My family eats at the Fort Myers store once a month. We usually bring my daughters friends along. Kelly is a wonderful waitress who always remembers what we want. Cares about the customers and the place. She always is smiling and is always doing something. She would be an asset to any company and I think in the right position would be a huge asset to yours. Thank you and keep up the great work.

the steak and shake location in the steelyard in cleveland ohio is dirty. the employees shirts are not white, the employees have nose piercings(this is nasty). they all should have on hair nets if working around food.

I came in no greeting, all the girls were to busy chatting,first i sat in the dining area nobody came, then i sat at the front nobody came till they were done talking. one girl laughed so hard in my ear ,then a nice little girl took my order. very nice girl. i told her i wanted a triple steak burger with the fries extra onions n tomatoes.then my order came togo,i realized the bag was light i looked inside and there was only my burger.then she got my fries portion was enough for a 6 year old.i said i got home the burger was soooo greasy omg i had to throw it away. it was bad only one slice of tomatoe,one tiny ring of onion and a tiny string of onion.i know burgers can be greasy but wooow this was like it was dipped in oil.i will never eat there again. largo, Florida on ulmerton road across from largo mall.

quality food at a good price, In 2002 Sometime in February my position was closed and I was let go. I have good memories of Steak n Sheak, the managers, and the restaurant staff treated me well. It was the best job I have ever had....I worked under human resourses and did have direct contact with employees who had harrassment concerns. I love the job. I hope. the quality of people i once met running the restaurants is still there! I look forward to meeting the managers for the Golden Valley restaurant someday.

I just wanted to take the time to let steak and shake the one in canton ohio know that I had wonderful service the other day when me and my friend had lunch. Our servers name was John he was awesome and our food was great we will be sure to eat lunch there again.

I am a uk resident. I visit your branch nr the Mall of Georgia , Buford . Its become a tradition to go for lunch at Steak and Shake before we leave to travel on the long flght home . I was there in April , the service was very slow and the food lacklustre. We spent too much time there waiting for our food . We went again at 12.00 on thursday 3rd jan , i Wont be going to a Steak and shake again!. The service was poor, it wasnt as though it was very busy( people really only started to arrive as we were leaving . I ordered a plain burger as i dont like cheese. There was cheese smeared on the plate, i should have sent i back. It took an hour from when we arrived to when we left. I ordered a shake and my husband a coffee, his arrived after about 10 mins, my shake early half an hour! The waitress did not offer to top up his coffee, he had to ask. Even had to ask another waiter for our check. Then had to stand in a long line of people to pay. Might have been worth it if the food had been enjoyable but it wasnt. The staff seemed disinterested too. Not a pleasant end to our holiday. I would like a response to my comments

Covington, LA - This location is less than a year old and it looks like it has 20 years of filth in it. The ladies bathroom was disgusting, one stall was out of order, the floors and one toliet was filthy and no soap, which employees use so they are cooking and serving food without washing hands - wow what a health hazard to the public. The name is steak and shake but they can't make shakes because they forgot to order vanilla. I am the general manage for 3 large restaurants/bars and we have been in business for over 17 years and never, never would this type of filth be allowed in our establishments. I can't imagine a patron coming into our store and being told sorry we are out of vodka - forgot to order. We will never be back!!!!

I go to the Steak n Shake in Jensen Beach, FL. Every single time I go there, if I even get service, it's horrible. I went in one night with my boyfriend and there was only one other table in the place. It took our server 20 min to just get our drink order. And after sitting for 45 minutes (yes I timed it, not over exaggerating), we just left. Who knows how long it could've taken our server with an attitude problem to even get us out drinks. Everyone was just sitting aroun bullshitting. As we were walking out I told the manager we had no service and all she said was "have a nice day" with a fake smile. I even get attitude in the drive thru sometimes! It's sad when I get better service at McDonald's. just close that Steak 'n Shake down. No point in having it there. Seriously. Waste of everyone's time.

Our experience at Canton, OH. restaurant was horrible. Dirty table and dirty silverware. Cold food and greasy burgers. Makes us never wanting to return. Manager on duty could care less when told about problems. Wow and he gets paid for this!!

i gave steak n shake 7 years that i'm not getting back. all they let me do is wash dishes and take out the garbage. why can't they put me on something else? they do it to everone else. the only way i can get a saturday or sunday off is if i request for it off. maybe i'll go and get a job at burger king and tell steak n shake where to go.

