Subway in kearney Nebraska is going to hold our pay checks and we all have to pay our bills. she is be holding them for 3 days we get payed on Wednesday and they will not be handed to us till Saturday. this is not te correct way to deal with the issues this store is handling the problem. i would like to see this problem fixxed.

I recently worked at a subway in everett, wa from february 2012 to june 2012. On jan 31st of this year the store owner of the location I worked at sent my w2 to my previous address I had while working there. I asked him to get me a new one and send it to my current address. He said I would have to wait until the one he sent out got mailed back to him and that he would then send it to my new address. It has been over a moth now. Nothing. I have contacted the store manager several times and she refuses to give me the owners phone number (which is understandable) so I asked her to have him contact me and gave her mine. Now she just keeps ignoring my calls and texts and I have no way to get ahold of the owner. I HAVE to file for my taxes soon. So how do I go about getting a new w2?! I'm really getting frustrated with being ignored..

I have seen people get screwed by this owner time and time again, he stuck a $900 bill on an employee that he saids was stealing but won't show no proof. If u work over 80 hrs in two weeks he refuses to pay for the extra time, so you basically work for free while he makes money. He rips his employees off a employee has worked for him 5 years and he only gave her a $.15 raise and said I'm not Makin money by giving you that. And if you have child support he won't hire you. He crys that he has to take your child suppport when it's your money that's paying it. Then he charges $15 for a shirt and doesn't give you your shirt make you wear a promo shirt.

I purchased a turkey sandwich from store # 17960 located in Reading, PA on 2/28/13. Within a hour after eating the sandwich, I became violently ill with vomiting & diarrhea. I needed to be taken to the ER by ambulance due to severe dehydration. I was admitted to the hospital due to food posioning; severe dehydration; low blood pressure, and tachycardia. I will be contacting the Reading Department of Health, as well as the BBB, to file a report & a begin a formal investigation into the restaurant's health pratices, or should I say, LACK thereof! I will also be contacting my lawyer to begin legal action!!!

I'm a long time regular at the subway in meadville, pa. And the owner has to be the rudest man on hat sued of the town. From putting down his employees to yelling and cursing about everything, the worst part is going in and having to listen to his racism or how he will shove his hateful political views down everyone's throats..... Sometimes an owner should practice a little discretion on what he talks about while customers are in the store

I have been buying Subway sandwiches from store 23315 here in California for many years. I always have the bread toasted before having the clerk builds my sandwich. Today I paid extra to have the bread toasted first, The clerk told me this payment was a state law! Can you confirm that it is a CA State Law, and if it is true what law is it?

Pay peanuts get monkeys I called Subway in Baldwin Mi to order sandwiches for pickup for 30 min phone rang or would change to busy signal. Eventually I drive to store seeing it empty of customers So from car I call again guess what? they ignore phone, I enter as phone is ringing two staff working or I should say looking busy now if I complain the sandwiches could get tampered so I drove 17 miles and got pizza hut

Forest dr. Subway in columbia sc needs a serious contamination check on the tea... I had a sore throat after drinking it and lost my voice. And from the looks of things cross contamination is thriving on that sandwich line. The mayo and mustard had crust around the top edges which tells you its old and border line molding... yuck never again. Health n. Safety first

I recently had a Subway employee that rammed, not pushed, and purposely rammed a shopping cart with her car. The cart was wedged between her old pickup and my 7month old Mercedes. There is a dent and a scratch where the cart contacted my car. The employee got out of her truck and she was very ignorant and pugilistic. She went into Subway and clocked in for work and my wife went in the store to tell her she needed to provide us with insurance info. When my wife walked into Subway the employee was announcing to everyone that it was not her fault because the cart belonged to another store and she refuse to provide anything. My wife exited the Subway and shortly later the employee came out of the store in her uniform and began yelling and shouting obscenities to me in front of my ten year old. Then she told me to f**k off and went back into Subway. I then went into the Subway to ask the manager the name of the employee. He then told me her had a right to refuse anyone and he claimed I was harassing his employee and I had to leave. I cannot believe Subway would hire no brain employees like these. I mean WOW it was the other company that owned the carts fault? What a ridicules statement. And the Manager that ignorant was refusing to do the right thing. If this is the best employees Subway can find then I refuse to eat there again. And I did file a police report and I will take it to court.

