Steak n Shake Corporate Office & Headquarters

My friends and I drop by the new Steak and Shake in Pearland Tx neer hwy 288 , and the service was terrible. Im an experinced waiter and the restaurant had a full staff on Nov, 2, 2012 9pm, every waiter passed by our table teling us to wait a moment. As i looked around the staff did not seem interested in attending there coustomers, not even the manager for that shift seem to care when my friends and I walk out after not being served. We waited for more than 20 min and our order was not taken neither our drinks. Sad to say we ended up going to Red Robbin next door, were they actually know how to treat there coustomers.

The Octobrfest is horrible,And if I want cold pork'n beans, I can open a can @home.

Went to the one in overland mo. Lady sat us down said she would be right back with our water 10 minutes went by and she never came back so we got up and left!!!! This location sucks one time there was bugs on our plate and they didn't do anything about it!!!! We keep giving them a chance but no more!!!!

veo que son una compañia que su meta es la perfeccion por sus regla y diciplina por eso no dude en escribirle,,para informarle lo que tal vez ustedes no saben,,su tienda en carmol en indianapolis..es un desastre,,los problemas grandes nunca se resuelben,,los trabajadores hacen lo que quiren,,no respetam nada...si las cosas sigen asi,,un dia..tendran un grave problema....mientras su manager sara abusa de algunos trabajadors solo unos porquitos..que hacen el trabajo de todos,,,ella ignora los problemas..ya que tiene miedo de su jefa de cosina dunia..que es una mujer tan desagradable grosera..criminal quese pasa peleando con todos frente a los compradores..y sara no dice nada...a ella misma no la respeta le grita..y ella no dice nada....le pido que investigue que...se presenten en la tienda sin avisar ..que pregunte,,,el racismo la descriminacion...con que son tratados la gente por parte de sara y de esa mujer dunia..en esa tienda nesecta un buen manager.con caracter,,sin que se deje dominar y sea igual con todos...que tenga interez en su compañia ella es una buena persona pero esta muy lejos de ser una buena manager..Dios quiera que que puedan solucionar y ver lo catastrofico del asunto y poner fin a esta serie de arbitrariedades..gracias

NOV 2 2012 ST LOUIS MO.......WHY ARE THESTEAK N SHAKES DOING AWAY WITH THE LARGE SIZE CHO. OR ANY KIND OF LARGE SHAKES. ITS REALLY STUPID WE ARE NOT ALL CHILDREN SO THE SERVING SIZE DOES MATTER......WHO MAKES THESE CALLS.... JUST GO AWAY AND LEAVE THE LARGE SHAKES ALONE.

My time at Steak n Shake was completely unpleasant, this was at the location in Davie Florida off of university! the management sucks they are plain rude and not helpful. not to mention the way they talk to there employees. i was sitting by the kitchen and could hear how the woman was saying to one of the employees. she kept putting them down and being very rude. i have run a business long enough to know that if you dont treat your employees with care, nothing gets done right. Steak n shake is said to be a happy place and all i felt was discomfort. For this experience i will never come back! and i promise to let people know not to come back as well. im so highly upset with the way they carry themselves!

never had the experience i had tonight the young ladies name wad yanira she works at steak&shake in orlando on semoran and aloma she made us feel like family food was hot my kids loved her and we even asked for her schedule we only want her to serve us perfect service she deserves the 5 stars will b back only if shes there

On Oct 25, 2012 at approimately 12:20 I went to the Steak n Shake on Westport Rd in Louisville, Ky. I went through the drive thru. Sevice was awful. I order Chili and a large diet coke. There was no spoon in the bag. Now how was I supoosed to eat the chili with no spoon? The diet coke was so full of ice that 2 and 1/2 hours later the cup is only 1 inch from the top ful of ice. There was bearly any diet coke in it. That is terrible. I did not have time to go back once I got back to work with my lunch. So, I had to find a spoon and buy another pop out of the pop machine.

ordered a no 21 at park st in st.pete fl and was charged 7.20 argued price then went to my shop and no sausuage on my biscut went back and was given a sausage patty in a box and the sugar that was forgotten also. i guss i am to make my sandwithch also.i will not return . as i called management and sorry was their best fix.