I visited the Steak 'n Shake in Fenton, MO this morning at around ten a.m. I ordered a chili Mac, 2 large cheese fries, and 2 large diet cokes. After waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes I finally received my food-the chili Mac was wrong, it had a bunch of cheese and onions on it, the fries were burnt and freezing cold, and I wasn't given any cheese. So I pulled back through the driveup window and asked very nicely or them to fix my meal. The manager came up to the window and said VERY rudely, "Well what's wrong with this?" I explained and he yanked the chili out of my hand and went to the back. He returned over 15 minutes later with the right chili and shut the window on me. I then had to ask again for the cups of cheese and politely asked them to exchange my fries since I had to wait for so long. The manager laughed in my face and said "yeah right, 20 minutes, whatever." But then brought the fries. After they finally fixed all the problems it had been over half an hour IN THE DRIVETHRU and I was completely appalled by how rude this employee was. I have NO idea how this imbecile is able to maintain a job, and bone the less one as a supervisor. I will NOT be giving business to this place ever again.

I believe her name was Tina located at Polaris parkway Columbus Ohio....BEST server ive ever had in my 44 years.....She is a thrird shift waitress......excellent services

My husband is a disabled senior. We have always had excellent treatment at the Champaign Prospect resturarant. Tonight however my husband fell because he got his foot caught in the walkway where the highchairs are placed. He was coming back from the restroom and he could not get his balance in time and he fell. The manager was very good about asking us if he was okay or wanted medical attention. He is scheduled for a check up tomorrow. Please pay attention to this and get it changed. Many seniors do not see things or look down and this could have resulted in a very serious injury. Patty is a wonderful manager. I am not sure where you can place the chairs but it is too dangerous to leave them there. Thank you.

My family and I visited the Steak N Shake off of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in Clarksville Tennessee last week and were treated very poorly. First of all, they were not busy and had several workers standing around talking. We waited over 30 minutes to place our order. After another 20 minutes we still hadn't received our drinks. It isn't that hard to get a sprite. Our server was just standing around having a good time talking to other servers. So we waited another 20 minutes and watched people who came in after us receive and eat their food. Still no drinks or food, so we left. Yesterday we decided to give it one more try. We walked in to the still filthy restaurant. Again they were not busy and had a full staff. We ordered after a 15 minute wait. They brought out 3 shakes when we only ordered 2. The reeses peanut butter cup shake we ordered was actually a nasty mixture of chocolate, banana, and whatever else hadn't been cleaned out of the machine. It was just enough to make you puke. When our food arrived after an hour wait, it was equally nauseating. The eggs on the royal were over easy and were covered in black, i don't know what...the bacon was missing, and....just gross. We had a different waitress each time we were blessed enough to have a server check on us. Which was once. We finally talked to the manager and she took care of our bill. Mind you, we never received the shake they were supposed to remake. We will NEVER visit another Steak N Shake anywhere, ever!

My brother, two sisters and myself went to the steak and shake in Greenfield, Indiana for dinner on Dec. 23rd. We wanted to have a place where we could visit a little while. We picked the WRONG PLACE!!! The music was so loud we could not hear one another across the table. We asked to have the music turned down, but was informed they could not do it as it is controled by corporate. How in the world can someone in corporate headquarters know how loud the music should be in a particular restauraunt at a particular time? The next time we go to eat together, Culvers down the street seems like a good place to go (we might be able to have a conversation!).

I ate at steak and shake in jacksonville, florida off phillips highway and it was freezing asked them to please raise it up. Waitress said it was controlled by the main headquarters. Is this correct and why is it always so freezing! Servers are very rude and food comes out at all different times and not together. Awful service!!!! Love steak and shake hate the one by our house.

My wife and I stopped in at the Ft. Myers, FL.location for breakfast the other day and had another great breakfast. It was rather quiet with only two servers working and when we walked in we were greeted by the girl that was checking someone out and told that we could be seated where ever we wanted. We had been waited on previously by this youg lady and when she came to take our order, she was very friendly and acted as if she rebembered us. I ordered pancakes andI don't eat butter so I told her this and she remembered from the last time I ordered the same way and they arrived with butter on them. She said that she would make sure this time that the butter would stay off. She is a real asset to your business. She was waiting on customers, bussing tables and cleaning things up plus cashing people out. She is a very up person and seems to love working. When we left she was washing the front door glass. I'm 82 years old and it is hard to find a young person, now days, that isn't trying to do the least amount of work that they have to do. She worked as if the business was her own place. I believe her name was Keily.

Steak & Shake is the best guys try it. and its menu is beast i recommend it!

Just have been trying to call one of your stores in Brandon Fl . Have been trying now for 4 HRs no answer ? First it was off the hook then it rings and just goes back to dial tone. Being smart like I am, i'll call corporate headquarters ! Guess what it just rings ,rings, and rings and go back to dial tone ???? Great job you guys !!

The Steak 'n Shake in Joplin, MO has been improved SO much! They apparently have gotten new management and it has made a GIANT difference. The service is better, the food is better, the restaurant is much cleaner. I'm very impressed and my family will be back for sure!
