please tell me why subway doe's not have wheat free gluten free bread?

Sunday evening visit to Subway on the 499 loop Harlingen texas. Girl comes out of the back room to tell her fellow employee that "she is only nice to people that come in all the time". Asked for flat bread sub. No flat bread,asked for a full size garlic and herb I believe. Sorry we are out. I left my wife got her sub and the girl mentioned above came to the register and asked her if she wanted a spoon> My wife replyed that she didn't need a spoon but would like her sub in a bag like it was suppose to be. I enjoy subway and this was not a good experience nor did it speak well for subway. Thank you!

I want you and everyone to know how outstanding the subway is in East Lansing , Michigan it is located in the International Center at Michigan State University. The service, the people outstanding, fun, nice. friendly, accurate. Give great suggestions. All you subway people and management should be like this.

Our local subway in Tuppers Plains, Ohio is horrible . The teenagers working there are very rude and treat you like you've done something wrong. We even ordered a 6 foot sub for a super bowl party days before, on super bowl Sunday I called in the morning and they said to pick it up around 3. When we got there, they had no idea what I was talking about because they gave our sub away to someone, our name was on the order and they didn't even ask the persons name. I will scarcely go there anymore. Everyone is immature including the manager!

I refuse to purchase anything from Subway any longer. There are now 3 subs on the menu that are actually $5. In the past 4 months, the sub I have always ordered has gone from $5 to $7.75! Seriously our economy has been rocky for 12 years, so I don't accept the excuse for the drastic price changes are due to economy. Not to mention, the veggies are substandard. I used to love Subway but no, it's just not good anymore yet we're paying more for less quality plus worse service. I am a customer they have lost.

Gas prices finally going down and your prices increase significantly. I'm done with this chain. Plus, why do I have to give you one star just to post this? I give you negative 5 stars

It is obvious that Subway is nearing the end of it's life cycle... having increased it's customer base, it apparently has implemented a business model based upon "for every customer lost, we get five new ones." Thus, their quality in product and services has gone the way of the US Postal service...IE Believing that it will prosper forever. Color me gone!

Sidney subway has to be the poorest in all the subways i have ever been to, they are rude and tell you they are too busy to wait on you and to leave. I have a list of complaints from many people. Its poor business for a sub we all love. To bad they lost all of our buisness.

The sign said $2.00 cold cut combo, but when we drove up to the drive thru the guy said that was wrong, employees were very rude and condescending.

I am a regular at this location (wellington and commisioners, london on.) but whenever I come in at night I am served by an extremely rude girl. Every time she makes my sub she gives me attitude like I've done something wrong. She slams things around and won't even give you the chance to think about what your putting on your sandwich. I understand it may have been a long night..but chill out, if you can't deal with customers pleasantly then maybe working in customer service is not the right job for you.

I love subway, the only issur is they should be more aware when making there subs. I can't stand to walk into Subway and get ready to order my families food, and different veggies are mixed into another or all over the place. I believe they should be more organuzed with that bc some people are allergic to certain veggies. I also believe they should have to sanatize their hands before making another order because as a customer, when we come in and there's a line how do we know they washed their hands with their gloves, it shoukd become easier for the employees not having to reach iver other foods and there skin is exposed over it....

My granddaughter went to work for subway in Toms Brook Va. There were a couple of girls worked with her. They were harassing her and bullying her. It got so bad that she quit. The manager was in the back room she didn't do nothing about it. She has been upset ever since you know you can lose a lot of business. Because people are going to know what went on I want this investigated. She is a minor the manager should have taken care of the problem.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Subway last night. Very rude employees, rushing our order, impatient, argued over who would serve us, subs tossed around with no care. I filled out the "tellsubway" customer survey, because I was so mad, to let management know that we won't be returning there again. You know service is bad when your two teenage sons complain about it. Anyways I won't be returning, because I was appalled by the treatment we received and I refuse to give my business to people who don't appreciate it. But, to top it off, I'm given a coupon for a free stupid cookie that I have to redeem at the same place that I just said I'll never return to. Really? That policy needs to be changed.

I am from new orleans. And our roastbeaf poboys typically have brown gravy on them, I would like to suggest subway stores to offer. Brown gravy. As well as monitoring the stores that have complaints against them. In quality, and service. I have come across some stores across america. That I would never return to or recommend.

This is why America is going broke and why people give up. Of all place even subway raises their prices. I have had a spicy Italian going on 4 years. I haven't eaten a t subway for a month. Myself being a business person myself actually see why the special are a special. People subway is distracting people with the specials then turning around and raises the prices of everything else. Spicy Italian isn't a 5 dollar foot long anymore it's 5.75. Which brings me to the social business economy, subway is hiring cheap workers and raises the prices trying to get the biggest penny. Greed kills.

i worked for subway in last 3 months in chicago suburb area. where i seen at so many subways illegal employees are working on cash wages of 7$/hour. while i am legal and working at 8.25$/hour of minimum wage. still i have to pay tax to government. why is so... why most of all subways are hiring illegal employees and is hiring then why we are forced to work at low wages..need to do something by headquarters on that...

411 E. washington ann arbor mi 48108: i have been an employee here since its open 2 years ago and have experience at other subways. There is no management, i get paid the same as everyone else and am expected to do everything. I am often at work alone as others call off or quit and nobody will cover this shift. They do no treat with respect. Food is not properly preped and sits out for days! I wont even eat at the place that i work. Things used to run smoothly as now they do not. All other employees are rude and dont care about the store. I cannot continue to let it go unnoticed please help!!!

Cortez Colorado Subway 1219 E Main. I have noticed that there have been times I stopped by and there is one guy working all alone in the store. This is between 5pm to 8pm. This guy named Jeremy is always friendly and never complains, but I am. There is no reason for this guy to be doing the work of three people with no help. I know people who have applied to work there and no call back. That Store definitely does need to hire good workers. Dont misunderstand, Jeremy does an excellent job. Its not his fault when pople have to wait. By the way, if I recall, It is against company policy for the owner to have his newphew working there and I am not talking about Jeremy.
