Subway Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to my local subway today and ordered the tuna. I got home and took a couple of bites and realized that something was sort of fishy. It didn't taste right. I thought about what to do, and opted to take it back to the store and let them know. Two young girls working there informed me that it was fine and they made the tuna daily (repeatedly) I felt like I was being bullied by two girls in 6th grade amongst the dirty looks and argumentative demeanor. I left the sandwich and walked out with no sandwich and no refund, telling the manager that the girls were arguing with me about whether it was good or not! I've been a regular customer there for years, but I'm taking a break!

I think it is crazy that u can walk into the Ulysses Kansas store and hear the employees talk about how the assistant manager lied to the district manager about how she was late this weekend and how funny it is that she can get away with things like that cause u guys don't care

Thsi is a complaint against the Subway located on 8 W Dundee Rd Wheeling, IL Corporate own. My wife and friends attend in a regular base to purchase sandwiches and today they where treated very rude 2-3 employee's (men). Speaking to them in a load angry voice during checkout. It's seems that they are not customer service oriented.

this is not the first time that this has happened at a walmart subway. they hire young girls and then have them work alone after being trained only days no breaks no help.i called the manager that used to have his number on the wall but kept it in my phone.said that this is not fair to the girls they are sweet and keep on making food for us no breaks and the food runs out and they are too busy to fill the bins. also have to take money and i am just sick that nothing happens no matter how many times i leave a message. what can be done ? the undercover boss did not visit our stores i guess..

I probibly buy three subs weekly because it better than a Burger King, a McDonald ,a Wendys or a Mr. Heros. #1 suggestion: Swiss Cheese is great addition to a first class sandwish or sub. There are many kinds of swiss cheese, baby swiss probibly with more quaity taste. SUBWAY should add it to the menu. #2 Subway uses a vine grown tomato, which has very tuff outer casing and makes it hard to chew. This is also a great choice of Subway customers. So in good taste, you should switch to a plant grown tomato, which are rich in taste and very chewable. These two suggestions would probibly increase business and profits. Those who are questionable stopping at Subway, now knowing you have swiss cheese and good tomatoes , will stop and order . End results Mo Mo Mo Money every ones main goal in owning a business. I was in a subway thsi morning getting breakfast which was very good when I notice a young man throw away many loaves of bread. I asked did he just throw that in the trash and she replied yes. I asked her why not give it to a shelter and said we are not allowed to give it any one I found this deplorable.

I was offerd a job at subway giving that I have maneger expirience at kfc an everything was good. We were talking about how much they were going to pay me an how many hours the were going to give me then they ask me is a had anything bad on my record I told them yes I have one felony from 3 years ago then they told me we can't hire you no more because you have a felony an its subway policy not to hire people with felonys that's how subway take care of people who wants a second chance in life I always went to subway but not no more that's discrimination all the way an my lawers will hear about this so don't be suprise if subway has to go to court soon they get no stars

Any of your sandwiches that have avocado on them is false advertisement . You advertise the sandwich with the avocado showing that the avocado is about half inch thick and showing it with chunks . But when you order the sandwich the avocado is put on paper thin and has no taste and no chucks . I'm thinking about suing your company for false advertisement .

some employee became rude and screamed at my sister so when she told me this i called and the guy zac answered the phone i requested to talk to the manager he informed that he is the manager and claimed my sister was lying, mt sister is a christian women so this manager is not only rude but a lyer dont shop at the 522 Ntelegraph store until he is fired ....God Bless

I currently work at a subway that absolutely disgusts me, we have a fruit fly infestation the owner refuses to do anything about, the other employees are borderline insane and retarded. Please if you don't want to get sick do not eat at ANY SUBWAY! The way people prepare food here is beyond disgusting!!!! The only reason I put a star is because it made me. Seriously subway is something people should stay away from.

I am little upset the coupons say I am able to buy ANY!!!! Six inch sub and get six Sub free well that was not true. I am not too happy you should not have any on there if there are limitations

I ordered a six inch roast beef on flat bread and once I was in my car and ready to eat, my car was filled with the stench of a carcass. I know rotten meat when I smell it! I returned the food for a refund and got my money back. What was more disappointing was that the staff and manager seemed unconcerned and simply threw out the roast beef behind the counter and replaced it with a 'fresh' set in the same container. I will NEVER eat at Subway again. The store address is 983 S. Saginaw in Midland Michigan.

I give the sub way on 1114 Hwy 96 suite C-3 Kathleen Georgia a neg. 100. They put hot peppers on my wife's sandwich. I told the No hot peppers. I called the subway and the person I talked to told me to come back to the store so they can remake it.We went to a park about 20 miles away from the store. DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!

so i had been employed at subway for two years and i got let go for chore write ups i told the unemployment office what happened thinking i could get some benefits because i'm seven months pregnant its been over a month now still no benefits because subway is telling them a lie . wow super cool dont eat at subway in salem or. you wouldnt believe what happens behind those counters

The franchisee of multiple stores in Atascadero, CA does not provide a high level of customer service that I have grown accustomed to in other parts of California. I have been a loyal and regular customer for at least 15 years and only recently have I decided not to eat at any of the Atascadero subway locations. The owners are rude and scold the employees in front of customers and lack simple customer service skills. The corporate office should review these locations and read customer reviews.

I frequently visit the subway in wal mart Clarkston WA . The other day no one was behind the counter, no employees to be seen the lobby was a mess, i walked around the lobby untill I saw a lady in the back and i watched as she what appeared to be making bread. didnt take her eyes off the bread and all i could keep my eyes on was the fact she wasnt wearing gloves.Im thankful i could leave before being greeted. it was disgusting. food safety is a number ONE PRIORITY. I refuse to go to this store and i will not recommend it to anyone. FIX IT also it made me atleast give them one star.. i wouldnt have done that if not needed to post.

I called Coorperate today and complaint on a store and the representative that answer my called was rude as well. i do not understand, i love subway but im not going to subway anymore!

Corporate......please make this subway clean there ice maker machine. I always get dirty ice here!! Today was the last straw....one of my ice cubes looked like it had frozen bug legs in it. I showed an employee.......they didn't care.....didn't say sorry.....nothing!! Just hmmm not sure what that is.

the subway in Mansfield, Tx in walmart is the worst subway ever. they are gross the place is always dirty the meat is questionable the manager is not doing her at all they are always out of product. the walmart employees that take breaks there are rude to customers. do not go to this subway it should be shut down. I have gotten sick eating there. stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!
