Starbucks Corporate Office & Headquarters

Lady taking order was so rude. Did not take the time to explain the different kinds of drinks. No customer service skills at all. This all happened at the location in Coral Springs, FL on Coral Ridge and Holmberg. Will not be going to this store again.

I purchased several items this morning at the Starbucks on Victory Blvd. in Staten Island, NY. I inadvertantly walked away without my breakfast sandwich. When I called to arrange for another the next day, I was told that they aren't responsible for food left behind, and they would do me a favor this one time and offer me a sandwich tomorrow. I understand health regulations.....as he said he couldn't save a sandwich for me...but I have spent hundreds of dollars on food and drinks there. Won't be going there any more, though.

Hi. I didn't want to spend the time trying to contact your office officially because ideas are a dime a dozen. I had a cup of your coffee and put a piece of peppermint gum on the lid. I went to drink the coffee and got a whiff of the peppermint. Wow I thought how cool would it be to have a scent strip of hazelnut or vanilla or orange blossom offered when I had bought the drink. It could re invigorate the whole coffee drinking experience.

Went into the safeway starbucks Sunday febuary 24th 2013 in Cheyenne Wyoming there was only one person working Deborah she took my order at 3:28 after taking two orders before mine she shen took six more orders before even starting on making orders! Its now 4:04 and I finally got coffee! Starbucks is good but not that good!!

the Starbucks in Manassas Virginia is by far the friendliest, most professional Starbucks I've been to, and I've been to hundreds of your stores. Make sure the store manager and associates get recognition.

I will not be taking my kids into Starbucks anymore for our lemon bread, cocoa, oatmeal and latte. Since they encourage guns to be openly carried in their establishments, I simply feel it is no longer a family friendly organization. Just a few days ago, a woman with a concealed carry permit took her weapon onto a NcDonalds and accidentally discharged it.... I feel so lucky my kids weren't sitting at the next table!

I went to Navy Pier yesterday with my class and ordered a Mocha Frapp from the Starbucks in the Shakespeare building. The employees were very nice and I had my drink in under 3 minutes. It was so good. However, there was way too much whipped cream on the top. Maybe you should cut back a little?

I visit Starbucks daily, and no one can answer one question I have! Why is Almond Milk not an option? Soy is not the only non-dairy alternative for people. I'd like to know why it's not an option and why no one can tell me why it's not an option.

I go to Starbucks everyday in Brainerd MN. I always get great service. When i come through the drive up. I hear good morning Lesley would you like your usual. I have to move to Starbuck MN. I am very sad that there is not a Starbuck. It would be a great place to open a coffee shop because the name and it is big area for second homes on many huge lakes. It is a quaint place with lakes, antique shops and lots of snowmobiling and ice fishing. The winter time would be great to have ahot latte

So guess starbucks feels that the freedom the military provides them is okay as long as they dont ask for anything. Really can not send some coffee to the men and women overseas who keep Starbucks the ablity to stay open and have the freedoms they do. So why not have everyone not buy starbucks and see what happens to their financial freedom as well

Tucson, AZ Recently SB put out a enviromentally friendly cup that can be refilled in order to save paper cups if people bring them in. Fine, but at the same time they have begun putting paper labels on plastic cups with the order on them. I reuse the plastic cups all the time and put them in the dishwasher UNLESS they have put on the paper label which comes apart in the dishwasher. So by using paper labels i am trashing a plastic cup instead of being able to reuse it. Suggestion: skip the paper labels - use a black marker like before!

I recently bought a tall blonde roast. I was so grossed out. It had a inch of coffee grinds in the bottom of the cup. I took a big gulp while I was driving and had to pull over to vomit. It was the nastiest thing I ever tasted.

I find it great that more people are going to buy thier coffee at star bucks. Serving up a blond roast. will help revenue.

I have purchase Starbucks k-pods many times never had a complaint against before. Maybe got a bad box of coffee. I have not changed water using the same and machine. But I have bought the blonde before and it was so bitter too. I have thrown them out cause I could not drink the coffee. Just need to you know that this is happening to the coffee. I do love this coffee and I like a dark roast but not when so bitter that sugar will not take the bitterness away. Sincerely Kathy

I buy My Starbucks at Costco. I was very bitter this is twice that this has happen to me . I just think you should know when your products do not meet up to your standards. I do like the rich taste of Starbucks but I could not drinks the coffee it was to bitter. I had this happen before with the little instance packs. To bitter that even using sugar would not take the bad bitterness away. Just think you should know about the quality of this products. Thanks Kathy H.

I am a regular customer at this location but no longer. I went in Sunday morning and said Good Morning to the person waiting on me and he looked at me as if I were speaking in Arabic. This person has waited on me before and his dismeanor is unacceptable for someone working with the public. Sunday was the icing on the cake. I called and had a discussion with the owner to inform him I will be taking my business elsewhere. If people don;t like other people for whatever reasons especially customers, you have no business working with the public.

this is the second time I have come into my local Starbucks for coffee and plain oatmeal, each time the oatmeal never thickens up! Today, I especially went to the server and asked if this very liquidy oatmeal would thicken, "just let is stay for 3 min.", and I let it stay for 10, then 15 and it never thickend.... I don't complain, but this is the second time, and McDonald is down the road, much cheaper and thickens when you get it....This location is in Poughkeepsie, NY, by Marist College, please let them know.

I just went to Starbucks that is right next to my work and got a tall Mint tea, Greek Yogurt, 3 bags of popcorn and Caramel Brule. The cashier lady asked me if i needed a spoon for the yogurt 4 times. Do you want me to drink the yogurt? or should I eat it with my fingers? I asked her if i could get a small bag so i can put what I bought in the bag and walk to work. she said its $1.00 for a bag. Is she kidding? I don't know what her problem is. She just ruined my break time.

I went to Starbucks the one on Bristol and Warner in Santa Ana, CA for a frappucino. After I received it, I took a sip and did not like it all. First of all, it tastes watery and was melted. I asked nicely to theanager three times if she could please make me another one and three times, she said no. So of course I got mad after asking three times and told her a bad word and then manager along with another employee follows me outside and takes my license plate number. I have no idea why. I called Starbucks and made a complaint and feel like I should receive an apologetic letter from Starbucks for their employees misconduct.

I received a wonderful Starbucks Christmas gif. Problem is that it's caffeinated. I have to have decaf. I went to one Starbucks in a Kroger store, the lady told me I had to go to a different store. I went to store #2 in the mall, I was told I had to go to a Starbucks Store. I went to a Starbucks Store, and was told I have to have a receipt. No one can help me. All I want to do is change the coffee to decaf. What ever happened to customer service? Well, it's safe to say my family won't be going back to Starbucks and I'll be telling all my friends in the school system the run around I've received.
