Really?
I was at the Slatten Ranch Starbucks in Antioch Ca today. I had to wait 40 min for my coffee. I understand a Sat morning crowd, but the employees were very rude. Not a singe employee greeted anyone friendly or apologized for the extremely long wait. The barista was complaining to a customer about how their stock was low and they had to send an employee to another store to get cups, etc. As time kept going by and I realized I made a huge mistake by going, I could not get my money back because the cashier did not give me a receipt. The batista was so rushed my latte tasted bad. Very disappointed and will take my $4.55 holiday drink money elsewhere.
Great Service
Starbucks located 35th Ave & Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ has the nicest employees - very friendly, and courteous. The coffee orders are always right. Especially a big thank you to Barrista Joshuah.
The Starbucks in pacific palisades california is the worst run most understaffed business in America. You are losing customers every day. The "lets make sure there's always a line ' concept isn't working for me
STAR BUCKS IN BURIEN WASH IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST STORES I HAVE BEEN IN 11 STATES AND 3 COUNTRYS WHERE STARBUCKS IS SOLD BURIEN # 3345 IS BY FAR THE B E S T
Dear Starbuck: On Wednesday, October 17, 2012, I went to the Starbucks located at 934 N. LaBrea, Inglewood, California. The employees behind the counter were very unprofessional, being that they acted as though they were having a party. I have gone to parties that were not as loud as they were. I noticed that several of the customers who were sitting down trying to unwind looked at the employees with dismay. From the compliants that I have read about Starbucks, I take it that Corporate does not care about their business. So base on that assumption, I will take my business elsewhere.
My husband, a law enforcement officer, went to Starbucks and was asked if he was having a good day "harassing people". The manager endorsed this conduct by the employee. I will not be going back to Starbucks again.

I FEEL THE MANAGER AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AS WHEN I GO IN THEY HAVE NO STOPPERS FOR THE COFFEE CUPS AS IF THIS IS A MANAGERS JOB THEN THEY SHOULD BE ON THE BALL AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT RUN OUT AS THIS ONE IN POMPTON LK,SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM. I THINK A CALL SHULD BE MADE TO ADVISE THEM AND MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN
I went to the new Starbucks that just opened on Gessner Road in Houston. What the problem was there was a homeless guy in one of the seats asleep for 4 hours and desperately needed a bath. Several people complained to the 25 year old woman manager that done nothing, so we all moved outside and several people left. This morning I returned and he was there again this morning for several hours. I have no problem with homeless people but if StarBucks is going to support them lets make a day when they can come or have StarBucks can add a shower to there bath rooms where they can clean up which will help them tremendously. I guess it is time to travel farther but visit a different Starbucks or maybe Panera Bread is closer!
THE STARBUCKS ON THE RICHMOND PARKWAY, IN RICHMOND, CA SUCKS! THEY ARE RUDE, THE EMPLOYEES PLAY AROUND, LAUGHING AND PLAYING JOKES WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT FIND IT AMUSING ONE BIT. I BEING ONE OF THEM. I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT DRINK ON AT LEAST THREE SEPARATE OCCASSIONS. THE MANAGER KRIS HAPZIMICHAEL, AS I WAS TOLD HIS NAME BY AN EMPLOYEE, WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME TO THE PHONE AND HEAR MY COMPLAINT. HE REFUSED TO DEAL WITH ME THIS MORNING AND YES I AM PISSED OFF, CUZ WHEN I DO THE MATH, $5.00 X 30 DAYS PER MONTH, ROUNDS OUT TO BE AROUND $145.00 PER MONTH I GIVE TO STARBUCKS, AND THAT IS JUST WHEN I VISIT ONCE PER DAY, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I VISIT TWICE PER DAY. IN ANY CASE, I AM EXTREMEMLY PISSED OFF WITH THEM FOR THE DISRESPECT SHOWN THIS MORNING TOWARDS ME AS A VALUABLE AND DEDICATED CUSTOMER. I WANT SOMEONE TO FOLLOW UP WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS DISSATISFICATION OF SERVICE. NOT TO MENTION THAT I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR 20 MINUTES ON THE HEADQUARTERS LINE TO VOICE MY COMPLAINT, AND OOPS WELL SHUT THE FRONT DOOR, SOMEONE HAS JUST HUNG UP THE LINE ON ME. THIS IS SUCH BULL CRAP, AND YOU KNOW WHAT, THEY JUST LOST A VERY VALUABLE CUSTOMER FOREVER.
