mornings to get breakfast at the Subway on Cliffdale and Reilly Rd in Fayetteville, NC and EVERY time I stop there in the mornings (6:50), I go thru the drive thru and it takes forever for my order to be taken and even longer for my order to be made. There is no one esle in the drive thru nor is there anyone on the inside. This morning I drove up and got an automated response that someone would be with me shortly, I waited 5 min and still no order taken.. I pulled up and saw a firl inside just standing there doing nothing. I just drove off and went to Hardee"s. I am sure your company is losing money on that location at breakfast because I am sure I am not the only one being treated int is manner.
Slow and very rude
I went into the subway on Broadway in San Antonio around 1:15 on Feb 4, 2013 and there were only 2 people working. They kept using the same dirty knife to cut everyone's sandwich with and then they got to mine I told them no! Slow and getting the toppings all over the place. I will never go again.
Worst Subway
I went to Subway Inside Walmart Silver City, NM. This has to be the worst Subway I have ever visited. Only 1 person working, I ordered a salad, I didn't receive a fork, so I went back up to the counter to get a fork and she said that they didn't get there shipment in and they didn't have any forks. I had to eat a salad with a spoon. This subway is inside WAL-MART, go buy a box of plastic forks for your customers! I also asked for cup for water and they don't cups for water anymore!
Another AAA Sub!
Subway is awesome! I always get great sandwiches as all you have to do is watch them and ask for more or less ect ect. Its like I made them myself! always delicious!

I went to subway on 2-2-13@ 7pm I was greeted by a employee name Luis refuse to give me last name. Store number 3812...My experience was so bad with this young man, I don't have the energy to write everything down, the meat he put on my sandwich was spoil he gave me an excuse on why the meat look like that and I walk out with my sandwich, I'm sick right now because of it. I went back to the store and took a pic of the meat, I am so up set at this time.
Bad experience, loud music at store
i had a vey bad expereienced at subway located at smallwood road, pasadena, i went there to get a sandwich but they play a very very loud music at store, i had so much difficulty to place an order. And employee working without wearing a hat and apron, it was the worst experienced i ever had at subway, i m a regular customer and for some reason recently they were playing very loud music at store and some employee don't complied with the uniform, the girl who made my sandwich wasnt wearing a uniform, no apron and no hat. really? without hat and all her long hairs were all over the place,please make sure that all your employees follow the uniform rules and regulation. and please come and visit then you will see how loud music they play at store, i was very disappointed yesterday from their service. i been to many subway but never seen working without a uniform and without a hat and apron and plus on top of that playing very loud music. i was very disappointed yesterday. very bad management,
Angus Ontario never going back
I eat subway everyday. I live in Angus Ontario where I went for lunch today which was odd cause I normally don't eat in my home town. And I never will again, I asked for half my sub toasted. He ignored my request ; made the full sub then asked would you like I toasted I repeated just half toasted. "Yeah ... you just want it toasted for half the time!" He said to me. "No I want half of the sub toasted" He got so rufe with me and started slamming the meats on the bread when I said if its that big of a deal for get about it. He once again ignored me and made the sloppiest sub I've ever ate in my life. Made subway look horrible and if I didn't know there are better subways such as the one in Allison Ontario I'd never eat at a subway again.
I have to say I love Subway sandwichs but the jingle u guys just came out with (made fresh at subway) and the last one u had (5 dollar foot long) has got to be the worst jingles ive heard. I dread that this one will be on for like a year......man they are bad!!

first off all they are in a short time frame,to make the sandwish ,fast and good ,to make a gog deal about it being iun not 12in,ive found the meal ive had at several subway from boaz to bham alabama,its a great meal for the money ,always fresh and fresh to have someone with a tape measure ,im a fan of your company and im behind you and i went out and bought one to let the cyber bully ,know enjoy the sandwish and see its a great deal for the money,once again most people are with yall

I used to work at Subway. Work there about 2 1/2 years before I quit because the owner was taking money out of my pay checks.I was getting blame for a lot of stuff that I wasn't me. Couple of weeks ago went to subway in Chanute kansas. The employees did not wash their hand before putting gloves on. They were little rude. Bathrooms where dirty. Floors where dirty. I can just go on and on about it.

I worked at subway for just a little over a month had to leave bc i moved, today marks two weeks since i should have gotten a paycheck from them, i keep calling and everyone beats around the bush, i will be contacting the authorities,
Bad customer service
My friend and I went to the subway inside of walmart in Quinlan, Tx there were 2 employees on the floor one was busy with a customer and the other when we approached the counter to order ran into the back room and refused to serve us. We eventually left due to uneccessary waiting and went to the other subway in town at the shell gas station where we were treated with wonderful customer service.
I was at the subway by my house today. Twice. The second time was to get my kids food. I asked the front if I could get a refill from the first time I was in the store and was told by the second employee "sure" so I went about my business and as I was leaving another employee came out to tell me "u can't be getting a refill everytime u come in here!!" - There is more than a few things wrong with that whole experience!! And as a customer for more than 10 years at many different locations I am very displeased with the way I was treated over a stupid refill!!!!
