Don't support war

Why is that the men and women that are oversees fighting for our country and ask Starbucks to send them some of there products to them do they can drink Starbucks. Your reply was "we don't support the war", so where not going to send any of our products the military men and women oversees. Your company should be ashamed of yourself, because if it wasn't for the military men and women putting there lives on the line for you, there wouldn't be no Starbucks, freedom, now the article is posted nation wide where everybody can see it.

Educating a child

If this bothers you too, would you join me in complaining to your Barnes and Noble managers about dirty magazines being right at toddler eye level in line for Starbucks. I have complained before and they blew me off. Today, the lady told me that corporate told them exactly where to display items! Seriously at my young kids eye level. That is sick! Please complain and then cover them up with home magazines afterwards like I do;)

Unused balance on Starbucks cards

I was wondering if Starbucks would consider implementing a program where customers could drop their gift cards that had unused remaining balances (maybe in a clear plastic bin at exits) and Starbucks could donate those contributions to charities such as ALS foundation or make a wish. Maybe Starbucks could try it out a certain locations I know the Starbucks in Houston at Voss and San Felipe would be a great trial location.

$5.00 promo with qualifications as: you must be a NEW to Starbucks Rewards Program, create an account/register an active Starbucks Card btwn 2/28/13 - 3/14/13 and credit will be added to their account within 4-5 bus. days. And this has still not happened. I purchased a few cards for my family and just getting a run around with cust relations not wanting to issue the credit promised!!!!

Wasted coffee on me

I stopped at starbucks to get a coffee for my ride home one evening. I had about a 1 hour drive. When the girl went to give me my drink she knocked it over and the lid popped off. The coffee went all over me from my shirt and coat down to my pants and shoes. She was very apologetic and very nice. She gave me a coupon for a free drink. I understand accidents happen and I really wasn't mad. I emailed starbucks customer service and was satisfied with what they told me. They were sorry for what happened and were going to send me a card in about 2 weeks. It has been over 3 weeks and nothing yet. I was just wondering how they would mail it to me when they didn't even ask me for my address. I emailed them again early this morning and no reply yet and it's almost 9pm.

Starbucks employees get a free daily drink when they work. A starbuck's employee got fired today at the chino hills, CA store for giving a 9 year old homeless girl her daily drink instead of drinking it herself even though the manager and other employees do the same thing. Starbucks prides itself on giving to charity. The employee has been there for 4.5 years.

Where do your stores dispose of coffee grounds? We are a major food waste recycler in Phoenix AZ and turn food scraps including coffee grounds into great composted organic soil that we then sell back to lawn and garden retailers. We do this with Costco stores regionally. Why not with Starbucks? customer appreciation

I am very upset about the new small tables that were recently placed in the clarkston wa starbucks. The tables are so small they barely hold a cup of coffee. Makes me feel like they want to rush me out. I had always enjoyed relaxing and getting my day off to a good start. Not any more!!! Also tired of the staff cleaning up and closing early at most starbucks I frequent.

Why would you deny

Look, I understand you do not want to support a war but a lot of people don't either. I received a letter from a colleague as it states a group of men that are serving for us wrote a letter to the corporate office stating that you will not send coffee how rude. most likely there relatives as well as friends buy your coffee and support your stores. What would happen if people stopped buying your coffee, do you think that your stores would lose a lot of revenue?

I signed up my starbucks card and didn't get my $5 . They sent me an e-mail saying they needed more information. I tried to give the information such as my e-mail and it said that e-mail was already taken.

Bad coffee

My first bad experience with Starbucks. Traveling from Idaho to Las Vegas to Palm Desert, we stopped at The Original Pancake House (Freudenberger's) 31900 Las Vegas Blvd South, Primm Nevada,at 10 a.m. to have breakfast. After breakfast we stopped at the Starbucks booth to buy coffee for our trip. Should have tasted it before we left. The lady was adding stuff a number of different times to our Cafe Americana and took an unusually long time (maybe trying to figure it out). When we finally tasted it a little later while driving to Palm Desert it was, to our dismay, God Awful. It had a taste that was absolutely foreign to us. So bad we had to throw it out. We've had Starbucks for many years and even grind it at home and have never had a bad experience (some better than others...but always good), but this Starbucks booth is doing a disservice to the Company.

Why?

I went to the store in Union Station in Washington, DC after them giving away coupons to come back and try their Blonde Roast Coffee and which the coupons expired at the end of this month, I go in and give them my coupon and I am told, loudly, in front of everyone, that Corporate sent them an email to stop accepting the coupons. The sales woman asked me how many coupons I had on me and to give them to her so she could destroy them. She did, reluctanly give me the small coffee, but made me wait until all other orders had been filled first. Was she trying to embarass me? She needn't worry, I won't be back!

No coffee for u

I called the starbucks at 93 greenwhich avenue for a jug of hot cooffee, when they told me to call back one hour before i wanted it. So i did , we sent someone to pik it up, but to no avail because the manager decided that we were going to resell it and refused us service. I find this deeply annoying as we were humilated by that manager as he descriminated for reason i care not to list. I will never go to another starbucks. Thank god dunkin donuts was only a few blocks away. They were rude, nasty and showed completely inappropriate behavior. BY BY STARBUCKS!!!!!!

Pleased customer

Peets Store 217 has the best Manager : Brandon Ward. He makes all his customer feel welcome and keep's the flow going especially during the peak hours....It is a pleasure going there... CHEERS to a great STARBUCKS !!!!! BRAVO

Happy, happy, happy

I go to the same SB drive-thru every day on my eay to work. It's on Texan Trail and Northwest Hwy. In Grapevine, TX. I'm greeted by name, asked if I want my hot or cold drink and the Baristas' are all wonderful. They all know me by name and chat with me while I'm waiting. Very friendly group and I think they should be acknowledged for their excellent service

Pourovers? Really?

Almost every time i go to Starbucks they do not have any dark roast brewed. Instead of offering to make a fresh pot, they tell me I'll have to wait for a pourover. How do you feel about Starbucks pouring water through used grounds and serving it to you at regular price? Can you believe that this is constantly practiced at a store whose only business is coffee? Yes, that's what you're getting, folks. What a ripoff.

every time I go to the Starbucks on Mission in Escondido, its one thing or another. they either dont give me the right drink or I spend 20 min on the drive thru its such a bad service.

Employees feel as if they are doing you a favor by making a cup of coffee!

The Starbucks in The Stuyvesant Plaza Mall in Albany has very bad morning service. They feel as if they are doing you a favor by making an Americana. I stopped going there...I was just enabling their bad behavior. They are very condescending. Mark This Starbucks is a negative rating however I must put one star do to some software issue.