Had a pumpkin latte at the Chowchilla, California store and also at the Von's in Oakhurst, California....WAY TOO MUCH OF EVERYTHING! Need to cut down on the syrup and the seasonings. This latte was bitter and almost impossible to palate. Starbucks needs to change their recipe - barista told me she couldn't change the recipe because that is what Starbucks insists on. Truth? Who knows, but SOMETHING needs to be done. I've been a Starbucks fan since they opened the first store at the Pike Place Market. Now, I'm not so sure I'm going to stay that way.
After my great aunt died, we decided to go to the Starbucks coffee restaurant in Hewitt, TX before the family left for their long out-of-state drive home. I went inside to get seats while they helped my 80 year old great aunt out of the car. The restaurant was filled with Baylor University students and not one would give my elderly aunt a seat. They were all plugged into the free wifi and made her stand. The clerks (obviously college students) we laughing, playing around, and having a great time. When they finally got the order ready, they left it sitting on the counter allowing the drinks to get cold. Nobody let us know they were ready. Additionally, three of the orders were wrong. I have never seen such incompetent and rude service. We will never visit this restaurant again and want others to know how bad the service. From now on, we will go to I-Hop. I suggest others do the same.
as you can see the complaints people have about your stores in fairly wide spread locations are about the rudeness and carelessness of your employees. I have decided to forgo the misery of the starbucks i have gone to for years due to the mean behavior of the manager and some of the other employees in that shop. it located in Ocean Beach, CA. i would like to suggest that the manager be replaced along with the district manager and maybe send them classes that greatly improve their "tableside" manner. the service your customers get either makes or breaks your success and right now i would say you are on the wrong track. i am not the only one who has this complaint about the managers and employees.
bring refresher drinks as a regular drink not season only
Since when is a tip demanded ???? Pulled up on a Starbucks drive thru and the guy at the window made a Grande instead of the tall that I ordered, he demanded I leave a tip ..I looked at him and said ..serious?? Wow blowing it peeps!!!!
When you are paying 6$ for a cup of coffee you expect it to be right but never is and then the employees very rude to you I wanted a large iced white chocolate mocha with whip cream told I couldn't have it that way why can't I they been made for me like that several times so they throw a frappuccino at me with no coffee I will never recommend you guys to no one more the less spend my hard earned money with your company again McDonalds just as good and a heck of a lot cheaper
I have an idea for a coffee item I'd like to submit to Starbucks, could you please email me an email address I can use for submitting my idea? j3041531@aol.com
I just went on USATODAY.COM site and was hit with an invasive add genertated by starbucks.. I'll never buy another cup of coffee from them again. I'll give my starbucks card to the first janitor at the interstate I see.
I have a confession to make.Thank you for ctinenommg on my blog, but it was by lurking here, at yours, very early this morning, that I got the idea for doing this quiz!Ooops.I always read here - sorry I don't comment so often.
I have a Starbucks coffee press that broke. I took it to the Starbucks store and they said to call the 800 number for customer service. I phoned twice and was put on hold for 20+ minutes. I called the headquarters main number in Washington, pressed 0 for the operator, and twice they tried to just forward me back to the CS wait queue. I explained I had a quick warranty/service question and I was told call volumes were very high and "they had just opened and were busy." But they had opened more than three hours before this. There are messages in the hold queue saying they want to get feedback on our service experience. My feedback is if you want to offer customer service, make it accessible, or else you risk adding frustration to a situation where your goods and services aren't living up to expectations to begin with!