I went to the subway on sandy plains in fayettville Georgia and the service and conditions were not good at all the ice had black stuff in it and when i showed to the girl she said that she was going to have to clean the ice machine and that i did not have to have ice and when i asked her if i could just get a bottled drink cause the ice was bad she said it was going to cost more. They were out of every bread except for two kinds and the cookies were stale. i was not very pleased with the service and wont go back there again

The customer service was great but.... the floors had trash along the base board of the floor. The paper that is used to wrap the sandwiches with, was on the floor (several sandwich wrappings). The floor looked liked it had not been mopped or swept in months. The trash bids inside the resturant looked like they had not been wiped down in a year, the tables were not clean. The area around the cup tops and straws also had crumbs and dirt. I had to wipe the table off that I sat down at. I started thinking about the food that I purchased....Is it clean, do the employees wash their hands with soap and water before making a sandwich, are the restrooms sanitary? As I was leaving, I turned and looked back and noticed the employees standing in the back doing nothing and talking. The employees should have been clean the prep area, sweeping/mopping the floor, cleaning the tables and making sure the restrooms were clean. The owner/manager of this location needs to visit this location more. The register receipt needs to list a customer service phone number on it for comments and also the managers name and phone number. I wanted to take pictures of what I saw with my cellphone but, I did not know who to send them to.

I went to the subway on 65th & Stoney Island in Chicago. There were two young people in the store. I waited in what I thought was the line until they had completed their transaction. After about 10 minutes another young lady walked into the store. The clerk finished waiting on the young people and immediately asked her what she wanted. I said, "Sir, I was next." His face frowned up, he started yelling and he stated, "You are not in the right line." I said, "Sir I was standing behind the two young people you were waiting on and surely you could see me. This young lady just walked in." He ignored me and started waiting on the young lady at which point I left. I will never ever visit a Subway store again.

After posting and reading other posts... Suggest notifying BBB in Conn. These stores are nasty, employees are rude, and Corporate ONLY MAKES EXCUSES! Maybe they will care about the BBB ratings (they don't care about ours)!

Clearfield pa Walmart Subway store is nasty. Middle of making sandwich handles dirty dishes on counter. Then goes back to sandwich with now contaminated gloves. Very UNSANITARY!

Bought a set of Subway cards at Safeway, in Clatskanie, Oregon. Three cards in a set for $30.00. The set was going to be used for Christmas present. But one of the cards does not work. Now how can one card, out of the set of three not work? I have the Safeway recite. What good is this, if I can not get my money back for the card (not spent). Wonder if all the Subway gift cards, are the same. Will not be buying anymore, that is for sure.

I love to eat subway but the subway that is closest to my house has people working there that are really slow, they dont pay attention and they do not know how to make sandwiches. I would go in at least 2-3 times a week but because of this I go once every two weeks.

I worked for subway back in 2012 and when I worked there for a short time I got hurt by a dirty needle that went into my glove and hand while cleaning the mens restroom the owner and store manager told me to go home.I said no and went to the Hospital. After that i quit. I have been waiting on my W2 for awhile now when I called the manager asked if I ever even worked there? So Mad worst service/ help/ company I ever worked for!

The Subway restaurant on 39th Street bet. Broadway and 6th Ave in NYC is holding their spinach hostage unless you have an extra $1. My friend and I ordered Veggie Delight sandwiches today. When we chose spinanch for our sandwiches, we wereinformed that it would be $1 extra...for spinach. For Christ's sake, I'm haviing a Veggie Delight, "veggie" being the operative word. The last time I checked spinach was a veggie. I will never frequent this particular location again...and neither will my friend and co-worker.

Went to the subway in omaha ne on ames avenue never going again. My son had a little mud on his boots after the fact it got done snowing n it was in process of melting. One of the employees began talking rudely about it in front of other customers loudly. It was very very rude and embarrassing. In my opinion thats what they get paid to do n will never go again.

I have found in the past month the Subway is not foot long but only 11 in. in some case less then 11 in. Have photos. So you ar not geting you money worth or a real 12 in sub. One is in a WalMart store and another one at a Subway store. I was told by cutting off an inch or more the bread maker is making another 20% profit on the sale to the stores. interesting. You should check your sub the next time you get one.
