THE SERVICE FROM ORANGE TREE LANE IN REDLANDS CA IS HORRIBLE!!! I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND SEEMS LIKE THE HEART OF THIS PLACE IS GONE NOW THAT ALL THEIR TOP PARTNERS LEFT! SUCH A SHAME! I ALWAYS LOVED GOING TO SEE THE BARISTAS BUT HATED THE SO CALLED MANAGER ROZALIND! SHE WAS THE RUDEST PERSON WHO DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING THAT I HAVE EVER MET! YOU WOULDVE NEVER KNEW THAT SHE WAS THE MANAGER BASED ON HER POOR ATTITUDE AND BEING CARELESS. I MISS ALL THE OLD PARTNERS... JUSTIN, CHRISTINA, ALEX, SAMANTHA.. LIST GOES ON. I have always enjoyed your coffee ,in the pass. But now it it's the same for us,we lived in the palm springs ,ca area for 50 yrs .but now have a new life in IA , were. Star bucks isn't as big. U are just opening a new full size store in council bluffs ,IA . The Barista's have to be more careful. When I ordered a carmel Frap with Soy milk I received a frap with REG milk and became deathly sick. I have an alergy to milk and I had an asthma attack and diaheria. The carpeting in my dressing room is completely ruined. I'm really afraid to go back to Starbucks whom I've frequented for many years.
i Have been your costumer for a long time....... since like 1998-9 or so until i came to East cost, i have reported for few time and left east cost to a west cost again then last summer i went back to east cost to visit somebody and stopped by a store(s) in about 4 states and you still haven't changed as you have promised me on a phone I called last week to a Starbucks to get some info of a coffee and other info that you should know since you have been in business and after 40 minutes on a phone nobody know a thing exempt for "Coffee Good, Starbucks good Robots GOOD OmmmKai. so what coffee are you using and how long has it been on a shell??? etc... Starbucks don't know nor even care after like i said 40 minutes on a phone a talking to at least 4 people! Starbucks you suck! yeah i'm giving up my free gold card afterwords

ARE ALWAYS OVER PRICING YOU YOU GUYS WITH PARTS ON THE AIRCONDITIONER SAYING THAT THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE UNITS TRYING TO MAKE FAST MONEY WITH YOU GUYS , THEY OVER TIGHT BELTS ON UNITS TO MAKE PULLEYS AND MOTOR GO BAD IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEY RIG THINGS SO THEY CAN BRAKE THEN YOU GUYS WILL CALL THEM FOR SERVICE I JUST THINK IS NOT FAIR HOW PEOPLE LIE AND NOBODY SAYS NOTHING TO WHO EVER IT MAY CONCERN IF I WAS YOU ILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO SERVICE FOR YOU GUYS CAUSE THEY ARE ROBBING YOU GUYS LIKE CRAZY.
To Whom It may concdern: To start, I ratted the facility in question with three (3) stars and I would rate the vast majority of your facilities a solid"5" My wife and I have frequented your facilities for approxitemately thirty years and droped a small fortune wherher here in the states or abroad. On Saturday morniing July 19, 2012 at about 6:30 am I stopped at your Mission Blvd facility (466555 Mission Blvd., Fremont, Ca 94539) as I normally on most days during the week, while travel to work. On this date, I ordered a Grande Cafe Latte that was promtly made. I then proceeded to the table where chocolate, cinnamon, etc are kept. At the time the powdered chocolate was non-existent. When I inquired with the barista that made my drink...if she had any powdered chocolate behind the counter. She sharply stated "NO" Thinking that was kind of strange, I further asked if they were out, she then responded...I don't know, I'll check when I finish with this order. The facility had approx three customers at the time and it wasn't as if she was under intense pressure. A polite tone of voice would have made the world of difference and I would have continued to patronize this Star Bucks. My wife and I have supported Star Bucks for many years here and abroad for many years. I no longer feel like part of the Star Bucks Family of devoted customers. After spending a small fortune over the years, I now feel betrayed by those I suppported and endorsed for so many years. I suggest that all employees, especially at ground level read and memorize the mission statement that was set forth the founder of Starbucks. Without it, you are doomed to fail. Sincerely, Joseph S. I have a friend who currently is an employee at starbucks. She has never been as sick as she was until recently. Hospital visits, dr visits, all with notes and she gets asked from her mgr are you in pain if not then you can work. another worker had a note because she injured her back was manipulated to believe no one can cover shifts, dont you need the money to pay for your bills and she worked. half of the time she was laying on the floor in the back room on the futon. another girl was having enimic problems and was ready to pass out asked to stay at work. these people have drs notes and are still being asked to work or find their own covereage yet he wants them to work while sick. what kind of company are you running here.
The CEO and Chairman Howard Schultz in spineless and a coward. He attached Congress and said the president on building small business would rephrase what he said, and that the president supports small business. If he believes that he either clueless or just sucking up to the President. Which is not leadership in my opinion. I was a military officer for 30 years I know leadership on the battlefield and sometimes it means telling people what they don't want to hear and not sucking up. Mr. Schultz your a spineless coward and should resign from the Company. I selling my SBUX stocks now at a lost thanks you you. YOUR ARE NOT LEADER.
I am so disheartened by what I thought was a very thoughtful company, turned out to be "I don't care about you, DAH" I had my vehicle broken into in broad daylight while parked at a Starbucks. Within 4-5 minutes these daytime robbers broke my passenger window and took over $4,600.00 worth of my belongings. The store 4 employees refused to call the police, could not explain why they turned off the surveillance cameras but knew all about the constant vehicle burglaries in their parking lot. Suspicious! They surely could MAYBE warn their customers about the thefts so customers could make an educated decision to patronize that particular store or go to a safer Starbucks. The police confirmed the high crime in the Starbucks parking lot, so it is well known to those who know the area. The problem is the Oakland International Airport is approximately 5-6 miles away from this Starbucks AND NOT EVERYBODY LIVES IN THE AREA, LIKE ME! I had my BRAND NEW IPAD 3 64GB, MY GATEWAY LAPTOP, MY PURSE WITH ALL MY INFO IN IT, DIAMOND EARRINGS, LOUIS VUITTON COIN PURSE WITH ALL MY SD CARDS IN IT, MY MERCEDES BENZ 430 CLK CABRIOLET DAMAGED INSIDE AND OUT, AND MUCH MUCH MORE..... The response I received from the Review Dept at Starbucks corporate was CLICK! they hung up on me when I asked them to put a sign on the door warning customers not to leave any items in their car! I will never go into a Starbucks again I was A 3 X A DAY GREEN TEA LATTE drinker BUT I found MACHA at the local Marina Oriental Market in the tea section $6.00 a bag and it tastes way better. STARBUCKS YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU PROCLAIM TO BE.. YOUR NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF POSERS, IF YOU REALLY CARED YOU WOULD USE ....REASONABLE CARE IN YOUR STORES....... SO SEE YOU IN COURT TOMORROW.... OH YEAH I CALLED YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT MY SUIT... YOU WERE SERVED BY THE COURT ON MAY 18, 2012, DON'T SHOW UP I OBTAIN JUDGMENT!!! I work for a District Office of a company that has many meetings during the year. We order Starbucks coffee for these meetings. Today (which makes the 5th time in 3 years) they didn't have the coffee travelers ready for me to pick up. The Barista looked at the schedule book and said, "Oh, yes you did order it. Let me get the staffer." Then she came back and asked me what I would like to drink while I wait. I told her I couldn't wait, just go ahead and make it and I would come back. I still had other things to do in getting the meeting set. When I went back to get the coffee, the "staffer" told me they were one short, but that she had said an alarm on something she was wearing so she wouldn't forget. I just replied, "Obviously that didn't work!" Lousy service. I was organized, why can't they be?!!
Terrible service at Starbucks 7606 FM 1960 West in Houston on 7-16-12. They wanted to charge extra for chai tea latte no ice. Starbucks corp is really losing customer service. On top of that, a male bearded employee came to the window and told me off. Very strange. Are corporate or district reps paying any attention?

