I was there the other day and it says on your bag to bring it back and you will receive a free coffee and they said that they do not do that there. So your bags are very misleading and needs to take that off of your bags because of false advertising. Please correct this or you may lose a very loyal customer.

NEED NEW STARBUCKS

Marietta, Georgia 30066. Heard rumor that a new Starbucks was opening in a closed pizzahut restaurant at Sandy Plains Rd and East Piedmont. (LA Fitness shopping center). That would be perfect, but heard it fell through. Another great location is a closed bank in a publix shopping center, 1860 Sandy Plains Rd. Our neighbors and friends along with us would love a Starbucks in this area. Thanks!!

No more free soy with Gold card

Hi, after the financial cliff where my income tax is going to increase about a $1,000 a year (I make less then 40K a year), I come into Starbuck for my fav. Grande Soy Latte and the soy wasn't deducted from my Gold Card! Why do I bother having a gold card anyway? I have been a loyal customer and 2009 Gold Card carrier. Does Starbucks need my extra 60 cents more than I do? I think not....Shame on Starbucks

Would love to see 7124 North 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 become a Starbucks; it's walking distance to Old Town Glendale and right next door to the Glendale Newspaper. Some things are good daily!

Horrible experience

Everytime I goto the Starbucks which is located inside of the Safeway supermarket Charles & 25th Street, in Baltimore MD, there's a long wait, because the Manager Quana is always on her cell phone, and she's VERY rude. I bought a Grande cup for $31 to receive a free slow pour for the entire month of January, however the the manager Quana will not follow the promotion, when she doesn't feel like making a drink she will not make it, and when I threatened to call corporate, she said " we are a licensed location, so it doesn't matter." As a long time customer, there has to be something can can be done, considering she's representing Startbucks, and that's the closest Starbucks to me. I know there has to be a regional manager or someone, who can address this.

Poor service

I went threw the drive up window ordered coffee & paid. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my coffee. The young man forgot about me. He was to busy talking on his phone. I had to honk my car horn to get attention. The young lady working saw me & came to window & apologized & said he forgot. I went to 5010 West Lane, Stockton , California. I go to Starbucks on a daily basis. This was very unprofessional. I would like a free coffee for the in convince . Starbucks needs to train much better young people how to be professional.

Poor Customer Service !

I went into STARBUCKS Store #11220 on Atlantic Blvd. in Alhambra yesterday. So I wanted to try the "new" drink Vanilla Spice Latte . I saw that for a tall it was for $3.25. So I go through the drive-thru and order my drink. When the person rang me up it came out to $3.75. Wanted to talk to a manager but instead got a supervisor. I had told the Supervisor that I should get the $3.25 price because it was clearly printed on the poster menu . She told me that Corporate puts a specific button on their cash register for each of their specific drinks . Telling me she couldn't give me the $3.25 price because she couldn't override (adjust) the price but was willing to give me the next size (grande) for that price. Does not make sense when she clearly stated she couldn't get me the price on the poster menu. Corporate/marketing get your prices printed out right . To make it worse the VSL was not as great as I expected it to be. What great customer service I received @ the Alhambra location.

unethical starbucks

Starbucks offered my son a job. He was given an offer of employment and then the day before he was to start, they called and withdrew the offer. Starbucks instructed him to give his notice to his previous employer which he did. He had filled out his employment information such as tax withholding forms and had been given a start date. He is an army veteran, he has served his country. He has worked hard for his education and to be treated this way is ridiculous. I want everyone to know how Starbucks treats people. I hope that this appeals to the moral side of people and that those who read this will avoid spending their hard earned money at this establishment.

I was at the Starbucks on Victory blvd (19313),Reseda getting a re-fill.We normally don't go to this location,but we happened to be on the road since 5 a:m, so we stopped by with our cups from earlier this today. While we were being served,one of the employees(Male)started giving us a LECTURE about the whole refill policy.He was unwilling,unpleasant,rude and arrogant in his manner. So we didn't take our beverages,instead I went back and left further money($2.50)with another crew member as a gesture of appreciation for their great work in embarrasing a customer. After all,a refill is only 50 cents.And this is not about the money.This is about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It should be about retaining customers not loosing them.This locaton certainly lost me and my gilr friend.WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Need Starbucks downtown Muncie, In.

I personally love my Starbucks at McGalliard but when I get downtown to my office there is no place for a good cup of coffee. With the community college expanding downtown and other businesses having no place for a mid-afternoon snack. I think it is a perfect place for one. I feel that it would do a lot of business. There are residences downtown with new retirement condos going in this year.

Did you all know that they dont support the troops? I read something that said something like this, troops over seas wrote starbucks to let them know how they enjoy their coffee and wanted to know if they could send them some of their coffee, starbucks wrote back saying they were thankful for their business, but they do not support the war so they will not be sending them any coffee, dont think I will be getting starbucks anythime soon..They dont have to support the war just the troops. They are fighting for their freedom too.

Worse experience ever!!

So today a group of friends and I went to starbucks. We waited in line forever and their was no one in front of us, the employees would not assist us. When they finally did, they were so rude and didn't even give me my reciept!! Well they got my order wrong so i had to wait even longer and when I tried to correct them, they got an attitute with me. They did not care what I had to say and were were uncompliant! I will never go to that starbucks again!!!

Worse experience ever!!

November 21, about 3pm I went thru a drive-thru for my favorite peppermint mocha. Took a sip and it didn't taste anything like a peppermint mocha, it tasted like watered down hot chocolate. I opened the top to see there wasn't even any whipped cream or little chocolate flakes. I then called to let them know I was on my way back (total inconvenience) to hopefully get what I ordered. Got there, and they said they'd fix it. They ended up giving me a ventilation sized beverage that tasted like hot chocolate but this time they added whipped cream, but not the peppermint or the chocolate flakes.. So basically I wasted my time going back only to get a bigger size and whipped cream.. Not sure of the store # but it's.in Fresno CA Ashlan & Blythe

Was at our neighborhood store today when the associates refused to open on time. I called to complain directly and they thought I was joking.Needless to say it was worthless. Never going to this Starbucks again!

Poor customer service knowledge

Trying to find out some product availability info and was referred (after being connected to a list of numbers/people) to customer relations as a last attempt at answering a question. The girl told me that I could look at the online store to see products...DUH! She was totally unhelpful and admittedly, read out of scripts to help customers with their questions. Several wasted hours with no resolution.

Employee Dru Donlon

I am writing you reguarding employee Ms. Dru Donlon, located in Fernandina Beach Amelia Island Fla 32034. I have been a resident of Amelia island for the past three years my husband and we retired here. Ms. Dru Donlon is an Absolute asset to your STARBUCKS store. We frequent this STARBUCKS sometimes Three times a day. She is wonderful person, kind, and very patient with some of the older residents. She always greets EVERYONE with a joyful smile, and a HOW CAN I HELP YOU? Dru is a hard worker and makes each customer feel special.. Some of the younger employees including the Manager can be rather rude and impatient. I think Dru Donlon is a wonderful asset to STARBUCKS and brightens everyones day... Please acknowledge her as an asset to your wonderful company. Thank You, Maureen Black

Bad app

Your app is poor at best. When I try to find the closest Starbucks it continues to show my previous search. It cannot detect my location. I am in Florida and it will show me stores in Virginia it will not allow you to clear search history. The app has also directed me to closed stores and nonexistent stores. I am fed up with this app. I downloaded the most recent update and it made no difference.
