Subway Corporate Office & Headquarters

I recently purchased a gift card for someone. It was purchased on the 10th. It did not go out until the 16th. My friend will not receive it for at least 5 more days. Meanwhile, Subway has my money. I'm disgusted with them and will not be using their business again.

For the past two weeks I have been going to subway for lunch (it is the place nearest my job and cheap). I have been ordering a flatbread pizza. It was wonderful!!!!!!! Today i went to order one and was told they can no longer make them. I find this completely STUPID. if we can order flatbreads why cant we have them made the way we want as long as we are paying for it!!! There are several ladies in my office that were getting the samething. It is very good and we enjoyed it. You were making money so what does it matter!!!!!!! I am very disappointed one that I cannot get a flatbread pizza anymore and two that the subway that was selling them to us was reprimanded for doing it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well i was hired about a week ago at Subway in warren,pa ans was let go already due to the fact that i was not fitting in there...the only reason y i was not fitting in was because i was not related to anybody there... welll that place it not a good place to eat at they keep the restaurant open and clean the place, spray paint ceiling tiles, take them down wash them with the insulation falling down and stuff and this is being done over the food we r preparing to our customers and stuff and nothing was done about it all...so if i were u i would eat there at all

I went to Subway for this Wednesday night there were three young ladies working they were so sweet and made my sandwich delicious they talk to me like I was there friend I felt so welcome there, the subway is always clean, they will be expecting me very soon again

I went into the alex., ky subway and as i was ordering the employee rolled her eyes when i asked a simple question about a sub. Then after i ate the sub i asked if i could exchangd my unopened bag of chips for another bag because i changed my mind and the same employee rolled her eyes once more. And after i left the place i found out the employee forgot to give me an extra 10$ back in change. I will not return to this subway. It also bothers me that every employee can barwly speak english. This is america. Unacceptable.

I went to store 14452 and got charged for the cheese on a meatball sub and clerk #8 was hawking me with a so so attitude when I asked about being charged for cheese.

I have eaten at several subway sandwich places and all of them do the same thing . They will load your sandwich with vegetables and a couple thin slices of meat and cheese . If I want a salad I will order one vegetables are cheap that is why they do this . I dare anyone to go to a subway and order a sandwich and get one that even remotely looks like one in there commercials with the meat double rolled . This is point blank false advertising it is what it is they are ripping people off and need to be sued

I recently tried to get a job in the town of orange va and was told before I come in to get a job or they even look at my application online or the one that I printed off from there corporate web sight that I had to take some kind of sandwich test and print it for the manager and then he would look at my application just really dont understand that everbody gives me the run around I don't think its fair

Me and my boyfriend visited this subway today and were surprised when we walked in to the one of the employees sitting down at one of the tables just hanging out. She then heaved a sigh as she had to get up to take our order. Then as soon as we got our food the woman and a man whom looked like the manager went outside to the parking lot leaving the store completely unattended to go smoke in the parking lot which is located by the road in front of the store. The woman was extremely rude and I absolutely love subway but will not be going back to this one anytime soon.

This past weekend my daughter and I stopped at a Subway for lunch and her little girl needed a diaper change. To our dismay we found no facilities to change her and had to lay a pad on the floor of the restroom and change her there. Needless to say we were appalled! I am a frequent visitor to Subway, but if my granddaughter is with me again I will look for another place to eat. Would it be possible to put a changing station in your restrooms? I'm sure you wouldn't want to change your child or grandchild on a public restroom floor!!

I have ordered sandwiches from the Addison, IL Subway...on 2 separate visits I was over charged for my sandwich purchases!! I will find another sandwich shop-other than Subway- to bring my business to!!! Managers and workers there are very rude also!!!

Linn Station RD. 40223. Mothers Day at 3:00pm went to Subway for take out again and met people arguing like the last two times I've been there. The help saw me waiting but they continued! They took my order and made me another poor sandwich, they didn't care!! I told them I might be with undercover boss ,they didn't care nor did ,jtheir BOSS!!!! He never comes in anyway!! No more sSsSUBWAYS!!!!!!!

I love the flat bread for sandwhiches its great. We use to call you breadway. You can make another improvement to the flat bread, get whole grain flat bread. Wendy's has whole grain flat bread, so I know its out there. Plz get it, and make a big deal about it. Your healthy customers will go crazy for it! Thanks for your time.

Fontana, Cal. Valley and Sierra shop #2996 Clerk Gio #7.. did not want to honor my coupon as well as any of the other customers that were in the Fontana Store... the girls were very RUDE... talking among them selves...i had a buy one 6" and lg. drink and get a 6" FREE coupon.. She also said there store does NOT take coupons..Thank You Mary

i went to the store 31277 they made the most beautifull sub also really friendly and made my morning better with the radio station they were playing. i wish i could find one of those store in Baltimore.

hi I went to subway in Fresno, ca 12114. I went on luch time so I order sandwich the girl was taking my order her name was gagan she was throwing everything on my sandwich it was not look like sandwich that I want it. all girls were taking eachother. so I stop to go overthere. I think they needs to tell them to pay attention while taking orders and teach them how to make sandwich. it was really bad I just throw away.

My hometown has one subway and i have to say i would rather eat dog food than eat there the people have no idea how to make a sandwich they are always cold they even screw up my 2 year old sons food. The sandwiches are always cold even if you ask for them to be toasted,also the people that work there have no respect for anybody the elderly law enforcement or the members of our armed services. This store would be better to be shut down and replaced with a vacant lot. Me nor my family or friends will be returnin to that worthless establishment

subways bad employee service and policies

I applied at ACR Subway in Little Canada, MN. Went in for training for couple of days. Just today, when I went to work, I was told not to come to work anymore with an unreasonable reason. The manager also offended me by saying that I'm better of working at McDonald instead. This location sucks. I would say I would not recommend anyone to go work here. Otherwise, your putting your job on risk. They can fire you whenever they want. It is not a guarantee JOB..

Me and my boyfriend both use to work at Subway in Eureka, MO, and i will never ever work for them again. They treat there employees like crap. We worked all the time, and with a bunch of retards. We got fired for not making sure another employee cleaned the bathroom, but they kept people that dont do there job. Im telling everyone, stay away from Subway in Eureka, MO>