Hey Smokey --- why not tell the WHOLE STORY -- You can read the rest of the story on Snopes also, but you conveniently left that out. Starbucks investigated this issue and compensated the Ambulance company. While it might seem they responded slowly, they were also dealing with many injuries and deaths to their OWN employees as a result of 9-11. Don't be so quick to spread half truths and innuendos. If you are not part of the solution, buddy, you ARE the problem.

This is a response to SMOKEYs post. It takes a lot of nerve to pass on false information without checking it out your . Just because someone SAYS Snopes says it is true and post a link, doesn't mean that the link is true. The link posted only addressed the 911 issue and that has been resolved. My husband never liked me going to Starbucks because of the high cost of a cup of coffee so, I was pleasantly surprised when he said you can go to Starbuck!s anytime it's OK with me. It seems Starbucks has agreed to purchase their paper products made in the USA and pay more to help support our country. They could purchase for less and line their own pockets but made the choice to help American workers so they in turn will perhaps have some money to purchase Starbucks products. SMART DECISION, Starbucks. I am spending more money at your place than I ever did.
I just read on a facebook page that a unit of United States Marines stationed in Afganistan had sent a letter to Starbucks stating how they loved their coffee and if they could send some. Starbucks reply was "no" because Starbuck was oppsed to the war and everbody that particpates in it. How sad. I am sending all my Starbuck back and NEVER again will I buy any. That company is a disgrace to our citizens in uniform.
I was in starbucks on 67th. Ave. An peoria in glendale az. I had my service dog in training eho does not have a vest yet and was told by the manager not to bring him in again unless i had proof under ADA rules i don't have to prove he is a service dog you need to educate your employees on ADA rules and regulations on disability rights i am a Vietnam vet and i dont appreciate the way i was treated this morning at this Starbucks. I am a member of the Grosse Pointe City, Michigan Beautification Commission. and we are concerned about the poor exterior maintenance of Starbucks in Grosse Pointe City Village on Kercheval. We have volunteers who plant flowers up and down the street, and this is negated by the poor maintence of Starbucks: the sidewalks are littered with cigarette butts, and other litter. Starbuck shoud assume responsibility for their customers disregard and sweep/clean the debris created by them. Pictures upon request. Thank you, R. Gersch Beautification Commission
