i went to subway on my lunch break..and brought lunch for some co workers and I...when i left out..i dropped my bright red noticeble wallet between the soda fountain and my car..didnt notice it till i got around the corner to my job..when i went back within 3 min..and asked had they seen my wallet..the cashier stated that he seen it on the ground but it was outside the store..and he was only responsible for what is inside..i think that was wrong..IS THAT HOW U VALUE UR CUSTOMERS..he could of got it for me..knowing i would return..actually i think he did go get it..when i called the manager..she told me the same thing..about it being outside..i will never got to subway again..and will definetly let my friends know what happened..and hope they want either..i think all ppl should care about their customers..truely upset..i rather he said he didnt see it..then to say he did

Each time I order a Seafood Subway Sensational it tastes different; It is almost like playing russian roujlette, you never know what you are going to get; sometimes good other times the most horrible thing you have ever eaten; if you are going to make a sandwich, the least you can do is be consistent with the sandwich otherwise call your self potluck!!!!!! i recently purchased a sandwich at the huffmeister location on a Saturday and it was literally the worse sandwich i have ever eaten!!! will not be going back unless they change their receipe. NONE OF THE SUBWAY STORES APPEAR TO KNOW HOW TO SEASON THE SEAFOOD AND IT TASTES LIKE CHALK!!!!! SUBWAY NEEDS TO FIX THIS!!!!!

Subway charged me 1.93 for an empty cup. I purchased a bottled beverage from them and since I had a tooth pulled I needed a cup to drink it little by little and the lady still charged me and said they can't help it that I'm disabled. Disabled? I only got a tooth pulled... Last time I'm stepping into subway

All franchises should have to and should be able to honor all promos offerred and advertised. Saw commercial for customer appreciation but not being done in local county ad appeared. Local stores dont ude reward cards. Subway should be subway or take down the sign.

Listen here, this place is atrocious. I just found a hair in my food and this isn't the first time I've found one. I thought I could give this place the benefit on the doubt but it's really distrubing to find black curly hair (which by the way none of them had) in my tuna. The floors are sticky and has a bizarre odor. None of the employees in the afternoon speak English and do not care to try (the men especially). I have to repeat myself at least 6 to 7 times on what type of meat I want. Also, they just put whatever they want on my sandwich when I didn't ask for it. It really ticks me off. I am very close to calling the Illinois Health Inspector on this facility. Either these people need to drop the attitude and be trained on customer service or I will have this place shut down and I sincerely mean that. As for the rating it doesn't even deserve a half a star.

I visit a local Store in San Jose, Ca almost everyday of the week. This location has great service, super friendly and very clean. Healthy food and ok pricing. But I continue to return because of the service. Keep up the great work

I went into a store in Texas on 242 in The Woodlands, the first thing I saw was two employees sitting on the counter playing on their phones in front of everybody, their hats were on crucked and I saw their underwear because they didn't have their pants up. This is not professional and I will not be returning to the store. Also not one of the employees in the morning can speak even basic english, how are you going to serve people without being able to communicate with them on a very basic level? when I started to repeat my order they got frustrated with me and acted like I should know Spanish to order my sandwich in America, the only reason I'm even putting a star is because I have to or I won't post my comment. this one store has ruined subway for me, I'm switching to Quiznos.

