Go to store in Warner Robins ga every Sunday morning for sausage and biscuits. Always very satisfied until today. The biscuits could have been cut up for croutons they were so hard and brown. Went thru drive thru so didn't know until we got home so just threw in trash. Believe they were leftovers that were toasted in oven. If I ever go back will have to check before leaving

My daughter Amy and I went to Steak and Shake on Memorial Blvd. Lakeland, Florida last week and what a horrible experience. The hamburger was tainted and the place was dirty. She had a Taco Salad and I had the garlic burger we both got sick but not violently to go to ER. I promise we will never ever go there again. This is the second time my experience was not so great. You all need to clean up your acts.

I went to the Steak n Shake located in Sunrise Florida. I had low expectations going in because this location is just outside of Sawgrass Mills Mall. We sat and waited for a server for over 20 minutes. Finally, servers appeared. They waited on three tables located next to us. The worst of it is that all 3 parties arrived after us. Still, no one came. We walked out. We never walk out!!!

For last two nights in a row my colleagues and myself tried to order food during or breakfast break. The first night they stated that they were closed for cleaning. Okay, a clean store is a happy store! But, then I went to store across from them and actually saw one of your employees buying beer and a cigar wrap with their headset on telling people they were closed for cleaning. I shurgged it off because I needed to go back to work, just a poor reflection of the management team. Then tonight my colleague went to back there to get something for all of us. Now, they are just stating that they closed and wouldn't serve anything. I thought steak and shake was 24/7. We have totally boycotted this store in Lakeland, FL.

i went into the store on milan rd in sandusky ohio today for biscuits and gravy however they were out of biscuits today and last week when i went in they were out of cream for coffee ( this place is a joke apparently no one is minding the store) the managers are not paying attention to the suppplys and they are always out of something it appears no one cares as this has been going on for a long time and eating there is always a suprise as to what they are out of now

Your store on West Main Street in Belleville Il is a total disaster. Yesterday was the second time in about a year that I walked out of this store after having only my drink. At about 6:30 PM on 06/06/13 My Son , Grandson and went to your store at the above location at 7:30 PM we walked out, not having our food after a one hour wait. I observed numerous customers who's to go- orders were messed up. A number of customers who got their food coming in long after we did. I spoke with the Manager on duty who had one lame excuse after another.

My husband and I went to the SnS location on Tom Hill Sr Blvd in Macon GA. We used to go to this location 2 or 3 times a week as a hang out spot with friends. Our service then was excellent and most employees knew us by name. After a few years, a new owner came along and ruined everything. First of all, the main place we go to the same restaurants a lot is because of the service. We were well taken care of, but the owner wanted to start from scratch and got rid of most of the original servers. The servers he hired to replace them are complete idiots and never last long. Everytime we go there r new people there. Then the owner started changing the food, finding cheaper replacements than the Steak n Shake brands, so naturally, the food never tasted the same. I complained about the tea at least 10 times before doing anything about it. The problem was that the tea tasted sour, and they kept telling me that it was fresh. I explained that if the urn isnt cleaned properly, all the tea would come out sour. But my last straw is when we walk in to eat last night, and a lg party came in 2 mins later & sat at the tables next to us, and they got waited on immediately while we were completely ignored! We waited 20 mins! No one even acknowledged our existence, let alone asked us what we wanted to eat or drink. Sad part was, is that it was a manager that actually sat us. All I can say, is if they could get rid of the stupid owner, things there may get better.

I visit the London, Ky. location through the drive thru a lot over the years since it opened here. I have gotten greasy burgers in the past but the last few time and especially today have done it for me!!!! No more trips to this location!!!!! The grease from the burger (triple) was so bad it was coming through the bottom of the bag. The grease had already soaked through the burger wrapping. The bun on top was grease soaked as well as part of the bottom bun. Pressing a napkin to the bun would soak the napkin with grease!!!!! Needless to say, my dog will get a burger this afternoon!!!! Definitely a huge contributor to clogged arteries and heart attacks and strokes!!!!!!! By pass this location if you value your health!!!!!

I have tried items off of the new $4 menu 3 times. They got my order right once! I don't have time to go back and tell them since I am on my 3rd shift lunch break at work. I am going to give them one more chance and then I am done! This is the Bloomington, IL Steak n Shake.

Steak n Shake is the only drive thru restaurants go to, first of all the food is better quality and the service is polite. I went on Monday, mat 27 to the n. Druid hills location in Atlanta (my neighborhood) and was disappointed in the food. The bun was hard and dry, the burger was not warm either. This is not the standard I am use to at Steak n Shake.

I ordered a shake through the drive thru window. I then check my reciept pulling away from the store and it said $7.50 total when all I ordered was a milkshake. I then went inside to clarify they had made a mistake, but I was lied to and told he gave me the wrong receipt. According to my bank statement, I was charged for a meal plus a milkshake. On top of that this fee took my account into overdraft. All for a milkshake!

We like steak and shake but service is bad at the Springfield Ohio store. The workers complain to much in front of customers. The order was wrong. Then we ordered shakes and another server besides our own came up and said what are you waiting on and we said shakes and they said the machine was frozen up. Then to top it off I found paper in the shake when we finally got them!

Walked in with only one party of two in front of us. There were seven booths open and the host was expected to clear the tables in between people coming in. There were four employees including two managers just standing around in the kitchen. It took ten minutes to seat us even though there were so many booths vacant. Horrible managing and a waste of resources.

My husband, son, and I have eaten at 4 different Steak N Shake restaraunts in the last 4 weeks. We have gone on the weekend when kids are SUPPOSED to eat free. The food was not very good and we were charged full price at all four. The servers were not very attentive at any of them. I will not be going back unless things are fixed.

I dont think BAD even sums it up. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by people in a rest.. my order was wrong 3 times. my 6 year olds food was forgotten about.. my server did not apologize nor try to fix the problem. the manager rolled his eyes at me and got very sarcastic and rude with me.. it was horrible!!!!

We had a table for 8 - we had to ask the "waiter" to clean off the chairs and the booth prior to sitting down and sweep the floor under our feet. Menus, salt/pepper and catsup where all STICKY - yuck. This was at the Steak N Shake on I48 & Transportation Blvd, near Cleveland, Ohio. The "sliders were OVER WELL DONE - couldn't eat them -- the manager did comp our drinks - the waiter would NOT separate the checks - oh they can do that at the counter ---

My wife and I ate or should I say tried to eat at Steak and Shake in Broke and Arrow Ok. We waiting for approx. 45mins before the waitress came and informed us my wife's food was ready but mine wasn't and the cooks had not started on mine would she like to go ahead and eat. We informed the waitress we would just go ahead and leave. The waitress just turned around and left not caring about loosing a customer. After leaving we called to speak to a manager which they refused to give us the name or speak to one. The lady's bathroom was dirty and had toilet paper laying in the floor and this was when they just open in the morning for breakfast. We normally would get good serves there but we're done there

I walk into your Steak N Shake at 8:15 p.m. on a Monday I stood at the counter for twenty to twenty five minutes.. was never acknowledged..helped...made eye contact and gestured 5 different employees...still nobody to take in order I'm frustrated what determines get in line in the drive thru on off by the time I got my milkshake it was 855 giving me a 40 minute and ever just to buy a $3 milkshake