Have been your customer for over 40 years and love the food But your Internet Hot spots are terrible. At 71st and Grahm rd in Indianapolisand also in Fishers Indiana And I would assume it is the same Harbor Link provider at all stores

I agree with Chris K. Conerning the BUTTER PECAN MILKSHAKE...WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU TAKE IT OFF THE MENU ???!!??? I have been known to go to (or not support) a restaurant based on if they have shakes and how good the shakes may be. To take off a popular flavor among staff and patrons alike is puzzling, especially without a reason. Can you please give a reason or replace the shake or better yet, forget the reason AND JUST BRING BACK THE BUTTER PECAN SHAKE!!

I visited the Steak and Shake @ Cityview in Garfield Hts.,Ohio. The first visit was lunch around 12:45. We went thru the drive through and I asked the gentleman at the window if we cld do two orders. He was very rude and short as he told me no I need to come into the restuarant, I declined and proceeded to place one order and it was for two people so of course it was a large order and then I had the nerve to use a buy one get one free coupon for shakes. The man was rude, short and kept slamming the window when I was trying to talk to him. I thought that maybe he was having a bad day, we all have them. My second visit was today October 18th,m 2012. Same drive thru experience, same worker at the window and this time I and to pull around a wait because he forgot something in my order and was perturbed that he had to get it for me. no apology terrible, terrible customer service. wont visit this restuarant again.

went to get sw chix salads. two were over $14.00 and i will call to get my order corrected or money back. a whole lot of corn and chips only 3small pieces of chix.no dressings ordered the guacamole and got none of that either.so my question is do we have to disect the food in the drive through before we pull off! we asked for two coffees TWICE and still after paying only got one had to ring another sale . i want my money back but of course NO receipt in or on the bag. we are mad and want the dinner salad in the picture !!! fenton mo location at 44 and 141. expect my call tomorrow. 6:45 pm. what a waste of time and money !

Your drink cups are to flimsy and collapse when you pick them up. When I went thru the drive up they handed me me my drink the cup collapsed and spilled on me and my car.

Your clermont FL steak n shake on hwy 50 is wonderful the grill Guy on your late overnight shift is friendly and persistant our server was friendly very considerate and welcoming I will defginetly return in these hours and our food was delicious

Your Management at your Pekin Illinois restaurant needs to learn how to handle a complaint . I called yesterday about a server that was treating and talking down to other servers while I was there . She acted like this was acceptable, so I figured out, this is why the restaurant was in the shape it is in. very poor Management! will not return.

I have a thought, how about my pay check i havent recieved? i refuse to be talked down to by any of my coworkers no matter how great they feel they are.the customer should come first,or does that even matter? the mangment stinks ,lie like a rug. im so glad im not there anymore. the worst job i have ever had hands down!!!

To Everyone listening; I have been a Steak & Shake customer all of my life, I am a VP of a major manufacturing company, and have a large influential following. Upon ordering at the Drive Thru today and choosing number #17 Triple with Fries Combo and ordering a drink I proceeded to the window to pay. I had been given a coupon book by this particular Steak & Shake US96 exit, off I-24 east of Nashville TN, in Murfreesboro, TN. The coupon called for a Dollar off any Combo at the drive thru. After handing the young lady my money and the coupon she hesitated looked around and said this is not a combo because it did not include the drink. I explained that I ordered a drink at full price and the board at the order microphone show it listed as a combo. She stomped away to then have the manager return and ask what is the problem, I explained the same thing and he said this is not a combo. OK, I am very educated and now very mad, I gave them the other dollar and the entire coupon book back and said I guess losing a lifetime customer for the .19 cent drink that I paid $1.39 for was not worth it. Good Bye Steak & Shake there happens to be many alternative restaurants out there that are friendly and SMART......

the danville ill store on south gilbert is the wrost the tea machine is always sour which makes the teas sour.i explain to the server bout the tea her name is darla and betty clams that at4.95 it clean enough also there are no black server at this store and the waiter looks very unclean breath horrible and wreak of cig smoke the day crew ok but the server christina the server should not be wroking with the public she is lazy and nasty did i mention rude

Eastside location evansville indiana. Hands down, shayna gave us the best service in my life!! She was very professional and fast. She informed us she was going to make our shakes, they were great! Usually they are runny, almost like chocolate milk!
