So gross
I usually like the store 45007 but tonight I was completely grossed out the girl making my sandwich had touched the veggies with one of her bare hands, then to make everything worse she was tossing and slamming my sandwich around. At the end I went home and opened my sandwich and found a nasty black straight hair in it !! Tossed my sandwich and will never go back EW.
Gluten free bread option
My family and I used to eat at Subway weekly but now that we have found out that we are allergic to gluten, we can no longer have a sandwich there. It would be nice if subways everywhere would offer the gluten free bread option. It usually gone frozen and they could just toast it. Thanks for the consideration corp! Temecula, CA subways Sarah B
Subway on Chouteau in Kansas City
I went in with my kids and there was 2 girls behind working. There was one person informs of us and noone behind. The 2 girls did not greet us nor did they have any sort of smile on there face and was simply obvious they didn't want to be there. They were rude to my kids which just didn't understand a question she asked.There apperance looked as if they just got off of a Jerry Springer show and was very unbuisness like and not welcoming. I told them I didn't like there attitudes and I left. Will never be back there again. I'm seriously P.Oed .....
Pissed Off!
went to store #34876 Lewis Center, OH and found a long brown hair in my husbands sub and they gave me the wrong bread on mine. Called the next day to the manager and was told I had to come back in 24 hours and demanded I bring the receipt..it wasn't till I sarcastically mention she never apologized that she finally did and even then she said she would only replace my husbands...are you kidding me?! Also, I almost had to beg for "toppings" like the food cost was coming out of their paychecks..PISSED OFF!!!not returning
Compensation
Does anyone out there think that there should be compensation given to a customer when the business screws up? Especially when that customer drives 5 miles home with the order only to find out that the wrong sub was placed in the bag so she has to drive all the way back to get the correct order? Well, I do and I didn't get it because of a lame duck manager who didn't have any people skills to deal with my situation. Subway needs to train their employees better!
the subway at 119 s greensburg pa has bad service ! i have gone there five different times and ordered the pizza and after they cash me out they then tell me there out of pizzas ,i have called my order in drove there to pick it up i get sorry were out of pizzas . what kind of owner or manager lets this stuff happen

The owner is cheap. The customer service is terrible. The employees are very rude. The store is disgusting. I'm never returning! Not even if they paid me.
Subway Sucks
Unpleasant employees make for bad business. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find good help. After getting some breakfast sandwiches this morning and being met with a grumpy employee, I thought I'd let the manager know. I called the number posted on the wall only to find that the "mailbox was full". I tried to take the survey online and redeem for my free cookie and I got an error message "An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 2, position 1412." So, I get crappy service, no one to complain to and to top it off, NO FREE COOKIE!!
BAD SERVICE
Eastland Mall Subway customer service is very bad. My son went in there just to get a sub after school he came out so upset with how he was treated then went to eat his food and was even more upset. The worker had just thrown his sub together. He stated "Mom this makes me not want to eat out anymore. What teenager would say that if they didn't mean it. I am heated! If you treat children this way what's next????? Subway get it together!
Went to store 39109 in Louisville KY to order buy 1 get 1 free before 9:00 am. Owner said I had to buy a breakfast sub to get one free. I said "the sign and TV advertising and internet site does not say that it has to be a breakfast sub". He said "I say it does" , whenever they put items on it is like pulling teeth to get them to give you anything extra. Especially the foreign owners, which most are!!! I wont be going back to this location anymore!!
Tried to do a Free Food survey the store # was not found!! Couldn't even find it on the internet!!
disaster sandwich
i went to one of this snellville location in publix shopping center in Ga.. they made my veggie sandwich so nasty. the bread was like a rock. separated in two part. and i could not even eat. all of my veggie out of the bread. the way they made this sandwich was so disaster.they put toooo much of mayonnaise. i would never go to that locations.
I like eating Subway subs and their unsweetened ice tea is terrific if it's made correctly! Once in awhile it tastes like water... not good. Some stores only offer the sweet tea which makes me turn on my heel and walk out of the establishment. What I don't care for is the bread. Even though they bake it in the store it just doesn't make the sandwhich pop. The east coast offers swiss and provolone cheeses, bravo! The west coast offers the oil base american and cheddar, yuck! The vinegar is bitter and the oil is wesson oil and not real olive oil... that could be a nice upgrade for Subway to think about. Another idea is to make turkey meatballs in that delicious sauce so those that don't eat red meat can still get a meatball sub! That's my two cents!
HORRIBLE MANAGER
First off I will like to say our experience at Subway was one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced. They have attitude and throwing the toppings on the sub with an attitude. They rolled their eyes at us. And when I asked to speak to a manager a worker said she was the manager. She laughed and said you can do what you want and call cooperate. So I did. It was rude and disrespectful to think that the manager chose her co workers over the paying customer. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER go back store 21178
Promo lie
Went to Subway on a Saturday in April for the buy one get one free before 9am. They were not open and when I went after they finally opened after 9 they said "we do not honor that on weekends". The sign says everyday in April. The worker said "not at this location" "It's not my fault we open after 9". This is false advertising. I will be speaking with a lawyer to find out if it is even legal!!!!
very dissappointed
used to love to go to subway, but will not go back for quite awhile. the sandwiches are ringing up on register for more than what the sign on wall says. than at my last visit. had a coupon from our local paper. but was informed at check out that they DO NOT honnor coupons. found out that they would rather throw the sandwiches away than honnor a coupon. soooo very dissappointed. going from a regular customer to not going at all. it is too bad that customer service in gillette, wy is so bad.
incorrect operations hours
Last night (4-19-2013)I visited the subway on air depot in Midwest city at 10:05pm central time and the sign says that they are open until midnight, then why were the door locked. Went thru the drive drive thru spoke with a lady who confirmed that the stick says closes at midnight and proceeded to tell me the drive thru is open until midnight and the lady did go look at the stick and that there was a different place for the drive thru.
Had the worst Subway subs from Posner , Davenport, FL location Store 44499. Food tasted old, buns stale, threw most of the buns out. You need some lessons from Publix deli. Thought I'd try Subway again but no more. Your subs suck!
Owner is outrageous
I'm a regular customer at the trotwood Salam ave. Ohio sub away,I come in this location on my way to work at least three times a week, I noticed this man yelling at the employees saying they are all stupid and lazy and can't do anything right ,I also saw him make the manager cry,she actually walked away,I asked one of the young girls who was working who is that man?i was than informed he's the owner!i gave each girl a hug and told them that they are not stupid and they hard working young who don't deserve to be yelled and disrespected like that,I than said Thai if I come here again and he's there I won't be coming back,I live in trotwood the old part and ill be going to that one,I was than informed it was the same owner he owns both stores! I guess if this is how corporate lets them run their stores by disrespecting their young worker I will than go back to eating at McDonalds! Something needs to be said to this owner he is not shaping these young girls by yelling and telling them they are stupid! The manager as well should be looking for another job I'm so outraged!
I will never be eating at the Subway in Coal Township, PA EVER again. Know someone that had worked there and the professional manager that the person is posted for everyone to see on fb about this person quitting because they are a baby and about her having to go to work because douchebags quit. Also stating she hates this person. I do not feel that was very professional and things need to be done about it. I will be calling corporate!!