I've worked at several different stores now and each time I've moved to another one hoping it would be better because I really enjoy the sandwiches, after working for several years however I found out that subway lies with advertising the bread is not truely organic, nore are most of the veggies. its all packaged and what is not packaged is ""supposed"" to be thoroughly washed before prepping, however, and most of my time there I have not seen hardly any employees actually wash these products. the last subway I worked for on 242 was terrible nobody spoke English, and they are all illegal, once I found this out I was treated as a outsider. Because I was told this information my job came in jeopardy and I was treated quite rudely by the rest of the employees. When I tried to get my last check I wasn't able to, I'm still trying to get it. when I called the supervisor she hung up on me. I have absolutely nothing against immigrants, but if you're going to work in this country you should definitely learn how to be respectful to Americans and speak our language, and maybe; just maybe learn some hospitality!! 242& college park dr. I just phoned the Coral Springs Subway, in Calgary, AB. First 3 times there was no answer so I kept trying finally a women answered by saying hello? I asked her if I called Subway she said yes? I was just wondering what the soup of the day was, she told me and then went as far as saying she works alone and most times they do not answer the phone, and they will not except big orders over the phone and then finished by also telling me if I want to know the soup of the day ...next time i have to go to the store, and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I have never been talked to that way by anyone in the food industry, Im beyond shocked right now, this is completly unexceptable!! If that is how they talked to there customers then i dont see this store being open much longer.

Went for breakfast this morning at 8:30 a.m. ordered oursandwiches and also coffee. The reply was Oh, we don't have any coffee our machine is not working. WOW! shouldn't this have been posted somewhere to visibly be seen. No apology, nothing. Albertville, MN with address, 11008 61st ave n.w. by Interstate 94.

Subway is great Please have more of the $3 dollar sandwiches also add organic menu of 5 items to choose under 200 cal plus drink of choice an it is 2 dollars turkey sub pepperoni sub mint green tea sugar free juice maybe in the near future

I am from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I traveled to Bellevue, Iowa for my job. I had lunch on two different occasions at the Subway in downtown Bellevue. Upon leaving on my second visit, I stopped to tell the young women that were working, what a great experience I had both times that I stopped in. I also added that it was the cleanest Subway I have been to and I have eaten at Subway many times. I asked If the store was new and they let me know they were about to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The store is located on the Mississippi River and there are windows and a patio where customers can sit and watch the river. What a great store. I am glad I discovered it,

My W2 were sent to me with the wrong ssn on them. I have notified subway headquarters about the mistake. However, they have not sent me a new W2 and I am a college student who will suffer severely if they do not return my W2 in time to fill my taxes!

The subway on Jefferson Hwy in Jefferson, La has the absolute WORST people working there!! Always giving attitude and never paying attention to the customers. I went in to get lunch and when the lady told me my total I was a little surprised it was so high. All I said was the amount back to her and she replied "Yeah lady. I have been working here long enough to know how much this stuff costs. Why you gonna question me?" she then turned to her co worker and started laughing. I didn't say anything back to her but the customer behind me left without his food and said he would never go there again. I I asked her for her name and she gave me some bogus name Peaches. I am contacting the GM for this place but this needs to be looked into. I will never return there either and I told everyone on fb about it also. Its ridiculous that people act this way in the service industry.

I live in Bernice, la and for 10 years we had a subway in town at the local chevron. The store was bought out and is run by new people and they took subway out. We need another one for we are a small country town and for us to get subway we have to drive 30 miles. Please do something.

Rice Lake WI management for the Walmart and southen area of town needs to be checked into.

Well I had been working for subway for about 8 months when i got fired for getting pregnant by a boss who does not believe in getting pregnant without being married even though I am engaged to the man who got me pregnant. So Subway either needs to do something or its not going to be good

Ive been workibg for Subway since I was 16 now 24 and tryed to become manager and sadly to say I have not beable to.. all of my employees ask me all the time why I am not manager because I work so hard and do my job the proper way. Having lots of regulars also makes me smile knowing that they love coming in to see me along with getting their favorite subs. They always tell me one day you will be up there with Subway I will say yes I will be hopefully Ceo... Maybe one day someone will realize how much I do....

The Subway in the gas station on US 70 in Goldsboro NC left a knife under my sandwich. What if my son got ahold of that? What if I cut my finger worse than what it was? What if I ate that?

The subway in the Walmart here in Winter Haven Florida needs and undercover boss to come and check it out. I am a cashier and I don't have a lot of time for lunch and they most of the time have 1 person to fix the sandwiches ring up the food make the bread. Sometimes I do not get a lunch because I don't have time to eat or get something to eat. Please take care of this matter.
