The emplyee were very rude. the breads were very old when we complain they started yelling and cussing. We will never ever go back to subway

Store 54289- I went to Subway in the Mall of Victor Valley in Victorville Ca, where I love to go all the time, the employees are great and the food is too, but there is always somebody working by themselves. There was a long line and the girl was trying to go as fast as she can, but that is unfair to her. There is no reason someone should have to work by themselves at a busy store like that. I felt so bad for her. I think Subway can afford to pay 2 employees to work at the same time to keep up with the customers! I give 4 stars to the employees that work there butts off.

On July 3, My boyfriend and I visited the Westville IL location. We went threw the drive thru and told the lady to hold on a moment, she immediately got crappy from that point on. My boyfriend started to say the bread and sandwich. She then screamed what cheese, veggies and sauces. We went to window and still was treated poorly. I work at subway in another town and I would never treat my customers with the disrespect I was given today...

This is not only a problem from w/out (customers) it is also a problem from w/in this company’s management! Do not be surprised by a civil suite, you really should READ the comments from posters, it’s more serious then you turning your heads & thinking it’s just a few who. I read a few and they are experiencing the same from the outside not even considering how some of the employee’s are being treated from their black managers…Some of us have! I read it in another website listed. Hmmm I wonder what in this one? The entity’s that promises excellence will suffer from actions given from the extension of it is representing these entities’s. All will go down from false and misleading promises. If one doesn't learn from mistakes, it's repeated.... mistakes are learning tools to climb higher, if not using it's positive property’s, then its lowered and a fail! Was at Subway in Mechancisburg, PA June 30, 2013 there was one person in front of me. I ordered 5 sandwiches and was given 4 no one found the 1st one they made. So I paid for the 4 and while checking the bag for which sandwich was missing the clerk said he gave the 4 one dollar bills to my grandson. Then when the grandson said the guy didn't give him dollar bills the clerk then said he gave me the change. Neither of us had the ones. Paid for the other sandwich and now contacting corporate. New store and it needs closed down.

I eat out quite a bit because of my schedule and I try to make healthy choices that are quick. I frequently go to subway and paradise bakery. Tonight I went to subway on Osborn and 7th avenue. Richard, the assistant manager, made my sandwich. I am huge about customer service and he was incredibly gracious and friendly. He made my sandwich perfectly and wasn't irritated by my special requests of extra pickles, microwave the meat before toasting it etc. I went to paradise bakery last week and had the exact opposite experience! Rude service, irritated employees and okay preparation of the meal! Richard deserves a raise and subway a high five!!!! I will be seeing you more often!

I used to be a regular Subway customer but after today, I'm done! I refuse to pay $7.50 for a footlong sub! My only hope is that all of Subway's franchises go belly-up!

Ace and kapreet were so nice ace made my sandwich so good and he had a great attitude. I deffinatly will be back to have another sandwich made from these to great people. Delicious!

I am trying to reach the Corp Office of Subway. I hope the franchise store has cameras and the incident was caought on tape. This happened at the 1100 West Girard Subway in Philadelphia on 6/22/13.

Owner of store does not follow national advertized pricing of specials and Subway policies: #1-$4- sandwhich and drink not observed. #2-$5 meatball sand and others, he charges $5.50 instead of $5. Will not give extra sauce on meat ball sandwhich. Will not give extra vegetables on any sandwhich when asked.

I was at the Subway on 42nd and Lyndale Ave in Minneapolis, Minnesota Friday for shelter as straight line winds were going through the area when I was told I had to leave! It was so bad there're trees down, power lines down, garbage cans flying, and flooding in the streets but the employee still said I had to leave as it was part of their policy! He said he was talking to the district manager and that they also told him I had to leave! I've never heard of something so crazy, inconsiderate, or inhumane in my life with no regards to the safety of man kind!

I have been going to the subway located in Jacksonville fl on baymesdows rd and reedy branch for 2 years. and never have I seen the customer service so unfriendly and food so horrible. cookies are burnt and bread looks like cigars. The new management and crew are horrible. someone needs to step in and get that store back where it was because it's so far down hill a week later.

I am from Texas , el paso to be exact I recently visited Hollywood California at the universal studios shops, I'm currently really watching my calorie intake so I went for the healthiest meal at the university shops so i chose subway , I could not believe there was no $5 footlongs or $4 lunch specials it seemed weird to me cuz I seen commercials and every single subway I been they offer the $4 or $5 subs this one in particular actually posts on their order menu this subway does not participate in the $5 ft longs or $4 lunch specials to me that's false advertisement!! Or shall I say price gauging!! Really really turned off hope someone responds back cuz I want answers!!

i was attacked by the store manager today june 17th, 2013. she did not handle her self as a manager, nor did she treat her guest with respect. the store location is 11926 florida blvd. baton rouge La. the incident happened at about 3pm. she shuold not be considered manager for subway because she is a disgrace, and she is NOT a manager material. she should not be allowed to serve the public at all. she does not have what it takes. i need this problem resolved before i post it on the face book for friends/familes to read about it.

hi, i am living in chicago downtown area. whenever i go out on sunday with my family for shopping and enjoying outside. i see most of all locations subway restaurants are closed in loop area. when i asked somone he told me its all offices around it so everything is closed. but i seen a metra station near on of the subway and lot of moving traffic was there on their way to home and they also really wanted to eat something but they cant move back to long distance otherwise miss the train. please keep the subway in loop area open for 11 am to 8 pm atleast..

i am in food business since last 10 years i seen that subway always coping Mcdonalds policy. subway dont have its own criteria and policy. subway is giving cheap food compared to all other restaurants on cost of quality of food, quantity of food, employees work overloading. subway advertise that you can have all veggies and how much customer want. but subway never care for employees and owners. subway is giving still 5 $ footlongs and 3$ 6 inchs why? prices of all foods went so high still subway is giving cheap on cost of quality of food and blood of employees. its better to stick with constant deals. its confusing to customers when subway changes deals everymonth. peoples get frustated now by subways specially of chicago area.

I am a Marketing Masters student at American River College in Sacramento, Ca. I just wanted you to know that the Subway at the New Cafeteria is great. The staff work very hard and can always find time to listen. The food is fresh and the service great. They should be praised for the hard work they do. I have been a loyal Subway customer for years. Lets face it no one can do it right all of the time. After all we are all human. I am working with my Son on a major live event program to be aired next year. The subway in High Prairie closes at 10:00pm as stated on their door, but why was I turned away at 9:30pm because the doors were locked and all the lights were off. How professional!

I was very upset with subway. I got a BLT sub. I could smell the bacon. Didn't smell right. I said sum thing they told me it was a new kind. Got home took a bite the bacon was spoiled. Then another time I got a sub had mold on bottom.

I was attending an auction across the road on Towson Ave, fort smith, AR. and Since there was no parking I parked in the very back At my favorite place. My friends that were also there and I were Talking about that's where we're going for lunch Then the manager walked over and said nobody Park in our parking lot. Though there was only about 3 cars there At the time. So a lot of people started talking and saying How rude he was and they were not eating there or I. Just feel like if that was a problem with him he should of put out a sign. Will not ever eat there.
